What Makes Stumptown Stand Out

The rush for lumber is on!

Manage and build your own lumber company as you explore the vast forests of the United States. Harvest the logs, mill the lumber, and make a profit.

Found your own company, hire workers, fell trees, construct your camp, and buy out your competition. Build your lumber empire over a 29 level campaign that spans 7 different forests – each with their own unique challenges!

If that's not enough, each day, solve a new randomly generated Daily Challenge level, or generate your own scenario with Sandbox mode after you complete the Campaign!

Challenge your friends with GameCenter achievements and leaderboards to see who dominates the lumber market.

Remember to expand, grow, and manage your operations or your whole company could come crashing down!

Never the same experience twice!

This Simulation game offers engaging gameplay and regular updates for mobile players.

Player Experience Highlights

Community Insight:

Im s landscaping co owner and this game is great with market fluctuations and supply and demand and mimicking business ownership but we cannot sit for 30 min to play a game, a save game button is really needed for saving process.

Simple controls and an easy interface make this an ideal time sink for those who enjoy explore/develop games. Im enjoying it very much.

If you are looking for a game to create your own business or management system this game offers every category of business from harvest and production to sales and logistics. We would definitely recommend. We run a small scale tree service and the subject of trees brought us to the game. We love the different aspects and concepts of the game. On the positive side of those is the replanting and sawmilling. We believe this highlights the necessity of lumber creation and that the removal of trees is offset by replanting. If any additions could be made we would ask for log trucks or perhaps some sort of item upgrade system. We understand this could be difficult to add in and keep the game working properly but we can hope.

We rarely write reviews but we had to share our outstanding review of this game. Stumptown is easy to interface and their are just enough controls to make logging as complicated or simple as you want. Lack of in game purchases is also a relief. Graphics are great and they allow you interact with every square of soil. We would like to echo earlier comments about more upgrades, trucks, other wood product manufacturing. Overall worth the $2.99, with so many game apps out this one is definitely worth it.

We really wish all the different workers would look different so you could keep track of everybody more easily. Also, a few more upgrades for each building or department would be awesome. Perhaps a tractor for the lumber or log yards to make it move faster. Logging trucks for the lumber jacks so they can carry more than one log. Maybe a a truck for sales people so they can carry more lumber to towns. Simple stuff like that to increase the depth of the game. If not it can get really repetitive because it's the same thing over and over. With those upgrades it would make the game so much better and more entertaining for longer periods of time. And finally please make it so you can save the game and close the application. As of right now, if you even leave the app for more that 30 seconds you have to restart the app in order to continue playing.

Glad to find this game. Unique and really well put-together. Lots of fun so far.

We enjoyed playing so far and although we rarely write a review we encourage you to try it.

Hot lumberjack action awaits! Fun strategy game with some surprising depth! Looking forward to digging into it some more.

Stumptown combines simcity's power of building and simulation with the inner workings of a mill. The balancing of resources — between land expansion, building management, lumber pricing for nearby cities, and overall profit — combined with varied terrains of each level makes stumptown a fun challenge. The music is entertaining too :).

The game is awesome as far as gameplay and how the game works. The only thing it is lacking is a Save button.

Be nice to have a way to save progress within a level. We don't always have 20 mins to play. Otherwise awesome game.
