We have this complaint with every single superstar game because ive been playing for a while now, but we dont know why dalcomsoft doesnt add a note speed feature. Hard songs are so hard to pass with 3 stars bc notes that youve clearly hit are marked as missed because of the slow timing. Most rhythm games have a note speed adjustment feature so im not sure why dalcomsoft just refuses to add one even after so developing many games???? Please add it in.
Is there gonna be a xikers superstar or are they gonna be with ateez? PLEASE ADD XIKERS.
We love playing this game and we love ateez.

Our most played game on our phone. Have almost all R cards. The only thing we dont like is that the song challenges are impossible to actually complete all the missions without spending a lot of diamonds or actual money to pull all the themes cards. They make it unachievable which makes it not motivating to complete those challenges. Love the birthday celebrations, events, and boxes.
We really love ateez and the game itself is really good except the beats move almost in slow motion, so it would be good if we could be able to change the speed of them because we find in other rhythm games they move at a faster pace and its a bit weird trying to click the slowly moving beats and they all cluster together. Besides that the interface seems pretty slow and super outdated, hope it gets updated. But the games okay overall, not our favorite download.
Absolutely love this app been playing it none stop but there was a new problem we have been facing whenever we finish one of the songs the screen lags and then we have to get out of the app and re open it and we would sometimes have to redo the song which gets annoying at some point so we rlly hope this gets fixed.
We are a really big fan of this game and we really enjoy it and enjoy playing it and we think it is one of the most games. Ive played our entire life but there is one problem the updatesUpdating the game like every single month or every single week. Its just so frustrating for us because you know waiting for the update and then and then it takes so much time to update And we have to start the game and download the data all over again like why would you have to update the game every week? Like we get it you put the members photos on the app icon to celebrate their birthdays, and we appreciate it actually, but its so annoying to update the game every single week but it takes so much time to update and it takes so much time to download the data all over again, the game is alreadyReally fun to play we really hope you see our comment seriously because we really love the game. We been a fan of ATEEZ such a long time and so glad this came out but after we dont come back to this app after a while it restarts our whole game like new cards new everything and we dont really know if its just us but again thats only one thing we dont really like about this game it DOSENT really save all of our progress after not coming back after a few months bc we have been busy and couldnt play the game bc of how busy we are but when we come back to the game after a few months or so it dose not save our whole progress the first time we joined the game it came out and we become really upset about how it restarted the whole progress we had in the beginning when the game came out thank you and we really enjoyed the game a lot.
We love playing this game and have loved playing this game for a while now. However, we started to notice that it says we missed when we clearly hit the notes, we even screen recorded to look back and it shows us hitting the note yet the game says we missed. Im doing exactly what we have been doing the whole time we have been playing, yet this has been happening for a few weeks now. We want to know why this is happening.

Great game!!! But for the past few months we havent been able to login it gets stuck at 2.2% for hours.
We have loved this game for a while along with other superstar games and have never really had any issues until now. For the past week whenever ive tried to play the loading screen has gotten stuck at 89.1% and doesnt continue to load. Ive tried to reset our phone and clear cache but its fine nothing. Ive trouble shooter with wifi too but nothing works. We wont give our review 1 star because we like the actual game but we cant even play. Is there a way to fix it.
We have been playing Superstar rhythm games for over a year and there has always been one issue we find irritating the most. We still dont understand how and why after a certain time playing, even though Ive linked and signed in our account, when we start the game to play it will just appear the starting screen for new players. Then, either we lose our account and have to play with a new one, or we are able to to log in with our account but have to go through ridiculous and complicated steps. We had just lost our SS ATEEZ account AGAIN. Ive even lost TWO other accounts (one in SS LOONA and one in SS JYP). And we KNOW this isnt a us problem, we saw our friends AND many people on the internet complain about this issue. Yet there were simple responses such as try to find your account by asking Dalcomsoft to send you this, if you still cant find your account following these steps, your only choice is to accept it, NONE of the responses comes from Dalcomsoft, absolutely NO explaination as to HOW and WHY some people just lose their account so suddenly. By losing our accounts that way, our efforts go to waste, our money goes to waste, every data in that account just evaporates, isnt it ridiculous? We need a response to this AND an explanation in detail.
Ateez is one of our ult groups and we love them so much. And this game is the best game and so fun we recommend it a 100 percent. Atiny for life love uuuuuuuu ateez fighting.
We love the game been playing for almost a year but the only we wish would change would for the non-boarded card events, to make it easier to find the two prisms to complete the missions for the event please.

Love this game but for some reason our sound is out we thought it was because our AirPods was on but it was we unconnected and still no sound we even went thru the settings on our phone and app.
We love this game sm! We play it daily and enjoy collecting cards. Hard mode is fascinating and enjoyable although thanxx and wonderland are a pain. Great game.
After the current update, game no longer even loads. Can no longer play, missed Yeosangs Birthday.
We love this game so so much! Its so fun collecting cards and working on building their power. Our only issue is how its impossible to complete any of the events as a free player. We think its insane that we have to pay to get new backgrounds and profile pics! We dont understand it, even if they made it considerably hard to complete the events to where we had to grind for it, we would completely be okay with that! Having to pay takes away a lot of the fun, but we still love ateez so Ill continue to play. Please consider making events and profile pics attainable.

We really like this game, but im never able to get the audio to come out of the phone itself. We have to use headphones, bluetooth or wired, to hear anything. All our other apps work fine with audio its just superstar. We have an iphone 12.
Fun game to play but the events are impossible to complete without spending a ton on money. We wasted a lot of money on an event we worked our butt off on to complete and only needed one card to finish it. It wasnt until needing that one card from an album that we spent money, traded in almost all of our cards for RP, used all our heads phones, and spent all our RP and gems (a couple hundred cards received) and didnt get that one album card. Never spending money on this again.
All we did was log into our account and then we got kicked out. All that progress down the drain. This game was fun but not if this is gonna be a constant thing.
Its an amazing game. Its very fun. Although, you sometimes get some anger when you miss. Lol.

The game is great its jst that we cant play halaiza cause everytime we try to play it kicks us out of the game.
Games pretty good except for the full songs and the fact that we had to spend 40k to level up a card once.
It logged us out of our account and now we have to start over for some reason.
Im sure the game is great or was great, but the touch sensitivity is so bad. We try to play harder difficulties and it stop recognizing what im doing on one side if theres too much input on the other. This needs to be fixed.
We love doing the events but its almost impossible to get cards that are part of the event especially when youre not trying to use actual money in the game, and the missions that are part of the event are impossible to complete without having those cards and it just makes us sad because for once Id like to be able to complete or almost complete an event.
We love it but we took off one star because we really hate this one thing they started doing which are the Full versions of songs. The full versions of songs (especially for a hard song like pirate king) are way too long and it gets boring to play it for that long. Im 21 and our attention span doesnt stay on for that long, so knowing that most of the players are teenagers or kids, we dont know why someone would add full versions of songs. Please never do that again, it is the worst feature of the game.
The songs are so good and we like that they dont make one event they make more and when is there birthday they make a event or they give free cards is fun to play you can have fun all day hope yall like them love Little Atiny.

This game is amazing but as a rhythm hive player it does get a little hard sometimes but overall superstar ateez is a great game.
Its honestly such a good game we just wish the song updates were more frequent.
Straight up love this game. Im borderline obsessed and we love the consistent events and cool prizes we could win. We just hope some more songs come out as Ive played most already really looking forward to see if Dont stop will be put on here. We love the ATEEZ version more because it feels like its easier to gain cards/currency than it is in the other versions. Not only that but this one is very consistent and the speeds are great.
Ive been playing this game for over a year and we have to say, its the best rhythm game that we have ever played. Ive had no problems with it up until now. We recently won an event and was told to send an email to the superstar ateez team with instructions on how to claim our prize and get it sent to us. We did this and followed the instructions to perfection, and they sent us a follow up email saying that it should deliver in about 3 weeks. Well, its been over a month now and Ive sent countless emails trying to get an update about why Ive received no follow up emails from them about our prize getting delivered. Im sad and disappointed because we love this game so much, but something like this has made us want to stop playing. Especially when the prize we won was one that we could only get by entering a paid raffle. If anyone from the Superstar Ateez team sees this, please contact us via email. Open the inbox, you will see the many emails we have sent, and reply to one. For fellow atinys, we highly encourage playing this game! However, be careful and hesitant when entering raffles and giveaways. Their support team is not great at reaching out in case something goes wrong. UPDATE: our prize has still not arrived, or even shipped for all we know. We are very frustrated, and rightfully so. It has been over 2 months since we won. Ill update this late once we know more.
After this las update we wanted to complete the missions but every time we complete the song it sends us to restart the app Im so frustrated, we have good internet connection and dont know what to do, there might be a bug with the beyond Zero song if you guys can check it as soon as possible please.
Literally our favorite game! Our favorite K-pop group! And almost all of our favorite ateez songs!! We just wish we were able to trade cards in-game like we do in real life! And maybe make it so that we can make a request for a card/cards and anyone that has an extra card can fill the request? But like you have to spend 5 diamonds for each card you ask for? That way you guys still make money it would be awesome if that was an option.

This Superstar game is amazing. We love Ateez so much so its definitely our favorite!!! Im hoping they will come out with maybe a Cube Entertainment one or just BTOB or Pentagon. A Seventeen superstar would be absolutely amazing.
Id enjoy the game if it let you change the note speed like in other rhythm games. Ill wait for it to be implemented because it simply isnt enjoyable to play at this current speed. Way too slow.
