We never write a review but this one deserves it. It was so challenging. The puzzles, our favorite part, really made you think. It didn’t have a map to tell you where you needed to go, and that made it harder. Still, great game. Best one we’ve played from big fish in a long time.

Big fish had a technical problem, so our game is from the glitch. So far enjoying this game greatly.

The best graphics we’ve ever seen, truly brilliant! New puzzles and just challenging enough to think but not get frustrated.. Original. True the hint button stops but the scenes are so fun to be in we didnt mind hanging to solve myself. Map is useless! Stories are usually insignificant to us anyway but the artistry kept us engrossed. KEEP these artists!

Awesome game the last part of the game the hint wouldnt work and some other things were really hard to find and follow.

Decided after a short whole it was worth a purchase. Thanks for the sale price", 25%off.

As other reviewers have noted this game has beautiful graphics, great puzzles, and a good storyline. The double click to move seems unnecessary but otherwise one of our favourites. Second time we’ve bought it though because they couldn’t find a record. Third one!

Im enjoying this gMe but the map is completely useless! Please update the map so we can see if there is something we forgot, etc. We hate having to use the Hint to figure out where we need to go. The Hint has its issues as well. Overall Im enjoying the game though.

Beautiful colorful and fun textures. Good value and a challenging game! Lost a star for poor hints functionality. Rest of game was very good.

Never heard of Organic 2 Digital before this game, but we took a chance and downloaded it anyway. Good decision. The game isn’t as refined as say a game by Elephant Games, but it is quite good. The game wasn’t as dark and gloomy as some Big Fish games are (nice change of pace). The story was good, sound and voices was ok, and the puzzles and hidden objects was a good mix. Keep polishing things up Organic 2 Digital, and you’ll continue to be on our "to buy" list.

We did have a little trouble with the hint button, but not too bad. Good story, graphics, and puzzles. Have not played the bonus game yet.

The storyline was great, the graphics were great, the puzzles were great, everything was great except that darn map. It just shows you where you’re at and doesn’t let you know where your next objectives are. You can hardly see what areas to go to because the pictures are very small and you have to keep jumping around to try to find where to go to next. Many times we have the object that we needed and we knew where we needed to go to use it, but we couldn’t find the place because of the map. It should give you your next few objectives so that you have an idea of where to go instead of hopping around in every single scene to try to find the place or the puzzle (that is often hidden off to the side in one of the scenes). This would’ve been a five star rating from us if not for the unusable teleporting map that didn’t give you where you could find objectives to complete. Fix that and it will be an easy 5 star rating from everyone!

Very interesting concepts and art work.

UPDATE: November 16, 2018 By now you all know BigFish wont be releasing any new HOAG for the iOS platform. We have to hope that the developers we have enjoyed over the years will try and independently release their games, or find a new distributor such as Artifex Mundi. EVERYONE needs to start emailing the developers, such as Domini, Mad Head, Elephant Games, Elefun, Mariaglorum, Grandma Studios, Sunward, 4FRIENDS, and EIPIX. We cannot do this alone; we need an overwhelming response. If you want to reach out to us do so at lynxminx @icloud. Com. We dont want to think that nobody even cares that there will be no further games! For all those who complained about this game, the developer must have fixed the issue with the hint button, because we were able to play it without any problems. The graphics were gorgeous (think of a cross between Amaranthine Voyage and the old Empress of the Deep games.) The storyline was easy to follow and there was a cohesive journal with notes and objectives. A teleport map was provided and it enabled instantaneous transport to open locations. Unfortunately there were no task indicators so you had to run around quite a bit. Collectibles were morphing objects and there were only 20 of them. The gimmick was an artifact where you had to acquire elemental crystals and each one gave you a special power to utilize and progress through the game. The HO scenes had some variation, from word lists, to frags, to finding a number of the same object, to silhouettes. There were plenty of puzzles/games to keep you entertained, from rotational to codes, painting, games of skill and dexterity. You are able to travel through portals and visit different worlds. This game was a decent length inclusive of the bonus adventure. Gameplay was smooth and glitch-free. We deducted a star only because you couldnt customize settings and the teleport map wasnt marked. However this game was definitely worth purchasing, especially at the sale price. Lynxie sends to all the gamers who faithfully followed our reviews over the last 6 years. We hope nobody supports BigFish anymore, for depriving us of a fabulous genre!

Change from one scene to another was a bit sluggish. It was hard to tell if we had actually touched the correct place on the screen or not. Wish the map was a bit more informative and interactive. Still all in all it was enjoyable to play.

Good game but hint feature didnt work well.

We liked the game, it flowed well until the space part. It was difficult to figure out where to go next. The story was good, and we liked the graphics.

As others have pointed out, there is a problem with the hint button working only once. It looks like it is not recharging after a usage. We have to get out of the program, double tap the home button and remove the program and restart it. No need to reboot the machine. The puzzles are good and the plot is good. Over all it is a fun game to play but the hint button issue is an obvious testing mistake.

Good story line but it is now 2020 and the graphics are very old. But we did enjoy the game.

Mythic Wonders Philosophers Stone has the ability to be a great game. Im looking forward to their next game. Itll allow us to have more of an idea of the style of the programmers. All in all, we enjoyed the game. But there were a few issues that bothered us enough to give 3* rating, rather than a 4*. Cons: Some of the HOGs were badly done. Things hidden behind others, or are at the very edge of the screen. The Puzzles didnt always have the best directions It was too touchy with the directional arrows. We were thrown out (backwards) of almost all the HOGs/Puzzles at one time or another. No custom controls. Actually, its just expert or casual… Which is really annoying to us. Pros: Beautiful colors! Interesting storyline Interactive map (but still needs work.) It has a unique storyline twist. We’ve never seen this situation before, and it was interesting to see where the programmers were taking the story. We enjoyed this enough to be interested in playing the next game they release; hopefully theyll read reviews & change a few things before releasing it.

The map doesn’t help. We should be able to tap on a location and go there. Didn’t like that on items it just says "something goes here"

Game was pretty good but really frustrating when hint wouldn’t work at all! Need to fix or better yet make sure it works BEFORE releasing!

Too much blind tapping for items that are not in the least visible (to our old eyes). Slow to react to scene changes although we appreciated the teleporting map and quick recharge of the hints. Not buying though.

Hint button quit working half way through.

There is a map but it only shows places youve been or undiscovered ones. It does not indicate if you have something to do there.

We enjoyed the game very much but half way through the game the "hint" button stopped completely. We had to close the game, close all apps on the iPad, reboot and take back up where we left off. After a couple of minutes more the hint button stopped working again. Not a problem for an expert but we are not one of those. It would have been a much higher rating except for that.

Hints never working. Moving from one area to another is very annoyingnot always working correctly. Wish we had read reviews firstwould not have purchased even on sale price. Very disappointed.

Barely made it through the free portion.

Let us play the bonus game, whats up with that ?? We click on the bonus game and a screen pops up, with the title bonus game and beneath that there is a list, Wallpapers, achievements, etc. So why cant we play the bonus part of the game we paid for ?? Hope to get a answer soon, otherwise we want a refund. This is one of the reasons we only gave it 2 stars.

The only redeeming quality of this game was the mini games, which for the most part good. A few had terrible directions tho. There was no plot or storyline to this game. It was super boring, and the writing was so bad it made us laugh at times (not in a good way). Also, the hint button stopped working in the last chapter, which made this boring game take longer…

Glad to hear we’re not the only one that had the hint button stop working. We’re still waiting for a fix.

We just played to free sample. The map allows you to teleport and shows you all the locations you have been to, but gives no hints as to where you should go. The hint is okay, but you have to keep hitting it to find your next move. Most of the moves have no logic to them, but a few do. The game is confusing to us. In most instances, we had no idea what we were supposed to do until the hint told us to. The HO scenes were odd. Some were in lists, which we prefer, some were pictures, and some were a number of items to find. Trying to find some of the items was pure luck, sometimes too easy because they vibrated to catch your attention. Etc. All in all, the game needs some work. We’re disappointed because we’re boycotting all games that have no free play. We won’t buy some completely unknown game, only to find we hated it. We’re so disappointed with Big Fish. It’s new owners are ruining a once great gaming company. Second time through, a year or more later, and we find this game more annoying. The artwork is rather blurred and trying to find items is very difficult if you cant identify them. The worst wast the HO scene with flowers. The items are minuscule and ill defined. And the map is useless. Trying to see morphing items in a scene with unified items is ridiculous. So sad. It could have been good, we think.

Art work overdone\distracting/poor music/no hero to work for.

This is by far the worst game ever! The hint button doesn’t work. When we go to access the map, it doesn’t tell us what places that tasks are to be done. It just says "You are here" and "Undiscovered." we gave up before we finished the trial. We definitely won’t be purchasing this game even if it is on sale. Zero stars if we could.

Very boring. Hint button doesn’t work. Could not finish the bonus game even with the help of the guide (that darn little vial for the dew was impossible to find).

The hint button only worked if you quit the game and restarted it. Then it only worked once. The order of the game guide did not sync with the game. Complaints about the hint button go back two years. We should have read the reviews before we got the game. Obviously the creator didnt make any attempt to correct this after all that time.

We already purchase this game. As a matter of fact all the games that coming out, we buy it at once without even trying your trials. We do appreciate if you keep your word that once we purchase the game we can keep it forever. Please give our game that we already purchased.

No transporting map and the Hint does not work. The story is good. Fix it.

Hint will not recharge. The map is completely useless since it only has you are here and jump to location capabilities. No indication of available objectives. From the other reviews this seems to be a five year old problem without a fix. Will be asking App Store for a refund.

We to had already purchased this game and was told that there was no record of purchase found. Not True! Not happy about this and this game certainly was not worth a double charge! What’s up Big Fish – we will pursue this. Game Not good at all – desperately needed a transporting to do map. KdBoots.
