Super Phase Rummy is a Family/Card game from Paul Burlov, first launched in 7th August 2019.

What Makes Super Phase Rummy Stand Out
Have fun with the new Super Phase Rummy game. Super Phase Rummy is a variation of popular card game "Liverpool Rummy", similar to "Shanghai Rummy", with special cards and improved rules for more fun.
The objective of the game is to be the first player to complete all 10 game phases with defined card sets. The rules are easy to learn and suitable for all ages.
A game phase is a combination of cards and can be composed of sets, runs, cards of one color, or combination of these.
'Runs' consist of 3 or more cards in numerical order. The cards do not have to be the same colors.
'Sets' consist of two or more cards of the same number. The cards do not have to be the same colors.
'Color Sets' consists of two or more cards of the same color.
Phase Rummy game play:
Players draw a card from either the deck or the top of the discard pile at the beginning of their turn. At the end of their turn, they must discard a single card.
Completing phases:
When you are able to fully meet the requirements of the phase, you may complete it. Additionally, you may play extra cards as you play the phase if they fit into the phase. For example, if you completed phase '2 sets of 3' you could play three 4’s and three 6’s. You could play additional fours or sixes as part of your sets, but you could not add a different set.
Hitting:
After making a phase, players may “hit” onto other phases in play. The cards you add to the completed phases must fit into the phase, and you can only hit after your own phase is in play.
Ending the round:
Players end the round by playing all of the cards from their hand. The player who goes out first wins the hand and scores points from the remaining cards of other players. Players who completed their phase move on to the next phase. Any players who were unable to complete their phase during the round must attempt to complete it again during the next round.
Points scoring system:
When the player has finished his phase, the counting of the card points begins. For each additional card the player gets points.
When a round is over, the points of unplayed cards of all players are all given to the winner.
If several players have laid the last phase, then the player with the most points wins.
Cards from 1-10 count 5 points each
11-12 cards count 10 points each
Skip-cards count 15 points each
Jokers count 25 points each

This is much better than the previous Rummy game we had, where we could never have any success. It was obvious that the deck was stacked against us.
The game works great- pace is quick if u want and it has a minimum number of ads that can be opted out of by purchase. Only seen a glitch once or twice but overall gam plays phase 10 very well.
We love this game, but we paid to have ads taken out a long time ago. We still have ads.
We don't understand the complaints about ads and glitches. There's hardly any ads and the only glitch we've found is that sometimes we have to try and play a card on another player's completed hand several times. For example if another player and we have completed a phase and we've got a card that we can get rid of by placing it on the other player's completed hand, sometimes we'll have to try several times because it keeps falling back into our spare cards. But it's not a big deal. We rarely see ads and when we do we're able to close it after a few seconds. We love that we're not constantly being asked or forced to buy anything to continue playing. We can play for hours, unlike the similar game by Mattel. The cards also seem to be fairly dealt. The only minor issue we have is the speed of the game play. Even on the slowest setting we have a hard time watching what cards the other players are taking and avoiding. But we're sure that can be easily tweaked by the developers. We really like playing it. Relaxing and we win a lot. We have no ads at all that is a big plus. We would recommend this game.
We learn how to play phase 10 with the cards so once we found the apps we started playing a couple of phase 10 games including phase10 rummy which is a lil different but fun.
This is a good game to play and can be a little challenging. However, playing against the computer is frustrating and predictable at times. If you lay your cards down first, be prepared to be immediately skipped by Inna twice and Alicia three times…in a row! Its so common its now predictable. The ads arent too bad in this game and dont pop up after every hand, which is helpful.
We love this game. Only wish it had a multiplayer option.

Would love it if you had different versions that had different combinations that you had to complete. Also wish we could look at other players points during game.

Fun card game for the entire family. We would rate it a 5 if the ads were less often OR they were the 5 or 10 second adds instead of the 30 second ads.
We love playing the games, just wished for more level with more changes. Its the same game most of the time. We like the runs and its mostly sets. We like the colors but tooooo many sets required. Other than that we would give 5 stars.
We like the game but there are too many commercials.
We love this game BUT you have to play the game sideways. On the iPhone the close app bar is at the bottom of the screen and if you grab a card to close to the bottom of the screen – it closes the app and you have to reopen the app and resume game play. The game resumes back 1 move. We wish Paul would move the cards you are playing up enough that this does not happen OR kind of hide the iPhone bar. Many other games we play do that so you DONT grab it by mistake. You have really push down where the bar is or swipe up a couple times for the bar to become active. Paul – please fix this!!! Then youd get a 5 star rating.
The format of this games makes it hard to follow the other players hands. We still play it but wish it was set up different.
We dont believe the computer players should win as often as they do. They couldnt possibly have as many first to third round wins. Either it is because they want you to buy jokers or pay money to not see ads. But we will quit playing and remove the game before we would cheat to get jokers or pay not to see stupid ads. Our money is to hard to come by. Also why arent the phases the same for each player? Also why can the other players continue to give the same person skips one after the other we got 7 skips in one round one after the other.

Just got robbed – we had 1085 points, computer had 1075 – it won!!!! Cheating game.
We never write reviews, we hate doing this. But this game is great. Its straight to the point, its not too easy or too hard. We can play for hours.
We sometimes win on the hardest setting but sometimes we dont, which makes it fun and challenging! In other comments Ive noticed people upset about skips not working- make sure youre playing them ON the person, not on the discard pile. Because you can skip whoever youd like to Phase10 so you have to choose which person to skip. The ads on our iPhone X dont bother us. It happens about every 3rd round and theyre only 10-20 seconds long. Great game! Thank you.

It would be great to be able to change opponents.
One of our first games we ended up with 855 points and our opponent had 715. Yet it declared our opponent the winner. We took a screenshot for proof.

We downloaded this game when our purchased copy of the official 10-phase rummy game stopped being supported. We didnt like the new official version, so we went looking for off-brand apps. This one is the best ive found. Wild cards are represented by an asterisk*, skips are a null, and everything else including the phases is exactly the same as playing with a real deck of cards. We experienced very few ads in the beginning, and did notice the game glitch a few times as a result of the ads, but we were happy to purchase after deciding this one was our favorite of the 10 phase games. So glad we can play our favorite rummy card game again.
Just when you think you can win, they pull a fast one on you. We personally think its set up to let you win every now and again, otherwise its ok.

We play this constantly. Our only grievance is that the home screen swipe area is right below our deck so we accidentally go to the home screen all the time while playing.
This game is so addictive. Once you start youre hooked. We only gave it four stars because of the advertisements.
All of a sudden the requirements of the levels change. Hate that. There is no reason for it. The latest change is so boring. Very little variation to keep you interested. Ill likely delete the game now that it has been dumbed down.
The scoring is ridiculous. The developer needs to read the rules of the game and apply them. Also, fix the skips! A skip is a skip. How can AI play a card if Ive played the skip card? In addition, how is it possible that AI can draw/play an unbelievable number of skips back to back and the skip rule is applied every time. Please start by fixing these issues and our rating will definitely go up.

We love playing Phase Rummy 2 but once an advertising is shown it does not allow us to continue the game.
We have played this for quite a while. Recently, the scoring was changed and we really cant figure it out. We have hands that we think are better than the others but get less points. We would like to see how the scores are calculated in the instructions.
We love to play this but its very frustrating to have to reboot the app every couple of hands. Every time an ad plays the game crashes.

Good game. We like the fact that you can change the speed. An online game option would be nice. We get tired of playing the computer…especially Inna. She gets on our nerves. Lol. The other thing is that after ads, the screen goes black…we have to close app and reopen and resume game.
Love playing this game, but all at once the screen goes black and it wont let you in to play the game even if you exit out of the game. What is happening.
The game itself is great fun, but it keeps going to a blackened out screen after a couple rounds. Thats annoying.
The game is fun but when the video ads play and you click the x to get back to your game the screen goes blank and you cant play it for quite some time. Have considered deleting the game for that reason.
