Find out what gamers are saying about Sprocket:

What a remarkably original (at least to me) concept. We love the score and the fact that it changes with taps. Whadaya know, we can make music after all . . . And without any formal training. We are with another reviewer in that we are sometimes bewildered that MY timing for a jump does not fully align with the games idea of a successfully timed jump and that the rings are sometimes obscured as they disappear off the screen edges. It has trained us to be a little more patient, which is a good thing. Love the glaring omission of stats or high scores. In fact the score is kinda pointless, but it does, we presume, give one a semblance of achievement when triple digits are achieved. (Havent made it there yet . . . So close.). We highly recommend this game.

Innovative little change where you tap to jump to the next line. Great for spending a few minutes. Enjoyably frustrating (I can’t get past 60 points). We’re glad we found this.

We videoed our game play when jumping, and our reflexes many times were dead on when catching the front part of a moving line, but it would kill our turn as if we jumped too soon. This is frustrating, when making a jump that you know touches the next line, all but to start over. But, its a simple game and fun to try and beat your existing high scores but we feel inclined to delete it from the frustration of making a great timed jump, all but to be forced to start over on a new attempt.

The game cheats. We’ve hit the edge of the pods with no doubt many times, only to be scored a miss. This needs to be corrected. Luckily we got this for free, or Id be asking for a refund.

This game is fun to play when Im bored. Our high score is 156, and Im getting better at it already! And for 99¢ its definitely worth the money.

Of the hundreds we’ve tried, we only have this and three other games that we keep installed. Always fun and love the sound effects.

Ever since 1.7 they updated to not pause your music! Im happy to have this game back. So fun!

Dont have too much to add on the actual gameplay, which others have covered already. Its straightforward and fun, with a good progression of difficulty on easy mode. BUT we have found the audio to have lots of annoying glitchy pops and clicks on iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.1. We are sure the audio issue is app-specific, as this doesnt occur in music or any other game from this phone.

Great concept but for some reason, we feel like the sides of the game are blocking our view on the next steps we need to take.

It is just too hard. It could have been a nice game, but there is one setting, no choices at all, just constant starting over.

This game is great, it’s a challenge but it’s great.

We adore this game. The player generates the music with their taps, and the resulting soundscape is as immersive and kaleidoscopic as the concentrically morphing graphics. Once you get the hang of it, the game becomes soothing, almost meditative.

Enjoyed it the game and the best part is that it has no ads.

… But it speeds up so quickly on us its nearly impossible to keep the game going for any amount of time- and so many times we just barely miss but it looks like we should have made it. Its okay to be tough, but its also good to be easy enough to enjoy for a while before it gets nearly impossible.

Its a good concept just way to fast in the beginning for beginners yes timing is everything but please give us a bone when we barely miss or something cause a good portion of our misses should have made it.

Nice concept, but we spend much of the time frustrated with how the game always interprets our taps to miss by a fraction of a second. Feels like super hexagon, but with much less tight controls.

We love this for after school where we can just sit down and play this.

Love the game but add characters.
