Great character designs and story, makes us want to watch the anime.
If youre looking to climb the ranks rather its pvp or pve. Id consider the game to be f2p and its very generous with its events/rng. Our complaint is friend limit is a bit low. Seeing as 7DSgc has 60, 40 is a bit low.
Going to be honest, the gameplay is about what you would expect from this kind of idle/gacha/mobile game. The gameplay is simple and repetitive, the heroes are easy to get, and the graphics and sound are pretty good. The true strength of this game is the storytelling and the adaptation of the webcomic. This app truly understands the dynamics between characters and even expands upon them in the original events. Playing through the different stories from the WEBTOON was a pleasure, and seeing the new content was honestly a joy. Truly these developers understand the overall concept of tog and did a good job adapting it.
Same times closes out randomly but over all a good game.

We’ve been playing tower of the gods for months and have invested a countless amount of time and money on this franchise. Im extremely agitated to report that after the latest update we are unable to login to our account. When we attempt to login we get an error message saying our account has been disabled on iTunes and the App Store. We have no idea why and we would like some answers asap. What gives?
As specified in the title, we genuinely do enjoy this game. We could easily spend hours playing till we hit the idle wall every dayand there is quite a bit of playtime before the daily idle wallthe gacha system isnt as horribly rigged as most other games with a lot of opportunities to use the system without p2w. Unfortunately, the game crashes often. Unceasingly. We have had it crash loading the game itself, loading specific combats, loading the gacha system, loading character upgrades, changing gear, clicking on stores or events, and really anything that could possibly involve a transition has caused a crash in the game on our device. This morning alone it crashed 4 times in about 10 minutes. If the developers could fix those bugs we have no doubt that this game would continue to be an absolutely unhindered success!
It really is a good game. It would get 5 stars but the game quits often unfortunately.
Not enough people play this so the chat is dead but the gameplay is fun and get gradually more challenging at a good pace. The gacha system is one of the best while still being freemium. SSR at 100 pulls SSR+ at 200 without resetting. 5 free a day. Anyways really fun, 5 stars.
The game is great especially the gacha system and how they give us as the spenders the choice of spending to get what we want vs getting currency and praying they give us what we need. Only complaint is events dont let you have all the rewards without spending money. Like this bingo event. Only 100 free tickets but you need to clear the board 7 times to get the new ssr+ let us farm your events freely and allow us to get the rewards. If we want to spend the money we will dont make us feel forced. Still 5 stars though.
This game really does bring the world of tower of god to life with detailed background story and this way you actually get close to the characters. Very easy to progress in the game and have fun. Absolutely no need to ever spend money but this game is so good and the fact that you can just about do everything without ever paying makes this game amazing and tbh makes us want to spend money on the game just to support it.
The game is honestly very good and you can easily get the characters you want through its in game systems probably the best F2P gacha out there. Only thing is it does overheat our phone a lot.
This has to be our newest favorite game of all our mobile games we have ever played!!! Graphics are Enchanting, Story Mode and Adventure Mode are Great, Game Play and Strategy are Amazingly Fun and Engaging! P.S. Some Ideas for Future Updates: 1) we Need To Be Able To Barrow Friends Allies More Than Just 3 Times Per Week. Seems to be too little number of times to be able to help Friends. 2) Co-Op Adventure Live Play to help friends who may get stuck or dont have a certain ally to help them progress through the floors. You would need to have enough friends online on the game at the same time and be able to set up and invite to a coop adventure party where each friend would be allowed to pick 1 character to represent on the party leaders team and will have to manually use character special abilities during each battle. 3) Special Co-Op Live Dungeons where friends can form parties, Fight Special Bosses, and get special rewards for beating the Bosses. Definitely would make it more interactive with you and your friends to come up with strategies in Real-Time.

This is a really fun ftp game, and Im going to make this brief for you all. Get the game. All we have to say.
We love this game so much. We’ve been there since the beginning of TOG. And out of the games that came out so far for TOG this is outright the best one. But for this recent update.. Why? Im not complaining but child endorsi? Why? Couldve chose so many other characters but child endorsi? Im not mad we genuinely find it funny.
Its so fun, we love the game and the design. We would make it a little more engaging for the player, less idle game style, but thats just our opinion and preference.
The game is VERY generous with its summon tickets for summoning characters, so the revenue is recouped during events (skins, event packs etc). This makes sense, but the thing that annoys us is that it isnt immediately clear that you cant realistically get every reward from the event as a free to play user. Inevitably, if you want every reward you have to buy paid packs from the store. Of course, we dont mean skins; every event only one skin is free and the rest are paid. What we mean is the progress bar for rewards for the event CANNOT be filled unless you buy boosters. Frustrating to no end. Its saved by its ability to easily get characters with daily login summons x5 and login rewards. The Alliance function is ok as another way to get equipment and friends for friend summons but we really wish the alliance events get reworked to be more interesting. Most replayable sections are definitely the Exploration tab seeing as it has the Arena (PvP,) the Trials (nice rewards, good for when theres nothing else to do,) the Mock Battle Facility, and the Guardians Trial as well. Conquest is fine but we find it tedious so we just auto most of the time. Story is good. Cant wait til they add more. Rin does make it goofy and weird but thats within whats expected for a game that adapts a webtoon. Adventure mode is good as well, just wish they reminded you to do it more past daily quests maybe because we always forget about it.
The rates say 4.8 at the time of this rating but this is about a 3 for us. As the one star ratings say, its just an idle rpg. You hardly have any real impact to where we were playing it just to see what the hype was about. Personally, we’ve never seen the webtoon so we cant compare the two, however the game is easy to lose interest in since it doesnt feel like it has real content. It feels mind numbing, tap things to occupy yourself. We uninstalled it after like 2 days of playing.
With the constant crashes the enjoyment of a good game, dwindle down to a average experience, nothing really special. Just another day of doing your dailies and weeklies and at some point forget about the game because you would rather play a game that dont crash every 30-60min.
The gacha system is designed in a way that youre getting hardwalled unless you keep doing draws. Leveling slots creates an illusion of progress, but you still need to level up skills, which is hard locked behind the draws. This game can cave a potential, but imo is not worth any attention until it survives a year or two and evolve the progression system. As of now there are enough of much better choices in the store. Also drains the battery like crazy.
Fun while it lasted. At first the game is super generous with pulls and things progress very nicely. However, after about three or four weeks you will start to realize that the game doesnt have enough content to support all that character growth. Their remedy to this issue? Make all your pulls garbage once you reach a certain point. This essentially halts all story progression + your ability to fairly complete in the side missions. You will grow bored with making such little progress and your frustration will ultimately lead to your decision to delete the game.
Each event comes with P2W cosmetics that cost $22. Each. They give you extra stats, and there is no way to obtain them F2P This time around, the costumes are just reskins of the original outfits. $22 for P2W reskins. What a joke.
After attempt number 20 trying to get SSR+ on a reroll, we gave up. What a terrible user experience.
After updated it often fails to connect. And the rate of ssr is too low.

Netmarble always does us right when they put out a mobile game , this is free to play friendly. We think its great our only concern is the fact that the app keeps force closing in the middle of our arena battles or any important action Im doing. We’ve been playing for a long time now everything but that runs so smooth. Just please somehow fix this so we can keep enjoying this wonderful game.
How come we’ve never heard of this game we’ve olny know tower of god junery that game was boring and noting alike but THIS WOW 5 stars we havnt spend once.
Honestly, we wasn’t expecting much when we downloaded this game. Hero Cantare was also a game that featured TOG, and it was pretty lame and quick to die. Also, the fact that this game was a very simple AFK RPG made us have low expectations from the start. If you haven’t realized already, this is supposed to be basically an AFK RPG. If you’re expecting something where you have to button mash and stuff, this game is not for you. Go play something like PGR or HI3 instead. This is an AFK game, even if it doesn’t say so. With that out of the way, the game itself is pretty standard. If you’ve played AFK RPGs before, everything will feel very familiar. There’s gacha, PVP, grinding, expeditions, raids, etc. There’s nothing really crazy or special about it. It’s just like every other AFK game. That’s fine though, because this sort of game is meant to be a side game you do in your free time. It’s not meant to be somethinf you focus on all the time. What made us give this game a high rating were the gacha and overall design. We rarely write reviews, but we’re really impressed by the gacha system. We’ve played several gacha games, and this one is definitely very generous. The rates are expected of a gacha game, but you gain gacha currency and progress very easily, even during late-game. You can pretty much get whichever SSRs you want, and new characters are not limited. Furthermore, as a TOG fan, we’re impressed by how the game pays attention to detail and caters towards the Webtoon fans. We were worried they would only limit themselves to the anime, but we were very wrong. The game takes note of even small details about pretty much every character in the webtoon. It’s nice to see. PVP is sometimes annoying to do, but it’s a completely optional thing. We’ve also haven’t had too much difficulty grinding out the levels. If something is difficult because our team is underleveled, we can just wait a bit for some more AFK resources to make our team stronger. We think one of the criticisms we have for this game is the very slow story progression. The story is exactly like the webtoon, but you have to grind out an entire floor to be able to complete a small part of the story. After grinding out 11 floors, you’re still stuck in Season 1 of the Webtoon, finishing up Hide and Seek. We wish we could progress the story faster, as there is a lot of Webtoon content to include in the game.
Good graphics and a generous gacha system with ample free rewards. However we have a hard time feeling connected to the game. The story isnt compelling. The power creep gets you if you dont continually summon characters. Its fun for maybe 15 minutes a day.

Lets start off by saying Im a massive TOG game, we check weekly for new translations on chapters and we know quite a lot about the lore. This game just feels very strange. A lot of the concepts just feel ripped off from afk arena, and the only reason we played this game at all was due to it being TOG related. The daily quests for example are literally copy and pasted from afk arena, and lots of the daily/weekly events are as well. Lets start off by saying that lore-wise, the game only goes up until the hidden chapter, mostly focusing on the prologue. The story mode also only follows the prologue. It feels extremely behind date. Obviously they still have time to add, however currently it feels very one dimensional. The ranking system for the characters also has little rhyme or reason. For example, some regulars have a higher ranking than rankers, and some dont. Its extremely inconsistent and just feels like the devs pick and chose who goes where. This game is also extremely PTW. Like its not even funny. Theres little strategy as well, you basically just copy what the top ranked in arena are doing. And more than anything, the game just isnt that fun. It feels like every other game of the genre youve played before, and does little differently. Im extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the game currently and believe it gives a poor impression of TOG for people new to it. We dont believe the game is going to get any better, it just feels like a cash grab using the name of TOG, upsets us as we dont want TOG to be seen as such.
We installed the game and its unresponsive most of the time. Glitchy when it does work. Im using a iPhone 14 Pro Max with plenty of space and its now causing issues on our phone. Unacceptable. What garbage.

Love the game but the summon drop rates are really bad. The only time we get anything good is after 10 or 20 drops from the ssr bonus. Please fix drop rates cuz in the last 15drops we’ve gotten one ssr character.

Normally dont write reviews unless it makes an impact on us, we love Tower of God as well as RPG games, we’ve tried ToG: Great Journey and it was too grindy and complicated, Hero Cantare is good as well (I recommend checking it out) The gameplay on New World is good, the pull rates are amazing and the dev team is extremely generous, theres a lot to do throughout the day so you can hop on and off several times and still have things to do, the story line is really well done, though we wish there was more gameplay in the Story, we have no complaints as of yet, keep up the great work Edit: constant updates, and its amazing.
The game is a amazing idler. If you know the storys its a wonderful play through! And the addition of Rachel side story is a nice plus for original content! There are whales so dont come into the game competitively and think you will be top of the ranks. But the f2p experience is great too and they are now adding a daily 5 pull to help the progress of f2p accounts!! They are also generous with tickets and seem to listen to the community! All in all definitely a five star game.
Its a really good game pretty addicting, just crashes every a lot for us.
Got to 2 million in about 8 days its really fun to play after watching the anime but the in app purchases are either 4$ or 20+ so we wish their was more diversity there and better equipment drops. We also have 8,000,000 gold but zero orange pyramid for upgrading.
We love the Manhwa and naturally downloaded the game. After a month of play, we have no issues with the gameplay itself and its actually kind of addicting to play, but it always crashes after about 10 minutes of play and we have to restart the app. Its very annoying to have to go through the intro sequence multiple times in one sitting. Thats our only complaint.
