PLEASE MAKE FIT FOR IPHONE 11. Favorite game in our whole life. Why wont it let us create an account.???? Everytime we click to save our pet it says are you sure you want to create a new pet and sends us to log in all over again? So sad. Please FIX bugsss.
Literally after we create our pet it takes us back to the log in screen each and every time.
The biggest bug is we cant get past the character creation. Itll just load us right back to the login screen of the game. We tried logging in, recovering our old game, creating a login, and playing as a guest. Nothing worked sadly..
We really love this game; however, we get frustrated when Im trying to drag an item into the room because sometimes we accidentally touch the black line on the bottom so the screen/app closes by accident and sometimes it will give you a pop up saying A suspicious action was detected… Restart the game so you would have to close the game and reopen. Another thing, there was a time before the update when we would drag an item into the room and it multiplies so we would have to drag all of them into our inventory but even when our two gardens are empty, it wont allow us to plant a seed or place anything there. It says that we have reached the maximum amount of items… When the gardens are completely empty. Hope you guys can fix these issues. Other than that, the game is really fun with lots of different activities to do in addition to some special activities and quests.
We paid twice for the 150,000 coins and it gave us nothing! We watched a video and it gave us nothing!
It is not free-to-play friendly (anymore). The developer is so money-hungry and constantly changes things to make it more difficult and force you to spend real $ on the game. He often replies If you dont like it, just leave. He is very childish, throws tantrums and isnt tough enough to take any criticism at all that he leaves his own group every now and then when players start getting vocal with their concerns. If you are still interested and dont mind spending $, see our next point.. Bugs. Wow. The amount of bugs in this game is unbelievable. The developer is so bad at his job that these bugs have been plaguing the game for what seems like forever now and never get fixed. They just seem to get worse. Things you worked hard for will inexplicably disappear. Customer service is terrible. Whether you are a free-to-play player or actually spent $, dont get your hopes up when it comes to getting Support to retrieve your items. They either turn you down or dont even reply at all. The Official FB group for this game is a joke. The mods are clueless a lot of the times and are generally not helpful thereby making them useless. They only approve posts that seem favorable. Any feedback that is even remotely negative will never see the light of day and they kick you out of the group for it to boot. They conduct giveaways in exchange for reviews so most of the positive reviews here are not genuine. If you want to know how the players really feel about the game, check out unofficial groups. We spent a lot of money on this game and regret it. The only reason we stayed was because of the nostalgia it brings reminding us of Pet Society. If you want something like Pet Society that actually WORKS then look for the app Pet Pals. We wish we had found it sooner. *Add: The latest Christmas update has come with even more bugs if you can believe it. Players have lost entire inventories of items after updating, buying items from stores and not receiving them, blocked/banned from their accounts for doing regular things like sending items or opening items, etc. Dont waste your time.
Wish petpals can do like guys good work but the texture are so bad if u take the original texture it will be so good.
Es una aplicacin hermosa pero yo he tenido una psima experiencia, la aplicacin tiene algunos problemas donde cada tanto puedes llegar a perder todos tus tems, les apareca el pink room o simplemente se les paralizaba la aplicacin; sin embargo ese no fue mi inconveniente , a mi us cerraron la aplicacin por supuesta actividad sospechosa cuando fui muy honesta, a mi se us multiplicaron tems por error al momento de querer enviar o recibir regalos durante una semana donde la aplicacin estaba funcionando psimo , (problema provocado por ellos mismos ), despus ellos alegaron que yo estaba cometiendo fraude, pedi apoyo al soporte tcnico y no us contestaron, por tanto, perd toda la inversin de mi dinero, esfuerzo y tiempo a voluntad de ellos y sin consultarme. Actuaron de forma arbitraria e injusta. An sigo esperando y no he tenido respuesta alguna, al momento de cobrar ellos lo hacen de inmediato pero si se trata de este tipo de problemas ni se molestan en atender tu caso o averiguar que fue lo ocurrido. We know its not a lot of money but we spent $8.49 on 150,000 coins… We never received them. Read the reviews and found out its happened to other people. Im Really upset. Supposedly creator doesnt get back to you either if you contact them. What a scam!
Its a great game just like the old school one, they should add fish tanks and other cool stuff that the old game. Im sure the developers will eventually add it in on late updates. Great game overall!
This is a great game the people working on the game are doing their best to keep the game great. Is the game perfect? No but you can reach out to the developers through email we would suggest looking them up on Facebook there is a official group. Typically all your concerns and questions can be answered there, as well as find a great group of people to be friends with trade items and more. We have spent more then to would like to say on this game because we like it so much and now our mom and 2 daughters play it to! Fun for the whole family! Rayven.

Bought coins with real money, got charged and never got them! What a scam!
We purchased coins with real money twice got charged but never received our coins. Was highly upset. The application did not even have a support page to report the issue. Overall we love the game besides the fact we got charged twice without receiving the items we paid real money for.
We started searching for games like pet society on app store and found this gem of a game. We loved this game ever since we downloaded it. We were so excited to see something similar to pet society. Loving each and every update so far. Thanks to the pet paradise team for doing such an amazing job and bringing our favourite game back. Lots of love to the team.
This game deserves more love from the players who used to love playing Pet Society on Facebook. Compared to its competitors, its graphics are stunning and it offers many opportunities to earn coins. With the right exposure and support, this game will thrive as much as Pet Society did.
We just downloaded this game and we love it so much. Im always tempted to buy coins when we see the fun items in the shops. Please help make our pet paradise experience better by allowing the game to fit on our screen. It took us a while to figure out the life bars on the left. And whenever we try to scroll on our inventory we accidentally leave the game. Thank you so much for this game!! <3.

We would love if youd be able to decorate your house outside with doors, windows and cool decorations.
We’ve spent a lot of coins and such on items from the stores in this game and the items dont show up in the inventory in our house, however besides that the game is really fun.
This game is great if you enjoy decorating, collecting, and trading items. We are so overjoyed to find a pet decorating/trading game after PS shut down. We just wish the decoration updates were on a more consistent basis. They used to release a new theme every week-2 weeks, and now theyve been recycling themes. New updates also tend to be buggy, so if you arent a part of their facebook group, youd probably have no idea what was going wrong. Otherwise, great game!

Weve had this game on the phone and an iPad for several months. We were so excited since it seems like the Pet Society app that we use to play years ago. They mentioned that they were fixing things and that was why there wasnt much in the shops. But it was so similar looking to pet society we figured Id hang in. They werent putting many things in the shops because they were fixing things and we could see that other people had really elaborate rooms so we spent money trying to get the special limited items that they were coming out with way more regularly than any other items. The evening before Easter they said they were shutting things down to fix something. When we signed on to the phone app on Easter morning all of the stuff in the storage was gone. Things we traded with others and what we had paid real money for. We put a message on their Facebook page to ask if this was going to be fixed. They wouldnt post it and said we needed to find another way to get them the message. We went to their page on line and messaged them and then sent a follow up message after not hearing anything. We know they are having issues so we’ve tried to be patient and we have already spent a substantial amount of money so Im trying to stick with it. Now our iPad app has been glitching and kicking us off. Spent a lot of time trying to complete a special task over their allotted 14 day period that each part was time sensitive. To have it crash. When reinstalled everything was reset for months earlier. All the special cookies and star coins that we paid real money for and all the items are missing. Im so frustrated. After not getting any help with the substantial losses on our phone. Now on the phone. We are now out close to $40-$50 and we sadly just cant put anymore effort into this. We guess we need to get the credit card to dispute the charges. Ugh. So sad. We really missed our pet society character and was so excited.
So recently our phone got whipped by accident and we logged back in to discover that Im missing a whole room! Everything we have bought with star coins and coins are gone! A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! We bought a room and made a really cute romantic valentines room! And everything was GONE. What the actual F? Can we please get a refund or CAN YOU FIX THE FACT THE ROOM AND ALL MY STUFF we PAID FOR COME BACK? THANKS.
Not exactly like it, but TOTALLY CLOSE ENOUGH! We have only one complaint, and thats that theres not too much to do. We remember Pet Society having a ton of activities and games that kept us on for hours lol This game can definitely be addicting, but Id like just a slightly bigger resemblance to Pet Society activity- and shopping items-wise. :) Thanks so much for the game!!!

This game is Pet Society, but in earlier development. We think Pet Society was perfect for a mobile platform, so Im stoked to be able to play it again after all these years. The best thing about Pet Paradise for us, is finding rare items and rewarding players for investing time and energy into the game via rewards based on leveling up. We loved Pet Society in the past because of all the different options for clothing and decorating, and especially finding rare items while fishing or digging. We think that the developers should spend more time updating the different themes and adding more clothes and hair and furniture and all that, and also create more mini games that allow you to maybe find rare items. One thing we miss about the old Pet Society was cooking, it was so fun to level up your cooking skill and make cute foods and gain xp. We also really loved making lots of new friends and gifting each other items. All in all, if the game keeps improving at a steady rate, this game is great and should keep attracting more fans. We wish we had known about it sooner.
Is it possible to add that option in game? He had no nose, and small oval black eyes.
Would be nice if they had more in store items and kept them there instead of switching them out and maybe have the price of things more realistic.
We know many other reviewers are here becuase they’ve been on a quest of finding a game similar to pet society. We have too! It is a mirror image. However, not everything is as good as it seems. We understand this game is still developing and contains bugs, for example fishing glitches or minigame gliches. Despite the negatives, we want to fully support this app becuase we can see it’s potential and where it ends up in the future! We hope there’s a way we could donate to help improve this app so more people could be aware and enjoy such a game similar to our childhood. Thank you!
We remember playing this game back in the old days in Facebook until it was shut down. We were excited to play this game as it was suppose to be similar to it. However, the things on here are way over priced. We never had to buy any coins before, but since this is an app. Of course they got to make money somehow. However, making almost everything here require the coins we have to buy to get items is ridiculous. Whats even more ridiculous is the cost of the coins. $54.99 max for the most amount of coins they sell? Ridiculous! The fishing was the only diverse thing as there were many types of fish. However the price to sell them max was 666 coins and the amount did not vary. We got the themes for the clothes and furniture and thats about it. We would LOVE to see this game developed into something even better than the one created before. This app does not even match close enough to the old game. Im disappointed. But since we love the game so much we hope to see improvement and more updates!

Can’t do anything past pet creation because the santa letter thing won’t go away. Couldn’t log in to our account because the email doesn’t come through not even in junk mail. From when we played it on Android, it paled in comparison to Pet Society from Facebook.
Games continuously crashes and wont allow us to visit any friends. Pet society constantly added things to the shops and not everything was crazy expensive. Please fix the app or remove it.
Character appearance will reset at first gameplay screen. The dear Santa letter exit screen button doesnt work. A message on the back of it appears but the letter wont close. We can see our character moving behind the Santa letter but we cant interact with anything on screen. Maybe if they can fix this, we can actually start playing.
The shops are very limited and it doesnt make sense. At the garden shop theres no seeds for purchase available yet there are fertilizers. The magic shop doesnt really work. The furniture shop is missing too many options. Same w all the other shops. Theres nothing really you can do but go fishing or digging which makes it annoying to level up. This game could be sooo great if it didnt have so many bugs and werent lacking half of the merchandise for the pet. Also, why is Christmas still relevant in March?
We used to play petsociety and it was perfect. We just downloaded the app and its frozen with a letter to Santa, we cant play the game because It ask us to send the letter,which we did, but still showing in the screen. Its similar to PetSociety, but its better how the comment below says. We hope that they give more love to their app and fix this.

We missed Pet Society so much. When we found out it came back we were so happy. It brought back nostalgia from when we used to play it as a kid. Please update the furniture store tho. We started playing this game a few weeks ago and we really want furniture for our house. We want to continue playing this game but we just want to get regular furniture and clothes for our pet. Thank you.
Nice game, but not as Pet Society. For almost anything u want u have to pay. The game is full of fake players made by game creators. Miss Pet Society sm, and old games we played to have a fun, not to spend money.
Please fix the bug, we cant open our clothes bundle and when we send gift to our friends. They said they didnt get it yet. Also itd be awesome if there could be a cafe where online player can hangout and chat with. We saw a lot of potential in this game, but its going to fail if they dont fix the bug soon.

Have spent countless hours as a tween on Facebook playing Pet Society back in 2012-13. Stoked this game exists again and we couldnt imagine a better way to introduce it than as a mobile app. Everything is exactly the same and better!!
