Swipe based controls will allow you to stretch through the air changing direction as you go. Latch onto a surface and your dachshund will retract to that spot.
Having an infinitely stretchy body is pretty handy, but it’s not all plain sailing. Your exposed body is vulnerable to all sorts of meat cutting instruments so don’t over stretch yourself or you could end up butchered!

Fun game doesn’t crash for iPod players but hard.
BEST GAME EVER there isint anything bad about not many ads and it’s really fun and addicting.
Its a good game but way to short a future a update should be created to continue the game since it only goes up to 50.
We don’t know if we should put this with the likes of Nintendo’s Mario games in the platformer section but at the same time we feel like it deserves it. This original platformer for the iOS operating system is just what we needed. It’s controls work almost too perfectly as a mobile game. You swipe to make your dog grow. You can use this in unique ways to get to the next dog house. This game is challenging and fun. Not only is it the first platformer we have seen on iOS but we have a feeling it’s going to be the best no matter what other platformers are on here. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and download this game right. Now. Also for all you people who are concerned about the music, it’s pretty good for a platformer game. One last thing, this game doesn’t have that many ads and they aren’t as intrusive as you’d think for a game like this. So don’t worry about ads. Other than it not being ad-free this is a game truly worthy of a 5/5. We wish the developers luck and hope they proceed to make an even more brilliant game.
This is really the best game we’ve ever played. Its the one game we havent got sick of over a couple weeks. We finally made it to the last level and Im glad to say Im a silly sausage pro. Definitely recommend.
This game is great! When we were small we loved this game and we still do!! We recommend ya too get it to!!!!
Okay, so we dont really ever write reviews for anything but this game is so good. Like a classic. We downloaded this so long ago when we were young and we were at the airport and on a 14 hour flight. We’ve never forgotten this app and always come back to it. It never gets boring. 10000/10 would recommend.
We really love this game its fun and engaging with cute and fun graphics, HOWEVER the reasons why Im not giving it a 5 star is simply because ads are WAY too annoying even for the (pay to remove ads thing) because almost EVERY TIME we die (which by the way is pretty brutal for our poor pup visually speaking) an ad shows up and you have to wait sometimes even for a while before getting into action so and later levels with sparse checkpoints ( IM LOOKING AT YOU LEVEL 48!!!) gets super frustrating real quick. So other than those complaints its a great game, love your work and art style nitrome!
In checkpoint 29 we glitched through the floor and couldn’t get out. Great game though.
Most of the time it is pretty fun but sometimes he just wants you to take what youre playing with and threw it on the ground sometimes it is really annoying!!!!!!!
We had paid to remove ADs, but they still pumped up all the time….
There is absolutely no way to get past level seven it is super stupid and the company should make level seven easier.

Extremely challenging and unbearably FUN! Plz make more levels! We just finished all 50 with 100% gems! We’re so proud of myself! This game is fun but sometimes when we swipe it glitches and doesn’t do what we tell it and we die the same happens in levels that you have to go fast, this is really stressful and it ruins the whole game.

This game is a really funny game. You stretch your little dog’s body and it looks so funny. This game is made for everyone. There are a lot of obstacles and it gets really hard. We don’t know how many levels there are but there are a lot.
We wasn’t really expecting much when this was advertised to us by another Nitrome favorite (Magic Touch) but this game is probably one of the most entertaining free games that we have ever played. The gameplay is tricky and addictive, and Silly Sausage is a qt. We wish there were a little bit of plot filler/narrative (who is Silly and why are we in Meatland?) but it isn’t really necessary or subtract from the game, just fun to think about. Great job.
Silly Sausage is incredibly addicting! It’s one of the few games that we can’t stop playing. The game is fun, the controls are easy to grasp, and yet it’s still a challenging play. We recommend this app to anyone that wants a game that not only challenges them, but does so in an adorable fashion! P.S. Please create more levels! We want to keep playing and challenging myself!

We think this is the best game we ever owned.
We absolutely love this game we already beat this game and we felt pure satisfaction when we beat the game. We just have two ideas, have it when you beat the game you unlock cheats for example invincibility and the ability to go through blocks that can’t be gone through. Another idea is where there are separate worlds with different dogs dreams and have different abilities like a burger pit bull that can squeeze to small and large sizes. Overall we would want to rate it 6 stars if we could.
We love it. Also, we just finished it. We always love the background music, like in Endless Doves. It’s a really great game. However, some levels can be frustrating.

This is a really addicting game. Nice job! On level fourth eight, there is a glitch where the knife passes through two stationary one block blades. However, you must time this right by waiting until another moving blade leaves and the knife retracts to get the key. However, you can pass through both blades that the knife passed through to get the key without timing it. We don’t know if this is supposed to happen or not, but we just thought to put it out there.
We first discovered this game when we were like at least 8 yrs old, (it was the best game ever) and now we’re like 12 and we remember playing the first game on the website. And now it’s on mobile!!!
You should buy this game now. This is our favorite. At first we thought this was stupid but once you start playing it WOW. It was a little hard at first with the controls but you’ll get used to it .
