Ive played this for ages, from the time when there were no forced adsand enjoy it so much that we paid to get rid of the forced ads. Heres the problem thoughthe game penalizes you for using a word that youve used before OR using a word thats not in its dictionary. And there are quite a few REAL words (dictionary words) that are apparently not in its dictionary. Its very frustrating when you put in a word that youve used in everyday speaking only to find that the game doesnt recognize it. A solution could be to only penalize for repeat words, or to have an option to instantly send a penalized word off to be checked and if it is found to be acceptable, add it to the dictionary.
We love this game and have been playing it for years. But we recently got a new phone and we tried to log in to Facebook and it says that feature is unavailable :( unfortunately we're not willing to start over because we've spent money on the game and have a lot of progress. Kwalee support has been unresponsive as well. :(.
We have been playing this game every day for a very long time because we thoroughly enjoyed it. We say that in the past tense because the update they did several weeks ago created tons of bugs and even though theyve been told about them, they do nothing. The daily bonus does not work. Plus the team thing gives you a pop-up saying you cant do it. We still play every day, but we do not make any purchases and we do not watch any ads. If others are doing the same, this is gonna die as slow death. In the game, it shows it is done by just nine talented people, but perhaps they need more talent. And you can ignore their stupid answer, saying we should reach out to them. As if we didnt already do that countless times. We had a ticket open for two or three months and they kept responding that theyre working on it but clearly they Arent. They even went so far as to tell us to go ahead and play one of their other games while we were waiting on this one to be fixed. We have no faith that any of their games are given their full attention. If youre happy with excuses and the response they gave, which is a waste of time then go ahead and play the game.
Its not a bad word search game, not challenging, they just added in some story stuff to it. They have pretend teams you can join that dont do anything or give you bonuses even if your team wins the week. You see the usual sad people on the individual side who play WAY too much, where its like so far past the point of a score you should be proud of, and just oh, sweetie Im so sorry for whatever is/isnt going on in your life and we truly hope it turns around for you soon. They have promotions and events you cant be a part of unless you pay, pretty standard stuff, but you can play regular things without paying all you want. You cant tell what words youve already played until youre penalized for them which is annoying. But all in all its pretty good, we liked it for a quick diversion. Gets boring pretty quickly though unless youre really easily amused.
This was a fun and entertaining game until the story line ended. We have stopped playing that part of the game but did enjoy the separate wordle game. We loved that we could see how others did as well. BUT, now you have ruined the wordle challenge as well by giving letter answers for watching ads. We are so disappointed with this game that we are now deleting the game.

You are not inundated with ads and it keeps your interest. We wish you could level up quicker. The story line is never updated.
This game was so much fun when we first downloaded it. There was a fun story to follow and so much to discover and do! We played every single day, and had a blast following the story. Then, everything just stopped. There have been no story updates for a long time. There have been User Interface updates, and some tweaks to the graphics, but other than that its justcrickets. We loved the game so much that we didnt mind the inclusion of ads to help the developers pay to keep things running. It was something we were happy to deal with at the time, but to just keep waiting and waiting and waiting for something newIm just tired of waiting. Youll enjoy the game if youre new to it, but once the story reaches its cliffhanger, its justover.
Really enjoy plating the game, but at level 74 – game play is pretty sparse – down to opening only ONE play. Any news as to when future development plans will be available to players? Thanks.
We love the story and word puzzles aspect of the game but there are too many ads and not enough progression if you dont do ads. Like can we do a pay $10 and be able to progress reasonably through the whole game please.
Good Morning! We love the game. We have always loved trains and word games, you put them together. Thank you. Youre new upgrade has some things we dont like. First, we are not a fan of the game going straight to the Task menu. We liked it better in the main menu were you could look at daily/weekly challenges, piggy bank, etc. This having to click out of the task menu to check something else is getting old. The second and biggest issue is The Finger. Since the new upgrade, on the side challenges, a gloved finger has started appearing showing possible words. We find this distracting, annoying and slightly insulting. We know some people may need this but we dont. Can you add a way to turn it off if we dont want it? Thanks.
Our favorite game for so long. Love all the updates and now we need new adventures please. Was a subscriber and played it so much Ive reached the end of the story.
As a crossword AND steampunk enthusiast (smirk) we can honestly say, this game caught and has kept our attention! We love the art style, the story (spoliers except poor grandma. WHY!!?), and yeah, we immediately paid money for no ads and upgrades. We knew id be playing this for as long as we could! Thanks for exactly what we were looking for, devs! Hope to see more updates and adventures for Tilly and her train.

This game is really creative. We love that theres a very comprehensive story alongside the word puzzles. Tilly, the main character, is really charismatic. The goal of helping her out of the junkyard makes the game even more fun ^-^ we like word puzzles, but this game has genuinely become our favorite out of the ones Ive tried. We recommend.

We think its a really well done game. The graphics are great, the ads arent too intrusive, and the storyline and characters are well thought out. Our only real complaint is that we, personally, am not really interested in the story. The puzzles themselves are too short and easy, so its like we play one puzzle that lasts about thirty seconds maximum and then we have to spend twice as much time just skipping through dialogue, cutscenes, and upgrading letters. We were hoping for a word game that was a little more challenging. Ill keep playing to see if it gets better later on because we want to give this game a fair shot.
We had been hoping there would finally be a word game like this that had story and customization. The other ones are so endless and pointless you just go through levels for absolutely no reason. This adds that necessary reward experience, however it is slow and easy. We are pretty early on, so maybe they'll have longer words later. As far as the story, the slow animations make it too hard to want to even pay attention. It's a cute style and everything, but they move so slowly that we just end up skipping all the story scenes because we're not waiting for grandma to slow walk to the table so we can read one sentence, and then wait for more things to slowly move for another part of a sentence.
So Ill be honest and say that we havent played this game for about a year now, but we loved playing it. We just get distracted by other games easily and can forget about some. We went to play again for the first time today and it has completely restarted our process. Im signed into our account but nothing it pulling up. If progress gets automatically deleted if the player hasnt played for a certain amount of time then we completely understand and will fix the star rating. If it all just randomly disappeared then that is pretty disappointing but we did enjoy the game otherwise.
Lots of puzzles and games. Its fun, no ads unless you want to watch them for points.

We would recommend this game if you like word puzzles and great storytelling. It genuinely will pull you into Tillys adventure and fall in love with the people she will encounter. The game is very considerate of the players patience regarding frequent ads. Check this game out when you get a chance.
The game is fun, but the rounds are very quick. Watching the ads that are required to move forward easily takes three time longer than any of the game. Nice story line. Beautiful graphics. But not worth the intense number of ads.

We like this brain game and enjoying the storyline.
We like the game, but here are our issues, 1) loading is too slow. We lowered the resolution and its still slow. 2) it asks you to refer friends. When you try to skip this option, it gives you NO OPTION. You cant x out or back out, Also, there are too many things going on, Im not sure if Im building a train or driving across a mountain.
We played this game and purchased stuff as well, but we stopped playing it for a while because, life. We signed in the other day only to see that not only did the game make us re start completely, but even after signing in with our information, we lost EVERYTHING. Reached out to the game creators and haven't heard anything back. We're waiting a few more days to see if they reach out and hopefully can get our game info back, but if not, be forewarned.
This game has great graphics. We played it for over a month and spent money each week. But then we started to get preached at. We would have liked to have just played a word game without the preaching. So Im afraid we had to delete the program. If you dont mind the preaching, its a great game. Just not our cup of tea.
What makes this game great is the story. We love trains. The game play is typical connect the letters to form words. You can use coins to power up each letter to score more points. There are main quests and side quests. Videos ads are optional to earn more points to clear a quest.
Very happy to see the game up and running again with the new update. Its the best way to spend time, very relaxing gameplay, no forced ads, altogether stellar.

L like the stories. Have been doing the puzzle long time. One concern is the money paid for hints. Also not reaching you by phone for problems or concerns. Some of the text. Do not understand and your help is not clear enough.

Loved playing this game and had been doing so for over a year. However the game recently stopped working and we have been ghosted by customer support. No updates to the problem for over a week despite several times asking. Would not recommend spending any money on game as if you have a problem it will not be resolved.
Are you guys awarecthere is a loading issue with your game? We havent been able to play it fir three days now because the game wont load. We pay for no ads on the gams. What are you guys going to do to fix this and repay for our time loss.
This is our second edit on this review. For our first two we had one star selected. First it was because of pricing. Second it was because of game issues. Im editing to give five stars because of two reasons: (1) the game is extremely enjoyable, and (2) the customer service is top notch. Be careful, this game is addicting! Keep up the good work developers.
Game was a decent game but no longer left us log into our account.
Ive tried several word games in recent months, none of which did a better job than this one. Simple rules made this app most attractive for us ,a non-native English speaker.we used not to know what to do in other word games, but in this one, the only thing we need to do is just to put letters together to make words,so its easy to concentrate on the words.
We love this game but we d8nt know you where you go to to play bridle.
Need to expand the vocabulary a little. Some words are not accepted. Also, there are spelling errors in the story conversations which is odd for a spelling game.
It would be nice if it worked. It stopped when we got to level 30.
After level 32 the app froze any advice? Hope we don't lose our progress.
