The rake on this app is crazy. We won a pot for around 105k. We got credits for around 70k.
Theyre OK until they want you to lose and want you to spend your money.They give you a little bit of play and then a bunch of bonuses at that time but then if you dont buy something then it starts to take take and no more bonuses dont come as often and all kinds of things and you have to watch a video constantly if you want to play.

The gameplay is fantastic we just would love the ability to invite friends and be able to message people that we add. We really feel like thats a missing piece especially since there are already friend lists available in the app.

We enjoy the game but really wish they didnt just interrupt your game play right in the middle of active hands to give you rings. The graphic should at the very least allow you to opt out and if they dont then they should be delayed until youre not actively playing. The rewards are great and all but we were yanked off a table when we were in the middle of a hand with millions of chips on the line and despite not finishing the hand those are just gone. Please fix this issue because its cost us several times and there is no way to backtrack to the table that we have found. Another small issue is the chat overlap that happens when you try and speak with a prepared answer and it will send something you didnt say on top of it. Otherwise we play all the time and enjoy the app and would give it more stars if not for the issue above.

This game cheats and they have too many bots playing it. There is no way a player can go 25 hands without getting at least a pair.
The game is rigged, designed to have you spend money. Using bots running AI program to win at impossible odds.
When you spin the wheel they send you to a high level table where they take anywhere from 5 to 10 million from your chip count with you betting, they place your bet then you lose. They have to many house players of course they win with the last card deal. When your playing with house team player you will never win.
Back off on the ads, even a little, and it would be tolerable.
Fun to play at first. If you dont buy chips youll magically find yourself getting beat on a river card thats the only card that would beat you. Yes its rigged.
Cards are not dealt at random, it seems. They seems to make it so that there is excitement at every hand. Not even close to an actual game.
This is a really fun game, but there are so many bots that steal your money. Also there are glitches that make certain buttons, like fold, call, or raise disappear at prime moments in the game. Get rid of the bots and stop removing the buttons.
You need to fix it so you dont have to have Wi-Fi to make it run because every time we have a good hand and Im not on Wi-Fi or anything we lose fix it so you dont have to have Wi-Fi. We dont understand why you have to have Wi-Fi when youre not near Wi-Fi.
This game is one of our favorites and we enjoy the competitive players on here.
This game is really fun for the most part, and Ive met some awesome people, but there are some really nasty bullies who target women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people with diverse races and ethnicities, and all around are just awful humans. You cant block their chat messages or report them. There is ZERO accountability or consequences for inappropriate or toxic messages and behavior. How does this app not let you report people???? Most of the players are lovely, but the bad ones sour it the game developers need to allow us to block and report bullies and inappropriate chats. Kids play on this app for hecks sake! Disappointing and disgusting.
We didnt get our chips on the last special game.
Had 3 -9 s. And a 1-Queen and other person had 3-9s and 1 -10 and other person won with higher amount of money and only got 200 from our hand where our hand was higher than other person with 3-9s and 1 -10. Should have gotten all the money with higher hand!! Other player didnt have a full house! Very unfair and deserves the money back! Plus you cannot look at play after it is done to see the hands. To developers you need to do something about this!! Very unhappy!! We hope you will answer to our complaint.
We screen recorded so we were as accurate as possible. This game takes up to 40% of your winnings on each hand. That seems really unfair.
We suggest playing for free since your win ratio goes way down when you actually show support for there business model. Ill play for free going forward. Typical company pulling fast ones when all they had to do was impress everyone Ive ever shown this game to. It does play well we will say. Good luck poker heat. If you ever wanna see some hands youll never see in real life play this and you will get beat quads over quads daily. Should be called unreal poker.
How many times do we have to go through your windows of buy this or play that? We also dont like that just because you won a huge sum, after spinning a wheel that barely gives any money, it dumps you into a crazy high level where everyone has hundreds of millions more than you do. If there less pop ups, Id give this game 5stars.
Simple enough THEm platform with usual complaints about not muting annoying/abusive chats. But few unusual complaints: They do things like remove the fold button sometimes when someone spikes the pot, forcing u to wait out time or call when u dont want to. Their odds r also very suspicious. Have seen way too many four of a kinds lose to ever be random odds. But unequal in your favor too sometimes. If it starts giving u incredible odds, its probably trying to lure u back in. Or vv: Lots of bad beats when they think u r not going to quit and delete app. Oh, and they force u to sit through 8-10 ads every time, many repeats.
This app is absolutely beautiful.
We love playing on here but they really need a way to report players who are being harassing. We get people saying some really crude things to us as a woman and in multiple languages. We dont appreciate being sexually harassed at the tables.

For the most part this is a fun app. However you will come across some of the most toxic people that spam racist and sexual comments. Theres no way to turn off chat. Theres no way to report players so they at least get booted. As far as we can tell theres maybe 2 words that get censored. On the WSOP app you can at least silence chat but they also dont have this level of problem. If the Devs took one day they could resolve this issue and make this a much better app.
Admin players cheat.. Oops is a cheat. They are very mean. The same cheat got 5 four of a kinds and Royal flush in a row lol. Would be awesome if no one cheated.
Many glitches and missed bonuses. Good concept, but execution lacks. And many steadfast supporters are left without their earned benefits. Ive been playing this game for years and we still do actually enjoy playing. Its a great and fun game to play, however when you come across an issue such as not receiving the full offers that are advertised when making a purchase or even an in game issue like not having a jump bar to make it to the playoffs which is extremely frustrating. Ive contacted support 5 times 1 month ago and still have not got a response(reason for our review). Finally lets say they do respond, the response would be the issue is on your end LOL. When you do make a purchase you will magically win for bit but dont get excited it will be taken right back we assure you. The poker and game is a lot of fun and for the most part well done. However, the program bombard you with an endless supply of offers ads, promotions, and meaningless rewards. Sometimes you cant even play your hand because a promotion stops on your screen. Really annoying. Too many pop-ups! We just wanna play poker.
We have played online Poker for years, this game is rigged and not reliable. As a mathematician, the odds of cards falling the way they fall at the tables are off the charts and can only point to rigged contest. We suggest another poker game.

Great game play, but why take a rake in a fake money poker game. We understand trying to get people to buy chips, but let that play out for 90% of players naturally losing money. No need to cut off the top of pots.
The game took us out of a hand with chips in the pot to give us a ring. We had pocket 10s. Under no circumstances should we be removed from a table without a choice, especially if we are actively playing a hand.
The game is obviously rigged. It builds up your confidence by letting you win and level up till about level 43, after that youll only lose and constantly get bombarded by advertisements to buy chips with real money. So basically theyre just cheating and lying to you for profit Oh and they also have honest reviews like this removed somehow Have fun.

Pretty typical youre super hot for the first week after you download the app and then you start seeing the bad beats.
Fun to play as long as you realize at least some of your opponents are bots designed to Make you lose. Its play in real life and statistically things certain hands that just edge you out happen that should not happen and they happen a lot.
We like playing poker online because you don't have to give or take reap money away from someone , so this is the best option … We have two accounts on Poker Heat , one through our Facebook but both using the same Gmail … Sometimes we have had money issues as we make two purchases back to back , a mistake , we now know … Cause their computer system does not reimburse us for the second purchase .. And at times it says we have a deal $ 600.000.000 for $80.00 and it gives us far less … They should correct these issues , otherwise we love the game.
We find this game to be superior to others we have tried. Its got everything from Noobie Corner to high stakes and everything in between. Some features dont seem to work correctly (like earned ring showing on profile) but have made lots of friends achieved Expert level with > 30 mil. Have never purchased any chips. What more could you ask for.
Is there anyway to report, block, or silence a player who constantly makes offensive comments of a sexual nature during the game, one after the other? We encountered one today, and his/her player name is URACARNT. He/she is from Australia. Im sure of the beginning and end of the name, but we cant recall the middle. Its entered as one word. Im not referring to anyone who is talking trash. Thats just part of playing the game. Thank you.
