This game is tons of fun but it only took us 4 days to finish.
The update is more fast-paced (sometimes too much), but we like the generosity in the chances you get of you go in the red. Very cute game! No bugs that we saw.

If youre unfamiliar with how schools work in Japan, its a little slow starting. But give it a chance, and it becomes one of Kairosofts best games. Cute, fun, lots to do constantly.

This game is worth the money ive been playing all day and we reached 11/11/11 ughhh.
Our first playthrough went by so fast and we hadnt even uncovered much. Our second playthrough is much better either with unlocking content but we still dont think 11years is long enough. Another great game by Kairo Soft though! <3.
Kairosoft literally makes so many good ones but this one is def one of our faves now. The popular spots are easy to combine with each other as well as just designing your own school! There is a moment we had where we wanted to redo the look and it caused a dip but thats pretty much it. Essentially, just make sure your placement is what you want when you first start. And try not to edit it too majorly unless you can afford the loss that will come.
And now Ive wasted time writing this review.
Took awhile but we ended up liking it.
Very fun game and very addictive. Various goals and stats to build keeps you actively engaged. We would like to have a mode to pause the day.
Finally got around to this one and Im glad we did.
GREAT GAME! Played as a child now we are 28 enjoying the 3rd edition.
Always in debt, intense difficulty managing so many things, super addictive and once you get into a flow of things, you learn to love its difficulty of juggling so many things and when you need to juggle.
Love this game, if only you could customize the students and teachers more.
Pocket academy series has been our all time favorite! Compared to several other kairo games (which are also fun) this has more contents to play, as you connect with each student, witness their important moments and bid them farewell after 3 years. We really enjoy seeing them improve and qualify for their career goals. This means there are a lot to do even late in each gameplay.
We love these pixel games, and Ive been playing pocket academy off and on for years. (we keep getting to some point, getting bored, and then deleting) but, this is the first save where we got prestigious and such.

Another good resource management game from kairosoft. Trying to figure out how to organize spots and manage grade levels keeps the game interesting. Decently replayable.
More combos and events than previous! Needs pause menu when day ends to make rearranging easier.
Youre not making money by building stores like in Mega Mall, instead you you build stuff to raise your popularity so that students join your school and pay tuition. So if you like micromanaging a lot to cater to every student and organizing buildings properly this is the game for you. Theres always something to do and keeps you engaged plus its very satisfying watching your students grades go up.

Its too addictive to play, all the strategies are so fun to figure out where to put the spots together, level up the teachers and give items to the students who needed moreIve been playing the games of Kairosoft for years, all games are fun to play and never bored of it.
We started playing the first version in 2019. PA3 is a lot more fun and engaging, the fast paced nature of earning points and enjoying more events really motivates the player to keep playing. The animations are really cute as well.

Enjoyed our play through but something did feel lacking.
Im around year 5 and the game is stuttering like crazy. We tried changing the settings to performance instead of graphics and it did nothing. The game is very fun but unplayable with the performance issues.
Pros – Beautiful pixel art – Cute festivals – Always opportunities to gain points you need – So many awesome types of facilities/rooms Cons – we love the cafeteria and was hoping we could see our students use it, but they dont reallyit defies reality where students would eat during lunch or grab food during break. Same with the basketball and tennis courts. – Repeated student appearance – Lacks many types of clubs – Wish we had more uniform types – Lacks micromanagement on students personalities, friend and romantic relationships, and lives – we finished this game in less than a week and you can only replay different maps.
This game is actually really cool. The animations and graphics are great! You reap real rewards and you can see all your progress the longer you play the game. It also doesnt even take that long to progress which makes it really fun! The game developers knew what they were doing. Ive downloaded many of the kairosoft games:).
Youre gonna wanna play this one if you either love spot min-maxxing or even just aesthetic layout vibes. Plus getting to watch your students eat at everything they do makes you feel good. Good game.
We wish there was more to the game, maybe when holding festivals, or maybe how students Interact with eachother.

By far the most enjoyable and addictive Kairosoft game Ive played. Might be our favorite with Cafe Story at #2.
This game is really fun, it lets you run your own school, decorate it, rearange it, and Customize a lot of the features! We NEED another game or an update to this game adding more classrooms or more features in the game, but Ive never had so much fun in a game in our life.
Goes fast, but you feel invested in the success of the students and the events. Lots of things to balance, but not punishing if you make a mistake. Fun.
