Why is this shutting down its a cool idea and app.
App is good for doing the basics. It should definitely be revised and have some improvements made, because not all online functions are included in the app. Unfortunately, we find myself going online to the webpage instead of using the app the majority of the time. This is due to the app being slightly inconvenient in many situations. We hope improvements can be made now that NeonMob is sticking around! We look forward to NeonMobs future!!
In our opinion, truly a fantastic app made by hard working, caring, wonderful people. They set out with a goal of empowering artists and creating a fun experience for fans, and they absolutely achieved that goal. Very sad that the game will be shutting down soon. We couldnt have said anything bad about the game even if we wanted to.
It’s reasons right here NFTs should be a MUST. And why these apps should be forced to use a decentralized storage service bc when their expectancy of living expenses is greater than what their app makes and they decide to give up that we can still own our cards. This is why web2 gaming should be shut down right away bc ppl invest money and time and their assets are basically stolen. We understand, no money chahge jobs but what about the ppl who invested time and money in this. This is like a multi year grift basically.
Why dont u let us trade it keeps saying Im not authorized to trade with an unverified account but WHAT does that mean?! We also wanna create our own packs and we wanna bring our info on NeonMob. Com but we cant. Please let us trade or else what is the point? Ps: our username is thesugarfox.
Great app. Sometimes it either takes forever to load or doesnt load at all. Have to restart it about 6-7 times for it to MAYBE work. Frustrating.
We really enjoy using this app and collecting cards but recently we’ve been having a lot of issues with the app. Nothing is loading. We have to close out of the app a handful of times for it to maybe work once before it stops working again. Sometimes packs wont open and when we close out of the app and open it up again, we lose one of our free packs despite not being able to open the pack. Its really frustrating and its making it difficult to use the app. Please fix these issues.
This app used to be good. It is full of bugs now though. It doesnt recognize when we are out of free packs on a set. It doesnt update card counts after a trade. It tells us twice in a session about our streak. The bugs cropped up in the last update or two and they are making this app really bad.
Eopcrn here. This is our 2nd day on NeonMob and we are very impressed with what we’ve found so far. The people here have been so nice and we have done 8 trades. Thanks TranceKatt and msdeelaw for inviting us. Customer service has been A+.
Every time we try and open the milestones tab the app just crashes and every once in a while the whole app just stops working entirely if we try and open it so thats cool theres an entire nono tab o guess.
If you love collecting, then use this app to enjoy collecting and trading many different series of artwork for all kinds of areas.
Its very cool we love collecting we just wish it wasnt so expensive if you werent using free packs.
This app is a wonderful idea, however as a creator you are robbed a lot of your profits. You end up Spending hours/months to create work to make a few dollars while the site makes tons off of artist. Hardly worth putting in the time and effort.
We used to use this app all the time but ever since it got updated a week ago, the app has refused to work at all. Every time we open it, it just stays on a white screen. We have the latest update on a iPhone 7 Plus. We’ve missed so many days of opening packs because of it.
We’ve been collecting for at least 8 years now, and while we think the app is wonderful, the trading mechanics are lacking in comparison to the website. If the wishlist features could be added into trading on the mobile app it would be just perfect!
We began playing Neonmob on the website version on our laptop and fell in love. We still absolutely love it. Collecting all the beautiful cards and finally completing a set is so fun. However, the app is not really user-friendly and there is a lot of small things that should be included that arent. There is no search button, so whatever card packs are on your home screen are the only ones you can access. We have no way to see our friends to trade with or search peoples users to trade with them after we had our last successful trade. These missing features make the app subpar compared to the website. Neonmob itself is absolutely fantastic, but the app needs a few more additions before it is just as great. :)
Im looking through the game to try and get rid of the cards we dont want but we cant figure it out. Can someone help us?
Great original content, beautiful and fun art and a great balance of free to play to pay. This app doesnt demand you pay for everything and there is plenty that patience and trading can get done. But some of the content is so compelling you will from time to time want to pull that wallet out. Its the way it should be.
We love this app and the community. People on here are amazing as is the wonderful art work. It has a wide range of art from amateur to should be famous!

This app has some great and varied art to collect. We love that you can play for free. The trading aspect is what brought us to the app and its really fun!
Collect cards from sets created by many different artists with lots of different styles. Theres something for everyone! The UI has been updated regularly and more features added to bring it in line with the web offering. It still has a way to go for ease of use, especially in trading, but its a great experience regardless!
Really nice,there are free packs every day,and you can trade with other people. Just wish it had a chat system,but it’s a lot of fun.
Used to be a great app but they have hardly any good artists submitting anymore and for the last three days we cant even load the app. We had to reinstall it and when we did, the only set we cared about had sold out (MUCH earlier than we’ve seen a set sell out in the past and nowhere was the sellout date listed). The only way to get more packs is (of course) to buy credits at ridiculous prices. They also advertise sets that are sold out at the top of the page so youll see a cool looking set, go to open a pack and realize you were led there for no reason because its no longer available. Really lame, NeonMob. We decided to just give up collecting because of all of this. We would recommend the app and begin collecting again if they would source better artists, make sets less limited, not advertise sold out sets and make sets more easily searchable. In its current state its just frustrating and pointless to invest our time into.
Frequent releases so there always fresh content!
We’ve been a member of NeonMob since 2019, but there are some thing that still are not available on the app that makes it harder for some of us. WHY ARE WISHLISTS still not visible on the app? Or seeing what collections we have in common? This is really needed. Im not going to go through 485 collections to find something, and we dont all use the browser. There are some other annoying, but small things. Like notifications not being on the app, so we cant thank someone who gives us a trade unless we have chatted beforethese updates would change us to a 5 star review.
Please fix the issues where trade tab is, it wont load or show up once we got notifications we have trades with and nothing there. We really enjoy using this app. Thank you!
NeonMob is a wonderful game we love collecting cards from your variety of collections to choose from! We love seeing new card packs and trading with others to complete a collection. We started playing about a week ago, and we love waking up every morning to get our streak and our daily cards from our fav card pack. We have been getting quite a lot of duplicates while trying to get every card. But when we try to trade those duplicates in the most fair trade we can it says sorry, your not authorized to trade between unverified accounts we dont know exactly what this means because for the first few days we got the app it let us send regular trade requests. Its been a few days since this has been happening and we were wondering what this exactly means so we can go back to doing our regular trading. Again this is a wonderful game and Im having no other problems other than this! We cant wait to see new updates for this game!!

The trading only works if you login on your browser, and even then it just doesnt show up sometimes. We love collecting on this game dont get us wrong. Sometimes the only way to get a card is to trade for it, but if that doesn’t work you’re screwed.
We love this collection game, but when it notifies us we have a trade it doesnt appear. Our trades stay empty and we are afraid we are going to lose our trader rating. Everything else is perfect but please fix the trading.
This is a fun app, with some beautiful artwork. But trades do not show up in the app. The only way we can see a trade is by clicking the link through our email.

We LOVE this idea for an app. As an avid card collector myself, this app absolutely scratches that itch. Trading, searching for new sets to collect, achievement hunting. Its wonderful. That being said, the apps needs some a few updates. The browser version of this app is almost perfect, but for whatever reason the app is missing some key functions, like your Friends list. Its difficult to trade with friends and you also cannot look at all their sets and cards too. Overall NeonMob as a product is fantastic, 10/10, genius concept, great execution, wonderful variety of artwork, intuitive trading function, works well for free-users, fair pricing models for paying-users, etc. But since this review is for the app itself, the app needs to catch up to the functions that the browsers has. We’ve tried recommending the app to friends and its a hard sell having to tell them that theyre going to need to bounce between the browsers and the app occasionally. We know its been 3 months since the last time this app was updated so hopefully the devs havent abandoned it and are working on this update, because this has so much potential. Thanks for your time!
This game is almost one of a kind. This kind of game is so hard to find on the App Store. There are virtually zero good trading type games worth any note. This game scrapes by as one of them. Firstly, its almost impossible to trade with your friends. We cannot see our friends on the seeking this card list even when they click Im seeking this card also the website doesnt work for adding people as friends. We typed our friends email, username, first name, nothing worked. You cant have friends? Im trying to enjoy art with our pals and trade with them specifically. There seems to be no way to do that easily.

So we downloaded Neonmob a while ago and have been collecting on very specific packs. It would be better if there were more categories relating to the actual card packs. There is also a problem with us trading with unverified accounts which we tried to look up multiple times but it seems as if every single person Im trying to trade with is somehow unverified, unless Im the unverified one, where that still doesnt make sense because we got the confirmation email and had accepted it. Other than all of that this collecting game is really good! Not being able to trade hasnt stopped our collection from growing at all. We would recommend this game for people who just like to collect random cards.
This seems like a good game, but when we tried to trade, it said we were unauthorized to trade with unverified players. Idk what this means but please fix this.
Get trade notifications as well as emails, trades dont show up on the app. Freezes often. Consistently logs us out of the app entirely. Verification of our email was insane. Slowest process we’ve ever seen. If youre looking at downloading, save your money on pro. Ten bucks a month is hellacious for an app that doesnt work.
Every single day, no matter what it logs us out. And even worse, it crashes after we open maybe 4 packs or do more than 2 trades at a time. It makes it a crappy experience.
The app is only useful for opening your daily packs. All the sorting and filtering options you need to find useful trades are only available from the websitewhich is terrible on a phone-sized screen. So every time you want to trade something, you have to wait until youre at a computer.
So this app is really great with the ability to not only collect and trade fan made cards but create your own cards to upload. Its just that since the last update, it has been crashing constantly. We dont know if anyone else has this issue but its sometimes hard to use. We just hope it gets fixed soon.
We really like neonmob recently got back to it and it really satisfies our collector brain The problem is that the app feels like it’s missing features. Seeing profiles for example. Also don’t try to swipe cards too fast or the app will crash.
We love this app because it reminds us alot of Quidd before trading was disabled. The fact that NeonMob features smaller artists is amazing, but we think it would be really cool to see some mainstream media introduced as well :) we understand how getting the proper licensing could be difficult, but its just and idea Another thing that could make this app better would be enabling users to see all past trades made. Its hard to keep track of anything since all that appears in the Trades tab is how long its been since youve made an offer to someone or vise versa. More visibility of the trades in progress/made in the past would be super helpful With that said the auto decline feature is AMAZING! It ensures that you dont accidentally give away your last card when dealing with multiple trades. Its always easier to start another offer than to get a lost (possibly hard to get)card :) All in all this app is great! Great job to the team.
We wouldve given this app five stars until the most recent update. We can no longer filter an entire set by rarity, the blue dots that used to appear on each set to let us know which ones had available freebies disappeared, and it is taking way, way longer for anything to load on the app. The app has gone from fun to painful to use. Please reverse the update that fixed nothing and put back the features you took away!
