We bought this game thinking we wouldnt get anymore ads lol. It just gives you some tickets to skip ads and then the 39 million ads are back. Still one of the funnest games Ive downloaded as an adult just not worth the money.
Its honestly a great game but the fairness is pretty bad so you can go into your room but can we please increase the time so the monsters dont instantly target you id say about 40 second cause when you get at least 5 minutes into the night the monsters are instantly going to target you for example we had a bunch of stuff and then all the sudden 3 MONSTERS RUSH AT ME FULLY HEALED so if you can please fix that it would be amazing on top of that its amazing you should add an online mode.
Got some dont starve vibes which is fun! Hopeful for party play in the future to inv fam or friends and play together. But, the ads are horrendous, there is an ad for everything you do and its a bit overboard. Its not as fun when you have to watch an ad like every 30-40s for everything.
We love this game so much! Its very fun and addicting! Its practically all we play consistently. But we think the games has a few fatal flaws, and could also use more things to do. First off, the wait time for energy is absurd, like twenty minutes just for one energy is crazy! Second you dont get nearly enough gems or whatever and that is your only way to upgrade things outside of when your playing a round. Also it would be cool if you could add friends and play with them and if you could search a specific player to play with. It could also be nice if there was like mini games or something like that you could play while waiting for energy, like a tag kinda game, where you have to run from the reaper.
We want to play more but the longer adds is brutal. We watch one in game plays, the perks are worth it. But too long on an add. Deleting soon.
DO NOT BUY THERE PACK THAT SAYS REMOVE ADS . It does not remove ads we still have to watch videos to get the packages and everything that has to do with ads we wasted $10 but it is a fun game just disappointed with that.
We do like the game its quite fun its different, but the ads are a bit much so we do what we always do pay to remove ads, the ads are still there. Either refund everyone that paid to remove ads or remove ads please. Only asking for the ones that aid for it. Other then that its fun game.
Ill be playing and theres adds after adds, we get the crates are supposed to be collectibles and all, but how bout u make a free version that gives less than the add ones.
Second lives with ads are good but we would also like an online multiplayer or private matches to join or create with your friends, we also think there should be a game mode to where you should be able to help other people out.
Paid $9.99 for ads to be removed after playing the game a few times and decided we liked it. That was 5 months ago, still have to watch ads. Now with the update when we resell we only get 30 electric bolts instead of half the cost of the item. But yet it is still full price to buy them? What is this? Love the game but currently looking for a similar one and will be requesting a refund from our bank since we never received our purchase.
They came itself is fun and challenging, but every task (and we mean EVERY) requires a 1:00mim repetitive ad and its graining.
We think the title explains itself we paid $9.99 and we are still getting ads for most of the areas that we had to watch an ad. The only ads that skipped are parachute ones the door upgrades still want ads, bunch of other things we pressed poped ads, and on top of it even tho we paid the full game price we still have limited lifes to play the game?! If we are paying $9.99 for a single player mobile game we dont think we should have to wait for our lifes to fill to play the game. We will be asking a refund and if the game gets better in future we will buy again.
This is a great game Ive downloaded it enjoyed playing it and had fun over all the problem with this game is after round 9 or 10 it becomes almost impossible without ads first the ai only target you you can get no breathing room and they do ridiculously high damage to your door 2 u have to watch ads to heal your door and you only get a few 3rd you get like 3 gems for living through the tough fights and upgrades cost 50 to 300 gems later in the game 4th and finale thing there is an energy system for the little rewards you get you shouldnt have an energy system to that is all we have to say other than those things the game it pretty good.
This game has an insanely amount of adds! If you can just take that out and substitute it for buying the gems and using the gems for quick upgrades that would be great. We wouldnt ours spending a few bucks every so often. We hate having to sit there and waste our time on adds. If we are gonna waste our time we rather be PLAYING THIS ADDICTIVE GAME. Get rid of the adds. If you do take the adds out make sure you balance the cost of using the gems for an upgrade. Dont make it insane like 30 or 100.
The game is very fun but the bad side is you cant win unless you watch ads. To upgrade is cost a lot and to make gold is a struggle. We would have given this game a 5 star but because the only way to win is to watch ads it just makes us want to delete the game because you cant win without the ads.
Still waiting on that online feature.
Hey! We love the game. So much we even considered spending money to buy the No Ads version.. But you have to buy it along with gems and tickets? For $10?? We think youd get so much more revenue from offering a no ads version by itself for $2 or $3 wouldnt that make a bigger splash and help you reduce ads for free users? Just seems like the wrong money move too.. And having us to watch so many ads just to play will just lead to us us losing interest. If you want this game to take off, offer a No Ads version that isnt in a $10 package, and reduce where some of these ads are in the game. Right now its a non starter.
Its okay but the add makes it seem like its a multiplayer game which its definitely not, the killers will stop when you play ads. Killers will also target you almost exclusively. The game is also riddled with in app purchase and ads for a scam Chinese app. That being said the game is still pretty fun.
Its definitely a fun game, but there are so many ads. To power up anything you have to watch a 30 second video. And you have to power up constantly to win. We paid the $9.99 for an add free experience and it only gets rid of the adds at the start screen. You still have to watch them for the game so you pay for nothing.
We dont ever leave ratings on an app however this one frustrates us. We enjoy the content. However our biggest two complaints are this. 1 the app constantly crashes or freezes! This is the most frustrating thing. Sometimes adds will stick and you cant get back to the game. Or it will just freeze up. Multiple times we were going so far in endless mode and the app just freezes up on us and Im staring at an add trying to get back the the game. Biggest issue please fix this! Other than that we just think you need to add a little to the game. Its a fun game. And we enjoy it. But with constant freezes and crashes it makes it almost impossible to play. We hope they fix this issue.
Its a fun game and all, but Ive been at this level SEVERAL times. We still cant beat it. The reaper comes to our room when the game first starts, nearly BREAKS MY DOOR, leaves, AND COMES BACK FIVE SECONDS LATER LIKE OML MAKE THE LEVELS MORE POSSIBLE THE REAPER NEEDS TO LEAVE PEOPLE ALINE FOR MORE THAN FIVE FREAKING SECONDS.
This game basically makes you watch ads in order to even progress to the point where its not even fun to play.
We paid the 10 dollars to remove ads and Im still watching just as many ads as before. We thought if we spent the money the game would be more enjoyable and we wouldnt just be watching ads over and over again but that just isnt the case. If you could actually get rid of the ads the game would be greats waste of money.
The life limit on this game makes it immediately unattractive. Most major games like this in the current state of gaming do not limit your play. It give players more time to enjoy the game and honestly, makes us more willing to put up with the ads and maybe even spend some money. However, we wont be watching ads to simply get lives and play.
Just like a ton of the reviews we have read we completely agree you MUST watch adds in order to survive. We get that they get paid for the adds but seriously this is ridiculous. Even at the lower levels you cant get to the end without watching adds. Also, what the heck do you do with the puzzle pieces??? There is no tutorial on what to do with anything or how to play. Please fix these issues and the game will us WAY better.
We bought the no ads pack and yet we still get adds, we want our money back and also we have a problem with our bed upgrade once we hit like level 4 it wont let us upgrade it anymore and so we uninstalled the game a reinstalled it and our data was gone including our in app purchases, so this game is a big scam so dont get.
If you make it to night 5 its impossible to survive without watching ads to get upgrades. On night 8, the reapers come straight to your door (both of them) when you have no money and absolutely no way to wait until you do. The game forces you to either watch an ad to fix your door, or die. Yep. By night 9 you cant beat the game without watching 7-10 ads (we counted). We were super impressed with the concept of this game, but super disappointed with the fact that theres no possible way to beat it without watching tons of ads in the middle of the level. We would love for this to be fixed, and see more updates to the game in the future.
Played for a couple hours and 1/2 of our experience was watching ads. You HAVE to watch ads to progress through this game and it almost feels like it forces you. The monster in the game you defend yourself against seems to attack you at such the perfect time when youre vulnerable. And will be so persistent that your door doesnt have time to heal and so they break through it unless you happen to watch an ad to upgrade the wall. And even then the monster will keep attacking to the point where you have to watch 2 ads just to do enough damage to the it and heal your wall enough to scare it off. The way you start is just as bad. Its nothing but hoping the first and only free crate you get is 200 gold. If not then you just dont get a good enough start to survive the rest of the nights. The monster is ridiculously strong as the night progresses and it feels really really OP to the point it will 2 shot your door and youll insta loose if it just so happens to attack you when you dont have the gold/power to upgrade. The games can last from anywhere to the whole night to just a minute depending on your start which is annoying when youre limited to 5 trys and then have to watch ads to keep playing. On top of that you get hit with an ad as soon as you lose. So basically when you play all you have to do is watch as many videos as the game throws at you via the crates and then find your favorite room to defend and youll have a 50/50 chance to beat the room. If this game just stopped being a sellout to ads it would be great. Especially with an online mode.
Game is fun at first but once you get to the later levels you cant beat them without watching a crap ton of ads or spending a lot of money. Once you get the stage 12 and up the reapers will ignore you kill all the computers then just pile on you at the end and will magically level up as soon as you are about to kill them or win and they kill you. Honestly if they allowed you yo play online the game would be a lot better.
We really want to like this game for its potential but its ad heavy. Way to ad heavy. The only way to win is for ads and even then they dont always load when you click causing a loss. The monster AI targets you and will ignore the others so its pointless to have other npcs. The overall theme is really good. Its got a good dark vibe to it that makes it fun. Work on the response times, reduce the adds, correct the AI and you should be on the money.
Game is cool but we paid $10 to remove ads and Im still getting ads. What a joke. You should be more clear about your content. This is very misleading.
The game and the idea itself is absolutely amazing, and it is also extremely entertaining. However, when trying to play this game seriously, we noticed that the game is 100% rigged and the online multiplayer is not online and it is in fact just bots. We mean this game is rigged like there were all 7 other people to kill and the monster came to our door every single time, there were only two time that the monster went anywhere else. It was targeting us/the only real player. We just find it super frustrating that we sit and watch like 2 million ads just to try and stay alive, and this game gives us a big middle finger and says that Ill lose either way.
We dont mind watching ads for rewards but when it gets tied to the game it makes it a very annoying experience. The AI players basically force you to die or keep watching ads. In one 10 minute game you can literally spend another 10 minutes watching ads. This makes the game so choppy and frankly unplayable. There are minor glitches. It has a lot of potential but it may be a year or two before it becomes a hit.
Has potential but the reapers level up way faster and you cant keep up at all with them. Im constantly forced to watch ads to stay alive because of the high level reapers.
There was a really good strategy going on that actually made the game possible without reviving, but now because of the new update buildings that require energy only sell for 30 energy max. That ruins most if not all strategies for this game.
Every 20-30 seconds youve got to watch a 20-30 second ad in order to power up/advance. Eventually this isnt enough and youve gotta break out your wallet.
Its a fun game but when you buy no ads you should never have ads. The ads still remain.

Game concept is a cool and unique spin on tower defense games which we love. However, the ads are unbearable… Because the game seemed to be worth it we paid the $10.53 for the "ad free" version. As soon as we paid we were greeted with more and even longer ads. 45 second ads (sometimes multiple) for every 45-60~ of game play. And that's not counting the optional ads for upgrades needed in the game. You spend more time tossing your phone down to "watch" the ads of some game you don't want for the 20th time then playing the what would be enjoyable game. Even after paying for "ad free" version. We typically don't leave reviews but this is totally unacceptable. We don't want to see anyone get ripped off by this game. Wish you could get refunds from apple store. Highly do not recommend.
If u love watching adds this is will be your favorite game.
Too many ads, obviously a game designed to rake in revenue through ad campaigning not even fully functioning mechanics and obviously no tutorial to even prepare for the game itself complete biased and money hungry game would actually be decent if it was more focused on the game play itself.
