We loved this game. The recent app update made it so you have to enable camera and microphone access to play a regular game? Or did the app change to only live video games.
We loved the game even spent some money, until it doesnt let us open the app anymore, tried everything you can think of, the app tells us it could be a security breach now it just never loads.
Its a nice game but we winning the game and instead of adding upcoins it is reducing from our upcoins. What the hell.
This game is amazing to play, was supper happy to have found it after the standard iMessage games removed poker from their library. However it does have 1 annoying bug, when playing the game w/ friends, if some accidentally hits the x on the game before hitting send, the game will glitch out for both players saying waiting for opponent and there is no way to reset or to start a new game.
We love this game but for some reason we dont get any coins from watching videos and cant play games with our friends right now as the buy in is too high. We dont have a solution to this.
There should be an option to start a new game, as it often gets stuck a play behind and then Im unable to play the next move or even resend. Other than this, its a great layout and great gameplay.
Love the game. Been enjoying it a lot lately with our friend with its iMessage feature. But we discovered one issue. Sometimes the hand will glitch and show next hands flop, turn and river. Love the game so far and thats its on iMessage but the bug is problematic, a quick fix would be nice and deserving of a 5.
The actual app tells us somethings wrong every time we open it up, but the iMessages app works to play with our friends.
Too many childish game qualities, all sorts of alternative points systems and achievement levels. Not for people wanting to play serious poker with friends, which we were trying to do. Also has like a 10 second timer to play which is laughable.
This game is quite enjoyable, however after reaching level 2 our star requirement to level up was 1,000,000,000 stars, a clearly incorrect amount, as each win is worth 3 stars. By preventing us from leveling up it has restricted most of the game modes. Massive issue that makes the game hard to like.
Ive had fun playing. But Im pretty convinced most of the other players Ive been pitted against are the computer that doesnt know what else to do.
Hi – this is by far our favorite poker app but recently it hasnt been giving us our winnings. It just takes our buy-in and leaves us with nothing. Im owed about 250k in coins now. Please add the funds to our account.
PLEASE add a way to start a new game. The game gets bugged to where both parties are waiting on opponent. Only fix has been to delete and redownload daily. HELP.
We got this game before, but we re-downloaded it and now we cant even load in.
We had an account and had friends on it. We redownloaded app and only way to login was through Facebook!!? This makes no sense. We can no longer get back into our account through our phone number like we used to be able to do. Im so mad right now.
This was the go to app to stay connected for our friends and we during covid and it worked well but devs turned off video chat with friends and then it wouldnt even work when paying the coins so they killed the whole draw of the app. We wish they would have talked to their customers before making huge changes like that. All recent reviews are low stars, not sure how they still have such a high rating.
This app is so well made and fun to play. Sadly the developers are scum! At a certain point, the game will take your buy in and not pay you your winnings, forcing you to either spend $100 on coins or uninstall the game we chose to uninstall.
Playing against bots and you will lose 80% of winning all in hands. Not worth playing if you want a true poker experience.
This app has quickly turned into a broken cash grab. Cant play with friends unless you pay $25 out the gate. Only play against bots. We saved up for days to play in the London tournament and we won it – we get out and go to our profile, come to find out the game took our buy in and didnt give us our tournament winnings. Back down to square 1. Broken game. We strongly assume that its rigged to keep you under its thumb until you pay too.
You guys come back with the app then make it so you need 110k coin balance to start a match against a friend. Absolutely ridiculous. Off a brand new account you would need to spend $25 to get to 110k coins JUST SO YOU CAN START A GAME AGAINST A FRIEND. 1v1 poker and private games is what made this game so good. Please don't ruin it.
Well Id love to try it ? But we downloaded it on our we phone 11 and it doesnt start, just shows a load screen.
This used to be m favorite poker game, but now it cant load and it seems to be dead. Can the developers please fix it. It really was a great app.
Downloaded app will not open just keeps saying error retry we tried 3 times in our opinion very disappointing when game will not even open.

This app is awful with playing games with friends. Looking for better poker apps.
We were a big fan of this game all year until recently when it seems like the game has been really buggy. But today was THE WORST behavior we have ever seen. We played two games in a row that were bots. Yes, BOTS. The bot player literally folded on EVERY small blind. When they got down to chip amount that was below the small blind, then they would win every time! The game went on for a long time (like 15+ min) and it was basically playing itself folding on small blinds until their total cash was below the blind and then theyd win, repeatedly. We counting (yes, we started keeping track) 36 wins in a row when they were below the small blind (and when it wouldnt cause us to to completely lose). When we were at zero, then we would win. In total it won 51 hands or 100% of the hands that wouldnt cause us to lose. Both times, we won but again it was essentially playing itself. Super disappointed knowing that these are sometimes bots and not live. Misleading.
Honestly we really hate to leave this review as we were really enjoying this app, Im not going to lie just because Im upset this is a fun app to play on it has great interface and it lets you play heads up which is awesome. However the developers do not care about their users. So you can play either at a table or 1v1 heads up, live would never connect for us so we would always play heads up. When you connect with another player to play them heads up your buy in for the match is taken out at that moment and then its suppose to be reimbursed ontop of winning extra money for beating your opponent. We have over 200K in chips that wasnt reimbursed back into our account which isnt a huge amount but it was pretty much all the chips we had so we went broke because when we would lose a game then of course Id lose the full amount of our buy in but the times we won we wouldnt get ANYTHING Id be dead even with what we had just bought in with before we won. We Emailed support about this and got an auto reply that they wouldnt be around for awhile….Really??? They sell chips for money like any other app, what if we had bought chips and this had happened? Id be out in game currency and actual currency. We just dont see how someone could be too busy to answer an email especially when there are people who will pay to play this game. We personally dont recommend this game, it doesnt have anything different to offer than any of the other poker games on the App Store. Zynga, Pokerstars, WSOP, and MEGA HIT Poker are all way better alternatives because their staff is prompt if you have any issues like this and honestly you probably will because it just happens sometimes which we understand, but when laziness on the developers part delays the ability to play this game its not worth it. They dont care about you or offering you a fun experience playing poker, theyre only after your money. Please do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or memory space on your phone/tablet with this app otherwise if you have an issue like we did youll just be left extremely disappointed.
We play this game every day and have never had any big issues… But today, all of a sudden our daily spin is locked! What gives? We updated the app- its still locked. Can we get a response from the developer please? Im unable to access the daily spin and the poker charge. Im a level 15 and we dont pay for premium. This is irritating.
Was really enjoying the game, then for some reason all of the cities disappeared and the only option is the champions tournament which you cant play unless youre level 75 and above. Deleted and re-Installed the app hoping it would fix the problem and ended up losing our profile, all the coins and our stats….gonna have to go with another poker app.
Well we were enjoying the game for over a month maybe two and then today we got locked out. We got to level 27 but over $550,000 in chips for today it will not let us play. No response from them so? No we downloaded it and logged in with our information and it makes us a beginner again what a joke.
We became suspicious of this app when we noticed similarities to other games that used bots to simulate multiplayer. Connection times were too quick and consistent, players too quiet, player behavior too lacking in diversity So we decided to test some things. Here's what we know: You can not lose the introductory game. Period, it can't happen. You will always win. We reinstalled the app several times to test this, and it can easily be replicated. Just fold every hand. Eventually you will win. We repeatedly saw the same hands with the exact same draws, sometimes twice in a row. The significance of this is the developers' insistence in responding to other players that the game uses a "true RNG" (coders, have fun picking that apart) to draw hands. But we know now that the game can and does predetermine the victor of hands. Whether it does this outside the first game is unclear. You always play against a bot in that first game. The bot's behavior is interesting. It seems like they only think hand by hand and don't seem to respond to the player – they place their antes based on the strength of their first two cards, and presumably respond similarly to the drawn cards. You can see this same behavior in "players" outside the first game. Try folding every hand against others. You won't win this time, but note how your opponent never changes how they play. Some players have reported that they think hands are being rigged against them, but we have no evidence of this. It's possible but we have no way to test it. We are not a coder. We have encountered what we believe are human players, so we don't believe it is only bots. Either way, the developers have repeatedly lied about the app. Do not play it. Do not download it. Just skip it.
The RNG on this app is absolutely frustrating. You seem to always hit the one or two outer on the river and the best hands rarely ever hold up. Also having to be connected to WiFi is annoying too. At this point we only play for the good laughs because you know youre always going to get screwed on the river.
This is not poker, this is pathetic. This is set up to make you win some games to make you feel good, then will make you lose a certain amount in a row, and back and forth. Another app with ads and in-game purchases set up to make you win then lose and buy your chips back. Dont waste your time. Dont read the good reviews, trust all of the bad ones.

When we click play, it says server overload. When this gets fixed, we will change our review.
We tried inviting a friend to play and it didnt work. This is after getting our entire contact list. We dont trust this app. People beware.
Poker up is the best poker game ever.
This is a great poker app. Great concept, easy to use, the best UI of any poker app by a MILE, no annoying nag ads every time you launch the app. We have recommended this app to all of our friends and family who enjoy poker. Its the royal flush of poker apps, man.
Game itself is nice and intuitive. However, buy ins to play with friends are too large! We like to play this game with family but we cant play more the a few times since someone is running out of coins too fast. Please lower or remove buy ins in games with friends.

Good practice for on line 3 handed play and beyond. We enjoy the game a lot since their is so much to offer on the app. We highly recommend this app for the advanced and starting player.

We love the app, It is great. But we do not like the new update the cards display is smaller making it more difficult for us to see our cards, can you please fix this.
