Community Insight:
The gameplay is hugely fun with good features. The developers tho are impossible to reach and the game is heavily weighted in favor of whoever spends the most money on it. The matching algorithms are horrible, fairly weak zones get matched against veterans.
Love the game but a few issues we have.One ,its costly to keep up.Second why cant we get rid of officers like we can with weapons ,ships and dogs.
This game would be a whole lot better if it didnt crash every 5-10 minutes. Customer service is an AI. No resolution so far.
The claim of the game is free has changed with the addition of a required blueprint for each level up construction. Blueprints cost 2000 coins each. Collecting coins without paying would take a long time.
Great war strategy game that has absolutely nothing to do with submarines.
You dont have to spend the money, but if you dont, youll just be fodder and get destroyed by those people who have nothing better to do than spend a bunch of money to build up and pick off the poor players.
In multiple bio zones we have observed significant advantages given in different areas of battle reports. The latest was a 500% weapon advantage. With same or similar weapons on both players. We usually receive a compensation for these alleged glitches a few days later. But are zone isnt compensated in points or territory.

This is addictive!!! We play every single night, have spent a little bit of money to boost our base and development. But we enjoy it. It is a game of strategy and strategic alliance. Join a guild and play with and against people around the world. Most are very cordial and always willing to help.
Say you bought something in this game for $99.99 well after buying a pack and you go back into your bank account youll see that you have been charged $150.00 anything you buy in this game will almost be doubled. At a certain level everything slows down and things will become a force to pay. As you upgrade you may experience the same problems we ran into such as, when we upgraded our HQ we did not get our power points. We contacted them and nothing was fixed.
Im tired of being constantly booted out of the game after every few moves. Why? Fix it.
Another Chinese mobile company who lacks customer service. Word of advice, do not buy the packs that asks for you buy them in consecutive days in events. They rig the 4th day which breaks your momentum which pumps the price of the pack more than what you wanted to pay for. If you complain & ask for help with customer service they take 48 hours or more & give you an answer that absolutely did not made sense one bit & totally unrelated to what the issue is. The intake AI will do a lot of flattery, but never any service to ita customer. We suggest limit your purchases & avoid the event packs altogether, since it is very shady to begin with.
War is the game. Fun and entertaining.
You get a few shots at ships and then the game inexplicably makes you start building a tank factory and base.
Ive been playing this game for approximately 3 years and the higher you go the more expensive it is to get ahead. Plus the game is nothing like its advertised, the submarine hasnt changed since inception even though they tell you changes are coming soon they dont and havent. The guild Im in now recently changed leaders and the new one is telling you how to build your troops. Hes telling members to join an out of program social media and is also telling members in this pay to play game how to build troops and progress your leaders. Good side we can change guilds as we want.
The game is just OK. That being said, it does have some very good graphics. However, we don't feel there is very much strategy or excitement other than just pointing shoot. But you can get that in an opportunity again. Also, this is personal preference, but, we feel that the sexual content (ie woman in uniform with big boobs, and a buttoned down shirt with nipples penetrating) being showing even after the first 10 seconds of the game, detracts from game play. Unless you're looking for a game that does have sleazy content.
We honestly wanted to hunt some ships and submarines. It gets to the point where you cant do that without constantly trying to upgrade other parts of your base which have nothing to do with why most people download the game. There are constant red meatballs, but nothing that really advances play. This is basically a version of Sim City.
Game ads are a very small part of the game. Have to spend time building things in order to play the sub part.
Been playing for hours havent spent a dime! Great depth and story lines. Low dollar amounts keep interest easier.

Our game tend to crash at least 20 to 30 minutes after Im playing it. We have an iPhone 11 so that might be the problem but we doubt it. Fix your game and Ill give a 5 star rating.
Most games are pay to play but so far so good with this platform Ive thoroughly enjoyed the gameplay and graphics. Awesome time killer when the wife is shopping.
Yeah, we agree with Norman, the gameplay is pretty cool with the submarine, but you can be in first place and not get any points towards your RSS. We think this should be incorporated and you should get a higher points status. But overall, the game is addictive and awesome.
Although its a little difficult to figure out the intricacies of the game, it is interesting. But, we wish the Submarine part of the game would be upgraded so that it would integrate with the ground part of the game & be able to upgrade the subs as your sinking of ships increases.
The game itself is good. You just have to watch what server you wind up on. People actually think they can control you on it. Definitely not for us. So we will be deactivating our account just as soon as we figure out how to. Lol. Honestly it was good, it passed what little time we had to give it. But our server was taken over by a main clan that takes this game way too seriously. Took the fun right out of it. ".
The sea missions are fun but then they switch to impossible missions that cant easily be completed without a purchase.
Game is fun for the most part. However, if you wish to excel, be prepared to spend a lot of money.
The people we play with make the game we originally joined for the sub battles which are severely lacking in development. Never able to get anything but the basic sub and very little npc interaction. You shoot it it dies repeat upgrade you boat for no real effect and do it again.

We think the Bio placement is messed up. Bio placement should be number of members and total power of your guild. A guild with 30,000,000 power going against a guild with 200,000,000 is just not fair. Giver every guild a chance of winning.
Its one of our favorite habits,! It is fun competitive.
Im really enjoying this game, but would like developers to add additional officers to the officers lounge. We have developed several only to find that they are not available.
We enjoy the game but the submarine aspect of the game is lacking development, engagement and interaction with the other parts of the game. The battles are repetitive, you can never upgrade to a different class of submarine and your victories and progress are not integrated in to the rest of the game. No matter how far you progress, you receive no advancement for your base or forces in the ground portion of the game.
The translation is so bad its confusing.
Its got too much non-sea gameplay. We downloaded Sea War because we wanted to fight at sea, not build land bases and have tank battles.
Fun twist to a base building strategy game.
We only am doing this review because we wanted the free coins. This game is absolutely ridiculous and technically is a one star. We just wanted to shoot stuff with a submarine, why are there sexy women in our World War II simulator.
The game screen blacks out with blue and red spots on it. We see when a players is appointed a title. Makes five times now. Two in one night back to back. We like playing the game but we can not tolerate this. We will delete it if it persist for good.
This game is money hungry the advance menta with out adding money are very slow and a lot of the perks are unavailable with out spending money.
The usual for this type game, moderately entertaining as a free-to-play for 15-20 levels, becomes unbearably monotonous once you get to the point you get stripped of resources daily by pay-to-play pansies.
