Its so good until our parents taked it away cause we would never stop playing she took it and deleted all our data.
Its difficulty becomes way too difficult after like the 60th something floor. You dont have an easy way to level up past that point as the quests become too difficult with not enough exp to help. Even though the main questline has enough, it becomes too difficult to kill the monsters through it. We love this game and wish this issue could be fixed. Thank you for reading this if you did. And Id understand if things like glitches or game-breaking issues are higher than this issue.
Game had potential but we hate the fact that playing the dungeon isnt like the series. You have to complete quests in order to access different floors. It would be awesome if we could just jump right into the action and if we want to do quest then so be it. Second is the loading screens!!! The loading screens are insane! We remember it went to a loading screen then finished and we were like lets do it to be introduced to another three page tip then sent BACK to the same loading screen to load another small portion of conversation and guess what? Back to a loading screen. Was right next to the exit after the quest and went through and guess what? Another loading screen . Then since you have to do the quest to progress.. Guess what we did. We talked to a Npc and what did it do? Send us to ANOTHER loading screen. Our game time is more on loading screens then actually playing the game. We spent a little bit and if this loading problem doesnt change we cant see you losing a lot of consumers just because no one wants to do the quests due to loading screens and since the ripple doesnt end there then the player cant progress through the game and in turn makes them quit. We tried being like ok maybe Im a little annoyed and fell asleep and tried the game the next day.10 minutes inI already closed the app. Please try to update this so we can download the maps into our phone or something so these loading screens van at least stop being a majority of the game. We dont even want to leave portions of the map because we know ima have to go through another loading screen.
They need to implement where all your rare items cant sold like ur chaos armor and all ur integral series weapons, etc..
It would be awesome to be able to play this with controller compatibility.
The game is good, but it needs controller support.
This is a rly good game we love the floors the people and everything its all we want but we love naruto and we think yall would do good with naruto game and there are more people who would agree.

Needs more cutscenes. Like animated cutscenes. How koolio would it be for us to get animated cutscenes.
We have to reset phone frequently for Video/art editing, but we do we lose everything. Also, there should be an auto battle and auto quest function. We would rate 5 stars and perfect if it had these functions.

When are you guys gonna bring back Alicization event again? To get Kirito and Eugeo outfits? Red Rose and Alice sword? You bring something as useless as a Wedding event when theres no marriage system makes absolutely no sense bring something players want and newer players been asking for since forever. Drop rates for everyone seems okay its a farming and grinding game so thats understandable, but Mod III thats the most ridiculous thing in the game the drop rate is so ridiculous we ever seen in any game by miles horrible absolutely horrible not because the drop rate is so low but because how could THINK IT WOULD BE OKAY TO PUT ALL Mods III for the same enemies it shouldve been on different floor’s Spear, Daggers, Swords, Clubs, Rapier & axes its literally the worst experience we have gone through so far an entire month farming and we still dont have a sword mod III 23 so far, 25 for Rapier we’ll never use that weapon by the way, 9 for daggers if we were a dagger user i’d be disappointed and probably give up, 13 for axe, 11 for club, & 15 for spear. IF YOUR GONNA MAKE SUCH A BAD DROP RATE AND PUT THEM ALL TOGETHER. THE LEAST you guys have done is the first 11 search be a guaranteed mod III drop for the weapon your currently using thats fair and reasonable. Marriage should be a thing this is Sao remember? Buying a house on floor 10th , 50th and 22th floor should be a thing totally unacceptable. AND MOST Deaths timer hitting 0 should be penalized reason should be obvious. PLEASE take our advice because its only to make gamers who actually love SAO a much better experience. Please and Thank You! Maybe for next year.
Please add controller support. Love everything sao! We played all the console games and loved them, we just wish this game had controller support so we could play it, due to our hands we cant play it with the touch screen. Looks fun though.

Listen this game is alright but not as great as memory defrag like that game was amazballs but for real please remake it or make another game extremely similar to memory defrag PLEASE.
Controller support is literally all this game is missing to be a 5 star mobile game. Everything else is amazing.
Also add more of the story like on our last account we made it to floor 75 but it was like then we stopped but could you add like more from the anime and more parts like the little part when kazuto was looking for Asuna and could you add the other parts of Sao like the alfheim game arc also please make it so the main character can use dual wielding also could you make us be able to marry any of the Sword Art Online firs/boys (depending on their gender ) because what if someine wants to marry Leafa instead of Koharu.

The thought of sword art online support controllers is probably a dream for many of us right now. Long time fan and player of sword art online this would be so beautiful and a blessing to our soul lol. Please consider devs you would definitely be serving your community proud.
Please dont shut this game down anytime soon, we’ve been off an on since the release and this is a phenomenal game with amazing potential for future growth even if player count seems diminished at the moment. Theres always something that brings us back to this game, one of the best anime style mmorpgs and over time this game will just simply need a major update to bring more players back into the game even after SAO anime/manga buzz fades. To us the game needs different bosses, graphics polish and new quests. Keep it going!

There are so many pointless stretches of unnecessary dialogue that could have been seconds long made to last several minutes. Worst part is that the important or interesting parts of the dialogue is hidden in mountains of conversations that did not need to happen. Your character can occasionally have dialogue options but they almost never have any real consequence to the story or what other characters say. The game is constantly forcing you to install updates that serve no visible purpose but it does force you to stare at a loading screen for 3 minutes of nothingness. You will have absolutely no say in what goes on and everyone will almost always get credit for the stuff you do. You killed the boss all by yourself because side character Chan and co didnt do damage? Nah it was actually Kirito who did it because no matter what youre doing everyone else is in the spotlight. There are certain lines of dialogue that will have you sitting non your hands because you were left behind despite really being the strongest character in your team. Characters will explain basic things to you like you are a toddler and it is so incredibly patronizing. Your character dialogue options also make you look and sound like an absolute idiot. This game will constantly force you to have other player characters roaming around as an excuse for you to need wifi for playing a game that definitely does not need it. Fun game to turn your brain off to but thats about it.
We have parental controls so when we try to get the store to open its attached to the website so when we try to type in the code the keyboard always glitches out so u should make the store a part of the game. Other than that its the best mobile game we’ve ever played.
Will there be the option to have duel blades.
We love playing this game so much. We just really wish that it had a controller support function. We’ve played many other video games and we know this game would be 1000 times more fun if it had controller support for it. This is game is already so much fun but youll be a lot funner if you could have controller support can you be able to move your character around a lot easier.
Look, we love the game because it is like sao. You fight bosses and you can make your weapons. You buy skills like a regular spend your money gacha game. We however dislike the fact the new players if spawning in do not get free skills like during the middle of the year. We also dislike how many times you have to beat a boss to get one material, the armament stones should increase its percentage to be found , we spent over 80 hours in total to not find one. Its good but annoying.
You did an update awhile back and it made us lose all our progress and Herod we had summoned. Very disappointed.
We played the game since 2018 and we played off and on whenever new floors came out or new events happened, it was entertaining. We mistakenly deleted the app in early 2022. We wasnt worried though because we had connected our game data through our Apple ID and also our Facebook account so we figured we could just login back into our account through those. We were wrong. When we tried to log into our Apple ID, it gave us an error code and would make us return to the main game screen. No biggie Ill just login to our Facebook. Psych we couldnt log into it either, our Facebook tells us our login information is active, the game wont pull up our account. So we reached out to the developers of the game, we told them what happened and said Id logged into Facebook and Apple ID, they than asked for a bunch of information regarding our account, without having access to our account at all we answered the questions as best we could through email. They sent email after email asking questions that we didnt have the answer to unless we had access to the account. We told them this and we sent countless screenshots of the error codes and emails informing us that we had indeed linked our SAO account to Facebook. The game developers than told us they wouldnt be giving us our account back and that they would no longer be replying to our emails. So that was it. Our almost 5 year old account is lost to us and all the progress we made on it because they wont fix the error codes regarding Facebook and Apple ID. If you want to play long term on this game, dont get it because if you lose your account you wont get it back.
Please add duel weild, we feel like it would be a cool feature, but you have to spend arcana gems in order to get it, like a 5 star skill / ability rare and really strong. GREAT GAME THO.
Game is amazing we love it we love it we love it but we wish there was a easier way to heal your characters but we love the game.
Love this game, but it would be a lot better if you add controller support for the Backbone.
Its great and all but imagine how cool it would be if you can purchase your own home and cook etc. Like reallllly make it feel as if your in SAO ya know?
This is one of our favorite games to play we like the story line and all the skills you can use and etc. Theres only one thing we dont like and thats that the main NPCs that help you in the main story line doungens dont even do any damage to the enemys we think we know why you guys did that so we would not rely on them to clear the dungeons but still it would be more helpful if they would do danger to the enemys.
We gotta be honest with you, this. This is not it. Now it is a fun game dont get us wrong, but the fact that we have to pull the exact same skill cards OVER & OVER & OVER again is completely daunting , its gotten to the point where we dont even pull anymore, like the gatcha for this game is absolutely terrible. All these years & theres still no update to it, theres no bonus pulls ,the rates for the pulls dont go up, the free pulls are trash, its just its bad , your losing ALOT of players, the fact that SAO is a huge anime series & we cant get a decent quality game is just sad!

We love the game and it is a bit repetitive but overall good game but you should update the graphics and gameplay. That would attract so many more people if u gave the game a more modern look.
Please add controller support for the Backbone to make the game easier for those who have the backbone or for those who have a different kind of controller.

The game itself is awesome. It gives us Archemia story vibes, due to the fact we have a partner, but more fourth wall breaks. (characters are aware it’s a game.) It’d be cooler if our partner had more customization options instead of being premade. Now, for the main thing keeping us from giving the game 5. It’s annoying how easily you get disconnected in the game. We don’t want to have to worry about getting disconnected when we switch tabs for a certain mount of time. We also don’t wanna have to worry about disconnects after we finish a quest. It’s not like our cell or wifi is bad, we have full bars where we play. We just wish the servers were more stable, and then you’ll get our 5th . Thank you for the experience! The connection problems won’t stop us from playing!~
Its a good concept albeit pretty boring if you have seen the anime, you beat a floor, purchase new gear, beat the next, purchase new gear, etc. So far almost 0 skill is required to play, only common sense is necessary. It is also very, very buggy. At random times Ill be disconnected while on our very good Wi-Fi, sometimes it kicks us back to the main screen and doesnt load the start button, and other wacky stuff like that. Every characters in game 3d model also has a slouch, and has disproportionately sized heads. The face sprites are also kind of strange. But putting aside all the negatives, it is pretty fun.
No seriously why wouldnt you developers add pvp when you updating your SAO MMORPG is this going to be a total dumpster fire if you DONT ADD PVP.
