We paid $7.99 for 3 hours of play time and 13000 coins and the extra coins did not show up. There is no way to ask for help. We have to set-up an outlook email account to send in a request for help. We cannot use our gmail address to request help. We plan to contact our credit card company to dispute the charge.
We love this game. We play it all day long but it did lose our progress when we were linked up to Facebook and we had to restart it all over when we were like at level 1000 something other than that we love everything about this game.

This Game is so Much Fun! And It was amazing That we rescued Smurfs, Like Ever to do so, The Music and Characters Voices were sounded like amazing! We like the levels much more than the best one! But youve got to Save the Best for Last! Thank You Very Much!
We bought two characters that are unlocked but not able to place or access either one! Cant contact support under settings. It tells us not on line try again!!! Cant log in to face book or apple to save game, tells us game is under development and to contact administrator ??????!!!!!! Once you reach level 1500 no longer earn new characters! Even though plenty of characters left to unlock!?!?!?
When you shoot blue ball at bubbles. The color of ball changes right before it your bubbles!! That’s outright cheating! Then, after level 30. Whether you win a level or not. There’s an ad!! That’s way too many ads! Then you can’t decorate or place stuff in your village. The game does it for you. That’s not fun! We quit after level 31. The ads are just too much!
We love this game because we grew up watching the smurfs. With that said the last couple of days it is majorly glitching and becoming frustrating. It is in serious need of an upgrade. We cannot get to the more berries and cannot move from village to village by tapping the left or right arrows at the top. It say we only have 9 villages complete which is incorrect because Im in midst of finishing our 12th!!! Fix!!! Now!!! Update: 12/5/21 Yesterday, we were couldnt access it at all. It kept wanting to install an update so we had to keep refreshing that. We couldnt access the daily gift and we were on day 3. Today we went to play on it and Im back at the beginning for daily gift. We cant access the help button because it keeps saying its not enabled. We never unabled help ever!! This isnt the first time the game kept wanting to install an update and go through several downloads. Its been doing it for several days now! Frankly its pissing us off! What once used to be a relaxing and fun game is becoming very irritating. If we were to delete the game and redownload it youll put us back at level 1!!! Im at level 620! Figure it out! These glitches are getting ridiculous. We grew up watching the Smurfs and frankly this is the only fun Smurf game out there.

The new update has caused so many issues! The app freezes and shuts down constantly. We cant even play a game anymore without the game freezing or shutting down!
We loved this game, but now it resized and wont fit to screen. Part of the game is now inaccessible being off both sides of the screen. Also, we had purchased much of the village, but then it all disappeared and we couldnt get it back.
Playing for years but the latest update stopped us from obtaining free coins and getting boosters. :(
The game is fun, but we hate the problems we constantly have with this game. We’re on level 1351 and we no longer am able to switch between villages to collect our coins. We’re on the Moon level but it says Town Square and the arrows don’t do anything anymore. Also, we were only able to purchase 4 of the total items for the village that is two before the Moon village (since we’re unable to switch to a different village, we don’t know the name of the one that’s broken). When I’d click on the item the Smurf wanted, it would just item inventory. Lastly, we haven’t gotten a new Smurf or level in probably a couple hundred levels… Are you guys making more??

We Love the game but it keeps glitching when you have to save the smurf in the bubble.
It freezes every time u get to level 25 we deleted and reloaded but still freezes so we gave up and u cant rescue the smurf we were really like this game.

Not sure whats up, but it randomly started telling us it needed to download an update. We put our phone online, no update. Now every time Im in airplane mode it falsely prompts us to update. Save the dumb copy and paste response. We’ve already reinstalled the game. You want it online for tracking purposes even though we said no when we installed the game. Reported this to Apple. If your game is online only, say it. Do not lie and claim there is an update preventing us from playing when there isnt.
We loved the game when we first started playing but now it keeps geting stuck between worlds.
It was great for the first couple of hours, then it started sort of freezing. It goes to a darkened screen that you can see thru to the game, but you cant do anything for a number of minutes or hours. Really needs to us fixed.
This was a fun game. However we couldnt see the whole game as it was bigger than our screen and we have a large screen. We couldnt see all the stats at top or the edges of the game.
However, it has some issues that freeze the screen after watch ads to get coins. They updated the app, but the screen freezes after watch ads for coins, and we dont get any coins. Log in with Facebook to save progress, but played the game and when we went to get a chest reward from the event we had completed, the game froze. Couldnt do anything. Deleted and reinstalled game app, and there was no saved progress. Lost everything, even the extra cherries we bought. Had to start all over and because we love the Smurfs so much, we were willing to start over and forgive the loss of money. Got past level 50 and at the end of a level it froze again, NOT DOING THIS AGAIN. Went to get help and there was no help. No support. Really sucked. For a backer like Sony to have such a crappy game just mad us sad. Dont bother and thats coming from a Smurfs fan.

You guys need to fix these bugs in the game because the game keep freezing right after we watched a video for free coins or sometime the game goes dim & freeze right there. Everytime we have to keep ending the game & restart it.

We have had and played this for over a year. Suddenly 3 or 4 days ago it said update needed but when we selected update nothing happened and now none of the villages we have are displaying. We are on level 727 so we had quiet a few but cant see them now nor can we collect the daily coins….. We have no idea what happened but Im disappointed.

We have never given a review on any game but for this we wanted to give a heads out to be careful. We’ve been playing this game for a long time and never had problems but recently we did. First, we decided to buy some coins which we did once before, well after we confirmed that we wanted to buy instead of saying OK we got a PURCHASE FAILED, then when we went to pay our bill we noticed that it had a pending charge for the coins we were buying but never received, figured since it said pending it would come off, well we checked a couple of days later and we were charged. We did a dispute with our credit union comment but still got charged. Next we had to reinstall the game and when you sign in with Facebook it saves where you left off, well we got screwed on that, instead of going to the level we left off at which was level 1758, it put us at level 1 as if this was the first game playing, it also didnt get back the almost 400,000 what they call Smurfberries, where you use for each village to buy, well we didnt get those, and once you complete a village you collect the coins from the Smurfs in the village. SORRY for this long review but this is the last an important , just about games has a help center where you can send a message if have a problem, well when you hit the help button it goes to a page that says HELP CENTER NOT ENABLED. Sorry again for being too long but want anyone else getting screwed over. Jazzee Travel.
We have tried repeatedly to get this game to work. It worked for awhile, then quit working. Support button wont work-nothing. Cant get help, cant purchase as every button doesnt work. So if we delete it and try to load again we will lose our progress. Frustrated as it is/was a fun game. Too bad.
We love this game been playing it quite a while we updated it and now it wont even load . We deleted it and downloaded it from cloud and still wont open .
Major issues with the ads not closing preventing us from continuing. We had to uninstall & reinstall then start the whole game from the beginning TWICE!! Third times the charm, we think not but three strikes your out!!! Im very disappointed as we were enjoying the game.
The newest update completely ruined the game for us. The little clear bubble that shows you where your ball will end up is distracting and not at all reliable. It shows that you will fit in between two but when you shoot it its too big. An option to turn that off would be nice, otherwise Im through with the game.
So we’ve been playing off n on for the past year or so but we had to reset our iPhone but when we reset our iPhone and downloaded the Smurfs game and signed in we were not on level 249 anymore we had to start back at level 1 we didnt know whether to cry or scream! So we really have no choice but to start over now so it is what it is but this game is still a good game even though we have to redo our levels all over again.
Love the game but when we watch the videos to earn boosters it kicks us out of the game and we lose the booster, is there a fix for this glitch?
We use the help option in game where we can open a ticket but have not received any replies. Logging in consecutively for 28 days gets you a gift a day now. We assume from the picture description that on Day 14 you are to receive a smurf? Well we never got ours! Chest stays closed and jumps up and down on screen then vanished despite us tapping on it several times! This is just one of the many times that you are unable to open a chest won from a daily gift, event, Papas quests etc! Another bug is after watching an ad to earn coins or a boost, the game freezes. You dont get the 35 coins or boost earned at all, you have to close and open app and try again but it gets stuck again! Not sure if this is a bug but apparently if an area/location has more then 6 smurfs, you will receive coins from only 6 of them and it is always from the same 6. The rest of the smurfs in that same area will not give you any coins at all. If Smurfette is in that location and you previously had only 6 smurfs there, one of the original 6 will not give a coin or Smurfette wont give any. Game would be awesome if they would just fix those annoying bugs.
We love this game our favorite smurf is clumsy because hes funny and we had saved 8 smurfs.
We would love to give 5 stars we love playing this game every morning before we go to work at work and before we go to bed at night may only problem is we made a purchase and it said it did go through but they took our money and never gave us what we purchased we have tried contacting them they responded with needing information for us which we did give them and we are still waiting for a response back and that was on September 3rd and we are still waiting if we dont hear back soon we will delete the game.
