We did like this game but right now you wont let us back in.
This game and Emmas Adventure are both great games, but they crash all the time! It makes it stressful to play! Please fix the problems with both games! FYI: our IPad is new and updated!
We have been stuck on chapter 7 and can not get the game to move on. They need to fix this game now. We will be deleting this game.
This game is so much fun. Well balanced good energy and coins, still have to think.
PLEASE hire an editor. The grammar you are using is VERY difficult to understand in English when trying to learn how to play the game.
The game is great a lot of fun to play but the ads that take you out of the game and send to the App Store are going to far. We understand the need for ads and we encourage them to pay the developers, but do not take us out of the game. If we want your game we will click on it. We will not click on a game that hijacks our phone and takes us someplace a do not wish to be.
When we first started playing this game it was fun, now nothing but updates and glitches latest one was asking us to put in a link to play game in our browser which in turn leads you to some Asian girly web page WTH? So its a delete, delete, delete… Parents watch out…
Ever since the update it wont let us log in!!!!!!! Best game we’ve ever played thats why Im so bummed out that Im locked out!!! Ill give 5 stars when fixed!!! Also could use more energy!!!!!!!!
We like the game but it is glitching. It wont let us progress from The Big Lab to Reflections. We’ve tried to get support to help and no response .
We only just started playing the game a couple weeks ago after we got to the end of available Klondike levels. This seems to be a good mix of Klondike and Township but the response time to screen taps is super slow (I play mostly while we on our high-speed cable internet at home). Half the time you dont get rewarded with anything for watching ad after ad after ad. After the most recent update we are constantly getting kicked out when trying to switch between places on the map or when trying to watch an ad to get a reward at home base. Cant give it a higher rating until the glitches are fixed. Also, so annoying that the order board is constantly asking for things we cant even make yet. Even Klondike and Township had better AI than that! It costs too much to build every building the minute it is unlocked, and we cant earn money when we cant fill any order! After not quite a month of playing this game we are giving up. The glitches are too annoying. Our guess is they do not have enough server space to handle the player volume.
App updated and had a glitch to use rubies. They CHARGED MY ACCOUNT without our permission. Not our fault isnt you cant update your app properly.
We play and love several of your games, but the glitches/bugs are getting frustrating, especially in this game. For example, in the current Maze 11 extra land. We cut bushes, the character shows the cutting down, but the bush doesnt go away and you cant click on it any longer. It also takes your energy without cutting down the obstacle. Fix pleeeease.
Highly recommend this game to anybody very entertaining love it .
Since the last update, Im not able to get the balloon guy to open the ad so he can drop the balloon and the icon that gives bonuses wont open to show the ad so we can get the bonuses. Not very fun playing right now.

Supposed rewards for tasks are sometimes not given. Support laughs and doesnt care. Especially rewards for the helicopter race. Also some of the text comes up in chinese symbols, which may explain a lot of the not caring.
We are enjoying the game when it doesnt freeze up .
It takes way too long to restore coins. Im retired and income is limited. Please look into this. Thank you.
The game runs very slow (big lag time) and you get maybe two tries at digging up items before youre out of energy. Theres many other like games that offer so much more run time concerning energy.
They dont answer your questions, they dont reply. You use too much energy on missions, so you ran out and have to wait. You end up having to buy packages with energy (real money).
This has been & is am awesome game! We play almost every chance we get! Im pretty far into the game. But now kinda stuck on Frozen! We cant seem to figure out how to get the bullets to open gates to complete remainder of level!! Only real issue we’ve got is that the further we get the more saws, arrow type things, & few other things are so hard to get to finish building son buildings or go further! We wished theyd make more shipping items to acquire the bulding materials needed to move forward. Other then that id rate 5stars!
We really like this game but there are a couple issues. First of all, the orders board doesnt give you enough of the ones to earn tools like saws….. Because of this you cant complete for example the romantic dinner location! Second of all, we use Apple to sign in and somehow we were logged out and trying to go back and Sign In with Apple it will only click it and not take us anywhere to sign in!!! All the other ways to log in work…. The register takes you to a page the log in takes you to a page and log in with Facebook takes you to a page!!!! Therefore its looking like Im going to have to start this whole thing over. Im very upset! Had it not been for these issues it would get 5 stars but unfortunately like we said we have to start all over!!!!!
The game did an update and now it wont load at all it keeps saying error.
Some things are difficult, but this is currently, by far, our favorite farming themed game!! Please keep up with these new events. Even the Time Machine ones. We quit our old farming games because they kept re doing the same ones over and over again. Thats what makes this one stand out. Keep up the good work!!
For those who wont, or cannot pay for this game and all its extras, play is very limited to about 50 activity points/day. You cannot get very far in the game with that.
Use to play along time ago, when we started again had to start all over. But Im enjoying it so far.
Fun at first but now they arent putting up new islands and we are stuck with repeat events for many months.
We deleted our Facebook account and now we cant play this game as we accidentally over written new game onto the old game when we tried to play the game on another device.
We’ve been trying to finish stage 2, but it wont let us purchase the 84 glasses with 10 emeralds for the second time now. And why is it flashing?!!!!!! Slow and boreing game as far as production and moving forward goes. Done rebooting everything with NO SUCCESS. WE PAY WITH NO DELIVERY. There are so many ads. Every minute there is an ad after everything. 0 emeralds, 0 playtime UNLESS, youre willing to spend more $$$$$$$. There is also no other way of winning lives, which equals playing time. And the gift house now doesnt give gifts!!!!!??? You spin a wheel and get 1 gift, seldom extra lives to win. Always coal, water, etc.
Hi we like these kind of games the only thing that is really not great is earning resources to compete a task or earning enough things to get more energy to play it we need to be able to play it for longer than 5 minutes for us to ev n keep the game so you really need to fix these things soon or we will just delete it and go on to another game that has more play time thanks.
Hello when is the Christmas update going to happen?
The game seems stagnant. We are doing the same games over and over. When are you making something new? We’ve done a few of these games several times. If there isnt any new material soon, we are deleting this app.
We liked this game a lot! We thought it was going to be one of our favorite. But after your really start getting into the game (somewhere around level 8 or 9) you find yourself having to start spending a lot of real money just to continue to play the game. We cant tell you how much money we have spent thus far! Its crazy! So now, Im beginning to check out other games. We still come back and visit this game maybe once or twice a week. When before, it used to be quite often throughout each day! Grrrr thats disappointing because it is a really good game.
Nice game but playing on an iPad if you watch clips to get extra awards you never get them. The game also lags and sometimes crashes them you loose everything you were doing and cant get it back, so you have to wait for more energy to do the same thing over. You also spend diamonds and get things half the time. We will say our husband plays on his android and he loves the game and has none of the issues we do on our apple products.
We loved this game but we’ve been stuck on the same map for like a year! There are only events and no updates for the regular game. We are finally deleting it.
What a rip off!! We purchased a package for 12.99 and our tool boxes and rubies are missing!! Gave in because you cannot get a saw blade ANYWHERE! Ready to delete for sure now.

The game is fun to play however it has bugs that could use some fixing. Glitches when we use energy digging or glitches when we go claim the activities we completed. We always have to close the app completely down and then go back into it. We dont want to delete the game we do like but we would like to see the bugs or glitches fixed so we can continue playing.

This game at first it really fun to play with, until the developers didnt update new events or doing anything to the game. It get boring by playing repeat events.
Whomever wrote the dialogue is CLEARLY not fluent in English! If you cant speak proper English, then dont release the game in English!! Its really ridiculous. Its so bad that sometimes Im not even sure what they are trying to say!!
There has not been an update to this game in 6 months. Nothing new is going on; dont start playing as it will be a waste of time. We think the developer has forgotten about this game .
It was a fun game but when we went to link bind with email, we accidentally hit the wrong button and LOST EVERYTHING. All our progress gone. We deleted it. We gave our game ID and nickname/username but nothing. Terrible way too treat customers.
Im stuck on the reflections island and have been for months. There havent been any updates put out to add additional islands. So basically Im stuck in limbo. We cant play anymore. Really ridiculous that its been months.
Tired of waiting for updates. Events are all repeats.
And there is no way to contact the company. Their reporting form leads to an error message. Will report to Apple.
