Absolutely loved it! This game definitely did not feel like a mobile game. It was immersive, challenging, thought provoking, and stunning. Probably the closest a game could ever get to being perfect!! Its probably the only game we can replay over and over because the outcomes can be so different, and look away if you dont want spoilers, but if you end your game in a time loop it can start you off on that trajectory and then theres new content to discover, too! Just such an incredible game. Wish we could give it more than 5 stars!!!! Cant wait to see if these guys make more games, Id preorder blindly because thats how blown away we were. Bravo!!!
OMG we CAN NOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH we LOVE THIS GAME IT IS ASTRONOMICAL IT WAS WORTH THE 4 DOLLARS.
We are a picky gamer. Im busy, frugal, and demand a rewarding experience. This day and age theres an insane amount of games that are called good or great, but a 4 star Gummie Smash game is not rewarding to this gamer. Fun has its value, interesting has its value, challenging has its value, but Im at the point where we want to feel like we played a game, explored a world, and experienced a great book. To us, Oxenfree did that for us. From the world they built, to the design, production, acting, and delivery, this game scratched our itch. Since playing Oxenfree, we’ve compared other games to this. Some games add collectables or unlockables that have no value, add no new layers or experience, and are simply designed to trigger your dopamine by collecting and receiving stuff. We replayed this game to keep finding new details, adding depth to the story, and even trying to change the ending. Thats our kind of game folks.
We absolutely love this game. The characters are relatable and well developed, the story is very Stranger Things, the art style is gorgeous, the music is beautiful, and the many choices that lead to different endings left us playing over and over. Highly recommend this to anyone who likes a good story based game.

Its honestly a little creepy without being scary we really like it and the animation is pretty cool.
We cant say enough what an amazing game this is. All of the characters are amazingly real, the story is fascinating, and the atmosphere can range anywhere from chilling to absolutely terrifying. We would highly recommend this game, and it is far and away worth every penny that it costs.
This game is a legit 10/10, the best game we ever played.
We love this game its so immersive and well written but we have to say there is a lot of dialogue that just gets covered up by actions or gets unfinished thats is just a nitpick but it kinda of bothered me.
We love the graphics and story of this game as well as the characters! To really get the full experience you have to by the full game though, but its worth it. It is not to short and we love how you can move around and pick what you say. This is by far the best game we have ever played.
This game is absolutely amazing and the mystery behind it is crazy all endings are the same accept for one we definitely recommend this it isnt over the top scary either but some part really got us and you get attached to characters scared to continue but need to its absolutely amazing u better download it rn or ejdnsksksk.
This game was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed playing it. Although we wish it wouldve taken longer than like 8-12 hours of gameplay. The side things that were going on were really well thought out and we hope to find a game similar.
Im autistic, Im bad with words. This game though, it was amazing. It made us feel so many emotions that we hadnt really felt, we cried, laughed, and of course got frustrated. The art is amazing and adds on to the game play instead of distracting from it. The sci-fi, horror, diy, genre is amazing. Im sorry we cant type more, as words fail us. Thank you for creating this.

We love ITTT but jus one problem some of the NPC would get stuck and we wont be able to progress within the story all because they refuse to walk up or down some stairs. Other than tht bug great game 10/10 would play again.
So we really love this game we dont read a lot of reviews on games but this game got us thinking and got us to a new point in our own life we suggested a scheme to anyone who is looking for an escape from every day ordinary life we hope they come out with the second one or a sequel of some kind.
This game. So good. Just by watching the preview we noticed that the graphics and the storyline were AMAZING! We recommend this game to anyone willing to try a bit of horror mixed with a bunch of adventure.
So we played the demo game and it looks amazing we love the characters and how you can choose why you want to do but the only problem is that when we try to buy it, It takes us to the game and when we click buy on the game it just sends us to the main menu and yes we already played it again and it asked us to buy it again we dont know whats going on with it but it wont let us buy the full version its really annoying trying to replay the whole thing again and again so we can get to the buy only finding out that it doesnt work other than that it seems cool.
We love this game it captures so many monuments and the details are wonderful what a great story we highly recommend it!!!
We just tried the 1st part which is trial and its nice cause its like youre watching a movie and then play at the same time… We did the first part but after its 4.99 if im not mistaken. Probably its much better with the entire story. We didnt bought it but if you can we think youll enjoy it.
When we first stated to play this game we thought it was really interesting but when it got better and better we just had to buy it.

We love oxen free! At first we were skeptical about getting, we read some reviews and thought that they were exaggerating. We got the game and loved it. We you are on the fence about buying the game like we were, do yourself a favor and get it!
This is truly the best story game out there. Its like a really good book, you just want to know the end of the story. There are so many possibilities to the story that its never really boring. A few times for us, there were a few glitchy spots where a character might get stuck and we had to start the section over. We dont know if thats a common problem? Other than that, the art and storyline is just amazing! There needs to be another one :)

This game is absolutely amazing. Like legit it has amazing audio sounds, the voice acting is great, the way the art style is on its own level is beautiful. And every time you play again there is always something different and it saves ur progress automatically. We do not regret the purchase and after we played the first time it was a MUST. It has comedy, thrill, romance, friendship, and action. The game depends on ur choices and not many games do that. Also it has some inspiration in it and its easy to play.
This is a great game and its really fun but if you have an xbox game pass(on the xbox) you can get the whole game for free(well you know like try the whole thing out free)
Its been a long time since we’ve sat down and played a game then we walked away from it thinking: Wow that was a great game. Spoilers If your looking for a final end/true conclusion this isnt the game for you. That was the frustrating part for us as interactive this is and with varied ending, nothing you do really makes a difference. This all makes for a great story (I promise) but, quite a frustrating gameplay. Have fun!
The game is awesome, flawless, its kinda short if you skip all the side objectives, but the fact that its so amazing makes up for all that. It leaves you on a huge cliffhanger on the end. We wont go into detail about it though. Id like a sequel, if you arent making one. Until then, Im off to go 100% the game! Would recommend buying the whole game, if you havent yet! If you need any ideas for a sequel [if you arent planning, or havent already started on one.] Just ask us by replying to this review! Anyway, we wont drag this out anymore.

Such a fun game with great graphics. Believe us we do not like spending money on apps but this was totally worth it. Its kinda creepy which we love and a little bit of problem solving. Ugh love this game so much.
We downloaded this game because we were looking for something similar to Sally Face, and this definitely gives us a vibe close to that. This game runs so smoothly on the old iPad we play on, and even though we havent finished the game yet, we really needed to write this review because its an amazing game! It hardly crashes but when it does, we come back to the point we were at before. Our only complaint? When going from one point of the map to the other, it takes FOREVER to load, but that just might be our iPads problem. We would recommend this game to you if you like mystery, ghosts, or any other spooky stuff. This game gives us the spooks sometimes and is totally worth the price. We mean, we play this game on an iPad that hardly functions as it is, we bet it would work well on a better model! We also would recommend it too if your looking for something similar to Sally Face, because this gives us that vibe every time, not just because of the blue haired main character. But this game is not really a copy of Sally Face, its got an amazing plot line and is really well planned out! Im so excited to finish this game! Thank you developers!!
We bought Oxenfree on PS4 after playing the first twenty minutes through our phone. The game is amazing and intriguing. We played it twice in one day just to see what changes were made within the story after the first time. The game is very fun, and definitely worth buying.
Everything about his game is simply amazing, from its simplistic art style that is also extremely sophisticated, to the variety of options and types of personalities there are in the game. We have only played the demo version and even then we were satisfied. The movement may be wonky sometimes, but it helps that you can always tap where you want to go. The routes you can take and simply the things you can choose to say add so much depth, even in the first minutes. Its like Life is Strange and Beyond: Two Souls had a glorious baby together when it made this game.
This is the best we never played a game in our whole life but you have to pay money and we cant so we were stoped in the middle.
When we fully bought the game, we just thought it would be your normal horror game with challenging puzzles. Boy we were wrong! The characters have personality, the graphics are amazing, and it has a chilling bittersweet Coraline feel. This. Is. A. Masterpiece.

We once wrote a mediocre review for this game, but now that we’ve purchased the full thing, we cant even begin to describe how detailed this game is, from the beautiful art and excellent animation to the rich storyline. The plot is intriguing, the characters are unique and very distinct, and the backstories are so deep and intricate it amazes us. We definitely recommend this to those who enjoy a game with a little mystery, and those who are willing to put a little time into the game to complete it. We really enjoy how much choice you have, and the relationships developed as you explore a less-than-normal island. It was definitely worth the buy!
We are in to all things paranormal, and this game is just amazing. We’ve only played through the free game, but this is so intriguing we might just have to get the full one. Amazing game though. We love the voice acting! We wish the full game was free, but we understand that you would have to pay for something so amazing.
OXENFREE is such a pretty game with beautiful world building and an engaging storyline. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a game that doesnt require huge reaction speed but is still engaging. We were just curious as to if we could get this game on our computer as well? Would that work or would we have to buy it again? Great game!

This game was so enjoyable for us, we really enjoy interactive story games, but we tend to get bored and not finish them. However this game was hands down our favorite by far.. We were very impressed by the graphics, music, storyline, and voice acting.. Loved all of it. We do not regret purchasing, it was definitely worth it, absolutely recommend !!

An amazing story, soundtrack, adventure, and mystery that will keep you going for hours and keep you wondering. A few suggestions though would be to add a music volume adjustment, sometimes we feel as though Im straining to hear the dialogue over the intense crescendo of the music. We also wish theyd give you a few more seconds to choose your responding dialogue, wayyyyyyyyyyyy too many times did we feel like the conversation was cut short because the timer forced us to choose a response before the other person finished what they were saying, cutting them off and any other clues we might otherwise have heard if theyd gotten to finish their sentence before Alex interrupts them. Who knows what outcome we would have truly gotten had we heard them out and gotten to choose our response based on everything they said not just our first initial five second response.
This was such a fun a fun game to play!!!! We spent over 8 hours STRAIGHT playing this!!! And then after some googling sometime after we realized we could save Micheal so we had to play again it still seems interesting and new having a new mindset and seeing the beautiful scenerys that the game showcases!! The $4.99 was so worth it saying that we and miss games that are like this with a complete and amazing story!!! We would recommend to anyone!!!!
We love this game with all our heart but am so frustrated because we lost our purchase to it. For some reason, as soon as the preview became available for free, we lost our purchase for the whole entire game. This is really disappointing as we wanted to replay it. Any ideas as to how we can recover our purchase? Edit: thank you oxenfree for helping, our purchase is restored :). Another 5 stars for you guys!
This is easily our new favorite game we’ve ever played. Our only issue is that theres a bug that makes the game freeze if you try to read any of the letters around the island. Other than that, its flawless.
Beautiful art, compelling and deep story, and a solid 2 and a half hours of play time! Totally worth the price (but we did get it on PC for free, from Epic Games March21-April4) Will continue writing review later… 100% recommend.
