This game is way fun! Its like combining poker with the game Bang and adding animation! Tons of fun! Make sure youre increasing your damage & health or you wont have enough to make it through the tougher levels even with really good hands.
This is a good game to play, however.. It is more of a pay to play as you level up. The amount of gold required vs what you get in return is ridiculously stupid. You have to pay like 10 gold for one bullet to increase your bullet stash. If your patient you can watch a video every 12 hrs and get 2 bars of gold so after about 36 hrs you too could be the proud owner of 1 bullet! Some levels your just not going to beat unless you play 20-30 bars of gold and that even if you good hands. Over all its a good game with a good concept.
There is showing have support simple Chinese but didnt have it in the game if you can add it will be great we love this game so much.
Great game, one of the last-standing poker battle games. Please consider a faster enemy animations/battle speed option and PLEASE remove the bulletenergy timer and just let people play the game.
Ads are a little heavy but we like it.
Its a fun concept and an amusing game but it is ruined by having to constantly wait for resources that are necessary to play. We literally spend 4 hours not playing the game for 30 minutes of getting to participate. Its slowly killing itself and at some point the tediousness will out way the fun and itll be deleted.
Fun game to play but it wont open since we updated to IOS 14. Is there an update coming.
We were enjoying playing this game through the first two stages of the story missions, we even paid a few dollars to gain resources, and do upgrades, but then we noticed that there was a significant change in the odds of landing winning point hands. So we started capturing every card played and hands for a little more than three hundred hands. Guess what, the more you advance in the story missions, the more videos you have to watch or the more you have to buy. Why? Because your statistically going to have high card and pair hands after the first ten milestones of the third stage or area. Also your hit points and health will be about 1/3 of the AI opponent and your bullet count unless purchased up will not be enough to complete the stage without purchases or watching a hundred add videos. Our suggestion find a fair poker game, not this one. We emailed support and they swear they have a random card generator, but facts are facts and the patterns are there.
Its a great game to play while relaxing, however it could use a little more like more challenges for rewards and maybe more tournaments like the timed one you just had, other than that its a chilled relaxing game.
Great game but once you get to the sharpshooter/sharptooth enemies they might as well just do double damage like the gunslinger because they crit literally every time. Maybe tone that down a bit, yeah.

Love this game. Superd fun and a lot of replayability. One improvement we'd like to suggest is to improve the framerate. We feel like it could be a bit smoother than it is.
This game is a really nice change of pace from all the clones out there. Ive been playing since the release and have been making steady progress. The ability to increase the number of bullets was a nice upgrade. Im not really sure what the point of the PvP is. Its not like you get anything for competing. The cost of upgrading totems feels high given how little you really get per win. The one thing that would be a nice change would be to move the All In button. It should be with the 3 and 6 bullet bet buttons when it becomes applicable. Down next to the bullet counter you just dont see it… Keep up the great work. We look forward to playing every day.
We love this game and play it regularly. To us its worth it to pay to eliminate the ads that continually pop up. The one big issue we have is our progress in the game doesnt transfer exactly between our phone and iPad. For instance we earned the rare wolf totem in our phone and spent the coins to upgrade the it. When we logged onto our iPad that wolf totem did not transfer. So now we have to wait till we get that last piece again. Otherwise its a fun game if you love poker.
This game is very enjoyable to play. We find ourselves coming back to it quite often. We like the artwork as well. Advice for the developers: we would like to see more rewards for climbing in multiplayer..not much incentive. More content would be awesome we would spend more time in it if there was something to do. We need to get more bang for our buck. Its not worth it to pay real money to advance, get chests or whatever. We understand developers need money to make a game better. This is how Ive seen other good games become great games.
Fun start, wont last long, developers just want money. They dont care about feedback or ratings. Oh well, more free space on iPad.

Really good twist to a poker game, we really like theme, and sfx. We did like to give a little feedback the map doesnt look that great as compared to other artwork doesnt fit the theme. Another thing the Quest feels a bit lost, with one character having the ? Not giving enough info to the player, and the quest seems to be too long would prefer multiple short quests and making the quest visible rather then hidden. Great game overall got hooked to it immediately maybe because we already know poker. Hats off to the Game Designer. Cheers :).
Its a simple yet very addicting game.
Deliberate or not, putting a tiny x so far in the upper corner its impossible to click without forcing the game to link you to the App Store puts an extreme damper on the game. Our only recourse is to close the game and relaunch. Fix this and the rest of the experience is pretty fun.
This would be a 5 star game but one thing holds it back: every time you unlock a card power up in a case and it shows you what you got the close button is grayed out and doesnt work, no matter what you do you cant get off the screen without restarting the game. Its annoying but other than that the game is very well made. Fix that tiny bug and this rating will be 5-star.
Very well designed and addictive gameplay. We see other reviews mention the devs are looking into a pay to remove ads option which is much needed. The ads are insanely annoying and pop up way too much. Let us give you 5 bucks to stop being annoyed.
Pretty good game so far. Only reason we gave four stars is. PLEASE just let us spend .99 to get rid of the ads. They are annoying with their tiny x to get rid of. Let us help support you and get rid of the ads.
The game has the framework for a great game but as with most games on the App Store are ruined by IAPs, energy systems, and ads. Id love to pay 5-10$ and play the game without interruptions instead Im greeted by ads after every match, get 15 minutes in and have to wait until the bullets restock. Could be 5 stars, but suffers from greedy developers and a pay to win scheme.
We were really enjoying this game even though it's pretty repetitive but if you really want to enjoy a day and play poker you need real money or wait a day play a bit then lose a match because you're out of items to continue. Great fun game but ease up on the gameplay for people who want to have fun and keep on playing. It's hard enough getting through enemies in the first chapter so please rethink things and good luck.
This game could be awesome, but it literally takes all your credits in just a few games. There are no options to watch videos and get credits immediately, you have to wait almost 10 hours and by then, theres no point. Game is super fun, but Im over it already with the wait time. There are other fun poker games that actually let you PLAY… Which is the whole point of getting a game… To play. Its too bad.
It takes forever the collect the bullets you need to play the game. A lot of time to upgrade and a lot of ads. Definitely designed to make you want to pay to avoid how tedious it is. Otherwise it is a fun game.
Theres so many pop up ads all over this thing and sometimes there is not even a way to close the ad from within the game so we have to force close and relaunch. Jeez people, test your ad partners first because this was just the worst yet.
Downloaded this game, started for 15 min, then an ad for a slots game comes up with an X that does nothing. Anywhere you click takes you to safari and ad store. Good luck with that.
Was having fun, but we started to get really annoyed with an ad that pops up every 2 min… Makes you watch the same ad for 15 seconds, then a tiny x button appears, which you have to go find… Not to mention it only works half the time forcing you to close the app and loose any rewards you got in the prior match… Come on guys, we understand having ads to make money, but we dont want to feel like we are stuck in a loop of trying to start a youtube video, only to be overcome with a flurry of the same ad.
Good game but the energy system means you can probably only play 10-15 minutes every 2 hours. Or pay a buck for two hands. Nonsense.

At first we were surprised that the poker element of this game didnt work like standard five-card draw, but once we played a few duels, we came to really appreciate the engaging system of building a poker hand, taking risks, and doubling down with abilities. The progression has been really smooth with challenges that we have to work hard to overcome but never feel impossible. There are ads, but they come at a reasonable rate. (As others have said, we would happily pay a premium price to remove ads!) Poker Showdown keeps us coming back multiple times a day, and its been a long time since a free-to-play game has done that.
Lot of fun, just needs to relax the timers a bit.
Great fun game guys if only you had an option to remove the annoying ads would be perfect.

We love roguelikes, RPGs and card games and definitely love when theres a fun twist like this. From the get-go you can tell this game is polished and the gameplay itself is engaging and fun. However, the experience is ruined by far too frequent ads and an energy system that wont let you play for longer than 15 minutes before taking a two hour break. Unfortunate.
UPDATE: Thanks for the quick response, devs. Both solutions sound good to us. Once you make the updates, we promise to update our rating. Ill keep this short – this is a fun little game, good concept, nice graphics. However ads have been bolted on in such a poor way that you actually have to restart the game to continue playing every time an ad pops up. We understand developers need to make money, and we have no problem looking at the occasional ad. However, please do as good a job implementing ads in your game as you do on the game itself.
We generally dont stick with games longer than a week, but Ive played this every day since launch. A hair confusing at first but after a few matches it will make sense. Fun little game to play in short spurts. Ads also arent too bad, and the IAP to remove them is reasonably priced. PVP could be improved. Very satisfied overall.
We thoroughly enjoy this game and we cannot waits for the release of new content. It is a nice mix up of poker hands and strategy according to your power and health. You do not need to pay for play at all. Just dedicate some time each day. Easily recommended.
We would write a longer review, but the wife wants to grocery shopping, and its Saturday, so, free samples…! Im never deleting this game, and would gladly pay you guys once in a while for random chests, herbs, whatnot. Its extremely entertaining, and its poker. You dont need to invest a lot of thought, and even though the gameplay is a bit different than standard play, its easy to understand, pick up, and create your own style of strategy. (Shes ready time go, we better hurry) One thing we noticed though, is that when you challenge a human player moseying around your town, you used to just be able to win gems or herbs. This morning we saw a ribbon of sorts? We didnt see any tutorial on that, nor know what it is for? Whats it for? May we suggest some sort of option to see what that is, or have something tell us, say by, tapping on it? We had kind of stopped challenging real people as the reward was something we were easily obtaining anyways. (Shes jingling the keys now, she wants us to drive, typing faster!) The animation of the characters in game is gorgeous, love the side challenges for bonus money, and the totem pole is genius. Really, who could ask for a better game? Whatever coffee, bourbon, or pizza you folks consumed to think of this game, pass that recipe on to all other app makers. Youve appeased to us, and hundreds and hundreds of others in giving us something in a gaming app that we WANT to come back to. Think about it, when people say that WOULD pay for removal of apps, your game has worked, and your ideas are sound. Dont know what else is in the works for the future, but please keep us informed. (Crap, shes leaving now.) Bye.
Would be nice to have a reset button, more games should have that choice for gamers.
At first we wasnt exactly sure what this game was about. Thats a great thing actually, as it isnt like any other game Ive played at least. This is fun, pick up and play, kill some time and some bad guys??? After the first few games we got a feel for it and figured out how most of the mechanics work and this game came into its own. It is well worth the download and it will be in our front page of games for a long time. The games difficultly ramps up way to fast. Clearing the second level was ridiculously difficult if not for very lucky cards we couldnt have beaten the boss. We dont feel like our strength is scaling any where near as quickly as the enemies are.
Good for quick 5 min break. Like the card hands mixed with shooting strategy. However, card power ups cause you to use cards you wouldnt in real poker. Recommendation for developers; side missions/games like a carnival or hunting……to change up routine play.
We HIGHLY recommend this game for players that are fans of both poker and RPG games. The game fuses a fresh way to play poker with a Wild West RPG-like theme. Im on the 30th mission and so far we feel like the game is paced very well. The game is challenging and requires you to strategize, take risks, and collect materials to improve your character. The energy system is also well paced. No, you cant play all day, but you actually get to play the game every time you load up without feeling like youre just endlessly grinding like most other energy-based games. We skipped out on a shot of whiskey to use that money to remove the ads because Im happy to support the devs.
The game is probably one of the, if not the least as intensive games and that is great. The combat system is unique, and the upgrades are a great touch. There are a couple of criticisms that we would give, and we think they could be a great benefit to the game. The poker is essentially 5 card stud. The only difference is you dont have the ability to replace cards (without using precious resources.) You dont have community cards as you would in a Texas hold em style game. This makes it especially difficult to place a flush or a straight. It is terribly frustrating to be one card away from a flush, only to be forced to take a single pair or a high card. This is frustrating because as you progress, your upgrades become marginally beneficial, and one high card hand can mean defeat. In some cases, if you are unlucky and are forced into a high card situation, it means certain defeat. The level of difficulty to place two pair in this system, let alone 3 of a kind, makes it feel underwhelming as far as the rewarding damage bonus you receive. We think the game would be challenging even if the bonus damage was buffed. Once you reach the second region, your health and attack will feel inadequate. Sometimes you want to play and play and play but you run out of bullets. This is even more frustrated by not being able to recoup bullets left on the table after overbetting. The player vs. Player aspect is interesting, but it is underwhelming because we never get to see how our minions and cards we gather preform to protect us. We think this could be enhanced by seeing a replay of fights against us, OR being able to use minion cards within the course of the game. Great concept and Im having fun playing this. We hope you consider our constructive criticism.
