There is an issue with Challeng 12. The two snakes at the very left cannot be moved and all other snakes are stuck. Ive completed all other challenges and Im on level 8208 but we cant complete challenge 12. Thank you. We noticed that you flipped Challenge 12 but the issue is still there. Its now on the right side. We have paid for ads free on two different devices because we like this game that much, but now the only way we can play the boss levels is to watch an ad! Either fix this so we can play the boss levels without having to watch an ad or refund us the $14.00 we have spent between the 2 devices for ad free! We are currently NOT a happy camper about this. Am changing our rating. You have been quick about fixing this problem and we appreciate it as we truly do enjoy this game. We are NOW a very happy camper! Thank you.
We find playing this game very relaxing. It just makes you think in a good way.

We play an hour + every day. New look today. Dont like having to watch ads to play against Big Boss. Can this be omitted? Otherwise, its our favorite of all times.
We enjoy this game very much, but we hate the upgrade. Please get rid of the dinging noise every time you move a snake it is annoying. Also before the upgrade you could play 3 or 4 rounds and then try to the master round. Now you have to watch a video for it. That is ridiculous please change it back.
Its a great game but their is one problem in Boss lvl 306 its impossible to complete the Boss lvl there is a problem with the extra 3 moves that you get some times its counted as 3 moves when you only make 1 move Im at lvl 1541 we lvl we love this game.
We purchased the No Adds for the game everything great, got a notice that the games company had made a merger ok thats fine But now to play the test your skill you have to watch a ADD never have before. We really enjoy the game Im at level 3007 and now this happens come on guys.. What to try our skills but not to watch a ADD that we paid to not have to.
Because we love the game we purchased the no ad option, but Im still getting ads. It worked for awhile, but not now. Please help.
We purchased the No ad version, then when the game changed owners the ads came back not fair.
Its glitchy, and the graphics are subpar. But its also strangely addicting and we love saving the little snakes from the traps.
There is no explanation for the use of the points earned. Why give points if there is no way to use them? Also , there is one challenge (#12) in the extra challenges under the normal heading that we believe is unsolvable. Id like to go in with harder challenges, but this one is in the way. We have tried dozens of nicknames and all are supposedly already taken! Really? One of them is our nickname that we use for all the games we play.There really is no way to send this without a nickname.
We enjoy this game but now we cant play the bonus level because it says im not online ?? Tell us how did we get this far if we were not online ???? And sometimes our snakes are not even close to the catcher and it still catches them ?? Also when im down to last few snakes they freeze and we try to tap them and they wont move they just jiggle around and the count drops ?? Thats a issue with the game.
After we reached over level 1200 the award points went down to 22 or we were forced to watch the longer looong ads. Also if you need the 3 extra moves – then the trap teeth disappear making it too easy – therefore negating the challenge.
Too many commercials. We play 15 seconds and then have to wait 30-60 seconds for a commercial. Im tempted to quit but we do love the game.
We love playing the game and it is hard to stop BUT for every 15 seconds of game play you have to watch 30 seconds or more of ads. It really isnt worth our time.
We love the game but cant open the hard level. It keeps telling us we need 9 more levels to go. Whats up with that.
Just repeating what appears to be the consensus.. Great game but too many ads. Cant do more than 2 levels without an ad. Ridiculous! Its a shame because this game is really fun.
We were at level 16xx and uninstalled to see if that would fix the problem with level 12. It didnt fix it AND we had to start back at level one again.

We were having fun but we cant progress the challenges past level 12! The 2 snakes WILL NOT pass each other, no matter the type of snake design we use! Developers please check this bug! We know Im not the only one stuck on this. Id give it a 5 star but since we cant progress any further itll be a 3 star.

What the heck??? We paid to remove videos and ads and now you have to watch a video to play boss levels??? This is baloney!!! Put it back the way it was.
Fun concept, but long ads after every two or three levels. Wayyyy too many, and too long. The ads take much longer than the play time.
The latest update has us stuck on the normal challenge. Level 12. The two snakes in the right corner keep crashing faces and it won't let either one pass. We've completed all the other boards but cannot go onto the hard level because of that glitch. Love the game. Fix the glitch.

This is a good game that we enjoyed until we quickly realized all the tangled scenes were simply being repeated over and over. Id say there are about 12-15 that they just keep rotating through while they move you on to the next level . Make more challenges to keep it interesting.
We paid to have no ads while playing this game. All of a sudden, a few days ago, in order to play the Boss Level, we have to watch an ad!! UPDATE: Youve removed the watch ad before boss level feature. We commend you for doing this. Thank you.
We enjoyed the game BEFORE the update, now not so much. Before the update we didnt have to watch an ad to play the boss levels and we had already played all the challenge levels. Now we have to go through them all over again and challenge 12 is impossible to win. Also, the pay out was much higher before.
When we saw the TOS update we knew that was going to be bad. Now theres this big intrusive banner ad stuffed at th bottom of the screen then you get thrown an ad after every level, and now we have to sit through a 30 second ad if we want to play a boss level? GET OVER YOURSELF! APP DELETED! APP CREATORS STILL HAVENT LEARNED THAT WHEN YOU GET GREEDY BY FORCING YOUR USERS TO WATCH MORE ADS THEY JUST DELETE YOU AND YOUR APP. YOU WISH YOU WERE THAT POPULAR. We were on level 950, and we have no problems deleting your app. Something to think about. Ypu might want to rethink this before your app tanks.
Bloody ads take longer to play out than the game levels. Upper and lower banner ads usually cover part of the field. 4 to 5 pages per game add. Some ads refuse to close when you try to x them out.
We paid for no ads and after the update we have to watch an ad to play the bonus level. This is new and unfair. We retired purchase and still get the ads. We should get a refund if we now have to watch ads.

We are hooked on this game! It is fun, interesting and just enjoy the heck out of it. Thank you Im on 7544 and one of the snakes is not moving and it normal yellow is now a bright pick and not moving. A lot of the games dont have working traps. What up? Now there is a glitch in your program. We have sent 3 reviews and have never received a response. Too many glitches in your program. Whats up? We do not enjoy the ad for Skin Problems. Its not an ad that is suitable for people with weak stomachs. Can you push something that doesnt make us gag.
This game becomes tiresome in a very short while. The graphics and responsiveness to touch leave a lot to be desired. On top of that, Popcore has changed the sound made when snakes slither off. It used to be a satisfying slithery swishing sound. Now its a tinkling bell, which we find annoying. We guess Tangled Snakes might be useful for killing time while waiting in the dentists or doctors reception area, but thats about it. Im deleting todaythat bell is the last straw.
We loved tbe game before the last update. Now we are forced to watch an ad to play the boss level. Not happening.
So, 2 days ago we payed $4.99 so we wouldnt have to watch ads. We just downloaded the new update and now you cant play the bonus level without watching an ad.
Was enjoying the game for the last couple of weeks and then after the update today Im no longer a fan. We were scoring 120 points every time we completed a level now its 16-22. The Boss level now only plays if you watch an ad and you only get the points added if you watch a 2nd ad. We have better ways to spend our time than watching 10 minutes of ads for 5 minutes of play. Ill not be playing any longer.
The new update seems to increase the ads. Give it one more day and then Im out.
Its fun however to many ads even when you purchase no ads they still put ads thru, frustrating.
We actually love playing this game, but the ADS! Dont bother to pay to remove them because that only gets rid of the banners from the bottom. Play stops every other game (games are short) and sometimes it takes longer to watch the ad than play the game. We know they have to have some ads, but this is ridiculous. And if youre going to charge to remove ads, REMOVE THEM. Every other game in which we have paid to remove ads, ALL ads were removed. We cant recommend this game unless this is fixed.

We loved this game and played for many months. However, after the last update, our Norton 360 kept warning us that it was a dangerous site and do not go there. That was enough for us to remove it.
We wouldve given five stars except we just was given a notification this morning that youre now with another company and Im going to get a new privacy statement. And all of a sudden youve taken away all the coins we earn per game. We believe we were up to 154 coins per game we win. Now Im getting 23. What is this all about? Its not that we spend them its the principle.
We paid for no ads but after the last update we get them. Ive submitted a ticket but no response. We even deleted and app and downloaded it again but still have the ads and now it restarted the game. We love to play it but wont with the ads.
