We are an addicted crossword puzzle person, and we love the dell crosswords! After work we enjoy coming home and solving a few crosswords to relax and keep our mind sharp.
The puzzle itself is excellent, however, it lacks the feature to erase the puzzle. So, if a member of your family solves a puzzle, no one else can use that puzzle again.
We love puzzles with variable difficulties and this collection suites us just fine. Keep up the good work.

Best crossword app ever. Can build skills from easy to hard.
Pretty good price for all of the puzzles you get. The bad thing is that you have to go to each puzzle to BUY the alternate clues. It should come with it. You could put a couple more Hard puzzles in the mix! Other than those two things, it's fun to pass the time with. Keep it up. You could also make the sets a bit bigger. It takes us about a week to finish them all. We are disabled and do not have much to do. Overall we rate it a 4! Tjjtcj86.
Very easy to maneuver and the best feature is that the letters are large and bold.
This is fun! We like the ability to see if we've made mistakes. If this helps keep us sharp and keep dementia or Alzheimer's away, we're all for that.

This easy to medium puzzle will keep you busy on the train, waiting for appts. Or anytime for fun. Easy to use, not the NY Times but a fun way to pass the time. Can't do just one.

Of the crossword apps we have this is our favorite! We like the level of difficulty. We like the controls. We're currently working our way through these for the second time. We're hoping Penny/Dell continues to make these games, or creates new puzzle packs for them.
Nice way to kill some time in addition to actually learning new words or various obscure definitions of common words. Much better for ur brain than all those bubble games.
Love the way it operates. Very intuitive. Only complaint is that the "hints" ant sometimes off-the-wall and at best remotely related to the answer.

We love this app! It would be perfect if Penny Press would release an app version of their Variety Puzzles books! We love the anagram magic squares, the crostics, sylla-crostics, the different kinds of crosswords and word search puzzles.
Wish it wouldn't ask us to review app after each puzzle. That's annoying.
Easy to navigate and accurate difficulty rated puzzles. We especially like that it skips squares that are already filled in.

Just like the print copies except it'll show you errors if you make them. Don't know if it was worth the cost though- hence the 3 stars.
Need better quicker up and down switching, not very clear. The puzzles are slightly to hard. How about built in dictionary as your hints. These are hard for older people, thought we were getting easier puzzles. Will try a different brand next time.

The puzzles are good but we only gave it two stars because we think it is just wrong to charge additional costs. You get alternate clues in the sample but have to pay for them after already paying for the puzzles.
