We would love more objects, and maybe optimized controls during the games; that would make it even better! If possible changing the skin tone of the ojipockle would be nice. And some way to save progress to game center!!
Whenever Im anxious we go play this game and automatically we just feel. Better? Something about the game is just so pure and enjoyable and we just enjoy watching our guys evolve and upgrading. Its addicting but in a really pure way we guess you could say? We dont know what it is but Im so happy whenever we see our ojipockle. We’ve raised three little dudes now and Im so excited to raise some more :3.
This is the greatest game and we love our chubby bois so much. Our only critiques would be, we cant seem to move or rotate items once placed in the home, and it would be nice to have more items like little potted plants to make the home look more natural. Floor rugs would be cool too and possibly wall art. We would also like to be able to interact with our Ojipockle more when we tap him, to be able to pick him up and move him or rotate him for photos, and that he can have more interactive items in his home to encourage more play as he will do more interesting things depending on what items and how far you advance in the game :)
Hi we love this game and its so fun ,cute and awesome we love it so its really fun and its weird and we like it we love the elder and mini games its so fun it looks awesome and cute when the babys sleep and we like taking photos and saving them to our phone and when we do that we can post it on popjam and it gives us so many likes we love other ojipockie games sorry if we spelled that wrong we love the game tag in it its hard slash easy and fun we also recommend ojipockie find ojipockie and find ojipockie deluxe this game is something you wont regret for sure.

Really fun game to pass the time :) the babies are so cute we love that you get money through playing mini games instead of having to buy some with real money . Only problem is the camera controls while playing the hide and seek game are a little tricky !! Besides that we LOVE IT!

We wish they’d add more features to make the game more entertaining like being able to give him a bath or add more mini games or inviting more than one ojipockle.
Fun app, it’s like a tomogachi game with kimokawaii Oji-San. The hide and seek is tricky but we got used to maneuvering after a while. But we think most people would get frustrated and not play. Our friend plays ojipockle too and we love to compare which ones we’ve unlocked. It would be nice if they added more features like visiting friends or more activities. Either way, it’s a great app. ( )
This app this so cute. Play when you are bored and it will keep you company.
Fireplace lights up again and the Christmas tree is blinky and beautiful. All the items that disappeared are back! Took a little while to figure out that the former "notes" section can be accessed by touching the upper left corner food/sleep status. Don’t yet understand about the ‘bubbles’ (clicking the sleep spit bubbles isn’t it) but they will probably become apparent soon. This update was greatly needed so we can deal with the aspects we are less excited about for the great corrections that come with it. Thanks.
This game can be so much fun as you raise many different types of ojipockle.
We love this game we care for our ojipockle everyday. Love taking care of him, decorating his box and playing hide and seek. All in all a great game for relaxation!
So, we love this game. It’s cute, non-demanding, and we play it quite often. However, we wish there was a feature that made it impossible to get the same type of age-up character once you’ve already gotten it. The game takes awhile to age up as it is, and it would be even more interesting if it was consistently different each time the Ojipockle aged up. Other than that, great game. Very cute and easy to keep up with. Good job!
It’s easy to play, the onipockles are kinda weird but almost cute at the same time. Fun to see all the different types.
We used to own a Tomagochi, that little pendant-like electronic game that has an egg you have to nurture on your free time. It was cute. This one’s cute, too. We hope we don’ t get short-changed liked Finding Ojipockles. We maxed all the levels but our library of ojipockles wasn’t completed. Why didn’t the others show up? We were 75% complete!
And amazing!!!! This take tamagochi in a whole new level. We never though in our life we would taking care of a virtual tiny old man.
It crashing sometime no big deal though.
Game is still glitchy in that it crashes a fair bit & sometimes an old ojipockle will appear while taking care of a newer one. For us, this is remedied by switching back to the older one for a bit. These issues haven’t stopped our obsessive playing, so they aren’t too intrusive to the game. Very cute, looks nice, controls are kinda funky, but once you get them they’re pretty simple… Overall, we love this cute, little, middle-aged man-raising, home-building sim. We wish they would localize the DS game to other countries!
We completely raises the first ojipockle and the elder game to tell us he would be going away and we’ll be getting a baby to raise. We selected the new ojipockle but now the first one is still in the box with the baby? We can’t feed or do anything with him it seems like a glitch. What to do?
We were playing it for 1 minute and we’ve already found a problem. The controls seem to be worse than their other game, and they spelled things wrong. (in English) we don’t know if they’re trying to English-ize it, but we found that mistake. Game is cute overall, and the graphics are excellent!
This app is such a cute concept. Our concern/issue is that outside of some beginner narrative guidance we are left without game play information-at least information written in English. We have one Ojipockle…. We feed him. We "rub" (???) him and hearts spring forth from him, but that’s about it. We tried to play the game to find coins and we could only tap on one coin. The only other coin we saw wouldn’t pick up. So we don’t really know how to earn coins to buy things… Any help?
We would love to give 5 stars since it’s such a cute game but we can’t play the game as intended on iPad mini first generation latest iOS because it crashes when we try to play with the baby, or find coins in the apartment. All we can do really is basic care, and that becomes boring after awhile.

2/19/2016 update: great app and now in English as promised! Thanks so much. Original review: App doesn’t support English yet as description advertises, but the game is a lot of fun and if you enjoyed the developer’s other game, Finding Ojipockle, this is a much richer experience worth your time. A virtual pet in the form of a little fairy that lives in a cardboard box on a table – starts as a baby and grows to be a salaryman type dude – and you upgrade and decorate his room by playing mini-games and searching the virtual apartment that the table is in for play currency. Weird, bright, cute. It’s a shame so many reviewers are holding their review hostage to an English translation, because we’re happy the developers have released this in the US App Store at all. Most quirky Japanese games with depth deeper than Neko Atsume () tend never to see the light of day here. The fact that the developers have translated their other app (Finding Ojipockle) into English bodes well for this one, but as it’s a much more complex game, hopefully they think it’s worth their time to translate this one too. A crude and time consuming workaround for now is to take screenshots and use Google Translate’s app when it feels needed. A hassle, we know, but it’s totally possible to play this without knowing Japanese. I’d recommend playing Finding Ojipockle first just to get a feel for the world and play style (camera, movement control). If you dig that, you’ll dig this even more. Fingers crossed for an English translation as the game is a lot of fun and deserving of a larger audience!
This game and the other Ojipockle are the cutest we’ve ever played! Very sweet and quirky little simulators that are indeed good for de-stressing. We are almost 24 years old; to quote our friend: "It’s hilarious to hear you cooing over an old man baby." Can’t help it! Get through the tutorial and poke around the menus and the language won’t be a problem. Anyone familiar with pet sims and Finding Ojipockle should get the hang of things quickly. We do hope and have faith that there will be a translation!
We really enjoy this game, but would like an English translation! Keep up the great work!
