The rules are simple: switch the orbits, survive against all odds and keep calm. A tap is all it takes to get through. But you’ll discover less is more when your dexterity starts to be put to the test. Starting off fairly simple and gradually building up into something quite fiendish, the game will keep your grey matter ticking over in unison with the stimulating techno sounds. Appearing out of nowhere and vanishing in darkness, the round-dancing shapes will make your head swim, hands sweat and teeth clench. But as you get the rhythm you will see that there's nothing more satisfying than the feeling of genuine achievement after you've nailed another hellish level.

What a awesome game to avoid you to sucked into the centeral vortex.
This isnt some fake review even though it may seem so, this game is absolutely fantastic. Its art style is so modern/futuristic yet simple while leaving the game a polished 2D experience. No ads makes this game so amazing and addictive. And no ads keeps you immersed in the game. The music is good and subtle and the only thing we can complain about is the narrator is a bit annoying/obnoxious sometimes but its an amazing and ridiculously underrated game. We do sincerely recommend at least trying it.
We dont often buy phone games, that being said we got this enjoyed it but recently we started getting ads on it. The whole reason we purchased this game was so we wouldnt get ads.. Talk about false advertising.
Simple but a creative game. It could be a lot better. More vibrant colors would make the gameplay more appealing.
Cool concept, easy play, very addictive. The music is great too and it insults you if you do poorly. We love it.
We expected this to be a clone of other similar games, but it's not. It's unique and challenging. Addicting and hard to put down.

Half the reason we don't play this game is because you cannot turn the volume off. Very annoying to be listening to some of your favorite songs and hearing the stupid noises in the background.
Good. Please fix the reverse parts though, Im trying to get to leaderboards (which dont even work, they need to be fixed), and there are sometimes way too many red orbits during reverse part, which makes it frustrating for us to get to further levels. Please fix this when you can, asap.
Its easy to caught up in the game. It is a great arcade style game, thats how we describe it but Im old school. It is challenging. Ive had the game for probably six months now, our highest score is 10,186. Which doesnt seem like a lot, and we dont play for hours at a time, but the game is challenging. Thats what makes it fun. It starts out going clockwise you and the boosters, and points, and theres bombs that blow you up. Going round and round the orbits you tap the screen go to the next orbit avoid the red ones. Then it might stop, but the orbits keep changing so you have to keep tapping to keep going. Then it might even go reverse, but you do not it changes all the time so it makes it challenging for you. You get a taste of the game, in the light version but its too aggravating to keep waiting for the commercials to go through. So go ahead and spend the $ and play the game, if the light interested you at all. That being said, the only complaint we have with the game. Is that with all the sound turned off. The taunting still happens, so that you cannot listen to music with your headphones and still play the game and/or turn the volume all the way down. Especially if theres other people in the room and youre not listening with headphones. Can you fix it so the taunting is turned off with the rest of the sound? We give you four stars because of that. If you ever had an original iPod with the circular control pad, there was a game on there that was similar to this. We loved it! We cant remember the name of it, but we wish somebody would come up with an app like that again.
Almost impossible for us to see the red stuff on a gray background. Good game otherwise, just hard when you cant see what you need to avoid.
Please fix the bug that doesnt mute the game when you click to mute the game. Kinda hard to play quietly when it when it refuses to be quiet lol.
Before the latest update had come out we really liked this game. It was free, there was no ads, it was offline, and it was fun. But then when the update came out, we got kinda mad. Now, there is a LOT of ads. It says bug fixes and improvements but there were no BUGS to be fixed and there was nothing to IMPROVE! It was perfect the way it was! We still play this game but not as much as we used to before the update. All we are saying is please remove or reduce the ads.
We spent 2 min on ads before even playing the game long enough to learn it. A ratio of 2 min of ads to maybe 40sec of game. Deleted. Dont ask us to pay to remove the ads before we even see the game.
Why does it need our Apple Music access.
Not a bad game but the ads are too common.
This is almost just a reskin with slight changes to mechanics and gameplay of Dropitz. Though the orbit idea is original, the timing aspect is not, same with the ring motif and speed idea. The game also interrupts flow using color shifts, and is unforgivably hard. This is a problem as it shows its just a cash grab, as youre shown a 30 second ad every time you die. Additionally, there is no warning nor coyote time for when you fall into the center, and avoiding certain hardcoded red patterns is impossible with this.
Game is definitely fun but its almost unplayable with constant ads and even then the ads glitch up at times. We dont want to spend money on something that forces you to go that route in order to have fun, its scummy imo.
Once in the app the settings has two options, music & sound. We turned both off and the sound persisted, along with an annoying announcement for level one (or something like that.
Whenever an ad pops up theres a timer and then an x pops up for you to close it, but the ad doesnt close. It just sends you to the App Store instead and you have to restart the game to continue.
Was the couple grand worth losing the player base.
Ive played us a ton of games in our time as an iPhone user and this is potentially the worst Ive ever played. So boring and pointless. They must have chopped this thing together in a day. Trash.

This an amazing app. It gas a unique gameplay.
It's not just addictive, it's fun to play.
It's got it all. Easy to learn. Rules don't get more simple. Hard to master. Addicting. Beautiful–Give it a minute. Great sounds and music. Sexy female voice gets sarcastic with you. Triply Music reminds us of Hendrix song Bold as Love. A good time to part with 99 cents to buy this game would be NOW.
Excellent "just one more game!" Style game. Super simple to play, see how long you can survive. Great soundtrack too. Well worth the buck.
This game is so simple, yet so hard. It is very addicting and cool. The concept is great, and the controls are even greater. One suggestion, but that is the only one: customization would be nice. It's not the end of the world, but if the background color could be changed, that'd be nice.
It was an ordinary day of browsing through the App Store when we stumbled upon Orbitum. It Looked ok, so we got it. Once we started playing it, we immediately got addicted. This is by far one of the most entertaining games the App Store has to offer, given that It was good enough to make us of all people write a review. Get this game. You won't regret it.
Its a good game but we wana play our own music and you cant mute the game volume to play ur own music.
Great game, the music is wonderful, the idea behind it all is outstanding, and the sarcastic, Glados-like voice making fun of you is a great addition. The game progressively gets MUCH faster that the initial minute or so, and you will get immersed in it for sure. WARNING: your eyes WILL hurt after a bit.
It's fun for a minute but we're dizzy and we didn't even drink too much.
A couple of sentences about game play would have been nice and on our iPad it doesn't support any landscape mode so we have to take our iPad out of our Folio case. While it does get hectic it the same thing basically over and over but for .99 not bad.
Its addictive, and fun. But the fact that you cant continue after you die, give you a flappy bird like experience.
Lame…lame….lame. Good reviews are obviously by friends of the developer. Waste of $1. We'd rather watch paint dry.
