Update: Three years later (2012 ed. To 2015 ed.), and only minor updates! No 3 cushion carom! Same weak sounds! At least add 14.1 Straight Pool! You'd be the only app to do so! For what this app DOES have, it's still the best. Just leaves more to be desired, in addition to what is already available. Original: we love this game! It's turned us into quite the snooker fan! Great physics, enjoyable visuals; our only complaint is the sound design! The "clank" is too soft! Make it really CLACK! Also the chalking sound is awful, like you're whittling wood or something. Do something about the sound, add 3-cushion carom, some more customization options, and this is a 5-star game, easily! As is, still our favorite app to play.
The physics are sharp, the table plays true, and once you learn the camera and controls, its easy to get hooked. If you actually understand snooker or pool, this one just feels right.
Would like some different music ! Yes western.
The game its funny and accurate a few bugs to clean out but a great game.

Sep 5, 2020…yes, nearly 6 years later and this is STILL the best Billardsaals game in the App Store…hands down! Dec 12, 2014…"ability to play your own music"…How? And while we're at it, where is the old music!? Original…one game of pool with (we) excellent physics, (ii) excellent graphics, (iii) cool music, and (iv) no 'buy all the extras via in-app purchases.'.
Latest update provides NO exit from table view when 8 ball is last ball. Otherwise great ap.
We reached out to the developer and ask for controller support and they said they wouldve consider it. Now Im seeing lots of stuff was added and updated about this game except the addition of controller support.
We love shooting pool and this one really is one of the best ones out. Not many good ones out there. Could use some minor tweaks and the sensitivity is pretty touchy but all in all its one worth playing.

Very good game except for the ads even after paying for the full version. Not cool.
Control, perspective, fun, that's what this is compared to most pool games. Look, with the tracing on full, and if the cue ball is not going to hit a cushion, you can adjust the speed and english to know exactly where the cueball is going to stop. THIS IS SO WORTH THE MONEY.
If we haven't played ANY of the pool games offered in the store, it simply is due to either one of our friends not having it on THEIR iPad, or it JUST came out. We personally have NINE of the games, and between us and our buddies, we have them ALL. The contention between MOST of us is that this game is the BEST of all. After all, you not only get the 'standard' game set, but you can learn to play SNOOKER! WHAT A DEAL!!! We really enjoy this app and highly recommend it.
If you're looking for kitchen gadgets or a mortgage lender, this game won't do. But if you like mini-golf, you're likely to be bowled over by this billiard escape plan from the ridiculous simple life that haunts you. Extemporaneous speech might be your passion, but a billiard experience of preposterous proportions related to the satisfaction propensities in this download might just talk you into a new addiction. Just a suggestion for developers: throw in a cue stick brawl option for those of us who learned our billiards in smokey bars.

The most fun and realistic pool game we've had in years.
This games is truly amazing! Our only thing is that we've completed all the achievements and our rank as been maxed out on legend across the graph for a long time and we want some fresh new achievements to take on. And the only other thing is game progress during a real game of snooker they show how many of each ball is pocketed by you. We'd like that reference in the game if you could. Five star quality.
The physics are absolutely spot on. More color options would be great, but this doesn't take away from the game. Good job, guys!! =D.

Great game ! Angles and shots seem realistic , and the english Seems to work as it should also . Like on any table it takes awhile to get used to the speed . Don't forget to chalk. That is realistic also.
A recent update added langauge selection – that is good but it is an annoyance to have to select the same language every time the game starts. Why not have a button on the next page that says, "change language selection". The first time in it could read, "select language". It is truly annoying to select the same language every time and not have it be able to remember the selection. After all, most if not all of us, will pick their language at the beginning and never change it. Better yet would be the ability to select a language at the player level in the settings. Aside from that, it is an excellent game.
If you like snooker this is the game for you.
One of the few apps that is actually worth the money. Good game play. Great graphics. An all around solid choice.
Hours of fun. One price covers all, no ads, everything unlocked. Really love it. Tournament and league events are very much fun. Would be nice if you could play other opponents online, but you can on the same unit. Lots of fun & cheaper than the two games included if purchased separately when you look at cost of in game purchases. This is the best way to go. Loving it,.
