We’ve sold all our belongings to keep playing this game. Even our wife left and took the kids.
One of the best versions of ever played.
We dont really have or play any game on our phone but only this one, helps us relax and release stress after a long day from work, then gym and finally at home.
We feel like Im better at it than we used to be.
There are admittedly a lot of ads, but at least they have the MyVIP rewards now that kinda make them worth it. We will say though that if you dont get your MyVIP reward, we strongly recommend to send a message playstudios instead of Tetris. Tetris never responds to emails, but Playstudios was VERY quick to fix the issue.
We likes this game we have just one problem with it. Where is battle Royale because we dont see it anywhere. Can you clear that up?
They offer prizes for play, but then limit the number of levels so you cant achieve the higher prizes. Also they have decided that Mississippi is on the Atlantic Coast.
Our main and only problems are that you can’t play it offline for whatever reason and that it takes up so much storage space. If those 2 problems were fixed, we would give this game a 5 star review.

Love Tetris but this game is too extra.
Like cant even play a level without getting two ads its so insufferable.
Mostly just Tetris, so good experience. However, 1. The pieces dont follow a predictable rotation and sometimes seem stuck going back and forth between 2 rotations instead of all 4 which can quickly block rows and kill a game. 2. The ads take over the audio of the phone sometimes which cuts off other programs – this should not be happening when sound is turned off for the game. 3. Should have a mode for a. No or little speed increase, and b. Starting with pieces in place already but that doesnt end so quickly like the level games (so obnoxiously short we rarely play them)
Fun game to pass the time however there are a lot of ads. Definitely will need patience if you want to continue to play with having ads every level!!!
Standard Tetris rules. The levels are too brief and would much prefer the old game of just playing Tetris where it speeds up gradually. The app has this cheap cartoony appearance with too many theatrics and animation after each level. We feel like we spend more time in between levels waiting on the theatrics than actually playing the game. Its a crapp.
Its ok to play but its definitely not like how the OG Tetris used to be. Theres a ton of freaking ads and you need coins to get moves. Before you could just play and play until you reach the top and had no more moves l just been playing this when Im bored.
Recently downloaded this game after we heard that you can earn rewards if you connect your FB account however that isnt possible with our FB account. We’ve reported to customer service multiple times and still the problem isnt resolved. At least on our account there is no MyRewards available on the Home Screen. We’ve disconnected and played as guest and it appears there, then when we reconnect our FB the screen defaults to one without MyRewards. We’ve logged in on as our Apple ID and that appears to work however all the points we have are linked to our FB account so it doesnt matter how many points we get on our Apple ID because we wont be able to redeem it anyway in real life. We already our my ID linked with our FB so we wont be able to use Apple ID rewards as it is a separate account. The Tetris aspect of the game is fun though and we really enjoy playing it. We’ve reached level 100 already in two days. Kinda wish there wasnt ads but apps gotta make money one way or another so its fine.
We’ve been playing Tetris since Gameboy. Love the game. But two things really irritate us about this mobile version. One, we really hate how marathon mode is zoomed way out compared to the regular game. Makes it hard to see. The controls feel more touchy too. Why cant it be zoomed in like the levels? And two, the ads of course. We get some ads, but these are almost constant. And yeah, we see your ad free version for a price, but come on. These are a bit much, dont you think?
Good game if you like watching ads over and over and have to exit them like 3 times for it to go away.
We love playing Tetris but the ads take too long and ruin the game.
Even if you pay to remove the ads for a month, you’ll still get ads while playing… Its basically insulting.
The constant need for an internet connection makes the game useless when flying or on long road trips.
Ads are long and they are numerous.
Non stop ads. Like ridiculous amount, specifically promoting other games supposedly with no ads. You cant even finish a single thought before another repeated ad shows up. Even if you already have the game (Candy Crush for example) there is no escaping it. That is the whole purpose of the game. Use the name Tetris to promote other apps instead and try to make 5xs the money.
Offline function removed, ads not loading leading to game not being playable. Boo.
The adds with this game. Nope. Just nope. Too many and too much add time. And removing the adds is $2.99 a month. Thats stupid. Not worth it.
Hulu and Nintendo rewards were removed Please bring both back.

Just what we practiced for hours on end in the 90s on our sons gameboy while he was at school.

OK lets game is very good but theres always gonna be the dumb Gardenscapes ad and it always has this freezing mother and child. It just makes us wanna go on a murderous rampage like we just want to say right to their faces. We hate you and your stupid bald head and we hate you and your stupid blue face is in your frozen child, but for some reason to us it is so disturbing when the weird minded AI bots just start getting it wrong and its so disturbing.
Easy to start playing, and highly addictive, this is the best mobile Tetris game you can get. With the new level update, we love trying to beat their oddly placed block patterns to complete the objective. Marathon, 99 player versus and time attack are all here as well, for players who want a classic experience on the go. One new thing we would want is buttons, right now it is only swipe controls, and while they are very responsive and easy to use, buttons are old school and we know a lot of people using this app would prefer buttons over swiping. On top of that the new loyalty points let you get real life things, like appetizers at certain places, and if somehow you can accrue 4,000,000 points, you can go on a free 7-day cruise. Thank you Tetris for making one of our favorite games available anywhere, you are truly awesome. We hope you make button controls for us and all the old school Tetris players out there!
