It is a Tycoon basicle we just wish that it was the og update we dont like the update we would be we think 1000k.
When we started the tellers hut, everything was fine until we have a teller card. It appeared numerous times causing to spend more than 3000 out of our 7000 gems for one card because it spammed numerous options to pay for 100 gems or give up. Can you please refund our lost gems and fixed the tellers hut options for future attempts.
Will there be new updates or additions to the game? We love this game but its getting repetitive and not challenging.
So we have been playing since August 2024, and there are things we NEED to clarify. 1: Why does it crash at the first thing ALL THE TIME? 2: Who. Nerfed. Our. Storm?!? 3: we seriously cant play FIX IT PLZ IM BEGGING YOU.
Ive been playing this from the beginning. The issues we have are: we have materials that are no longer used in the game (such as pink yoga mats and tacks)-it would be nice to have a store where we could exchange these for current material; an update is needed-it has been quite a while since there has been a new troop; it would be nice to be able to gift or trade with clan mates. There used to be frequent updates but not for some time.
We like the game. We feel in some aspects it could be better. We love the many different characters to choose from and enjoy the battles. Some better prizes would be nice for the time we put in to game.
Support team has been reviewing concerns and possible hackers in the game. TrueType helping to build a fair game environment.
Its worth the time its a winner.

We love the game and Ive been playing it for over a year and a half. Ive come to realise that most of the bonuses are rigged. Theyre not random. Once to a certain point, you cant get past it without paying. Specifically talking about the tent teller. Also, its a bit redundant to advertise the buying of items every time you open the app. Other than that pretty awesome.
Im happy about the direction of the game. The support helps out however they can. They may take some time but they will resolve your issue. Play this game! Its very fun.
We love this game we play it almost everyday and we met a great team (finally became a squad leader) One update we'd love is to be able to convert squad coins to gold and vice versai have lots of squad coins but we want more gold, won't it be great if we could swap the amount we need in gold? Please look into thisthanks.
Was a great game but now it appears to be on zombie mode without upgrades and users are experiencing more bugs. Its a shame.
It seems better with handing out rewards to f2p players.
Every month you release a new legendary unit further saturating the unit pull even further with pull rates already being abysmal. DO BETTER! Magic island is stale, every 3 weeks its the same boring island push with bad rewards. Would be nice to have a legit monthly event not the recycled mega unit for ladder.
Our favorite mobile game hands down, and to think we originally downloaded it by mistake.
We dont like the update. Its really hard to get things now. We barely get any chests. The only type of chests we can get are king sized ones. Getting epic and legendary characters in the summoning pit is hard to. These days we only get common and rare characters in the summoning pit and its harder to ascend your characters because you cant use weaker characters to ascend anymore. But the only thing that is cool about the update is that you can upgrade your characters faster because you have to use common and rare characters for them now.
Its been months since the devs were made aware of a bug causing your troops to randomly stop attacking for the entire fight theres been several updates since then yet our troops still get plagued by this bug causing us forced losses. Its absurd how the devs completely changed how the game is played (causing players to leave) instead of just fixing the issues the players have continually reported. If the bugs dont make you want to stop playing the absolute mess of pop-ups begging for players to spend real cash on item shop packages that are nowhere near worth their cost is enough to frustrate players into just closing the game.
We have played for approximately 8 months, we were very unhappy with the update in july , we have since come to understand it a little more, there are still a few issues that could be addressed but overall we enjoy the game, graphics and ability to to gain resources are very good.
Ive had a technical problem or 2 since starting top troops a couple months ago and they fix them and reward you for bringing it up to there support crew! We appreciate how quick they are to get back to you when you have an issue with gameplay and they always are willing to refund you for the time you took to let them know when you have a problem. This game is tons of fun and a good way to pass the time while traveling or just laying around the house.
Update: you finally got it at a point to where we think Ill spend money on your game more frequently. Only downside we see atm is you changed level up reward from 100 to 5 shards. It was pretty much the only thing we looked forward too when leveling up and now we feel like our last 3 or so level ups have been meh or pointless. Update: no room to place anything and no way of deleting or selling trash units. Legendary failure status. Went from 2star-3star-1star-5star. Its amazing how often the ads work then shortly afterwards the game can glitch and you lose hours of progress. The second time around gear upgrades may or may not cost more. You may or may not get the same stars doing storyline over. Depending on how many hours are lost and energy spent, we may or may not have lost a large amount of energy. It gets to be ridiculous. Making the game tedious. And making us feel like were only watching ads for the sole purpose of potentially glitching the game. UPDATE : you fixed magic island issue at least, you do seem like you genuinely care about the over all player experience, tho yall be making rash moves sometimes. And the other issue still hasnt seemed to be fixed. But we bumped you back up to 3 stars from. It was going to be a solid 1 if that magic island issue didnt get fixed. Waiting 30 days for that was ridiculous. We still feel like waiting 30 days for the fraction tower insane as well.
Ok, so we never leave reviews on an app but we had too on this. Im probably the oldest person to play the game but we happened to download this for our 7 yr old and in showing him how it works, we got addicted lol. We started before the big update and we thought it was really nice of them to warn us way ahead of time that this would be happening. They gave the OGs of the game a lot of items free to help make the transition. Ive had to reach out to support in the past and you know what happened, they responded within minutes!! We just really have been enjoying this, we dont know why Im addicted but we guess its a good addiction. Lol.
Game was the bestest ever before ascension and level rework. Everything was good and developers were better. After update game is pay to win and boring to progress. Everything is also more expensive, while being less good.
Its a decent gatcha style game with decent strategy. Even fun F2P. The downfall is the balancing. Every update there are 1-2 incredibly OP units. If you dont have a high level version you are unable to proceed or if you meet one you just lose almost automatically. If they figure out balance it could be fun but the way they are currently balancing it robs the game of fun.
Before update you could merge troops , now you run out of land because you cant merge anymore.

We used to play this game on a daily basis. The recent upgrade has completely changed the game by repurposing common and rare troops as level up items. Our board is over full with these troops because all our epic and legendary troops are maxed and we cant collect enough pieces to ascend them. The game has truly lost its original balance and flow. Ive completely lost interest.
We found this game after leaving another one that had wrong time zone requirements for us. Similar but different. Its what we look for in a game. Or it was. Time zone good match too. Then the major update came. Not sure if it would have happened before. Space started getting tight on island. Ive got about 100 large wood chests Im afraid to open, because of population overload. Taking time to finish clearing obstacles for more space, but that is delaying our fear. Ill keep playing until we are stuck. We dont know the fix for this, beyond more space added to island. It will be disappointed to leave.
Its so much harder to upgrade troops this game used to be fun but now we have nothing to spend our squad coins on please bring back leveling up youre squad with the squad coins we dont understand why that option is no longer here and that we have to train troops to level up our guys now it makes no sense please fix the game back to how it was we have like 8 legendary troops that we cant even upgrade.
Its a fun game, but when you open the app you have to close 5 ads before you can start playing. And your army has to be at least 7,000 points HIGHER than the enemy. Ive fought enemies who had 24,000 power and we had 30,000 and we lost every time. Its misleading. If you have 30,000 power, its logical that we would beat someone with 24,000 power. In the arena, we had 32,000 power and someone killed us with 174 of power. Yes you read that right. So you have to work way harder to achieve the goals. In the arena, we have to fight enemies who are 7,000 power WEAKER than we are, but people beat us when their power is only 1,000 more than ours.
Latest updates have nearly ruined the game. Am still playing with hope that you guys fix things.
The newest Magic island is impossible for most players. We regret spending money on the pass as we are stuck at the 4th step and will not be able to progress as the raids are terribly imbalanced. We have no room to spawn new units and our HP is only 20k while all the areas are well over 40k. This was a huge waste. Also with the new update and being no longer able to retire units our main map is full and we have a ton of chests we can not open. Why do we have to fill our map with worthless units.
Before the big changes and rebalancing the game was a bit more fun. Leveling up and such was easy to a point but then became a bit more difficult. Leveling up has become unbearable now. You can create enough troops to use for upgrading fast enough because the resources for getting them just became incredibly harder. We didnt mind spending some bucks here and there but now it seems you have to just to progress. It was much more fun before. We like some of the improvements but overall the difficulty raised so dramatically with no way to compensate or overcome without spending a bunch of money.
We cant merge rank 4 units into rank 5. We used to be able too before the last patch. Please fix this issue it makes some parts of the game and overall less desirable.
Can we please have back the old ranking and leveling on troops.

We like this game a lot, but ever since you have to upgrade troops using other troops it is very hard to make any progress.
We started playing around 6 weeks ago. Around 3 weeks ago, there was an update that changed some things. They game has been frustratingly slow. It takes a long time to progress through the game. We will sometimes sit on one level in the story mode or the territories or days or a week at a time because thats how long it takes to get strong enough to get past 1 level sometimes Of all the progress Ive made in the game, 80% came in the first 3 weeks, before the new update. In the next 3 weeks we progressed the other 20% Per day, you can only get enough troops to upgrade your main guys a level or two, which isnt enough to make much a difference. We think Ill stop playing until they patch all this up. The slow pacing and slow advancement in the game has ruined it.
We use an we phone 13, been playing the game for a bit over a week, and now every time we open the game it is crashing on us. We adjusted the graphic settings but nothing changes. Any help with this would be great, as we have dropped a good 30-40$ on the game.
Initially when the update happened we wasnt satisfied at all bc we were about to sell troops and buy legendary gear and we ended up missing that opportunity. They changed the way to level up heros and while initially not happy it does make sense. Overall a good game to help the time pass.
This game is pretty fun and the rewards pretty generous everything moves at a snails pace tho. Still cool that legendary units can be earned. The pop up for what theyre selling is pretty annoying nothing like being bombarded with in game ads on start up EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THE GAME. Movement is a little finicky you may accidentally merge a troop. We feel Id be more entertained if they gave us something to do while Im waiting on resources to replenish. And the island doesnt count. Its an idle game the energy replenishes too quickly and the energy storage too low at the beginning. A lot of open and closing. There is minimal strategy to this game and is easily brute forced. Needs more cowbell.
We understand why some hate the latest update mostly people who invested money and may feel screwed over by the meta changes. We get that. But, the new changes actually increase the content longevity of game, so youre working in improving your army longer instead of chasing the latest meta champ and every fight is against a Spirited Tiger and Sehkmet. Now, you have to change your offense to strategize against varying defenses and combos. The balance will sort itself out. If you quit trying to keep up with the joneses, youll find the game quite enjoyable.
This game has made our day everyday since we have started. Its easy to understand and very fun to learn new types of styles to play with.
Love the game but with the new update everyone health and damage was lowered except the ancient. Still the same health bar and damage before the update it seems. How can we kill a 1 billion health boss when 3 attempts only damage the boss like half a million to a million health.

Im greatly enjoying this update since now we have more access to levels we didnt have before. This game continues to let us enjoy our way of playing.
The new update ruined the game, not enjoyable anymore, all the work we did to upgrade our army has been wasted, deleting the app unless they change it back in the next couple of days.
Been a good game. They do updates often and keep it interesting. Just like any game, cant say updates are always good or bad but keeps it interesting. Pretty addicting. You can be on top without spending cash. But you can, good luck. But overall good way to kill some time.
It all in all is a great game but the new update threw us off. We wish we could have our old level back and that the leveling up would go back to how it was that would be amazing. You should play this game.
