We absolutely love love this game and its because the game is about rescuing and helping animals, and Ive loved animals since we were little.
We are attached to this game there are ads unless you want to get something but it is great we itttttttttttttt.
We think a major update would be quite hard at this point. Still, we would like you to keep adding more dog and cat breeds to the game.
Its nice but not our favorite game ever you may disagree but we like the game anyway.
We download this game a few months back and around July 2024 we were close to having everything upgraded. Before July ended we have successfully maxed out all the ranks. This game is great, we would and could play for literal hours. We did end up buying more logistics and builders to speed up the process. Now that everything is updated, we have no clue what to do :/. We wish there could be more levels/ extension, just something to continue with the game but instead the only thing we can do is pick adopters for the animals and get new ones which isnt quite fun tbh.
Feel like developers got lazy at stage 20 > 21.. You go from having to level up after getting 30ish stars to 1000..?!?! Just to get to level 22?? We get its a time wasting game up but thats a bit much loved the concept but dread playing the goals are not obtainable anymore.
After building all the rooms and leveling them up, theres just nothing left to do except for rescue animals and take care of them and adopt them out, but everything else is wrapped up so we think Im just going to delete now. We wish they had thought beyond this.
Loved playing the game. Not even sure how much Ive spent on no ads and extra construction and research. We quit playing cause we got annoyed of the distributors constantly only restocking the pet store and not distributing to the drs or shelter. The annoyance got to the point where Im planning to just uninstall the game.
This game is decent. Yes it takes forever to upgrade everything. Graphics are cute, we dislike how theyre is only a few certain types of cats and dogs you can rescue. Then they just change colors. More animal breeds would make it fun. We finally just finished upgrading all the rooms and play areas.but what now?? Is the game done?, will we get another vet office or what else is there to the game? We decided to quit this game since nothing else happens. When we first saw an ad for this we were excited because it looked like you could get on the van and actually go rescue the animals but of course Fake Ad and not what the game was about. Was fun to play but could be better.
We used to be really obsessed with this game, then the amount of time we have to wait for anything was crazy. We have loads of money and we can barely spend it on anything without upgrading. Which we also am forced to research before we can even upgrade. And upgrading, it takes too long and Im sitting there with limited money, limited construction/research slots (unless we spend gems to make 2(+) which are difficult to gain in big numbers or straight up buy w actual money) so we cant even upgrade anything because it just turns into a waiting game. Its nice but Im not patient, we upgrade then come back the next day, upgrade and get off to wait for it to finish.
We enjoy the game, but Im ready to give it up. Ive even spent real money on it, which we rarely do for these types of games. But the past week, whenever we need to watch an ad, the game freezes at the end of that ad. No matter how many times we click on Reward Granted, it will not return to gameplay. Ive tried clicking on the ads, and that also doesnt work. We have to them restart the game altogether to be able to play again until the next ad comes along. Incredibly frustrating.
We never write reviews, this will be our first, so let us preface that Im so upset Ive taken to writing reviews. Ive been playing this game for a while and Im a fan. Its a great game, the graphics are nice, and the flow isnt too slow (at our level) that we want to stop playing. WHAT UPSETS ME is you will rescue an animal and YOU PAY DIAMONDS TO SPEED IT UP and the list updates and your animal is gone. We spent 37 diamonds to get this dog 1.5 hours early and the list updated and the dog was gone. This was a new one too so we were super excited but no. So all we have to say is that while this game is nice and fun, there is a part that makes us want to rip our hair out and scream. The only win here is we didnt pay real people money for these diamonds.
WELL we GUESS THIS GAME IS A DUD. NO UPDATES OR NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Good game but are the developers still working on or updating it? Need more animals to rescue. Why not rabbits etc? Takes too long to build. Like waaaaaay tooooo loooong! Overall we do enjoy the game it just needs some work.

You should play it because its so fun and there is no ads and you dont need Wi-Fi to play this game.

Im addicted to this game. We cant stop playing it. Its so much fun rescuing pets and getting them adopted. We feel like Im really running the place and we try to take good care of our animals.
We know its cliche to say, but we never write reviews, but we had to write this one. This game is an absolute delight! From the moment of download we were addicted. Rescuing cute dogs and cats while building up your clinic has been so wholesome. The aesthetic is so pleasing to the eye!! The animations are adorable and the overall look and sound makes it a cozy fun experience!! Unfortunately we are so sad because, we are quickly max-ing out every category of upgrades and we will be devastated when we cannot level up or upgrade anymore will this app grow? One hopes it will!! Please continue, and add more content!! There are some bugs here and there but its so easily forgiven because of how cute the game is! We hope the devs read this and give us more content.
We love this game and we've been playing it for awhile, over a year, but the hamsters/guineapigs on the screen have never been added. We already finished the game so there aren't any other updates. We play to finish unlocking the collection and the animals are super cute so we still enjoy playing but we wish they would update to add the small rodents.
Love this game but we cant upgrade anything anymore. Its basically completed. Needs more.
We were loading up the game and when we got to our daily reward and claimed it, it didnt claim the reward. Im not sure why its not doing it, it usually works.
Love the game. It has consumed many hours of ours. We only wish there was a way to upgrade the frequency of people visiting. Ill have 10 seats open and 3 vets doing nothing, 2 receptionist just sitting there. Easy 5 stars if that wasnt a problem.
This game had us entertained for a few years now. We do love it but once everything is maxed out, youd have nothing to do anymore.
We love this game. Played it for about a month and a half though and maxed everything out but there hasnt been an update since. If the game was updated more we would continue playing, but this game is really only good for a little bit and then can be deleted. Super fun though while it lasted.
We really enjoy the game, but Im having the HARDEST time trying to figure out how to get past this objective. It says we have to increase advance in surgery research to level 1 but we cannot find advance in surgery or any source that can give us steps on how to find it. To make our point, it would make the game more enjoyable if figuring out where/how to complete the objective was easier. Other than that, we really love that game and always recommend it.
Playing this game was very engaging and addictive the first day, however we lost interest when all the building upgrades caught up to us. The gameplay is now simply opening the app, clicking something to research and build, then waiting to open the app again and repeat. The lengthy building time takes the fun out of the game and having to make in app purchases shouldnt be the only solution to it.
We played for a couple weeks and got pretty far ahead with our research. Then for some reason when we got to level 16 reputation, it all crashed, rebooted, and we lost all our research. Everything started back at the very beginning and Im a little frustrated. Would love to continue playing if this was ever resolved.
But honestly a great idle clicker has ads to increase profits, and not as much need to spend real cash. The cash grab at this game is quite ridiculous.
Hasnt been updated in almost a year. The game gets stale very fast. Wish they would update.
We really hope the developers read this: GET RID OF THE BUILDING TIMES. We understand the wait time for building a brand new building, but for each update is ridiculous considering you can only do one at a time. The reason people like idle games it because its fast and you get to keep expanding and updating, but with the a huge wait time for every upgrade, your entire gameplay will just be waiting and eventually you wont want to play again. Also the money/vault cap is ridiculous and shouldnt exist. We assume they put it there cause the amount of time it takes to build stuff youll have accumulated so much money that the game would be pointless but not letting people get their earnings is not the solution to that. In conclusion, remove the building times. It disrupts the gameplay and rhythm that makes idle games enjoyable.
No update in months and Id been in contact with CodiGames and they say nothing is wrong with the game even though we stated others are having the same issue.

The app deleted all our research progress and made us restart. It also lost our purchases of the robots that assist with the shelter. There is no where on the app where we can contact to get help and assistance to have our app restored properly. We were enjoying this game. But now we are disappointed.
We genuinely enjoyed this game. But now Im realizing we cannot complete surgery room 3 because we dont have the capacity in the vault. The only way to get more capacity? Pay actual money. We would have rated the game zero if we could because that is ridiculous.
We cant even get the game to work let alone play it. We downloaded it twice and it stays on the opening screen. Why.
We have almost completed this game and we downloaded it December 6th of last year. We have bought one item, it was a multi-pack deal where we got another builder, coins and something else we dont remember but it was well worth it for the builder but you get currency and gems as you upgrade and as your employees help patients. We personally believe if you think about how the vet clinic has to run instead of going with the list of tasks it gives you, youll do a lot better off. Yes, the timer goes up to like 3d max we believe but if you like idle games thats right up your alley. We have completed it within a good time frame for only buying one item and still use ads. We watch numerous ads for new rescue adoptees. But this new update is very nice, we noticed the amount of tasks to complete to get all traits has gone down and thats beneficial. The timer for the vets, adoption and rescue refresh is also useful. We think it would be nice if you incorporate buying the upgrade tokens in the shop a little more so you can spend cash to get them. We have a ton of cash that we cant spend much on since Ive researched and built everything. Just need to finish upgrades, this would help a ton.
We like this game. Its one of the higher quality tycoon games. Im glad we dont have to renovate and start over again every five seconds. But theres one issue? Two of the quests tell us to do something we have no idea about. What are cure materials? Theres medicine, food, toys, sanitation, dressings and equipment. But theres no cure material. Also it tells us to research discount on consultation but we cant find that in the research! Please help.
