Will not connect to game server Will no advance pass Connecting to Server.
We have been playing this game for about two or three weeks and this is the second time that we have had to remove the app and download it again. It keep saying checking the server and Im on our Wi-Fi. We have lost a lot our time and money with having to remove and put back on our phone.
Just finished the 2nd world and game asked if we wanted to download the next part of the game. We hit the download option & for the past 3 days it says Connecting to Server.
We have played this game for a long time. Spent a lot of money and now the game is updating and has been for several weeks. Its ridiculous that players have to wait this long. We would give the game a 5star but now we are tired of waiting for the update. Ready to delete.
So we’ve had this game for a while, we got to a new world and it said connecting to server but would never download the next world and would never go anywhere! So, we deleted the game and re-downloaded it but it didnt save our progress and we started over, so now we got to another part we have to download and the same thing happened!! Im not starting over AGAIN so we guess Im just going to have to delete it for good.
We like this game, but there have not been any new levels for months.
There is a bug is this game. We saved our progress on FaceBook. The game now demands we do so again. After trying to save on FaceBook again, the game sends us back to our device home screen repeatedly. We have requested support assistance and received no response. We have deleted the game. We will not waste precious device memory for a game we cannot play. It is too bad; as we were really enjoying the game.
We love this game, its fun and easy to play. The graphics are beautiful too. It doesnt make you spend money so you feel awful!!! Love it.
We love this sweet little game. Its very difficult to put down.
Very disappointing we were playing used a power up and the game crashed and took our power up away. That stinks!!!
While we initially thought this was a great game and somewhat relaxing, after level 100 we’ve found you must either pay for more lives to advance to the next level or stay on one for days. And, thats playing three or four times a day after the lives have refreshed. As one who is bed ridden and unable to pay for extra lives, the game isnt relaxing any more after having to stay on one level for that period of time. Im on level 195 and its been a week of constant playing to try and win. Unfortunately, it hasnt happened and thats why we giving this review! More frustrating than relaxing.
These games are not what is advertised. It is nothing like what it looks like. Not happy.

As the game get harder the tasks cost more to pass!? But you still only get 100 jewels per game. The game player then looks at the in app purchases and they really are expensive when you have to have 200 to get a single booster pack of 3. It would sure be awesome to exponentially increase earning potential with cost.
Being p2w put this game at a disadvantage with us to start off as we despise this business model. To the games credit however, we were able to play almost 100 levels before the levels became unfair i.e. Too many lucky breaks required to have a chance of winning. Thats a lot more than most p2w titles. We stopped playing at that point, but we would have paid up to $6.99 under a pay-once model. Also, because IAPs are not shareable under Family Sharing, its disingenuous of the company to tout the Family Sharing option.
We agree with hypnotica. Gaze! We love this game! We are also a senior citizen, but dont let that prevent you from playing. Its a lot of fun, no matter what age a person is.
We’ve been playing this game for awhile now. We play it almost every day and its usually the very first game of our apps. Thank you for such a fun game.
We really want to play this game yet have no access to WiFi and was HUGELY disappointed when it popped up saying WiFi required due to file size. Please break it down to incremental amounts for those that have data only so we can play without having to go places just to access WiFi.
The game is fun and addicting but, it crashes all the time. We would love to continue playing but whenever we start playing a level, it crashes in the middle of the game, so annoying! We could have spent money on this but we guess not. Update: Sent email to express our frustration, it has been over 3 weeks now and no one responded to our email. It’s a shame that you’re encouraging people to contact you.

We just started this game and we can truly say it is perfect for all ages. We are a senior citizen and this brings out the kid in us! Adorable graphics, the cutest characters and fun to play! This is the first match 3 game that we ever rated 5 stars and believe us when we say that we have tried a lot of these games and deleted them all. You guys are a keeper! Keep up the excellent, enjoyable and very creative work! Now that we have played it for a full week we have 2 things to say: 1) The levels are becoming frustratingly hard. When you play one level 35 times and no matter what you do you cant break the level, it starts to border on ridiculous. 2) please dont ever give us free time to play again because the entire free time you dish out is filled with every horrible game you all designed. On free time you will never, ever win. Ever!
Really like the game but when you get to open the shells, we think if you get all three shells the same you should double the reward.
We love the game but we wish they would add more different fish and also when we do the wheel to get a reward it always stops in the purple dimond things and nothingg else.
Great graphics! But would like to be able to turn off hints. This annoying when trying to play. Fix this and will give higher rating.
Well, we really liked this game, spent 88.93 on buying stuff to complete levels, (game glitches and freezes a lot) am logged into Facebook for back up. Was heading into 3rd phase of rebuild and game froze would not move, waited till next day, still would not move. Like our other games deleted it to reload, long story short wrote to support, did everything right for third time, got game back with all the coins and purple gems, BUT, have to start all over again from first level, NONE of the games we have do this, they always go back to where we left off, not sure we like it or if its worth it!

First of all this is a very entertaining game for a lot of kids and and it has great things you can collect for example, fishes ,diamonds and so on.
We love the sounds of ocean, the little characters and the challenges. Its a fun addicting game.
Being disabled, we love games like this that let us lose track of time and forget about the pain. Some of the levels require a bit of thought and strategy on what chips to move and when, and we really like that.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game! We also updated the app and reinstalled it, and it still tells us that the internet connection is lost. On both our android tablet, and our iPhone X!

We just downloaded this game and we cant even start playing it. It tells us something about our connection.
We’ve downloaded this game and when we go to open it says no internet connection. Our other games have no problem. Would love to have played this but guess Ill be deleting without getting too.
We love this game but we emailed the developers with a question (as it says to do, as there is no support page) and never heard anything back from anyone. We still want to know how the guide Octy to the Goal levels work. We play the game all the time, we have spent money on it, Id at least like to know how these levels work before we give up and dump the game. A week later, still no response. Every other review got a response, Im done. We changed our review based on your unprofessional behavior, not the game itself. So it went from 4 stars with us asking a simple question, to 1 Star.
The last 2 updates will not let us in the game. It says check internet connection but all our other games work. Please fix this.

For the last two days when we hit to collect our daily bonus the game clicks off and we lose it. Plus when we are playing the game it kicks off lose our place and a life. Ready to delete the game.
