Ive been stuck on this game since we Download it, it is very good, but a bad addiction lol. Literally only thing we hate is that all of our customers only go to 1 register & we have 3 , other than that Ive learned how to keep up a lot better Im on level 52.
We love the game and Ive reached level 44, when will the other features come in.
We've been playing this game for like 12 hours it's addicting.
This game our game was going really good. We were pretty far along and then when we wanted to play later in the day, it went out everything and we had to start from the beginning. We had a Network error and it really wasnt true.
We enjoy playing this game so much! Id love if there were more quests and/or goals to accomplish.
Im sure the game runs while Im not actively playing it. But theres been a few times Ill get on and no time has went by, now we have to still wait all over again.
We are enjoying the game, but at a loss why our barn can only be updated to 460 capacity. When can we expand it more? When will other levels be added.
Love the game but we wish we could decorate the store and community.
This game keeps you going ! The little city keeps growing but it needs people you build homes etc. You got them going to the market and disappear at the doorway meanwhile your growing a town. But great game though , also it needs more pigs , chickens, cows pens . Only 4 is not enough.
The mini games are rigged to the max.. And our crops are ready for harvest, but show they are still growing.
We love this game and the amount of interacting we get to do, but the mini games are terribly calibrated, especially the Hamster Golf one. The color of the pull power is not equivalent to how far the hamster will go and the ramps and hills are a gamble of what power is needed to get over them just enough. This ruins the success of your game. The alpaca game is most frustrating so we barely play it.
Same thing happened to us. We beat the alpaca game, got all the way to the end to receive our 100 gem reward and the game magically crashed after we received the gems. We closed the game out and reopened it to find all our progress not only lost from yesterday – today progress but need to use resourced to reopen alllll the factories we already opened with no resources to do so..such as have because we were enjoying this game a lot. Also, we get back into the game. Im getting a UI warning error 3 message ever since the crash.
Im putting items ive spent hours making on the shelves for customers but then its disappearing and the customer only had half the order filled and all the items are gone. And that is on a good day.. Sometimes they have NOTHING accounted for. Other than that the game has a really cute graffics and we spend quite a bit of time everyday playing it. Definately keeps us entertained. We just hope we dont get bored trying to fill these orders x2.
Absolutely loved this game and would have given it 5 stars.until they stopped developing any new updates. Once you reach a certain point all you do is keep repeating the same challenges over and over and over again. We guess they moved on to new games and lost interest in this one.
This game is so FREAKING AMAZING!!! We love the graphics, the gameplay and side games, awesome graphics, a very mellowed pace and village building, the best graphics ever, and the pets with their perks. Did we mention that this game graphics is off the chain. This is a game that we love to play repeatedly several times a day. We can never get bored. The mining, transportation logistics, and fulfilling orders, this is a must and if you like Township then you will LOVE this one here. We would like to add a suggestion to these wonderful developers, can we have an option to close the store. We find it fascinating to restock while closed and then open for business when we are ready. This is a 10/10 for us. We would love to say more but this game is too addictive. Have fun fellow players.
Really would be cool to visit friends stores and help them out with harvesting or whatever needs to get done.

We don't write reviews and we also don't contact support, but here we are, let us explain. We've been playing this game on and off for some time now. We used to play FarmVille but it required so much interaction with other users that made it difficult to advance at our own pace. We found this game and really enjoyed it. A few months ago, we finally decided to contact support because there was a bug with one of our shelves that had been there forever. They were quick to respond and fix it. This week there was another issue after completing the weekly challenge where we didn't get the big prize so there we went asking for support and what do you know. Response and above and beyond fix. Thanks developers.
Its quite a fun game and ive only played for a bit but its fun.
Ive been playing this game for a couple months and am now on level 35. We started playing on our iPad and pencil but now mainly use our phone. We love it- no pop up ads, mentally stimulating, and relaxing. We enjoy calm games like this and am looking for more with similar designs. We wish there was more to do, there is a lot of downtime while waiting for orders to finish, and the mini games are disabled frequently while being interchanged. Despite these notes, this is definitely one of those games where you want to keep leveling up, and we love the sounds! Id love a restaurant themed game just like this one.
Addictive and fun. The wait times are short, the game play clear. It is fun without ads. Although you dont get to choose where new builds go, the city doesnt feel cluttered. There is space to keep the city organized not overwhelming.
We love this game, but even if Im playing it for 5 minutes our IPhone gets hot. Is anyone else having that problem.
We love the game. We hardly write reviews, we would give it five stars, but this has happened to us more than once. Ill put ingredients to start creating an item a customer needs but then our game glitches out and has to restart and our ingredients that we put on the line disappear. Ive dealt with this since the first day we played. Please fix this issue.
This game is really fun! Its just that the timers take too long, maybe some things can have timers, but we really dont think all of the things should have three minute timers especially when you have customers in the store and you dont have the stuff and it can take a long time to get the stuff you need. But otherwise its a great game, we love it.
The game itself is nice and runs well. But if we go out of the game, most things stop and the timers arent running still. Even if the app is open in the background. It is very irritating considering we dont know many who want to wait for several hours just for a factory to be completed.
We have reach out several times in the app as well as email about issues with the game. Especially when you make an purchase with REAL MONEY.
We were really enjoying this game as it reminded us of Township, which we have played for over 5 years and am very dedicated to Township and our co-op, but Supermarket Village just erased all of our progress (level 15, one full day of playing) and set us back to level one and the apple tutorial. We had just completed the challenge to win 180 blue gems after completing numerous grocery orders. We are severely disappointed. We invested real cash to buy building supplies, since the saws and hammers are hard to come by, just so that we could complete the expansion of our supermarket. But this game has failed us. We just deleted the app from our tablet. We could have been a loyal paying customer here but we cant trust the game now. Ill go back to Township, Klondike, Two Dots, Diggys Adventure, Pokmon Go and a few others where we are a long time investor/fan/player where Ive never lost our progress and we always have fun.
Play, purchase and loose them all because the game decides to reload on its own. After reading comments from a year ago, this has been an ongoing issue for a year. Now that is ridiculous. And the shuttering it does when it voluntarily reloads is not good for someone with seizures. Correct these huge glitches or just shut the game down.

We like the game hut when we click on the gold pass our screen freezes and wont let us click anything else. We cant even collect our rewards so we wont be buying the gold pass because we cant even access it.

This game has consumed most of our days lol your always unlocking new things. One of the only games where in app purchases are actually worth it! Game pass is amazing! If your looking for a relaxing game to loose time too this is the one. Beware as you may get addicted like us.
The game is loading very slow and am not able to play.
This is now our favorite farming game. There are so many components to it and its a blast. Growing your own crops, producing in the factory, selling at the market, filling online orders, mining, and more. Ive played almost every farming game on the App Store and this is hands down the best one.
We played this game just about everyday. We wish the game sync between device play. We like playing on our phone when Im not home but when we are home we prefer to play on iPad. However, we can not because the game does not sync properly.
Hello, Ive been experiencing an item glitch thats been stuck on our shelf that we cant sell or customers will buy it from us because it is still in transportation stage process This problem we have been experiencing for over a month now.. Overall the game is super fun and relax.. Maybe just more updates are needed and online multiplayer.
Fun game but some of the factories stop producing when the app is closed. Woke up in the morning and everything in some of the factories that we started were at the same spots the night before.
Please please please fix the glitch that causes customers to all line up at cashier two and you can only cash them out one at a time in one line. Why did we purchase/hire two more cashiers when adding the third one causes all the customers to ignore and even walk around cashier three.
We love the game and play it a lot, but there is a big with the time. We can be gone for a few hours from the game waiting for our truck orders or plane orders to come back and when we load the game the time hasnt changed at all. Or sometimes it will actually skip a whole order entirely like we missed it. It does the same thing for our factories too. Ill fill our que up, come back an hour later and nothing has happened. Its like no time has passed at all in the game but it has in real life. It gets to be so annoying. Please fix.
Ive noticed that for one of the daily tasks, we have to fish for tuna on the sea. Im on level 37 and we dint know if we have to wait till level 40 to unlock a new ship since all of ours are upgraded. We dont know what else we could do to bypass this. Other than that, we love the game. Please fix this.
However there are a few things that need improving. You dont get anywhere near enough mining tools, even if you purchase some. It is a very enjoyable game though.
Love this game but needs to fix bugs.
The game is great honestly. We like that theres other options for rewards with the mini game and everything. The only issue we have is the constant tutorial from the guide that pops up. It says Ill be left alone to do everything, but hes still popping up and TELLING ME not ASKING to use our gems. We should be able to skip that instead of having to sit and wait for 14min for a product to finish being ready just because we dont want to waste our gems. We should have a setting to turn that on/off IF we need help.
Ive only had this game a few days, but we have built the grain mill and foods are not producing in it in the time frame it should. For example the corn flakes take 30 minutes, we just played this morning for the first time today, its been about 10 hours since we last played, and our corn flakes still have 15 minutes left. Everything else produces the goods in the time frame given, we come back to all slots of goods produced, except the grain mill seemingly froze while we were gone from the game. Making it take a long time to fulfill our orders.

Traditional Chinese is written in the language when downloading the game, but there is no option of traditional Chinese when entering the game. This is cheating.
Supermarket Village is a Fun game but This game is a scam. Timers change. Some keep working after you stop playing ( battery dies or time to sleep) and some keep ticking away, ie.- task assignments keep ticking away; and food productions seems to stop; making it harder for you to complete tasks. Been playing and observing this trend for a while. It was a good time playing, fun animations, but Im done. It has many issues and glitches. We feel like they robbed our time and efforts in order to get you to cunningly buy-in in a last ditch effort to complete the task and get some reward. If you want to waste time its not a bad game to do so, but but thats all folks.
