All elements were done well and we think that they did a great job.
Odysseus was at ascension 3 at level 19. We beat an island and it jumped him to 20. Then it automatically ascended him to level 4Clicking his character it says that he got all the things that come with ascending for the next/4th level, but he doesnt. It said he gained an extra troop slot, but he didnt gain it.
Flare has said they will look into their 72 hour (3 day long) continous length wars, but have not changed anything. Warning: If you or your children have insomnia, or are the type of person that will continue what they start to the point of staying awake, stay clear of this game, because Flare pushes 72 hour non stop wars for this game every weekend.
Manticore or chimera monsters would be nice.
Ive been highly impressed with this tower style game! Theres plenty of room for growth, and as the tips/tricks are learned, plenty of room for improvement. As with any game, it isnt without some flaws. However, the developers listen well to feedback (kudos to the game forum) and fix bugs at an amazing turn around, upon discovery. Periodically, new content is released to add more flavor to the game, keeping it relatively fresh and inspiring. Anyone playing the game will become completely and pleasantly engaged, especially if they take advantage of joining one of the many Alliances, which provides benefits and comradeship. Great job to the developing team for all their hard work.

Spectacular graphics, steady platform that never crashes, an amazingly rich complex world with a plethora of levels to explore and develop…. Olympus Rising is a masterpiece of mobile gaming. Ive been playing for a little more than 1.5 years and there is still room to grow! This game is the best bang for your buck both in time and money investment out of all the other online games Ive played in the last three years.
With patience and a good alliance you can play this game for free. Find experienced users who can tell you the best way to forge gear and become strong quickly. You can play in the top alliances without having to pay to play.
We love Greek mythology and there isnt many good games for that, but then we played this game love ambrosia and we love the heroes if we could rate it higher we would. Never any glitches we dont know why people hate this game NO problem with ambrosia ! AMAZING.

We are a refugee from the Dawn of Titans gamethis game is very similar and fun to play. Very similar and easy to use. Fun game.
This game is an all time favorite for us! We normally dont like violent games, but this was certainly an exception. As a ten year old girl, we learned about Greek mythology in 4th grade AIG. We were interested. A year later, we heard about Rick Riordan, (The Percy Jackson series), and became obsessed. We have searched for Greek mythology games (that our restrictions dont block out) on Minecraft and Roblox, and have found nothing. We came across this game. Its perfect if youre a huge Greek/Roman mythology fan like us. Theres also a setting you can put on where you go into a VR type world. You can physically walk around, and youll walk on the game! Its really cool to explore the world and play on other players bases. 10 out of ten from us.
We love it so much it is so fun and we love Greek mythology so this is just amazing when we are bored we play this.
Ive been playing this game everyday for YEARS! We usually get bored with other games, but this one has sooo much going on. With the forging, the odyssey, and wars. Getting involved with an Alliance of real people from all over the world is great! When you get with a good crew and strategize war tactics together and move up the ranks, its gratifying! The graphics are awesome, the gameplay is seemless. This is a MUST play!! ( we would note that the only thing that we can think of, after all these years, that could really put it over the top would be an Auction House, where you could trade, or buy equipment with other players).
We expected this game to not really good and be really slow but the game is extremely fun and is fast pace a little its like if you combined rise of kingdoms in Ancient Greece times. We recommend that you download it but it is completely up to you.

There isnt really another game out there that combines tower defense, role playing, and zone control in the same way as this. That being said there are serious flaws. The game is very much pay2win. Nyx Towers at level 60 break the game unless youve spent enough real cash to boost your characters spells so that you can kill them in one shot.
Wont let us level up past a certain point for about two years now but besides that very fun game.

When we first started playing this game we were actually impressed with the ability to control a hero in the tower defense aspect of the game. However, that was quickly overtaken by the abysmal and clearly outdated low resolution images thats might as well have been stolen off of google images. The hero item menu is not organized and the inventory is just one big bag. After defeating an enemy, you are presented six chests of what you only get to choose three. Of course, the three you dont pick a revealed to you and are always much better than what you chose. This is a scam to get you to purchase the other three chests.
Devs are not smart people and its just a money grab. No updates or new material.
They have promotions running for say 50% off but they really charge you the whole and dont respect the deal. Lets say normally 1000 Gems are 50$ and for a limited time they are 50% off, now you would imagine they would respect and change the price to 49.99 how it states but when we checked our bank statement we got charged 100$. No refund since they dont have customer service ANYWHERE.
Always we open a chest and it's an item , when we chose getting item we got connection lost and game restarts! So all the chests items are useless for us! After contacting support team here is they answer: What you reported is a "Known" issue and we can't give you an estimate for solving error! Really No comments.
The game itself is decent, but the fact that the menu phases in and out of existence every second makes this game unplayable. It becomes impossible to place roads (unless we drag our finger fast enough so that the menu doesnt phase out of existence). At this point we feel like Im playing a crappy rhythm game because of how much we have to time every icon we tap. Please fix.
We really enjoy playing this game. However, we reached a part in the game where Im trying to collect an upgrade from a prometheus tower but the game keeps sending us to the beginning of the trail. Im not sure what to do next and it wont let us skip it and continue with other upgrades. This is why we believe the game is stuck. Can you help us please.
There could be a new island set based around Colchis,the area would only let you battle with Jason, and the new unit you could get would be the dragon that guarded the Golden Fleece. Ps: the island set would require 340k dominance.

Ive been playing for over 2 years now and the game never get boring, in fact it gets much more fun and addictive by time. The game is very easy to play and direct to the points (no overwhelming features and hard to get resources). You have 3 basic resources acquired mainly by attacking other players on your map in addition to your production. Forging items for your best heroes is simple yet sophisticated once you level up which makes the game more addictive. The dev team are always responsive to players suggestions and everything they add is based on players recommendations. Last but not least the game is Not Pay To Win! You can be in the top 10 without spending a dime. We recommend it for everyone looking to get away from those castle building games that require money or endless times for every upgrade. Cheers.
The game lacks a couple if not a few things 1) there is no public chat! 2) theres no way of adding friends either! 3) the troops we unlock u cant use to conquer islands with for example we unlocked medusa but we cant use her when conquering islands.
Overall a great game but there are a few things we would change like one thing once you get your hero past level 10 theyre pretty much un killable so while all our soldiers are dying around us we can just plow ahead and sometimes we TRY to kill our hero and it doesnt work and one other thing why does it only cost 25 ambrosia to attack someone and then like 200 ambrosia to attack another person we would just have it at 50 ambrosia to attack everyone but other than that its really a great game and we recommend it to pass sometime and these days pretty much everyone has a ton of time.
Simply put a good game whose grinding for items mechanism is ruined by the exponential growth of difficulty where you cant even grind lower levels cause there arent any and your only option is to pay tons of money… Stupid sad because it had nice graphics and mechanics.
For those us who are visually impaired and/or blind, wed like this to have VoiceOver support as it sounds like a good game. Please fix this to where VoiceOver and/or self-narrated gameplay is possible.

Im absolutely in love with Greek Mythology and this is a great place to get more involved in the mythology.
They need to allow the purchase dollars to buy the crystals and levels for ascension. Also to buy the characters and also buy more spell slots.
First of all, we love the game, we like everything except the fact that your ambrosia (power to attack others) runs out so quickly so once you run out you have to wait like 3 days to get back up again, or pay which we hate cause we litterally cant attack anyone, also the time limit in battles are so dumb, like 5 times while fighting a boss we would start breaking the gate and we would be like 1 hit away from destroying the gate and getting a 3 star and a new hero but then the time runs out and the gate is like 1 hit away from winning which really pisses us off cause it happens all the time.
This game is great! They have everything that was in the Greek mythology! They have sirens Medusa and more! And there mortal view and gods view works perfectly! And they have the coolest defense towers ever! Its totally worth getting! And once again you will be amazed by this game.
We wish we could get Aphrodite and Hera. So much potential with them.
What made us make this review was when Zeus and hades battled for who shall give the most gems. That was smart.
The game is incredibly fun! Our only gripe with it is new heroes that you unlock are so weak comparatively speaking, Hercules is the first hero and by the time you can unlock say Cadmus Hercules and the other heros you unlocked already will be so powerful compared to Cadmus. In other words if the average damage our heroes do is 800 then the newest hero we unlock should have a damage around that level, not 200. It makes us not want to use our new unlocked heroes. We guess what Im trying to say is: either scale up the stats of heroes unlocked later in the game so they can compete with your similar level enemies OR have all of the regular heroes available from the start(excluding Zeus, Ajax, Hades, and Artemis). Although Ajax is strong, his stats still arent that great for how late in game you unlock him, unless you can unlock him sooner rather than later.
Like most games, this one is ALSO very pay2Play. If you dont pay, after the first hour of going through tutorial things, youre stuck waiting for days until you can attack a few more times. Rinse and repeat. Game is fun, but too pay2play for us.
Game drops and has connection issues that are outside the users controls. We liked the game otherwise. FYI: we play connected to WiFi at home with fiber optic internet and no issues with other games or different devices.
