Love the game but it will not let us play the daily levels anymore. Says no connection whether Im connected to wifi or not and its not our internet cause everything else will work and it even lets us play the regular levels. Starting to get a little aggravated by it.

Great game but needs improvement. You paid for the ad removal but still has ads. We think if there is a option to turn Off sound, it should turn Off all sound including when ads are playing. If tug fix those problems then we'll be a great game.
Some of the words seem like they were generated by an LLM that barely knows how to put letters together. And theres an ad after EVERY level. Plus, some of the puzzles do not have unique solutions. We love the Penny Press version of this puzzle and am sad this app couldnt get close.
This is a fun game and can be challenging, however, it could use more chances to earn erasers like after playing the daily challenges. Also we noticed that when we watch an ad to get double rewards, we dont get the rewards and then have to watch another ad to get to the next game. Please fix this. Why do we keep playing the same games over and over again.
We love this game, but there are SO MANY ADS. You cant even complete one level without at least four ads.
We like this game so much that we paid to remove ads but we still have to watch them to play the daily levels? WHY? Thats not the only problem, the ads wont play properly so we cant finish the level. Please explain this to us! We would like a refund please.
We got to level 25 and there is literally no possible solution for it. Ive restarted this level we dont know how many times, and the top left corner of the puzzle is impossible to finish. We think there is an error with one of the k words. Im about to delete this app because its just ridiculous.

There are too many ads. Ill play one round thats less than 2 minutes and Ill get an ad.
Not actual words and too frequent ads.
We bought it to get rid of the ads as promised and it still is making us watch ads every couple seconds.
The fact we cant even open to play one round before an ad is why we uninstalled it. Dont bother. Most games with ads, you play, you win, ad, next game. This game is ad, as, want to play click here, ad, then the FIRST game. Not worth it. Disappointing because it was a cool concept.
Places Please is one of our favorite pennydell puzzles, so we were delighted to find this. The only change we would really want would be for you to be able to write in letters. Sometimes we know a block has an NAG or something, but we cant enter that and it makes the puzzle a little finicky and can force us to redo a puzzle if we place a word wrong and dont realize it until its too late.
Such a cool idea, and its very interesting But, our very first complain was the fact you have to restart the whole level if you mess a word up, you get a certain amount of erasers. Not sure if you can get more just by watching an ad or you have to pay. Regardless, its very annoying. The main and most annoying part, all the ads. It really kills the fun of everything. You get a pop up saying Your support helps us run this project!!. Then you get an option to either pay to remove ads (cost 5.99) or to watch the ad. The ads are skippable, but its the fact that Id only been playing for a few minutes and this popped up sooo many times. A lot of stuff in there they sell for money, like the erasers and hints. We understand that you need the money, but if you want people to actually play your game you need to minimize the amount of ads. Lots of people watching skippable/few ads will be way more than the few people willing to either sit through it, or pay like 6 dollars to remove all of it. Such a cool game, was really disappointed :(.
Too many ads to make this game worth playing. And we havent seen the ads go away even after purchasing no ads.
This app helped us pass time for few games, then the Ads started increasing. Not only did the Ads increase, but the X to get out of the Ad and resume playing would not work. The Ad is clearly still moving, proving our phone wasnt frozen. The only way we could resume our previous game was to download the game it was advertising. We kept closing the app hoping itd bring us back to previous progress but instead it made us restart our game. We played the SAME GAME FOUR TIMES and this happened before the last two words EVERY SINGLE TIME. So no longer will we be playing this app. What a waste of a game.
Developer replied to a review saying that they should put less ads for earlier levels so that players can get hooked first. That was 4 months ago so the devs obviously didnt listen to the suggestion despite saying they would. We deleted this game after three puzzles because we got a 50 second ad after reach level . Oh and you need internet connection to play this game.
The game is great but there is way to many ads.
Too many ads. Cant complete a word without an ad. Annoying as crap. Love game but its sad they ruin with constant ads.
We downloaded this app for all of 30 minutes. The game itself is fine. Words are not at all relatable (if even words). But the worst thing and what made us immediately delete it was the ads. We get that ads are needed to fund a free app, but this is truly excessive and far more than comparable games. 4+ ads in one roundreally? Not worth our time.
The game is a great puzzle. However, there are a lot of ads and they come frequently.
Great fun game. Except the daily games just go back to the Home Screen which is annoying.
This is an awesome game and we love these puzzles. A few things: we dont understand how the mistakes work. There have been puzzles where we didnt make any mistakes yet it said we had 1 or 2. If there are multiple solutions, it shouldnt count against you if you happen to choose the wrong one. Second, we hate how you still have to watch ADs for the daily puzzles even after you purchase the game. Other than that, its great! We also wish there was a pencil in option like in sudoku.
Hard to pass the daily puzzles because there are too many of them for 1 day. Also, level 15 has two, too many squares and all the words are done! We have two open squares and can't move on because those two open squares!! We enjoy playing this but between the ads, level 15, never being able to get "power ups" for watching ads or anything, we think we're done.
We love this game theres only a few things that we do not like, you cannot watch add to get hints also we did not like the fact that you cannot fix a mistake without the eraser which you cannot get unless you buy it again wish there was an opportunity to watch an ad to get one, we Make a Mistake, we see it and so we had to start the puzzle all over again, just to fix the one mistake because we cannot buy erases so if you guys can fix like those issues this game we get five dollars for us.
We love this game in theory. Its one of our favorite games to play in puzzle books. But the sheer number of ads render this game unplayable. We realize there is an option to pay to remove ads, but we usually only do that once Ive had a chance to make sure we will actually enjoy a game first. Every level we play, we have to sit through at least 5 ads so theres no chance of us playing long enough to find out if this app is actually worth any money.
Hey devs? Little advice? You want to allow time to get players hooked before you start drowning them in ads. When most people download a free game, we want to see if its fun enough to be worth enduring whatever monetization method is used (usually either ads or micro transactions). We all accept these as a part of how free games fund themselves. And personally, if its a game we enjoy, im at peace with that, and even willing to shell out mons to support games we play frequently. After booting this game, though, had no fewer than four ad breaks by the time we finished level two. That is too many ads during the testing phase, and so even many of us puzzle-heads who would enjoy the game will figure its not worth the effort and uninstall. Seriously, you have an interesting little twist here; trust your product to pull people in for the long haul. Wait until level 5-10 until the ads kick in, so we word puzzle peeps know well enjoy the game enough to stick longterm. All ads full blast up front? You are turning away longterm players for short-term gains, plain as that. Once theyre a couple levels in and know they enjoy the game, the. Flip the all the ads button and youll get more longterm players willing to either withstand the ads or pay money to play without. Because investment is a psychology thing that exists. You can use it better than you are, basically.
We love the concept of this game and even paid so we didnt have to watch ads, but level 15 is unsolvable and we cannot proceed. We have a screenshot but cannot add it to this review. Am we missing something.

Love playing the game. However there are too many ads popping up after every word placement which kinda makes it annoying. Probably wont keep the game installed for too long.
We enjoy the game, but like others have said, some levels you complete without a mistake and it tells you there were mistakes. The ads are annoying when they pop up during game play. We dont mind ads but not when Im actively playing a level and it pops in. Otherwise, enjoyable and different.
The game itself seems fun enough and easy to navigate. Though some of the stats dont make sense. Its hard to tell how enjoyable it could be because we had one round free of ads. This is the most frequent and the longest ads Ive come across on a game. Contemplating deleting because we spend more time watching ads than solving puzzles.
We just paid to remove the ads from the game. Now we have a banner across the bottom of our phone screen that is blocking several words and options. We are very upset about this since we were enjoying this game – despite ads popping up midway through every level.

We played a few different games and they all have ads. But the ads are usually in between levels, and we can click out of them pretty easily. But this game will have ads during the level, we just was playing one level and we had three ads pop up during our gameplay. Thats ridiculous. We understand ads help the maker of the game. Keep it free, but during our Lovel ads pop up? Thats absolutely ridiculous! We wouldve made it more stars if the ads wouldve been in between levels.
The daily puzzles stopped working today. Can you fix.
No one minds if there is a remove ads option but most people arent interested in buying it. The problem is the number of ads during the game! Every one or two placed words, its watch ad or pay to remove. Ive now deleted game as this felt like being held hostage. So what if ads keep the game free for others, when its this obnoxious no one wants to play.

We actually enjoy this game despite all the ads. However, we were playing today and one of the words was an ethnic slur. Theres no way to flag the word and it made us very uncomfortable as this isnt a dated word or infrequently used. Quite a painful experience.
We paid for the app to have the ads removed and it didnt remove the ads. We have the receipt and proof of payment. We are very frustrated as we love the app but am not getting what we paid for. Will be 5 stars if it gets fixed.
In order to play one game, you need to watch an ad to get in, watch 6-7 more while in the game, and then another at close. Many of them can be cut off early; however, it completely ruins the flow. The option is there to pay $6.99 to eliminate adsI cant tell if we actually like the game, though!!! Its just frustrating. We are 110% willing to watch ads, and watch more ads for extra features; however, this is just routine game play.

Love the game but there's WAAAAAY to many ads.
We love this game it keeps us entertained but the ads are to often we understand having ads to of course make a profit but it is a little heavy. We also would love a way to collect all of the hints or even a given on of each hint in each game board. Playing on the bigger boards is easy to misplace a word. Regardless this game is great.
Its absolutely amazing game we love it Id give it 5 stars but it dont show you all the words and you cant slid over or scroll to see the other words if their is more then 5 works you cant see the others then you have empty spaces and have to use hint to fill it because you cant find the word that goes their.
