Community Insight:
After we updated the app yesterday our shelf in the room is empty and not showing any collection items. Also, we cannot obtain the items to complete collections from the backyard or rats and ravens. We would really like to put together these collections because we have the other collection items needed for the Aries Zodiac event.
Im at freedom level 57 and yet the game does not recognize our progress. Please fix it.
Ive been playing this game FOR YEARS. But its changed so much over the years Im no longer into it.
Well, a few years ago when we first was playing, it was in Portrait view. Now, its forced Landscape and it renders the game barely playable because the room screen zooms all over the place in the dark modes so you cant rightly see the items youre supposed to be finding, and now the information texts come up over the items in friends rooms/inventory pieces instead of off to the side so you can still properly see/interact with the items. Looks like Im quitting again. Was a good game, but not so much anymore.
We like the game just fine, but could you incorporate a way for gamers to ask questions so that hints or suggestions on how to complete something? Ie, how to get the cache mode on the Indian room and the bedroom. Also to see our statistics.
We love this game and have been playing it for a real long time now and it has been freezing up and getting stuck saying waiting or connecting to server.
We enjoyed the game. We have noticed the updated. We did click updated and APP page show up. We noticed it say open. We click it then the page open up, sigh, it say update. Whats going on. We did report to the support this morning.
Sure, there hadnt been an update, a new event, even repeating an old event, or a new anything in quite some time, but this new update has made the game unplayable. The text on our iPhone is almost too small to read, making it hard to know what Im supposed to be looking for, the gameplay didnt need to be changed. Please go back! Ive played this for years and loved it, but this update basically ruined the entire game.
Ever since we updated the app 2 days ago , it wont load the game. Every time we try opening the app, it opens a white screen for one second and then takes us back to our home screen. And we havent been able to play the game for two days because of this. We love this game and thats why we need this problem fixed otherwise we would give it a better rating.
Not a clue and kinda wish you didn't have to buy items to get further than what we are.

We like the game, but some things are not explained very well. Like the backyard, Been there twice, don't know how we got there, or how to get back. What the hell is the stanza.
We play this game every day and love it! We updated the app this morning and now whenever we try and open it it tells us to download the update within the game, so when we select to download, it just says "content update" but nothing loads and we can't play.
Initially we loved this. Now, we play 3 rooms and can't play for 12 hours due to health filling so slowly and so much needed to do the rooms. Worst part: when completing a quest & earning gold coins, they're not credited.
We enjoy the improved graphics. It makes seeing some of the puzzles easier. Though if we had one not so happy critique, it would be that the timed puzzles and the reverse puzzles get frustrating. Acquiring some of the items necessary to meet some of the puzzles could be a little easier. The poisoned puppet for example. If we are to heal him, fine, but make it a little easier, then make him sick again. Overall, we like the game, it is engrossing and fun. We don't get to play much with our schedule, but when we can we are hooked. Thank you.
Taking us a little to figure this out as no real instructions but we guess that's part of the PANIC ROOM mode.
We really enjoy this game a lot. It is fun, it has a great story line, and if your a hidden object lover this is perfect. The only issue we have is when we go to enter rooms sometimes it has a long delay. Normally we don't care, but when it take awhile to get in rooms our amulet timer still counts down at a normal pace. But besides that bug, awesome game.
We like the game, but we hate how you have to wait for your life to regenerate!! Make it enjoyable by letting us just play it.
Nice graphics. Dislike that so much of the game requires in-app purchases. Would like the hidden object portion better if you didn't have to find the same things over an over again when you enter a room. Puzzles are fun.
We love this game, what we don't like is how long it takes to regain health, especially if you are doing the zodiac quests. Unless you keep buying health it takes forever and we have yet to get a zodiac on the wall.
We have enjoyed playing this game. Many levels and great scenes. We don't like that it takes so long for life regeneration, we can't buy more so it gets frustrating.
This game started out awesome, but the farther you get the more it becomes obvious that it's just like every other game. You have to spend to win. We would rather watch ads or just pay the upfront $5 to be able to just play. Other than that, the story line is really intriguing and there is so much to do in the game.
The game itself is fun and challenging but everything takes a long time to accomplish. You don't get the items you need for days and when you finally do you're done with the quests in a minute and have to start the search over again. It also takes forever to get health back. It would also be nice if it would tell you where to find some of the items and if it had a better support page rather than just Facebook.
We initially enjoyed the game but the levels get increasingly harder and the quests almost impossible to achieve without paying money for enhancements. About to delete because it takes us 5 minutes to run through lives then we have to wait 24 hours to replenish.
You have to spend money to actually play so it would be a lot more fun if you could do more.
It's way spendy, you lose interest because everything costs so much and you earn so little.

We wrote it all on first line not wasting anymore time anyway they ask for you to share acct our twitter and they have the right to control your acct So we said yes didn't get our 10 coins so we message them so now they want us to download wrong it doesn't work can't blame on technical we called them a scam they are do not play.
U lose ur health fast and can't seem to get more and every time u go out of the app and go back in it, u start all over we can't seem to get passed the beginningugh but we would really like if u could do more.
It's a fun game and we keep coming back to play on, however, we wish the life lasted longer. Our other issue is that some of it is very confusing, wish there was something that explained the quests better, but it is addicting and we do keep coming back for more.
We look this game. There are so many different things to stay busy with. This is the only game we play.
Theres tons to do so we dont get bored as quickly as we do with other games just wish we didn't run out of energy so quick.
Love this game we just wish the magnetic coins were available more often because the gold coins are very expensive and you run through them so much since getting into some of the rooms use a lot of life. Wish it were easier to find the last puzzle pieces and we would love more dialogue with characters.

It's a pretty cool game but there are many inconsistencies. You are supposed to access rooms at different levels, but we are far past the level and there is no quest or option to open them. It's also cheap that they charge so many gold coins for items but barely give any out. 2 gold coins per week? Shame on you.
Could be a lil bit more easier.
We really like this game., we can play it for hours., but the only problem is that it takes too long to to get gold coins and regenerate lives to continue ur plays.
The energy regeneration is slow for the amount it takes to enter rooms… But otherwise we love it.
Love playing the game and completing quests. Only problem is getting to a level and completing all the tasks and the key doesn't appear so we are left stagnant.
Lots to do with no costs necessary.

Love this game! We've been playing it off and on for probably 2 years now and it's easy to pick up right where we left off. Be warned though. If you get as addicted as us you'll end up spending a lot of money on it.

It's different. We just started playing, but so far we really like it.
We love the game. However, sometimes all the rooms that we unlocked will lock and we can't play, even though our level is current. We deleted and reinstalled the app several times, restarted our iPad, reset our wifi, and cleared web information. Fix it, so we can play the game.
It's a fun game but occasionally we'll be trying to touch an object in a room and it won't pick up. Next thing we know we're being penalized heavily for touching randomly in a room. Game over. Very frustrating.
