We like the game but once you get to a higher level its almost impossible to get through the levels without pouring actual money in to the game. We hate games like that.
The game is really fun and has great potential, however, as others have mentioned, the introduction of the fertilizer and blocking all traffic from progressing needs immediate attention. Having to use gems to unlock vehicles when the gem rewards are lacking to begin with is another issue. Im all for supporting developers when the game is good, however, VIP for $39.99/week?!? Xbox / PS5 games dont even cost this much.
We got another idea to feedback for you guys why not add horizontal screen option for fans be able to rotate its phone from vertical to horizontal back n forth to let their wrist rest without straining it for hours while playing the game gosh the game is really enjoyable we have so far.
As another person said the fertilizer stuff needs a rework. Maybe make it so both draw from the tractor and the tractor isnt connected to the fertilizer shop? We can understand the que to make people need to buy that upgrade. Other then that awesome game.
Is Prestige Level 5 coming anytime soon.
Enjoyed until we were forced to watch an ad to continue progressing through the game.
The game is fun. You can visibly see the progression you are making. The only downside is the ads for everything. We purchased the option to remove ads, but there are still so many forced ads to be able to get extra money, 2x speed, etc.
Im not sure whats going on there are glitches that have been deleting or taking our gems. Ive lost about 200 at this point, the first time we thought maybe we fat fingered something but we know we didnt buy anything the second time. Idk if its a genuine error or a scammy type thing but super frustrating.
We bought the unlimited dump yard. It still says we have unlimited and cant purchase it again but its saying our dump yard is full so therefore none of our trucks can move.
Do not purchase the offline manager. This is the biggest rip off Ive ever seen. After 10 hours 3.7 billion which we earn in under 20 seconds in the game. The game does not progress offline like this would lead you to believe. So we dont know why you would even need to have it. Scammy vibes.

The game is great and everything works pretty good. Just once you unlock the fertilizer factory the cleaners begin to build up a queue and block the road for the trash trucks to pass and there isnt anything you can do about it until the order comes in for fertilizer bags and on top of that the farm cant work unless there is fertilizer bags to use so unless you get a fertilizer order you cant do your farm orders which makes that whole side of the production just a hindrance to the whole game.
Why is the game not available for operation.
Can we get something to help us what with electricity panels, please our town has so power.
The game is fun for an average incremental game, with a few annoyances. #1 is Im stuck at the water municipality being locked. We have missions to get workers for it but there is a yellow lock symbol with no direction on how to unlock it. #2 Ive written support days ago and still no response. Ideally respond, but maybe give us an automated email confirming Ive sent a support request, or give us an estimated response time or something. #3 being that while you dont get ads randomly thrown at you, you do have to watch quite a few. They are often not full length ads since you can skip after 5-10 seconds so better but still not great. Without the water municipality we are forced to use gems to skip the missions to continue our progress in rank 4. Probably will delete the game if there is no update or response from support.
Once again, another game that we thought look cool in the demo played cool but the game is nothing like the demo false advertisement thanks a lot developers we dont know why you all intend to do that and mislead people. The game it really is trash.
We have gone through four levels, TWICE!! Where the heck is level 5? We thought the latest updates were going to have level 5 available, what the heck?! This is ridiculous.
Ive spent a bit of money on it, and we like the game, but we do wish that after spending what we did, there wasnt as much of a traffic name for the trucks. If we could choose where the trucks go instead of them just kind of doing their thing, we could stop them from jamming as much lol. They just kind of pile up and the dump cant take multiple at once so youre left watching 100-300 trucks empty at the dump one at a time. Kind of bores us when that happens, cause we like to watch the progression. Overall, Im still playing it.
We made it to chapter 2 but it freezes at the guy waving and cant do anything. For a few days now.
We would have given this a 5. This is a great game, the missions are great but the game is stuck. It says that mission 4 is complete, allows the player to try to collect and move on to mission 5 and nothing happens. We have tried just about everything. We have selected the the mission 4 gift and it freezes the game. Thanks.
Ive had level 4 completed for months now and have been waiting on level 5 and above to be released. You guys keep improving performance and bug fixes but you cant work on furthering the game.
Game is constantly crashing when we click on to watch an ad to get more money. Please fix it or Ill just have to delete because we cant get any farther along.

Was having great time playing game even though there are tons of adds, got to a point where the solar farm just doesnt produce enough energy to continue, we keep spending to update the life of the solar panels but nothing is happening, they still disappear at the same rate. The solar panel factory is maxed out at 50s per panel so you can never get ahead. So, at this point we cant move forward.
The game is fun but Im not paying 100 dollars for no game thats on our phone. And why do we grab to get our money spend 123m for .1 power but watch a ad and get +1 power. Yall seem money hungry and we aint with it.
You can listen to the adds or turn the sound off and listen to your music. Other adds just make you mad.
We enjoyed the game until we discovered that each level resets. The lack of continuity made us feel like our efforts were futile.
When will level 5 and beyond be released? The game is generally fun, the ads are tedious but at least give useful rewards. 2 comments: 1) moonstones – have them give a random amount like 1-10 each time instead of just 1 every time. 2) the unique buildings from moonstones should have an arrow that you can cycle through them like the other buildings so you dont have to click each one, click the rewards and then click out to find the next one it would be a good quality of life improvement.

We like the game but the advertising is very annoying and making us play less.
Game version is 3.0.1-141 just for reference. Game used to be fun before the update for level 4, and now with the addition of the moon stones, its even worse as its added more bugs. In the chip factory, the robot stops picking up the chips at random times but ALWAYS less than 5 minutes into game play; this means it stops making diamonds even though chips are being produced. The only way for the robot to start collecting chips again is to close the app and restart; it always says we were away for x amount of time and once it showed we were away for 26 minutes after an immediate restart the of the app. The amount of money needed for the power plant is RIDICULOUSLY high and ultimately UNATTAINABLE without spending real money, watching videos, or spending diamonds; and while the game provides diamonds they are rare and when you spend them the next cost doubles. Yes, we realize watching ads or spending real money is how the developers make money, however, this is also an idle game and while Ive watched ads we dont want to CONSTANTLY watch ads to advance in the game. We are currently around 260MW on the power plant and current demand is around 395 and current cost per 0.1MW is around $11T; Ive done the math each 0.1MW is roughly 3.5% more that the previous amount. With our numbers above thats 1350 upgrades needed to reach current demand; you can do the math on that but its an amount you cant fathom. We still have several building to fully upgrade so who knows what the final total cost will be. Both junkyards are calculating incorrectly, they show $x per ton, but only gives you the value of x when trash is received; this means youre shorted on the amount you should be earning. We cant recall if this happened prior to the level 4 update as it was summer of 24 when we completed all of level 3 goals. We liked the addition of the chip factory in new town as it allowed for traffic to actually flow some; however the developer should make it to where cars alternate at the intersections as the vehicles coming from the right side of the map dont move. The toll gate crossing back into new town from the junkyard has a bug in it as well; we have the time upgrade maxed out at 3 seconds however it takes a total of 6 seconds for a car to pass through. Part of the goals is to upgrade certain things to specific levels; however as the game progresses and you upgrade levels your return on investment is minuscule. Lets look at the compactor for example; youre required to upgrade to a certain level to complete a goal, however the maximum you can collect from the farm hub is 14; as these goals are achieved, or even better any time the maximum you can hold raises, the default maximums should also raise. This goes for trash hub, trash hub 2, farmers market, farm hub, and building supply. Speaking of building supply, once all the buildings are built, whats the point in still having that run when the supplies go nowhere? These should be sold to another city or something besides just building reserves for nothing. The moon stones aspect is laughable as the amount of money those give is so low that its pointless to even bother doing them. The first level that opens gives you $5,000that amount in comparison to having to unlock a upgrade that is $11T is absurd. This update prior to the version listed at the top of this has made the solar farm unplayable given the few golden dollars you can earn; Im currently at level 110 and the amount of golden dollars needed is above $700k??? The amount needed prior to the update was WAY less, however we didnt pay attention to the amount as at the time before the update we had a huge surplus of solar energy; after the update Im at a HUGE deficit. All these things make the game no longer enjoyable. We will give it a couple weeks for the developers to work the bugs out, otherwise Ill delete the game.
We dont like the moonstones. Its too aggravating finding one at a time in a limited amount of time. Some suggestions would be to maybe let it land there and stay until you find it or get moonstones by watching ads or where you get them when collecting from the buildings you build or getting them when you upgrade the houses.
This could be a really cute game, but 98% of our screen time is watching very very long ads in order to make any progress in the real game. No instructions anywhere as to what to do with the moonstone.
The composter line continues to block the trucks till an order is processed. The line should go another way.
Even though we paid to opt out of ads, it seems that every time we do anything, we have to spend a minute watching ads. Its less of a game, and more of an ad delivery mechanism. We have other things to do with our time.
This game is extremely aggravating to continue to play. All the trucks we have do not come out. They only send out the 1 ton trucks, meanwhile, you need to get to 40K tons of garbage but if you are not on the game running it, they do NOT collect trash. We had to leave the game for a long time then just started again ONLY FOR THIS to happen. You guys have to give something to the consumers.
This games keeps us busy for hours without even knowing it.
Game is great, but takes too long to collect trash especially to get to 100k tons, but updates for farming to harvest priority items for delivery would be great, also having the police fire etc. And hospital would be cool to have those utilized if worker gets injured or what not, it would just make the experience better and could add missions to correlate.. Otherwise this is highly addictive Update- great update but should definitely prioritize the harvesting to what is needed to fill order to speed things up, also disappointed that there are no emergencies and also hungry workers.
We cant get our watermelons to grow we cant even get corn or tomatoes to grow half your stuff doesnt work the freakin land fill is always to full and every time you level it up to where it gets not full like 5 seconds later its full again and the trucks stop picking trash up because they have no place to put it so its just a big waste of time.
This was a fun game at first but its too expensive to buy power when you open up more of the city. Its like 153million to go up .1 in power which is crazy unless you stay in the game for like 30 minutes. Anyway we will be deleting the game and its just kinda dumb after you get to level 3 unless you buy the overpriced help with real money.
- it would be nice if there was a management panel to see how many trucks are going across the bridge/not. – we would like to do something with the green trucks when they are not as needed – we don't fully understand the orders, so an improvement or panel on that would be helpful – we're a little confused on the yellow dollars currency, we thought upgrades with those would persist through each level up? – we like the level up feature, though we wish we had more clarity on what upgrades we keep (if any) and if there's a way to boost rollover upgrades without spending money – we would like a warning that we're about to spend gems on an upgrade.
Ive paid for a Full Power Manager and its told us that we already purchased it but given us a -2 code.
This is not a bad game. The killer is every time you open a new area all your previous bought stuff starts at zero again. All your upgrades gone all extra tricks gone all the people gone.. After you spent hours building it all up. Its all gone!!! Not worth it. Just to repeat everything every couple days.
Its not a game you sit around and watch the game do all the work we dont want that game we want to do it ourselves so this game is not worth the energy.
We love this game, we busted our butt for almost a year trying to get 100,000 tons of garbage, and Saturday we finally did, AND THE NEXT LEVEL ISNT even available the amt of money we paid for no ad tickets is ridiculousus, especially since we have nothing to use 60+ of them on when will next levels be available.
This game isnt bad but there is at least one in game purchase that does absolutely nothing. You can hire a city manager to run your city for up to 10 hours while youre away. He doesnt. We come back with as much money as we left with the night before. Its fun but dont waste your money.
This is a fun and entertaining game IF everytime you level up it didnt reset all your upgrades to zero and all your trucks and employees back to zero.
Amazing game but the glitches are a lot.
There may be a lot of ads that you can use to progress it is the best game because you get to clean up a city level up and overall the developer team did a really good job we love it and we will keep playing it.
