We want to make it clear that we enjoy this game and have spent many hours playing it. Our problem is with Customer Service. We had a problem develop with a payment of an in game purchase that caused an outstanding balance. When we were made aware if the issue, we took care of it right away, paying the balance with the games PayPal account. We left several messages using in game support (GM) over several days but got no response at all. We just tried to log on but Ive been blocked and told to contact Customer Service. There is NO clear direction given on how to do that. The game is great but 3 stars is the best we can do given the situation. We would appreciate some help.

We love this game, same kinda as sultans but we love that game too so Im happy.
Its refreshing to have a combat player vs player strategy game that is not pay to play, or at least not to the normal level. It is nice to see the resources are mostly protected, so there is less incentives for other players to attack lower players. Its a real welcome change to not always be getting announcements that you have been attacked! The only drawback is we wish it was more active and had more people in it. But we realize that there are many similar games out there. The only suggestion we have is more control in the troops, so you can select what troops go where, etc. But thats not something any game of this type does. There is a lot going on, but not in a bad way! And it is relatively easy to level up without paying, or a very minimal amount. Good job, overall.
Since the last update we have not been able to log in the game for the last three days! Whats going on.
Customer support is not even a thing on this game. They dont care about you unless you literally spent 100k USD on this game. Very money driven and the Chinese Bought over this game. Go find something else to play and dont waste your time on this.
If youre a billionaire and dont care to waste money, this is the game for you. The game is a fun game, its just that it requires a lot of money to be able to compete with others, and to maintain your castle. Also they have a lot of updates, its something new every week that requires thousands of dollars, thats right, you heard us, thousands, not hundreds, but thousands. But anyways, if youre a billionaire or millionaire and got money to burn, this is the game for you.
This game starts out good but as you progress we noticed that to get somewhere as far as leveling up you have to go through the developers controlled loop holes or pay to get around them. Games should be fun not controlled.

The worst customer service you will facing on all your life you cant imagine what ever we will explain you will thought we just creat story because what kind of customer service they provide no words can you explain will give you just few example because you cant imagine how far they go 1- at least 36 hours to replay on any inquiry 2- many time we bought a package and some time facing issue on get the package on time and you have to run after them to get it yes its not happen always but will happen at least 20 % of total purchase 3- they never solve any issue will always said wait and will see and never do you need at least sent more than 10 and mean will take 1 month almost because they need 36 to answer any inquiries and maybe will solve and maybe not 4- never try to help you and never take your complain seriously or your suggestion even once almost 20 players us and our friend seek for help and ask for help no one care 5- this game always there is new think to spent and there is no limit as much you spent as much there is new things to do if you bought hero after one month there is new hero if you bought dragon after few month new dragon although when you pay and spend non stoping and at end this customer service you facing you should think twice before spent one dollars more we expect to get respect we spent almost 2000 dollars every month but at end this kind of service we get Im glad we didnt spent more and wish everyone to think twice before play this and try customer service to get to know them better not only according to what we said according to your experience before spent any and stuck.
Server 614 has nothing but bullies!! MAF and Now and 614 alliances do nothing but bully. Developers really need to restrict some actions. The server is basically dead and if you dont use all your little coins for shields those three will hit all day. So called whales are hurting every server. We dont mind spending but out spending some just to stay alive is ridiculous! Developers might wanna take heed.
Game developers constantly changing game to create more revenue. 4/12/23 latest update basically makes game only for spenders.
It was good but now its overpriced and updated too frequently, with things you were given freely taken away from you in the blink of an eye.
We used to love this game. We have spent thousands and they just get greedier and greedier but stupid people like ourselves continue to pay it. We dont pay anymore. We will become a free player now after this last update. They ruined the game with greediness.

AMAZING game! But the recent update will destroy the game. The reason why big spenders stay is they have targets! The recent update will wipe out all non spenders. Which will eliminate the primary targets for spenders. Thereby imploding the game. Highly recommend the developer reconsider the major changes just made.

We put thousands of dollars into this game played it for years. We recently broke our phone. That phone had all our information and passwords. It wasnt until we could get a new phone. Could we log onto the game. Once we logged onto the game we noticed that we were zeroed, this means we lost all our troops. We immediately messaged their team to see if there was anything they can do. They told us that we need to purchase $100 pack to revive all our troops when we have a good amount of Phoenix water to bring back our troops we just didnt have all, we explain the situation they did not care how much we invested in the game. All they cared about was more money. Now us playing this game for years and this has never happened to us before you would think their team would revive our troops. This is just crazy to us stuff happens you would think they would have helped us, especially because we are a spender, and we wouldve spent more. But because there team reacted like this, we will not play the game anymore.

This is a pay to win game unless you plan on spending money and a lot of it dont even start it. We have spent over $750 and we are nowhere near being a top tier player just to give you a example. The only thing the developers care about is keeping their big money spenders happy, they could care less about non spending players.
Used to be fun but developers made it all about money you can barely get to castle 25 with little money spent then its going to cost you hundreds of dollars to go any further they probably wont post this cause it r will let people know what game is all about.
This was a balanced game with very little help and guidance now theyve combined some things and its no longer equally balanced and players 10-20 times stronger are hitting the much weaker players which will on frustrate players and kill this game slowly. Id suggest trying something else unbalanced and pay to play isnt worth the time unfortunately.
Game is ok but customer support is very lacking . They lock you out of the game and when you go to sign in it says there is a issue with your account contact customer service in game help . No how do you do that when you can not get pass the log in page? Not thought through very well . We believe the owner of the game is more worried about getting money from players than they are keeping players.
Ive been playing this game for 3 years. It used to be fun but it is has become impossible to play it. They keep adding things for you to spend $ and without it, you just cannot compete and cannot have any fun. Now they are banning accounts & devices, stating violated policy without any explanations. The customer service is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Dont bother start playing it. You might have fun in the beginning for a short while but youll quickly realize, every decision developers make is arbitrary and unless you spend some serious money, the developers dont care about your game experience at all.
Terrible people they dont tell you the rules then just ban accounts and tell you you broke the rules. We have spent slots of money on this game. The game was awesome then this Chinese company purchased the game and started running game into the ground. Now they are nosediving game into the ground rapidly. Do not bother unless you are friends with a moderator. They promote a harassing game environment for players not their friends, including posting so called interviews which are nothing but lies meant to harass other players. And forget about contacting customer support because the workers are all players who engage in bullying, harassment, and enjoy special game prices snd deals to allow them to continue unfair practices and bullying at free will. Support is awful, gaming environment is awful, and illegal and unfair practices run freely.
We really do not like the way you have it where you can not upgrade your castle unless you pass that monster siege battle. It is taking the fun out of playing the game. It is taking to many steps to be able to move your castle up in levels. Please go back to the original way of leveling up.
Accidentally removed from screen how do we deleted the game and download it again. Ive been playing for three years and Id like to continue.
So recently we just evolved our dragon and it keeps asking us to see its awakening skill which Ive done but , now every time we log into our account it asks us as well as when we click to go inside our castle pretty annoying because during big events or switching heros from wall having that delay us is a big debuff if developers could just fix it ASAP.

Game is full of glitches. Its so bad you cant play. In three months, two different phones, we still cant complete the tutorial as it freezes and you can not go forward.
Much better to buy playstation 5 and killyour time, than downloading this game. Its all about the money $$, theynot playing around here and this is business for them, they make millions from this game when they find players that spend 100-400 K. They will not let your pocket to rest at all, updating the game all the time and each update costs $. Quit and do something better with your time than keeping these people rich. Not worth it.

Struggle at the beginning of the game. We would suggest finding an Alliance as fast as possible to have experienced players assist you.
With the new update in July, they have changed everything that now you want to get strong, you have to spend x3 x4 times than before. The game was good back then, but now 0 star if we could.
They are constantly changing and adding more features to make you spend your hard earn money with no End in sight!!! Once you feel like you finally reach a level equal to others that actually spend them they come up with another update and all of the sudden the spenders get stronger and you are a farm again for them.

The game was really nice to play for years. We even loved the new update inside of the castle. However, the new update when the monsters attack your gates, and when you attack others, they made it very difficult. We have quit the game for good and deleted the app. And we played since 2016. Their latest update is horrendous.

We cant log in into our account after we ask refound because when we buy any pack, the system was charging us 3 times, now we lost our account, its been 3 days sending mails and no answer, Custommer service is awful or aparenttly they dont even have one.
