We like the interface and while there is a bit you can play against. It doesnt explain the rules. We had to look them up somewhere else to figure out how to play. Ie got stuck the first time we played Pineapple vs Chinese as we didnt know we had to discard one of the three cards. Also would love if we could play with 4 players on Chinese as there are enough cards. It wouldnt work in Pineapple.
Really great to play and challenging. A few glitches however.
We do enjoy the game itself but you only get to play a small amount of hands for free every day. Then the expectation is a $20 per month subscription to play more, which is a ridiculous price.
Usually great working app but please fix the fact that now it doesnt notify you when its your move on anything. We checked with all our friends and its the same for them. It just started a few weeks ago.
Suggestion: add a key box with the point value chart so beginners have something to refer to, as well as, possibly adding a rules info guide. Otherwise, love the game! Play everyday and practice. Love love love.
When you go into Fantasy land when playing the 5 person tournament.. You dont get to use all the cards that your opponents get to see.. Therefore can actually be a disadvantage to you. Please try to fix this thanks.
Please fix your pricing scale so its reasonable to purchase the option to play different formats.
We love the game, and its super fun to play with friends or against the bot. But we wish there was an instructions manual. The basics are easy to pretty learn, but we still havent figured out the points system.
This is a good app but the price is not reasonable for what it is. It would also be nice to purchase blocks of time instead of the automatic renew as well.
We like this app and like this game. The ui is great. A couple issues: there are no rules, no information on scoring, or anything helpful to get new users up and running. Youre kind of on your own to figure things out. Second, the pro version is absurdly expensive. 19.99 a month is more than top streaming services. Give us a one time flat right and we will buy, but an ongoing subscription for minimal improvements is a nonstarter.
The apps layout is great. User experience is good for the most part. It fails on two fronts: 1- theres no documentation anywhere on how the game works, the scoring, how much time does one have per turn, how many free plays, how does one climb the leader board, etc, there is in fact no documentation whatsoever. 2- some app bugs. E.g. The app sometimes accepts us into a tournament but then doesnt actually seat us or deal us cards. If we refresh, app says we already our used free tournament and next one available is in a few hours. Also, it sometimes refuses to register a play and then places the cards in default positions instead. This may be an internet connectivity problem, not sure.
Its a fun game if you like pineapple, but too many times it freezes up after the computer opponent opens their cards. Theres nothing to do but wait, and sometimes it never resolves. Very frustrating.
On our device as well as our friends, the notifications have stopped working even after we downloaded and redownloaded the game. We have completely separate phone, completely separate plans, and we live in completely separate countries so its gotta be an app issue which makes it kind of annoying to play back, but other than that, game works well.
Havent been getting notifications for over a week. Our friend with the app on iPhone says the same. Seems like android isnt having issues.
When you make it to fantasyland, the app doesnt quite give you the same 14 cards as everyone else. We think this app should give a bigger prize for winning a tournament. We also think this app should give a prize for getting second place in a tournament. We also think they should offer free play once every hour instead of once every three hours. Still fun though.
Needs better options to place and pull back fantasy cards. Like on the PokerBROS app. And we pay for upgrade to play expert at Ultimate Jokers and OOPS we cant play expert bot at that game. Annoying since it looks like it offers it. Still, nonetheless, fun app to play friends on.
Game doesnt have rules for other game modes, making it difficult to decipher.
The game itself is fun but follows simple patterns of chance. Very rarely can you gamble on getting cards to stack in the top and middle. Game is usually designed to punish gamblers into counterfeiting. Id like to see more randomness to the gameplay instead of being predictable.
Notifications havent been working and no one seems to be supporting this app. Please fix the notifications. Its a fun game but have to know its our turn to play.
Now, the notifications dont work and new players cant sign up. Sad.

We have been playing the game on this app for about a year. It is great, we play multiple games with friends and it works very well. For the last 2 months the app has not been giving notifications when players play their turn. Hoping it gets fixed soon because its very bothersome.
Loved this game and have played for years but we cannot receive notifications anymore and that has made it difficult to stay engaged. 5 stars if the notifications came back.
Bought a new iPad and downloaded the app it told us the phone number is wrong and no way to do a FORGOT PASSWORD or start a new account if this could be resolved it would be 5stars.

This is a great game to play with friends but just recently the notification has not worked. Please fix this so we can enjoy and give it 5.
App works perfectly 90% of the time. Unfortunately it picks the worst times to have a glitch – leaving cards on screen when they should be cleared and counting points incorrectly. It would be ok if there was any customer service whatsoever but we havent figured out how to get a hold of them.
We have been playing for several years now and have noticed the game gets very predictable at times. They claim that the software is audited, but there are times when we cannot miss for several games in a row and then it flips to our opponent. Be cautious if you are playing for more than fun. Also, they offered more games for free; however, most of these games now require a premium service. We are not opposed to paying, but they want $20/month for the premium service. We know they have missed out on a lot of money from us casual players that would pay for the service, but at a more reasonable price.
As someone who just wants to play against the computer and casual games against friends, $20/month isnt worth it. We can see how it would be a trivial business expense if we were playing for any reasonable stakes. Its a shame that Im limited for the number of offline hands we play against the computer in a 24 hour period, though.
Possibly the dumbest game Ive ever played. We play the tournaments and the point structure and going to fantasy land is absolutely idiotic. Once youre in there you get to stay if you get a straight flush or 4 of a kind, but if you get those hands normally or dont go into it. Uhhh its a no brainer to put those cards in that sequence when you can see them all. The developer of this game is an absolute idiot.
Used to be able to create A new game. No longer able to create A low in the middle game. Zero tech support and no Way to contacts anyone. We like the app but the above is frustrating.
We used to love the pineapple app, had multiple matches going on with friends literally around the world. Even bought some diamonds to play more tournaments. Then they took away the different variants (2-7, two on the button etc) for non subscribers. And to be honest, if the Pro subscription was a reasonable price we would have gotten it. But its so exorbitant theres no way our friends and we would pay for it. We understand the price for people playing for money, but for us regulars its absurd. Bring back the different variants for us regular people.
Anyone have a better app to play on.
Cant get a pass the initial loading screen. Ive entered our phone number our wifes phone number and try the app on several different devices. Additionally, Ive emailed the publisher with no response. As far as we can tell, its a zombie app that doesnt work and nobody is supporting/maintaining it.
Countless people we see online with same issue. You cant log in with your phone number.
Doesn't go anywhere. Keeps rejecting our nunber. Never logged in before.
Keeps asking for our phone number and when we put it in. It turns red as if its no good. We tried another number and wont let us in.
Wont let us sign in with our number. Keep turning red.
It doesnt work when we enter our phone number to join.
Notifications have disappeared with our friends too.
We cant even login, we put the phone # in and it comes up with an error.
We use to play this app all the time but our notifications stopped appearing causing the games to take forever with our buddy. It is the same on his end. If this changes this is a 5 star app.
