What Makes Pill Mania HD Stand Out
"Pill Mania HD" is an addictive puzzle game.
The goal is to remove all viruses from the screen. To do that you have to rotate and position the capsules on top of or alongside the viruses and other capsules so that there are at least 4 blocks with the same color next to each other.
You can move and turn the capsules with the on-screen-buttons.

This is similar to the Dr Mario on Nintendo. Fun game and limited ads. No glitches that Ive seen just a fun time waster.
We have played this game for years and absolutely love it. Be careful it is super addictive. Just wish there was a way to pay for it to avoid the ads.
Works just like the original Dr. Mario. Button placement can make for frustrating gameplay sometimes, but overall its a lot of fun. Better that the revamped Dr. Mario in our opinion.
Was blown away at how much fun this game is. Takes us back to our parents living room in the 80s. If you were addicted to Dr. Mario, then stand by to relapse.
The game shuts down randomly. Then you must delete it and reinstall for it to work for a who or a month or five minutes. We still like this game. Mr. Developer if youre reading these comments, why dont you fix the bug.
We love that it works like Dr Mario we love that there are very few advertisements.but it keeps crashing! We were on level 25 and it shuts down and yon have to uninstall and reinstall so it loses your high score.
Loved this as a between things game, reminded us of Dr Mario on one of the old game systems. Over the past year-ish, the app comes up, shows the owner splash screen, then leader board for a couple seconds, then crashes.
Controls were a bit sticky but fun for free. Played it for a month until screen popped asking permission to paste from messages. Delete app.
Sometimes things will just all go sideways, no matter what. Lots of times, the buttons dont work (or we dont hit them right, we havent ruled that one out). But the thing that drives crazy, is that we will finish a level and then the ad comes up, only to close out of the ad to find a bunch of pills piled up and Ive lost. This has ruined some of our highest scores and its infuriating.
We like it but the controls dont work right all the time.
Great game but it keeps getting interrupted with offers of other games! We then have to exit out and restart to continue playing.
Enjoy the game but controls do not respond well. Sticky. Improve these and youll have a 5 Star game.
We love PillMania, however. A while back when we either upgraded our iPad and all games were updated. The game has not been the same. We tap our moves to turn or move to either left or right and the pills do not move as swiftly. We tap,tap, tap and they either get stuck and dont move it they move very slowly. We had high scores and since we had to delete and reload the game. We dont play as often because it gets to be aggravating. Not sure what to do at this point except to remove and reload again and hope that works. Thanks, Vera. If it werent for the sticky pills we would rate 5 stars…right now we give it 3.
Seems in stages 7,8,+ error happens where pills go to the left in uncontrolled machine gun movement. Cant stop it. Ruins game. Also sometimes when killing pills underneath stack the upper pills remain in air until next pill comes down. Weird error. Pls fix. Thank you.
We love this game but the buttons stick a lot.
The game is fun and reminds you of the days of Dr. Mario. But for some reason you cannot purchase anything to remove the ads. If that could get figured out, then it would be worthy of 4 stars.
Love this app, but every time certain ads come up ( Temu is the worst), the app closes itself out in a few seconds and will not stay open. We have to delete and redownload the app every time a stupid Temu app comes on.
Love the game, hate the bugs. We wish they'd put more effort into make it actually work instead of just crashing half the time. :/.

The buttons dont always move they way you tap them . The pills turn slow or dont turn at all sometimes . At times the pills you have matched dont disappear and get stuck mid air until the next move . This is aggravating especially if your bottle is almost full and you would have won if the game had worked properly. But still fun to play for free. Would never pay for this low quality.
We hate the google ads that run across the bottom of the game covering the game buttons. We used to be able to hit level 90 now we cant get pass level 4! Google ads have ruined the game for us. Will be deleting it shortly…we have to wean ourselves off…the game was addicting.
The game is fun until it starts making moves and turns on its own. It usually happens once youve progressed to a higher level so we wasnt sure at first but then we intentionally removed our hand from making a move and watched the game make several moves on its own without us touching anything until it filled up and we lost! This is frustrating, annoying and makes the game less fun knowing its cheating you out of moves you didnt even make causing you to loose rounds you would have won.
App does not let us restore purchase, or make purchases to remove ads. App is also glitched so whenever another app tries to log in with Facebook it opens pill mania instead of Facebook. This is one of our favorite games, we just wish it was not bugged. We have emailed customer support over a year ago and received no response still.
This used to be a good game. Now when you get up to the higher levels, the advertising kicks in during play, instead of between rounds. And the game continues during the ad, but youre locked out of being able to control anything until after the ad. By then, youve lost the game.
Ive enjoyed the game, but recently Ive had instances where ads will run between levels bit the game continues to play behind the scenes. So when the ad is done, we find that we have suddenly lost the game because the pills have been piling up while the ad was playing. Please fix this bug.
This game played an ad shortly after we started level 90- and when the ad was finished Id lost the level! So frustrating. Dont invest the time.
Last update causes ads to pop up and cover and active game and the only way out is to kill the app. All bad.

Ad bar appears at the bottom of the screen periodically that blocks the controls. Totally ruins the game.
Agree with the other review. We loved this game before the update. Now the graphics are awful and it's really distracting.
The new update makes the graphics look worse; the game looks more primitive than the older version. Still operates the same and works well if you can get past the visual.

It's colorful and fun. We like it.
If we get more than one text message while playing the game goes very fast and before we can stop it, it's game over and then we're upset.
We grew up playing Dr Mario, and this is just as addicting as that! We love this game. The only thing that we wish was that there was a more challenging level to start. It takes forever to get to the challenging levels. And once you mess up, and have to restart, it takes you a long time to get back to where you were. Or maybe an option to restart on the level you were just on? Or retry that level.
Newer review. We checked on the game and there was another upgrade. It looks like they don't have adds that play music and there are a lot less adds than two weeks ago. We raised the rating to 4 stars. The actual game still rates 5 stars. Old review The game rates 5 stars but the last upgrade was to introduce pop up adds with music that you can't turn off for five seconds. There were no pop up adds in the previous iteration. It is a big minus. We deleted this game from our apple. There are plenty of other less advertising aggressive games that we can play.
This game has issues controlling once you get to level 15 and we wish it didn't make you start all over after your out. The original dr Mario allowed you to keep working on the board you lost on and start fromThere.
We have been disappointed lately with this game. It lags so it mess up your moves and pull rotations. Is there a way to fix this with an update.

We are soooo addicted to this game!! We have played it a million times and we can't stop!! It is just like the Dr Mario game from the Old school Nintendo! Our only complain is that you can't save your games to come back to at a later date! Please make this enhancement.

This game is great on our iPad! It really plays well and hits that urge for Dr Mario.

This game is free and an excellent remake of Dr. Mario. The only problem is pills move over one space when they are flipped twice. It takes a little getting used to, but otherwise great.
