We wasnt sure about this game at the beginning but once you get a feel for it it is amazing. So skillfully crafted with really fun discoveries and nicely planned timing. It is definitely playable without buying any hints. Thats part of the fun. We’ve got just one last adventure left. We hope theyll add more soon. This game should do very well!!!
We downloaded this game (and several others from five-Bn) to keep myself occupied on airline flights. Its great that you dont have to be connected to the internet to play. We have found them to be very entertaining. Especially love the series featuring Susan. BTW, Im 65. Everyone can enjoy these games.
Game is awesome, love it. We just want to know when more levels will be released??? We keep checking every few weeks and it just says coming soon.
The game is right up our alley but Im struggling a little with the size of the phone screen. There are a few cases where we’ve used a hint and was directed to a location we thought Id tapped already but perhaps not close enough. And in a few puzzles, we have to tap near the top of the screen a lot and that triggers the phones notifications. We suspect Id enjoy this more on an iPad but its still quite fun with these quirks. Really like this game studio in general.
This game is absolutely great but needs new levels. We can only replay them so long. When will new levels be out?

There is no green arrow to exit the side games in rooms, so our only options are it to restart the room. We watched walkthroughs and everyone else has a green arrow above their inventory to exit the side game but we do not. Makes the game unplayable. Yes we tried clicking the entire game to try to exit with zero results. Deleted only 10 mins after downloading. 1 star.
Challengingly entertaining!!! Not too easy, not too hard but sure makes us think!! Love the thrill of success!!! Looking forward to starting level 3!!!
We play a lot of these type of games. But we liked how there were different scene and it wasnt just one long game. We hope the developer comes out with another one soon.
We not a gamer. We love board games, but Im particular about our board games. They need to be challenging and fun. This is the first app game that we’ve stuck with and look forward to playing before bedtime. Love love love it! Thanks to the designers and developers for creating this amazing app/game!

Im playing Wild West its stuck on the safe 775 will not open needs fixing we cant play no more if not fixed Im going have to delete it we dont want to there really good games.

Update: the issue described below is now fixed. This developer is five stars from us! They not only have an excellent series of games including this title, but they are very responsive to user feedback and questions. Thanks! We like the game very much. Giving it a three star rating because Im on chapter 14/Santas House and cant get past the wooden chest puzzle in the stable. We’ve connected all the rectangles with what seems to be the correct number of lines but the game doesnt advance. We’ve even found other solutions (with a couple of variations on our original solve) but it remains stuck on that puzzle. Oddly, there is no ? Link for instructions (the first time this feature has been missing in all these titles we’ve played) so we dont know what Im doing wrong. We downloaded the version update of a couple days ago but no change. Even walkthroughs found on line arent helpful (yeah we know thats cheating lol) as they have a completely different layout of the boxes with Roman numerals. Any ideas what Im missing?
Firstly, let us say that this game is awesome! We’ve progressed through all of the scenes with fairly minimal difficulty. The scenes are not overly challenging, but incredibly fun to play. Youll still need to put your thinking cap on, but wont be pulling your hair out. The only issue we’ve come across is in the Santa scene. There is a number puzzle, where you need to connect each number to the next with as many lines as the number indicates, however the inventory menu does not drop down for us, so Im unable to see the bottom row of numbers. It allows us to do the puzzle, and we believe we’ve gotten the puzzle correct, however when we do that, rather than allowing us to progress further, the game freezes. We can still click on our inventory, but the rest of the game remains frozen. We’ve started the scene over three times and the same issue arises. This was the first time in any of the Five-BN games that we’ve experienced this. All the Five-BN games we’ve played have been awesome though! Keep up the good work!
If you like puzzles, you will love any of the Five-BN Studio games. Tricky Doors is different in that it has short goals rather than the longer story lines. Equally fun.
In the Episode Santas house, we put the two tokens in the box in the reindeer stall and solved the number puzzle (they were all green), but nothing happens. When we ask for clues, it takes us to the same puzzle, so we know there isnt anything we are missing. However, there is no way out of the puzzle even after you solve it. Also in the same puzzle, it does not have the typical reset button or question mark for instructions. We figured it out on our own and like we said, we solved the puzzle but nothing happens. Definitely a program glitch.
Best game ever! The graphics eclipse so many other games. The animations, especially the critters, are fabulously creative and amusing. The many many inventive, non-repeating mini games within the larger game challenged us at the perfect level. The game takes a good amount of time to finish and its all so enchanting. Im so very impressed by the care FIVE-BN Games put into it to make it maximum enjoyment. Thank you so much! Peace to Ukraine.
We got through all the way to the museum but we get to the cassettes and and it wont allow us to click on the world war 2 cassette therefore we cant finish the puzzle we’ve tried everything we deleted, redownload it and it still didnt work we’ve tried it on both our switch and our phone and its not working. We have a video proof but im not sure how to attach it to this thing but we love the game just cant get past the museum level.

These games really bring us back to the first-ever adventure mystery games we grew up with. We’ve made it a mission to play them all and we will pay for the CE games available under this company as they are quality!
This is a good app for solving puzzles, however, there is one thing that could make it better. When you open a clue and you get the clue you need from it, it should not let you open it anymore. In this game, when you click on them again, they reopen, so it makes you wonder if you missed something or didnt grab everything you needed.
Trying to input the number of birds we found and its not taking our answers. We counted them and so did our wife. On her phone there was a different amount but ours isnt accepting the answer. Yes the crystals are there. Otherwise this is a very awesome game. Have it on our switch and our wife and daughter play it.
Would of rated it a 5 but level 4 there were 3 birds missing and now one of the fire starter branches from the tree isnt there. Watched ads just to skip, now stuck cant go in further because of the branch not being there.
Pay for clues and the game gives the same clue over and over again. We want our money back. We ask apple for refund. Horrible game!!!

15 nodes, and 11 of them connect to 4 or 5 each. This is not fun but tedious. Worth paying coins to skip.
We deeply recommend this game it is very addicting!!!! But one thing, The ad watching. Now we dont mean that we dont like the ad watching but every time we watch ads for hints every other ad doesnt reward you with a hint, so we have to watch DOUBLE the ads for the same amount please fix this because this game is so awesome and we dont want people playing this thinking its 3 star worthyover all this is a great game Spoilers Below Also in the museum level we only can move the heads but we cant move the body down we do not know if that is just part of the level or if it is a glitch please fix it.
Been playing on & off for the last few days, have finished the first 2 chapter & have concludedthats it really is a wonderful game. Its not overly difficult, but you may need to watch a few ads for hints though. Great job developers!!!

Not worth the time or aggravation because you dont give people any chance to earn coins to buy clues so we deleted you. But you have good graphics and good environment sounds.
We are playing on iPad Pro and keep having to start over because we cant back out of scenes. There is no back arrow or x to close scenes in order to complete other areas. We found the handle for the well, but cant back out of the scene to go back to the well, unless we use coins. Even if we start all over, we still will not be able to back out of the scene after finding the well handle. There is no way to back out of the full screen scenes unless we buy coins to use a hint. It is ridiculous not to be able to back out/close out a scene to progress in another area, when we have gathered all of the items from the scene.
Who rated this as a good game? It is, largely, unresponsive and the game has unsolvable puzzles that you need to pay to find solutions. Runrun, screaming, from this game.
We got this game on switch last week. We were wondering if the mobile game was the same as the switch version. We see switch is missing episodes 11 and 12. How are new episodes added weekly, monthly?
We love this game. The puzzles are very well thought out and actually can be challenging! Unlike any other puzzle game. It makes you really think and continues to go back to previous clues. Our husband and we raced to see who could finish each one first. We cant wait until there are more!!

This can be a pretty fun game, and we have played a ton of escape room games. Overall, we like it, but there is one thing that can get a little frustrating that we think if it got fixed would help a lot. There are times when its not intuitive or clear where/why you need to do something, and we think its because the game wont allow you to pick up or inventory certain items until youve completed puzzles and gone through the level in a particular order. For example, we played a level where we could see we needed to pick up test tubes, and we solved all the puzzles that allowed us to unlock/open things until we were looking right at two of the three test tubes we needed. We could pick up other items we needed, but even though we clicked on the test tubes, the game would not allow us to put them in our inventory. It was only after we completed a different puzzle that it would then finally allow us to pick up the tubes. This happens with other puzzles and codes on other levels as well. In most games like this, you can grab and inventory anything that needs to be picked up, even if it will be used later; if you find it, you can put it in your inventory, and at some point, it becomes clear which puzzles or steps you need to take for those things to become useful. Here, the result gets frustrating because you know you need an item or need to enter a code, but cant figure out why the game wont let you have a thing you know or suspect you will need, and it turns out its because you didnt follow the predetermined order in which the game wants you to progress. We had to use a walkthrough to get through most levels for this reason. We think if that were fixed, it would be a better playing experience.
Like many other games, some of the puzzles involve colors, arranging colors, etc. Im color blind so we had to stop playing because we couldnt solve the puzzle because we cant differentiate between colors. Having said that, its a free game so we cant complain too much.
Really poor interface compared to other similar games. It should be hard to solve the puzzles not to actually use the mechanics of the game. Meh.
