Enjoy the most realistic police dispatcher simulation at your finger tips! Plan and create your very own dispatch center and place police stations in familiar precincts, using real life maps. You want a faithful representation of real life police locations? Or would you rather build a police headquarters right on top of the Madison Square Garden? It is all up to you!
You will begin with a police station and a patrol car. Afterwards you can expand your justice system any way you want. Add more specialist vehicles like the FBI surveillance or bomb technician vehicles, sheriff units or expand your police force further with SWAT and K9 units and cover a wide variety of dispatch calls!
The game allows for vast customization, so all stations and vehicles can be named. And as some specialized vehicles need trained personnel, you can set up training courses and assign specialists to specific vehicles. Advanced players can use police helicopters to get to the most urgent calls quickly!
If you enjoy teamwork then help friends by joining or creating an alliance. You can share missions to help each other out as well as allow friends to take detainees to your prison. A bigger network that you control will boost your call amount too, increasing the challenges you face. Remember, some calls will require different types of units to be sent so ensure your fleet is up-to-date!

Lol we have gave this game so many different reviews. Ill have to apologize due to going through some rough situations in that time. So our mind wasnt quite in the right place. Its not a bad game we will always disagree on real time games Because, imo its more like extra activity to do during the day. It does take forever to actually get anywhere in the game this is another reason why we call this not much of a game. Games are called time killers this is not like that.
Ill never play another game with these developers pay real money and play the game and enjoy the process and then wake up one day and your accounts locked and cant sign into it. Bogus. Rip off.
The game is great and we think you guys should add bomb squads for PD.
We’ve had this game over a year now and the amount of content they keep adding is awesome. The features they have is easy to understand and all the various missions is nice to have. We know Ill enjoy what the release in the future.
Please delete the button to cancel units from other calls because we just accidentally canceled 6 fire 10 swat and 24 ems from an alliance call. Delete the button.
We love the real life aspect of this game and almost everything else about it. Only issue is that money is extremely difficult to make especially in the early stages and all upgrades take forever to complete. Its also difficult when you have missions that require units you dont have. Right now all of our missions are clogged up with missions that need K-9 units or something else specific that we dont have anywhere.
A little too much waiting but we love it.
Good game to relax and waste time.
In this game we get harassed a ton, we leave an alliance to get away from harassment only to go to another one and get mistreated there. Definitely a ton of alliances to avoid, then go over to the board and its run all by the top alliance in the game and we get mistreated over there for no reason. Support sure doesnt help when we small them. Legal action we would take but isnt possible.
The game is fun but there are several issues with it. The hospital is supposed to release a patient after an hour, none of our patients have been released and we have to spend coins to free up space for new patients. Also, the police stations do not have any cells and we cannot find a way to put prisoners in them. We have to release prisoners which doesnt allow us to complete the mission to collect our reward. Other than that the missions pop up fast and the game is engaging.
We wanted to say we really respect the developers of this game. They could have made it a cash grab but they didnt and for that we solute them. Makes us actually want to donate to this game (plan to soon). We hope to see additional features in the future (looks like the devs already do). Would like to see personnel get injured and more staff management. There needs to be a down side for having too much staff. But overall would recommend.
The game is like the best the game give you 911 call the you can respond fire and police car and truck.
We love how we picked our Home Town.
The game takes a little time to get used to we are just beginning and we are not a pro yet but we can tell you this our city is crime free and clean of all fires. We’ve had a lot to learn like how to sell a car that we no longer need at our station the instructions are a little vague but we have common sense so Ill be able to figure it.
When we made an account and came back all our progress and account was deleted why?
Please lower the credits a bit as 5 million to us is to much. Or add it where you can gain them very fast! Also please add more units like 911 operator like you can have 2 cops in cop cars or have it explain how you add them because we cant figure that out! Also you should add a news/stinger team! We think it would be nice to have a team where they can go to calls with police!
Why is so much of the satellite map flattened? Would love to see buildings in 3D in more places.
This game is great we feel like a dispatcher over looking our home town the only thing that we do t like is its hard to get started with inky cops or Ems but overall great game. Only tweaks we would say would make it a little more open to upgrade police and fire stations cause we can only do very little at a time especially with prisoners and number of vehicles.
Our police cars are not visible on our game.
Great for passing time. Uses actual maps to simulate the game. Only thing that bothers us is the sound, it doesnt sound like a actual radio. Wish they do more about the sound but other than that its a amazing game!
A fun game but as far as functionality and ongoing interest we have to give this game 3 stars. For one it cost WAY to much money to play this game and advance on a fun level, no special packs or offers just a straight price for what you want. Compared to what we have parent on here compared to other games, we have enjoyed those others way more. Also the developers need to add more interesting content and do something way more interactive with the interface. This game has awesome potential but need a lot more thought through ESPECIALLY when you charge as much as you do for basically nothing…. Like games from 2010. Will update if things get better here.
Would be cool to have some sound effects, maybe an alarm sound when you get a call or sirens and maybe radio dispatch when you get a call.

We played for a week and put money into the game. Now our game is deleted and there not responding.
Having worked the public safety field for 20+ years this is an amazingly executed concept. Very well polished. We would like to see the following things added. Sandbox mode for a standard cost for the game $19.99 would even be acceptable it is executed so well. We wrote another review and noticed some of what we asked for was buried in the game, we just didnt see or know about it yet. So here are some of our recommendations. Jurisdictional boundaries, (maybe customized to a zip code or county or city etc. The calls that are only immediate to station proximity is a little dumb, though we understand the concept. There should be a rural option for those of us not living in a city and want to simulate rural enforcement and rescue. Random encounters for police units assigned to patrol routes. Traffic stops needing backup, suspicious encounters, etc. Game is a too much of a GRIND.. Way too little reward for a lot of busy work, again we understand the concept. Overall if you enjoy this concept of gameplay, we are yet to find one even close, it literally mimics our in car CAD setup to a T. EXCELLENT JOB!!! Only reason for 4 stars is Im totally against microtransactions and this game wants them.
This game can either be played leisurely or non stop the mission pop up fast so you can go until your tired. There is also alliances based on your location so get with a group of players close to you for even more fun still starting out but so far very impressed with the game and cant wait to see how it will progress.
We were plying the game and we spent all this money on the game and one day we went back on the game and all our stuff was gone we want a refund.
This game is pretty cool. You can use actual maps to plan where you put your police, fire, and ambulance stations. The more buildings you have and different units the bigger the type of mission. However, we did find a big the other day. We dispatched some units to a community engagement mission and then closed our phone. Later we came back to find the mission had been cancelled (according to the log) and we have not received any more missions since then. Currently waiting to hear back from the developer about this. We have invested some money into this game so we would rather not have to create a new account and lose what we’ve done.
This is basically the good old MC that we’ve been playing for years, only that the app has a more police-like look & feel Highly recommended to those who prefer realism & depth to flashiness & effects.
Is this not the exact same app just everything is blue?
