What Makes Pitch Stand Out

Play either Cut Throat (3 players) in 4, 5, or 6 point or Classic Teams (4 players) in all versions of pitch. Pitch also saves the total number of wins and losses to online leaderboards, compare your records with other users!
Play multiplayer through Game Center! This allows for 2 to 4 players to play together in any version of Pitch! You can also use the built in voice chat feature to talk amongst your friends!

Great app. For 2 bucks how can you go wrong.
Havent played much but we hope our family and we enjoy it.
When playing tournament you can win first round ok and then win second round and wont move on. Played in second round for four games and still would not move to next bracket. Other than that its ok except your partner bids stupid a lot.
We gave you a 4 star but do not know how to play and there is no tutorial.
We have loved this game for years but we did an upgrade and now theres an ad/promotion after EVERY hand!!who has the time for all that?? We sure dont.
The actual card game Id fun and entertaining. But we have had to remove the app and reload because it locks up saying resuming saved game and will not let you do anything else. So either third time is a charm of it will be gone.
We didnt appreciate having to give a review before even getting to PLAY a game. Then there are long ads between each round as well as an ad at the bottom of the viewing screen. Not sure how this app got the ratings it did as this game is worse than most others for the reasons specified above. Cant trust an app with deceptive practices.
After a new hand is dealt, following an advertisement, you are only dealt 8 cards (or at least that is what is visible). Played this game for months before we detected this.
No matter what we try no other players seem to come up for a game. If you could fix it so we could play against the computer like we do we. Other Pitch games, we would play all the time.
First try asked for a review before even got a chance to play. First game 30 second ad, we get sponsored ads but 30 seconds is ludicrous! Went back to game and the game board is frozen. Tried to reload still froze on playing, but 30 second ad still works. So far not impressed. Looks like could be fun. Spent less time writing this than ads we already have seen after two hands. You decide what you want. We are deleting.
We bought this app bc we are a serious pitch player but its an awful app. You cant see the cards easily and its not easy to know what to do. We want our $1.99 back.
Wanted to play a multiplayer game and couldnt even get a single game in. Dont buy. Will update review if it gets fixed.
Great app! It took us a minute on the high joker, but figured it out quick. From the mid-west and played pitch all the time. On the west coast now and no one plays it, so happy to have the app now.
Make card styles easier to read. Better multiplayer. Old people will love it. Ez money, great app congrats.
Rules are slightly different than the house rules we play, but thats okay.
Most everything is great. We like having this game around to sharpen our skills for when we go cage match against our son and daughter in law. Only downside is the customization of the game gets stuck when we tried to customize names. We have to quit the game to back out of it and no changes get saved.

We love this game. It has the rules we grew up with. But one thing, from what we can tell the high joker is invisible in the 6 point game! Very disappointing! We also had happened where we would bid and when we chose trump a very important card was missing. Another player had it. This happened twice. Will not happen again because Im deleting this app! 2 dollars down the drain.

It's ok but there are more cards than we're used to playing with and the computer player really don't play very smart.
We enjoy pitch and it has options for 5 point, 10 point, or other games. That is great. Unfortunately, the computers you are playing against card playing make errors that a typical player would not. Additionally, which ultimately caused us to stop playing the game, is that the game is buggy, particularly if you stop a game and return to it later.
We like the look of the game, and the number of options to play. However, two issues bug us: first, about 20% of the time, the program scores improperly (usually involving crediting the low card to the wrong player); and the app has our partner failing to throw to us the low card when we open with an ace.
Computer will always throw J on 2nd trick.
You layers are better now. They bid actually, and do not play completely foolish. Although with the last update, now when someone plays the joker it does not record as a point.. Which does not make sense. Before the joker did not record as an option to be high or low, now it does not register that it was played. So you bid as though you could say have high low and the joker. You take all three, and only get high and low.
Developers need to fix the reneging problem especially in the cut throat game very annoying. The rules require the players to follow suit so please fix it.
Fairly good. Not like playing live but good for practice.
So far, cards are missing, dealt short, cards played you cant see, etc. Made us rate it for more games, so there you go, a 2.
When playing against computer generated teams its bogus. They dont play Trump when its led so you have no way of knowing who has trump left. Bad glitch.
The moves the computer makes are horrible. When we lead with an Ace our partner will throw a king instead of a two. Always losing points because the computer gets rid of the highest cards first. The computer bids are horrible too. Our partner bid 12 and led with a 5. Its crazy and very frustrating to play.
Very frustrating. When we play with a partner and the dealer to our left wins the bid and throws an Ace our partner throws him a 10 off suit. Many times the strategy makes no sense if youve actually played the game. Unacceptable. Also our partner reneged. Then playing cutthroat we never get any cards and/or never get to bid.
This app needs to be fixed so the others play right and follow trump suit when theyre suppose to because they cheat every time. FIX YOUR APP.
Wont let you play 10 point until you rate the app. Since we havent used the app, the rating is pointless. This practice should not be allowed.
Fun game but creator must not know how to play pitch as the computer players make plays that make no sense. As an example, we play ace and our partner has a 3 but doesn't play it. Impossible to get players to join for an online game.
The AI players have always been a little touched, but since the last update, theyve resorted to cheating. To be specific, they frequently renege when trump is led. We can tolerate a partner giving away a ten or a jack unnecessarily, but reneging is a deal breaker for us. For now, we just call it game over and start fresh. We hope Developer Jeff fixes this soon, because its driving us nuts.
What a joke. Computer wont follow trump all the time when we lead with trump. Pay attention and you will see.
When we took tricks it gave points to other teams very inaccurate.
Wont let us play without rating. Since we dont know what its like and they keep asking, its a 0 until we play.
(10 Point) Doesnt count the low card (Duece) to the correct team, causing a team to go set when it shouldnt have occurred. Partner bidding and playing is questionable at best. Glitch in the showing of the cards in your hand and doesnt correct until you play a card. Bad app at this time. Very disappointed.
Ive tried several times to play and it just shows matching for 3 players to join us. We never get any players. Not even computer players to play against. Disappointing.
Could not even get the game to work one time. It thinks and thinks and the game never starts. Save your $1.99 for a game you can actually play.
Requires payment to play, and then wont let you play all the game modes unless you rate them. Well, if you wanted a good rating, make a good game.

Constantly freezes when trying to change names and moves slow. Frustrating and makes us want a refund.
Computer makes ridiculous plays and doesnt play suit lead even though they still have it in their hand. Since new update one of the computer players bid 3 nearly every single time even if they have complete junk in their hand. Purchased multiplayer and it doesnt work. Overall the app worked a little better before the update now we just get angry when we play. We dont think the developer has actually played it. Please fix.
Too bad the AI on how computer opponents play is so bad. Throw offs are terrible, trumps unnecessarily, no thought to strategy. Was better before last update.
Its not bad for training, however there are many, many flaws. You cant change the players names. It wont let you always keep the two. The computer plays cards in a stupid order. It needs major work for it to be good.
The game was great until the latest update. The dark colors are hard to see. We have now deleted it. Points dont get applied to the right team. Trump cards not laid when they are supposed to. Points not applied when jokers laid.
