We have played a lot of games on our phone searching for the right one and this is it pick one sever and build your team stronger the better it takes time well worth it.
We do have something we need to put out though. The game is well made, however, we do want to point out that if it's possible to change the way the characters names are shown? The thing is you have the main characters name alongside the name you input for the 2 through 5 characters. For example, our characters name is Skyye and one is Apollos but it'd show as Skyye x Apollos, something along that line. It'd be cool if the characters get there own individual names shown. Also is it possible to incorporate Soul Land 2 through 4 characters and abilities one day?! We'd really love to have Huo Yuhao's abilities.
We played this game for a few years and spent like $10 on the game because we really like it and had a lot of fun, but a while back, when we logged in, we couldnt interact with anything, and this appears to be a problem for others as well so please fix.
Ive always enjoyed games where everything is focused on your understanding of the game to deal massive damage or insane healing or even just being extremely defensive our only problem is that after years of playing on mobile after recent server updates we can no longer move or do anything in game.
This game keep saying it full of people and we cant load in. Even thought we can choose our character but for the name it keep saying someone have take this name. We try many time of getting the location but it keep saying no more room.
This is the fourth day since Im having trouble playing arena when their is always a unknown error showing up each time we try to battle in arena. When we try to talk with the customer service the person did not try to help us and no matter what we say he just ignore us.

The devs dont really care about us players and we never get something on time as they say that there are fixing bugs or technical issues and the people working there are lazy and want us to give 5 star reviews to motivate them to do work on their own game.
Therere is no new warsoul event ? No care players ? Please look at player we actually need up to date.
We dont. Yet weve reported griefing and other TOS violations for months with no support.
First off we would like to say that this game is terrible if you want something eye catching make it so that you get a random soul when you join the game and then allow the player to pick what monsters he will have in his soul for example the yellow ring could be a plant soul or a animal soul if you watch the donghua maybe you will get inspiration.
At the beginning we thought itd be like every other single RPG game; a scam of money. But after playing it for months, we really enjoyed it.
This strategy game is petty fun for us, its not like other game like pubg, you need spend a lot time, a lot energy in it, also you dont need pay money on this game you still can play good, those people who post bad reviews on this game, we just want say you are too young, you even didnt play this game well then you says its bad, that is racist. After three month play this game, we only paid about 6 bucks but still beat the one who paid like 500 bucks, you know, that feeling is petty great for us. We love that.
The game itself is pretty boring, but we just like it because of the novel. The game glitches out and blurs for us sometimes; we have to redownload every time we want to play and sometimes it doesnt fix itself.
Wish the was a way to sell purple and red gear. Our storage is full and our bag is filling up. Other than that the game is fun.
Its a trash game that shouldnt exist. Horrible quality, its not interesting, and the ad is a huge scam.
But we dont know where to get our third player which prevents us from playing further.
We already know the story because the game is based off of the manga soul land but its still good.
We try to load in and it doesnt load all the configuration files, so as a result we are stuck in the training field doing nothing. We still enjoy the game when we play though. We also love the manga.
We decided to download this game after watching episodes of the anime/donghua on YouTube. We understood the story for the most part because we had watched it but even though we did, the storyline in this game seems choppy(?). The graphics seem to be glitchy and somewhat smooth at the same time too. Im still kinda in the middle of the guide/tutorial but this is the first time we had ever felt bored so quick. Like the process of the game is abrupt and goes into auto mode randomly and personally we have no idea what goes on because things just happen. Like you have control but at the same time you dont? We think the game has potential but its not going well right now.
Its litterly a manga we started to read then saw a ad so we click on it lol.
When we first saw it, we thought it was gonna be a sideways game but if it was we think we would like it better cause it would be more threeD. We like day break legends cause it was more 3D, but the game you have made seem fun.
Literally its good for 1-3 hours than you have to wait until tomorrow.
Its not completely bad but the quality compared to the ads though.
After finding this game through an ad, we knew it wouldnt be perfect. And its not. Its a really interesting concept and could really have been done a bit more with. We like the way the game flows and moves around, but sometimes it freezes up and we cant move. The game isnt horrible but it still has its flaws. Its not perfect but it has its strong points. We think the developers couldve tried more. Also, the whole game is stuck in portrait mode and we feel like being in landscape mode would be amazing.
Only choose between two genders. Disappointment. The only reason this game got 2 stars is because the graphics and game play are so good despite the the non inclusive narrative. Shame on you.

We watched the ad so many times so we finally installed it,we knew it wasnt going to be anything like the ads but we tried it and you cant even fight its so boring you just sit there and letting it auto play and not even do anything the ads looked way better than the real game.
Needs updating constantly crashes during boss fights drop rates make no sense other than that its a great game with lots of potential.
We were excited because of the ads. It look really fine when we saw the ads so we decided to download it. We looked around and saw how bad the quality was. Its looked fine from the ads from before but then we just see just a screen of horrible quality.
The game is great but we constant run into bugs. When Im trying to recharge is say invalid, server down or some short. Also when Im trying to report the issue we can only fill in the last three blanks of the ticket.
The game is extremely pay to win, most sects wont even let you join if you dont have a ridiculous amount of power. Also, world boss is trash. All you need is diamonds to screw somebody out of rewards. Only one person gets the rewards, other players can attack you at the last second and even if you body them, instantly revive while you gain no health back. Either make a cool down before you can diamond revive(30 seconds is fair) or restore the victor to full health upon challenger death. These developers are greedy af. We like the game, hate the bs. Fix this crap.
Ok, ok…… So we started to play,we made an account, originally we were excited to make our character and customize it and stuff, but then it only gave us two options, girl or boy. Wow, then we thought to ourselves Hey, maybe we get to customize our character later! But no! So we went through a short part of the gameplay, just to figure out its not even that fun! You dont get to do anything! Now this part is important, maybe just maybe, its because its only a little part of the gameplay, maybe later you get to do stuff! But what Im trying to say is, The game is bad, its not the worst Ive seen games really bad before, so this is fine…. Would be fun if the game was in landscape mode instead of portrait to bring out the big and bright looks, we are also concerned about you not being able to fight the battles its annoying that the game chooses things for you. Not the game we would like to play needs more improvements.
First off- money grab, could at least be a bit more subtle about it; every other second game prompts you to spend. Secondly- need better icon organization/ character maps. Playing on our phone (we phone 7+) we have maybe 45% of our screen not taken up by icons and task bars… Then add in money grabbing adds and forget seeing what you are doing until you clear them. Third- the starter tutorial isnt nearly enough. After ashamedly reaching 1000000+cp and vip 4 we still have no clue what Im doing!! Of course you can try to ask in chats, but no one will respond as it gets lost in the zillion other announcements generated for every players minor accomplishments, team rallys, equipment upgrades/fuses etc… Devs: Take home message- clean things up & make more user friendly. Perhaps a help reference site on the 37 page. Explaining how to achieve various quests. Oh… Referencing duolous as 3-2 (example) doesnt help unless we know what chapter you are referring to as well. The game has potential, dont get us wrong. Lots of work needed still, however before your money grabbing ploys have any remote sense of value.
We saw one of the ads for the game, thought it was good and downloaded it. We were surprised how the graphics looked compared to the ads. The ads made the game look better than it is. Also, the combat isnt exiting, we couldnt do anything. We thought you would have more freedom in how things looked or what you get. The game also frequently crashed. The game ran very slow too. Also, we cant tell if it was a glitch, but it didnt have sound.
We got into this game because of the manga, its fun but we cant play when we login, it would leave us in the training area and let us do nothing. We would be trapped and cant seem to go out of that area to another. The screen would also malfunction when this happens so that we wouldnt be able to click anything else.
Customer support is a joke! We are one of the top 20 players in this game and have spent a LOT. Not once has customer support EVER done anything. They tell you to send pictures and when you do they STILL REFUSE to help at all. We just quit bc they take our money and when we have a simple problem they refuse to correct it….SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
We made a in-game purchase and not only did it charge us 3$ more then the price was listed for (not tax it was a lower priced purchase the starter thing) but it also charged us twice and then tried to charge us for something else. That we didnt purchase now because of overdraft fees we literally owe over 100 dollars to our bank. That we cant afford to pay and Im screwed.
When you guys gonna fix isle guardian? Been froze when the game play and not getting reward we should get many time on isles guardian! Because of the manga we got very happy that there is a game for it but after playing for just 5-10 minutes we got really disappointed to people who expect a good game because of the manga/Manhua it is not good at all.
We have been playing this game for almost 6 months, and it is only fun at the beginning for about 1-2 months. After that, it is made to become tired of. We admit that we really enjoyed the game for about 3 months. After that, it was us only doing the daily quests at a minimum. Its is fun, but also you need money to play the game. We cant think of any good items you can obtain without paying. This game is designed for players to overpay to feel successful. Even if starting at a new server, where everyone is new, you can feel in about a week that youre way off the ranking board. Even if you start paying in the beginning, you starting losing your rank and have to keep paying/recharging to maintain. We recommend his game, but do not spend money! Also, the server becomes almost empty after 4 months or so, so dont expect much active players after 2-3 months. We hope we dont make anything go bad. Thank You.

Misleading ads that directs us to download this low quality game…..waste of our time.
Off the start the game is okay, it only lets you pick two genders instead of customizing them. The game also has really bad graphics. The creators of the game have to do some big changes to make this game better.
So bad we thought it was good like in the ad but you guys lie this is not better than Fortnite apex legend Minecraft roblox and any Chinese game.
First the ad was extremely misleading, second when it told us to absorb a better aura it wouldnt let us so that why this game is bad Id rather play fortnite than this trash and fortnite is terrible.
We seen this game pop multiple times when we played games and we thought it was gonna be the same as what we saw an advertisement turns out it was nothing of what we thought it would be its a good game for anyone who likes the way how the game plays is for us we dont like it we feel like we were betrayed into thinking that this is what the game is going to look like and its not.
Nothing to expect, if you like to see numbers, great game. If not, its trash. And you cant even have the name of.
Its is to pixelated and on youtube when the add pops up it pixels are not theres pixels and looks so fun be is so trash work on the game.
