Great graphics, character interactions, game. Like the series, hope to see more along these lines.
One small complaint is that items in inventory are sometimes difficult to grab and print is very small. Other than that, good game.
Great game. Keeps us guessing and we like the "teleport" feature, hints and game features of hidden object scenes.
The items in inventory's labels are difficult to read and don't stay on long enough to read.
Graphic is excellent! We like teleport, and sparkling in HO areas. The hidden objects are very small hard to see. The scenarium is good! Have no problems with loadind, freezings. The game went smooth and fast.
We've done four Big Fish hidden object/strategy/fantasy games like this and enjoyed this one very much. Absolutely worth the introductory sale price of $1.99. We did occasionally get stuck when we had no idea how to assemble things in our inventory. We are a fan of Big Fish graphics which are stunning. They ought to hire a proofreader to put the game into standard written English, but that is true of all games.
The riddles n clues r to hard or different words r used for the same clue!! Also, with as many games as Big Fish has it shouldn't cost SO MUCH to buy the game or n e thing in it.
It doesnt allow us to write players name,it wont open.
Id really love to play this game. We cant, because you need to type your name for player before it even lets you start, and it doesnt work. Tried and tried.
There's nothing worse than paying for a game, getting into it, then having it completely lock you out. Like many others on here, we made it most of the way through the game, but it's now stuck on the loading screen for us as well. Deleting it as soon as we're done writing this post. Who wants to pay for a game that you can't even finish. (Would've had good reviews up until that point).
Followers, Slow story progression. Character actuation seems forced. Buttons are a bit resistant to touch at times. Crashes here & there every so often; Hidden Object games are just not that difficult/exciting either. Short game with bonus chapter that could be longer. Not the worst game, not the best. Good game for beginners to this type of genre. Definitely not worth a major dollar investment into though for any person, at any level, who enjoys Hidden Object games. After purchasing the game we played a bit more, and then stopped. The next time we went in to try to play the game and hit "play" the loading screen just hung. We've restarted three times and continue to get the same response.
Everything is so small we can hardly read anything. When your at scenes you can't pinch and zoom closer to look around.
Well.. Try as we might.. As of 4/30/20 there is STILL a glitch on the sign-in screen that prevents you from playing. Heads up: Dont bother.
So we have tried to uninstall and reinstall this 3 times and we still cant get it to register our finger touches. We cant skip the beginning scene and we cant do anything when it asks for player name. Hope this gets fixed so people can play it but its not playable at this time.
We were able to close the ad, but the screen to enter our name was unresponsive. Its unplayable; dont waste your time. (iPhone 8 using latest iOS).
Just downloaded today, cant skip the intro movie so when thats finished we cant enter our name or hit ok. So we deleted.
Wont let us enter our name to even START the game. Glad its a play then pay game.
Ive tried 3 separate times to uninstall the reinstall any other version of it so we can actually get past the main screen. It wont even let us type our name! This has been nothing but a headache and it seems that these type of occurrences and happening more frequently.
The ad keeps popping up on the screen where you enter your name causing you not to be able to enter it. There is no X to get out of the ad. We tried reloading and even clicking on the ads so that it would go away but nothing worked. The later reviewers all have the same issue. We have a fairly new phone with 256 gigs of memory so that is not the issue. Fix it please. Would like to give a zero rating based on the lack of service. This has been going on for a long time based on reviews. It only shows the good reviews on the app screen and they are all from two years ago. If you look further, this issue was going on 2 years ago at least.
It froze on the player name screen, so we couldnt even try the game. Its irritating that Big Fish is trying to sell it when you cant even play the game.
We wanted to try this game but we couldnt even type. The touch screen wasnt working at all. Ive reinstalled the game twice and still nothing. Fix it.
These games should not even be for sale due to the inability to play them.
Just paid for the game and now it freezes on "loading". What a piece of crap. Thanks Big Fish.
It was a good game til we exited and the loading screen won't go away.
So annoying! After we hit "play" it just stays at the "loading" screen and won't go to the actual game.
It does actually zoom, but is so glitchy that it only works a cpl times. The items were to hard to pick up but the story seemed very cool please fix it so we can play it.
