We got this game so we can learn how to play because it seemed really interesting on Falling into your Smile so we wanted to try it out. We got MVP first round but we dont know what we did to get MVP because we had the most damageoh well baby steps we guess :).
Very fun and amazing game on par with the rest of those Mona's we love it a Japanese styled mobs.
This is unequivocally the most pleasing to look at MOBA game on mobile. And probably the most enjoyable in our opinion. We personally never enjoyed a game from that genre, this game managed to make us, actually enjoy a MOBA game. The UI is good, we can't complain about anything, The Rank System is Great, the collaborations are awesome, the concept of MOBA is used so good in this game. Everything but one thing could make this game perfect and truly a game that could hold tournaments; Servers, this really needs to be fixed, its not good at all, From the ping to the queue times, unless you have some good internet, it plays somewhat fluent. This game has some massive potential, it can even be ported to PC and become a big hit.
Lets start off with the graphics. They are AMAZING! The art as well. Many of the features and UI is customizable and easy to control. Every NOW AND THEN there is a long que but not a constant problem like most make it out to be. The game is still alive and well. We do suggest for the game to be advertised more because it really is a beautiful moba.

Why does it take us so long to match the game? We don't have too much time to wait, is there any way to fix it.
We have played many other moba games and Ive recently gotten an interest in this game because of the drama c-drama falling into your smile, and the characters in this game are pretty nice, however, the translations are really bad, we cant understand most of the time. Also, the characters attack and magic abilitys should be displayed like how high or low they are because it is VERY confusing we say for beginners to this app. Even though we chose English we keep getting Chinese in the mail and sometimes stuff just become Chinese text and we cant read. The in game chat sometimes just cuts off part of the text. Please update the game more often and fix these issues. Otherwise if you dont mind, we would recommend this to you.
The graphic is stunning but there is one thing we think should be improved. That is focus more on people who are trolling and feeding and make your team losing.
As stated by the title, Onmyoji Arena is fun to play and quite immersive. However, the matchmaking takes WAY TOO LONG Im talking about how it is near impossible to find a match under a minute. Ive had to wait up to 15-20 to even find a match.

It wouldnt start the game after a day or two of playing on iPad. We couldnt do anything, only collect stuff, but we couldnt play a game. Its a good game though.
Okay so when we play on our laptop we have no problembut when we tried to play on our phone it would get stuck on the name screen! Now its not letting play.
Since Ive started playing this game again there has been a lot of inconsistency in translation. Some characters abilities and some menus are in another language while others are translated completely fine. We attempted to play today and was met by a terms of use agreement comply in another language with no way to translate. Im not going to accept anything we cant read.
We cant login into our old account. This has NEVER happened when the game updates. We binded our account and everything prior. Ive spent more than 100+ dollars on this game, and BOOM, everythings WIPED. It wont even let us try to login into our old account. It just automatically gives us three other options, that automatically signs you in without a LOGIN.
The Top lane mage is the biggest problem. If that is not creating an unfair advantage we dont know what would be. We are an avid Top lane Samurai/Tank player. You can only imagine how demoralizing it is to find out our opponent has selected a character with a reach advantage. In the late game it become close to impossible to deal with two semi-competent mages with one playing top lane. Players have obtained tier promotions and unearned accolades for this style of play. Being as you are the developers of the game you would be most aware of the format the game was intended to be played. Samurai/Tank role is not designed to lane directly against Mage role. Late game becomes utterly impossible. We report for cheating to procure an unfair advantage but nothing happens. Our other issue is the new ranking system. As an elite 1 player we dont really see how we are supposed to get to higher tiers if we are only playing players with challenger medals or above elite tier. For this reason most elite one players dont rank. Because of this the elites that do rank are forced to play against players who have at one point or another been challenger tier. Players who have obtained a challenger medal should rank with other people who have earned one as well. It is really the only chance that lower tier player have a chance to progress in rank. Really love the game but these two things have led to us deleting the game more times than we can count. Please fix these things for the loyal players. We have been playing since Season 1 and have spent Hundreds of dollars. Investigate these things you will find that they are true and that we are not the only one who feels this way.
This game is absolutely disgusting. What is the use of a report system if none of them if getting processed. Our teammates fed and threw the game. We reported them and all that ever sent back to us was their thank you for your concern, your report is being reviewed. No one ever get deducted merits if they behave badly. We feel like talking to the wall at this point. These developers aint even looking at all those reports. Their matching algorithm is also absolutely disgusting. We keep being match with newbies even though Im gold. Our win rate keeps going down because our teammates cant play. Its annoying because we keep losing and we cant do nothing about it. They put all the good people together and all the useless players on one team. Whats the point of playing this rigged game. The queue is horrendous as well. We wont talk about the 40-30 rank queue but in casual match players keep dodging. We waited 10 min for a match then a player dodge and we have to wait more. OA should get rid of the the avatar function. Part of the reason why people dodge is bc they recognize players from their avatar. This game is full of flaw and no one is addressing this.
We had really high hopes for this game Ive seen it in a C-Drama we watch and love Falling Into Your Smile. When we first opened the app it said it needed to be updated so maybe thats the cause of the problem. Please fix this!!! We really want to know how to play.

If you are new to moble game, this game is not for you. The community is really hard, they match you bad teammate. And the counter team is all like pro. Trust us! Or play it you will feel the stuggle. You literally cant win for 10 matches.
Game freezes often after new update.
The higher the game ranks, the more young buffalo break the rank, the game is garbage.
No players queuing anymore Im platinum rank, stopped there because over 30 minutes theres no match being found. U.S server is low population most players are now custom match but even then its hard to invite players. Games dead dont buy anything not worth your investments we regretted investing so much theres no match to play.
Its frustrating to fight an Unbalanced match. A 5 man queue, while we solo in match making. We know bcuz all 5 opponents got >75% win rate. Also unbalanced shikigami (heroes) like Shiranui. Players scream nerf, but no nerf to her.

This used to be our favorite moba game out there back then,when matchmaking only took seconds, now youre lucky if you even get into a match at allmatchmaking queue takes 35+ minutes and even then its still no guarantee of getting into a match,honestly its not even worth the download anymore:( no hate on the game at all-it just hurts to see and experience the game being completely dead now,yet updates,new seasons,battle passes,events ect. Are being released and we dont see why when its pretty much impossible to actually play matches.
This game is great but the NA Server is terrible. Majority of NA players have already shared this same issue. If possible, if we can change servers or merge servers together so matching making could be faster. It's ridiculous how this problem hasn't been fixed for 7+ years or more. We really enjoy this game and want to keep playing but this is the only obstacle that is preventing most of us from playing this game.

Im back in November and Ive been playing this game ever since and we love it the graphics are beautiful and the whole game is well put together. We wish more people knew about this game. We really wanna make this game more popular and get it more out into the public because we feel like so many people would love it and then it wouldnt take as long to get into matches. We found this game through the drama Falling into your smile . And its a very good drama so hey if ur wanted to try this game but not sure about it then watch the drama you can see a lot about the game. We think most people who played this and still play found it from that drama. Like we said at the start it had absolutely beautiful graphics, and the game is amazingly good, all the characters look really well made and theres also updates a lot too so its not just stuck in one particular setting. Theres constantly new characters and new skins to characters too. We really enjoy this game and we really recommend this game to anyone and everyone.
We downloaded it and played normally, but when we exited the game, it forced us to switch to the Taiwanese version. But when we downloaded the Taiwanese version, we couldn't match a match and there were no people on that server to play with.
Change the match mechanics at you can choose u want top or bottom or mid or jungle before the game about to start just copy L.o.L for play rank match or match. So players dont need to wait for 10 minutes straight and why need a team party when players keep kicking players left and right all the time.
This game is so good! It'd fun addicting and we don't see much thing bad about it! We suggest if you into 5v5 combat games an for a wonderful challenge, try this.
The game is amazing and fun to play, the problem is that its nearly impossible to get a match in NA, Ive qued for 35 minutes and no match up. When it came out it was great but now 10+ minute Que times are normal and youre still not guaranteed to even match up with anyone. Im lucky to get a match up once every 2 weeks the wait times are just way too long. We hope one day people come back or a PC version gets released.
This game is honestly one of our favorite MOBA games. The community was great, characters and amazing. Everything was just great. In 2025 the game is still great, so much content gets added. The only problem now is for North American players wont find many games you can wait 30 minutes and still dont find a game. We wish they make a server were we can go against other people from different servers because the North American servers are practically dead. We miss the good old days.
We adore this game probably our favorite moba on the market right now. However its so dead that it makes it impossible to play a match. And if you end up losing said match it feels even worse than usual because it took you over 30 minutes just to find a match. And the players who wait and play anyways, makes it hard for you to continue playing when people leave bc they cant find matches. We lose more and more people everyday and it makes us sad. Theres so many moba friends Ive met that havent even heard of the game! But if we try to get them into it matchmaking takes forever so they go to a different game thats more alive we feel sad because we do love this game but we fear their lack of marketing will kill it. At least here in NA.
Its a great moba, and we actually prefer this one over all the other ones ive played before. The only downside to it is that NA players need to wait a millennium for a single ranked match.. Great game overall, just disappointing at how niche it is, hopefully someday itll blow up in popularity.

Trash game, changed our review, game has been getting a lot of updates; frequently. We like this because there are a lot of shikigami that feel outdated or are overturned or under tuned. These constant updates help to achieve a greater game play loop and balanced game play. Keep the patches coming.
