So we love this game and enjoy playing but this is the 2nd time in less then 2 month we cant login because this 4100 error we have checked all of our setting on our phone and on our router but we get the error if Im home on WiFi or out on wireless data so what gives? We have searched the error and cant find anything helpful.
The support team is awesome and worked with us to link our shop on Steam with our phone. We took a hiatus after 1,400 hours and am back with the sounds of expert craftsmanship echoing in the chambers of our soul.
So we started playing this game on steam on our computer and they dont have it so you can link your phone and computer by yourself and they helped us within 24 hour! Other than that the game is a really fun game you can just pick up and play whenever you are available and have free time.
So we played the other shop tycoon game for quite a long time, and its a good game but if we had found this one first, we most definitely would choose this one. Problem is we found it too late and the servers are supposed to be going down due to game dying out which is too bad because this game is really well designed. When you first open it it looks kind of strange almost gives you like an older game vibe but once you get into it you see how awesome it really is if you give it enough chance to get past initial impression. The reason we mention that is because the other shot game has thousands of positive reviews and this one only had 1000 which we found incredibly strange. This game should have easily had that many positive reviews so we can only assume that for whatever reason people werent trying it may be because of the graphics, or maybe it wasnt advertised enough to where people saw it available. We know they now have released a spin off shop heroes and we tried it and its just no good. It needs so many things change that its not even worth our time to play it right now. If they took this game the original, and just spiced up the graphics a little bit and got it in front of online people as a new game, no doubt this would take off. But Im just one person and that is our opinion. Wish we had heard of this game many months ago!
Potentially fun game if one overlooks bad server maintenance scheduling. After one gets started, one joins or creates a city. Having a good city means there are active players that enter the game multiple times a day. This is helpful when the main event, city raid, occurs. City raid offers prizes based on your level and overall city performance. Server maintenance and updates and most game problems happen during city raid. When one cant get into the game, because of server maintenance or a bad update or other problems, it turns a potentially fun game into just another bad game. Please note that on occasion the company will offer compensation for their mistakes. Anything that has been offered previously in the game can be gotten. Their customer service is very, very helpful.
Wow so many years since its been released. We always come back to this game and we love it. It brings back some nostalgia every time we play it. But we always forget the name (haha) yes we search for it hard till we find it. All in all a really engaging and fun game to come back too. We hope its still as popular like back then. We’ve been playing the game for a while now, but we’ve run into a problem. When we try to buy some gems, we get an error message telling us that there are no gems in stock, and the sale does not go through.
We like this game but we havent been able to log on for about four days now due to no internet connection code 4100. Which after looking online other people had the problem as well.
We love this game, but 4 days with 4100 errors after spending real money in the game is disappointing.
The App Store updates are done in minutes right? Then when you launch the app, SURPRISE! Ten, twenty minutes later. You can actually play the game. We’ve seen major system updates take less time and thats with restarting your phone. The kicker is? Nothing really changes….
We have had a lot of fun with this over the years, playing and connecting with family from all over. Unfortunately the end game economy broke and the developers seem to have run to a new game instead of keeping this game going. Now our facebook log in hasnt worked for over a week and no one seems to care.
Game has been down for over a week! Missed raid weekend all last week! Still nothing this week as well. Our teenagers have informed us this is typical behavior when a game either loses license, doesnt renew their app.. Or is closing the game down permanently! If so, we think its horrible to do this to people who have actually invested in this game be it their money or their time and have been loyal to its entertainment! We thoroughly enjoy playing this game and we are not a gamer type at all. At All! We hope you get it up and running soon!!!!
The game gives us an 1400 error. This is NOT on our end as the game claims it is our wifi. Is absolutely NOT our Wi-Fi connection. Fix this or no one can play the game. Is good but this problem keeps anyone from playing. Fix this and our review will change. We were able to get back in and now it reset our entire progress! WHY?????? Give us our game progress back NOW!!!!!!!!!
This game is a blatant knockoff of so many other games combined most of the names there are just one letter changes from other games.
Looks like they have a sequel coming out in July and decided to just purge this games server with no warning.
Since the update it has not been working properly it glitches when we try to go to the inn page and some of the product pictures dont show.
The game is awesome love how it works.
The game is interesting enough. The iPad app crashes to homepage every minute or two. We’ve been playing for a couple of years. The developers update the app fairly often, but they never fix the crashes. They have gotten worse as time has progressed. This is very frustrating. (I hear some of the other platforms are more stable.)
Our fortune teller is still broken. Your updates are very inconsistent.
We have been playing the game for a while and finally decided to pay for a daily gem bonus this morning. And now we suddenly cant connect to the game at all Very shady. Id be cautious before spending any money on this one.
This game would sign in to our account but then it would say we have no internet connection BUT we SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT, WAS CONNECTED TO INTERNET AND HAD UNLIMITED 4G FREAKING DATA WITH 4 BARS.

Shop heros is a great game but whenever we have to update on mobile without a kongregate account, all our progress is lost. So make an account if you want to play this game for a while.
Ok so we auctally enjoy this game a lot and would really recommend it to our friends but there is a huge problem our account keeps restarting for NO REASON and we would have to restart with nothing. We would just open our game maybe like the next morning and boom its restarted this has happened many many time to us usually we would not care but this time we are really annoyed we recommend the game developers to fix this.
After playing the game for so long, it no longer loads after the title screen. Great. 1 Star.
We havent been able to play for over a week because the game doesnt load anymore. It loads if we sign out of Game Center but as a new game. If we sign back into Game Center it has to reload the game and then it just sits on the loading screen without making any progress (progress bar doesnt move past 0).
We are loving this game and the structure that it has in every aspect. Just a few key things that we may suggest and can be implemented with a sub or something of the sort, with repairing items if we could have an option with coins instead of gems but that’s minor in our eyes because of the ability to craft replacements and typing this out made us realize why it’s like that so disregard. But the biggest thing we could see is that it would be great if there were other ways to obtain account XP instead of just selling items to the NPCs that come into the shop. Maybe from crafting in general or doing dungeons? We’re not saying give us the levels but make it more diverse and allowing us different ways to obtain XP to level in a more suitable way.
Great concept but the loading screen ruins it. Playing a 100/100 connection that can stream anything flawlessly, this app still frequently gets stuck on the loading screen. Sometimes downloading. Sometimes in other states. Maybe Ill come back and try it again in a month or 2 and see if the figured out their issues.
They dont force you to watch any ads which is rare on mobile free games and you can do everything even if you pay 0 real life money to game with little dedication this game has our respect.
For now the second time, we are having to delete this game from our phone. Been playing for close to 3 years but we’ve had it with all issues that come up every time theres an update. We have been unable to log in for close to 2 weeks now, all because of an update. A few months ago we were unable to log in for 3 weeks and again, it happened right after an update. We stopped playing over a year ago for this very reason. After not playing for one year, we thought (incorrectly) that the connectivity issues had been resolved. We know the issue is not with our phone, it is definitely Shop Heroes. This game is super fun and one of our fave mobile games but we’ve lost patience with the updates. Its frustrating when you spend real money on a game and then are unable to play because of an ongoing issue. Please fix this.
Veteran player in a top 50 city. Played for 3 years. This game is based on community. – The city trade limit of 5 per day hinders community – The chat system only keeping 10 recent messages hinders community. Barriers of entry to new players: – the game having to be force closed to get to it reconnect if the app is already open over half of the time – the game logging out and making new players think they lost all of their progress, and its a regular minor annoyance to veterans – the game showing heroes as ready to send on a quest, but selecting them brings up an error saying they are already on a quest (happens every day a few times a day for us for the past couple months 9/16/19)

After reading some of the reviews on here, we have to respond as a player. Im not paid for this review. We have spent over $30,000 on mobile games. For people whose complaints are not basically: (cries) things cost money, all we can say is that this is a very safe and secure place to park your long-term entertainment money. First, you have what gamers call legacy assets. One-time upgrades that cost gems, like market slots, production slots, etc. These upgrades will continue to exist and never be devalued through in-game inflation until the day you die. So, if youre a spender, you can feel comfortable about making those legacy purchases knowing that youll enjoy the relative advantage to other players forever. Second, the game isnt designed to burn another players spending and trying to protect your in game spending. No psychological gamesmanship with the winners curse, loss aversion and the sunk cost fallacy. So, you can spend as much as you want, whenever you want, at the rate you want, and it wont substantially affect your prior in game spend. Third, if youre bipolar or looking to dominate, bully or troll other people, this isnt the game for you … Not because youre unwanted, but because you will not have fun and will get bored. This game is for people with ADHD, OCD and OCPD (or depression/anxiety). We think its a relatively healthy distraction for as long as you dont spend 8+ hours a day on the game, which the game does not encourage you to do. So, overall, a very honest and healthy casual mobile game.
We love how the game starts out and we enjoy crafting in games and so we cant get enough!! Customer support is beyond stellar!!! This is such a fun game to play with a friend or friends we cant put it down.

Loving this game. Great mechanics, free to play friendly. Havent spent yet and have progressed very well after focus on a few item types and utilizing the trade system. Lots of fun, seemingly endless progression.
Its a great game & we would consider giving 5 stars if you could earn exp through doing other tasks such as upgrading a storage ben or for crafting items. We’ve been lvl 20 for 2 weeks now solely because we havent had the time to sell items to NPCs. But our daily spin is at 223 & All our storage bens are at lvl 10 on our way to 11. But its something we would really enjoy seeing in an upcoming update. We shall remain hopefull.
Every update for the last year has claimed to fix all the broken features and bugs (and there are numerous) but fails to deliver. This latest update is no exception. We downloaded thinking perhaps we could now get notifications, or our screen would no longer flicker between sizes, or perhaps the fortune teller would, indeed, be back. Cloudcade continues to let down their customers while treating them like the enemy. If you spend any time on the forum, youll find theres little room for feedback or constructive criticism as everything is swallowed up the the shadow of the developers hyper-inflated egos. Update we were asked to update our review because supposedly lots of issues have been fixed. Still no full screen support for IPhone X, the screen glitches during crafting, fortune teller is still broken and notifications still dont work. Shop Titans is a better game. Go play that instead.
The newest update made several changes tp the player market that feels like a blatant cash grab, particularly the increased gem cost minimum and the limitation on providing items to people in your city (that function is now borderline useless, thanks). The resulting inflation on coin based listings is crazy. Thanks, we hate it. Updates like this make us super regret the times we’ve paid into the game to support it.
Every time our iPad sleeps and wakes up we get reconnecting to server. Ugh.
We love this game. It has taken up so much of our time and we have enjoyed that time. The one thing that we dislike about it is that sometimes it glitches in a very negative way. One of our trading slots was unavailable but we had another one. We wanted to use the other one but it kept on saying we were using the unavailable one. We tried it fix it by nothing happened. Now we have to wait to sell anything on the market.
We have been playing Gems for almost a year! We love the competition of live matches against other players. We also like the community of belonging to a Guild. You can win individually & as a team! The game is much more than just matching, you choose heroes with different powers & abilities to represent each color. We are addicted & we highly recommend Gems!
All slots not working properly. You post something and they just dont appear to be on trade house and if you quit the game and log in back they appear to be all sold and when you click it you dont get anything.
EDIT: Third <5% chance of breaking in a row that then broke. Just give honesty in games. How is that so hard, its obvious in the background these % chances are actually higher, or at the very least, calculated differently. *** Its a pretty fun game, but Im learning more and more that a 6-8% chance of breaking an item is actually about a 65-70%, and a 10% or higher is a 95% chance. A little ridiculous, but Im learning.

We just got the game today and uninstalled it today because we tried to go on the game offline and to said that we couldnt play so we thought no big deal but when we logged on when online again we lost all our progress and uninstalled the game.
