It really does, but it is challenging! We even got stuck on a level for hours! You will until you figure out the best strategy. We played for 2 days, about 90 minutes each day before we figured it out. Fun and challenging game. Makes you focus! Got to be quick!
Viola Quest is a game that seems familiar to us. We do like playing this game sometimes. Its a good one.
Too many adds in the playing field. Looks like you could do the adds some other way as to not interfere with playing the game!
While we enjoy the game we have had difficulty in acquiring friends to play. With the 2 friends we have, we never receive the lives they gift us. Why didnt you give unlimited lives during this pandemic? That would have been big of you! Why are some levels so hard to pass? Would be great to let you pass the level after 100 tries! And where is the score? Can you please put it on the board for encouragement!!!
Too many long ads that you have to close out the game to end. No x to clear off.
The whole coin thing is a complete scam.
We love this game! We just dont know the benefit if the purple potion and we have a lot of it, not too clear on the meaning of all the boosters too.
We like it and play it a lot. But so many pop up offers its annoying.
This game doesnt want u to advance and sets you up to buy in app purchases. We hit the back arrow so many times and it will not reverse the marbles . This games seems impossible to beat. Once u get to a certain point u cannot advance, its no longer fun and we were fan of the original Zuma game and was hopeful it was going to be similar. Plus the in app purchases are to expensive , sorry but not buying into this , we dont understand the high ratings , they have to be bots.
We love da game but its not a relaxing game. When u shoot da marbles it changes color before it land on da color u shooting,another thing is da time go faster den da marbles going around if not da marbles gos faster wen u have to shoot dem like 5 to 6 times before it disappears dats y we dont like to buy lives.
Constantly crashes and never able to go back to main menu or levels to play.
We used to enjoy playing this game as a mental escape and simple distraction. There are constant glitches, like when matching the balls, the game doesnt respond and keeps adding more balls to the chain. Frequently the reverse and special balls dont work. There have been several other random issues. Outside of the continuous glitches, the game has become so difficult above level 500 that we no longer enjoy the game. Its more annoying and stressful than fun.
Every once in a while a tie should go to us the player but without fail, it goes to the game. We still played it. But in the last week the game is riddled with glitches. It freezes. When you interrupt the snaking balls, they all use to stop rolling for a few seconds but now the first parts keeps going. Worst of all, the balls wont shoot. We are tapping like crazy and the frog wont let go of the ball. We have no choice but to go from 5 stars down to 1.. And delete if we cant get around the glitch. Update 8/31/23 Two desperados are listening! Thanks for updating the app and addressing the glitches.
The new update is trash.. And it wont let you shoot which results in a loss of life.. It wasnt broke before the update so why try to fix it.. We deleted the app.. Please put it back to the way it was so we can get back to enjoying the game please and thanks.
You win the prizes and than u cant use them for some bug issues or it just chests you before you get to use it. Buying credits you get robbed dont waste your money This game is poor !!!
We’ve had the game for almost a year now, and we really liked it, but from the recent update 3.093.31 with the new visuals and interface , its been bad, like really bad. The balls lag when you play to shoot them, you would have to tap at least three times or most of the balls, which takes up your playing time as they are still moving. Sometimes it shoots the ball in a different direction from where you pointed, and it gets really annoying. Fix it!
We use to play this game to pass time but now its become such a pain. We guess we were too good at it because we are constantly having issues. Where Im shooting is all of a sudden off. When we get little things that help like the stop or rewind marble, they either dont do what theyre suppose to or they do it for like 2 seconds and then continue. Now the game is lagging but only when Im playing. It allows us to redeem our free lives just so the time can run out for us to use them since the game wont cooperate.
After the update we can no longer play the game it freezes completely after the starting page loads.
Ill check back in a week to see if it is back to normal where we can actually tell what color the balls are.
We absolutely hate the new update!!! We’ve been playing this game religiously for well over a year at this point, and have spent an embarrassing amount of money on it. And now we have no desire to keep playing. Really disappointing:(

If its not broken, dont fix it. This latest update leaves a lot to be desired in our opinion. The prior game play was more realistic looking, whereas this latest version reminds us of an animated kids cartoon. Ill continue playing, but hopefully we can go back to the days of old. All in all, this is one fun and addicting game.
This is a great game. We have been playing for years now, but now we are not as pleased. The game keeps freezing. The game also opens and will not allow you to shoot, but the marbles are still advancing. When we go out of the game to restart we notice that it uses a life each time you do that. Outside of this issue it was a great game. Not as fun when we have to trouble shoot every time we open the game. Hope this gets fixed soon.
Im not sure what happened, but since the update, the game often gets stuck. Everything will appear to be working fine, but when we start a level, it wont let us shoot any marbles. The turtle in the middle will turn to aim, but it wont release anything. If we leave out of it and stay over, it wont even let us scroll over to the level Im on.
Since the update we can get in the game and make it until our game actually starts then it wont shoot or do nothing!! Help!!
Why on earth you change whole graphics of the game?? Im level 1003, cannot get used to this low quality of graphics. Old one was much better. Please go back.
Since the latest update our game keeps freezing up. It either freezes on the homepage and we cant tap anything, not even to start a level, or it lets us start a level but wont let us shoot any marbles, tap boosters, or even exit the level. In the past when this has happened (before recent update), it would reset after we shutdown the app and restarted, but lately no amount of restarting the app has fixed it. Yesterday, it took a couple of hours before it finally just started working again. Today, its doing it again and hasnt started working again yet. Every time we try to start a level and its frozen and we have to close out the app it uses a life. The app is literally useless at the moment. Cannot play at all. Its completely unresponsive.
Big fan of this game up until all the new challenges started and then the game wont work. Cant start a game and when we can, cant shoot any marbles. After each level Im exiting out and restarting which after a few times makes us drop the game for the day. We also entirely restarted the game after getting stuck at a level which was impossible to beat unless we bought some stuff. We really do enjoy this game but the new additions have created too many bugs.
We used to love this game and now it keeps glitching. Every time we beat a level the next level wont let us shoot any bubbles and we have to fully close the app, lose a life, and restart in order for it to work.
We love this game. We’ve had a few issues & contacted customer service & they were quickly resolved. We just want to let the app ppl know there is definitely some big glitches in the recent update. Most disappointingly when you break a chain, the end keeps moving instead of waiting for the chain to catch up. Resulting in game loss.
We’ve been playing this game for quite some time; on level 517. This game, especially recently, has been glitching so much it has become almost impossible to beat hard levels without having to use some type of boost which for some people you might have to spend money. Also, after you beat a certain amount of levels it is almost physically impossible to earn high points on most levels so really you just play to beat levels instead of do good on levels. Also levels are super repetitive so if youre looking to always be entertained with something different this is not the game for you.
The shooter often wont shoot when it will be good for you. Bought a package that included 6 hours of lives, the shooter will not shoot. Tried restarting, tried resetting. The game wont work. We got totally ripped off!
What happened to playing the game landscape? Its only portrait.
We used to play this game all the time, but since the recent interface change, we cant stand to play it anymore. The graphics are terrible, its harder to get any powers, cant play the game in landscape view, only portrait view and we get stuck on the same level for weeks. We may end up deleting the game since we no longer find enjoyment in playing it.
This has been one of our favorite unwind games but we’ve been stuck on the same level for weeks. We hate the new interface & its harder & harder to get boosts to help with hard levels. We wont pay & we used to be able to get by with videos but not any more. We wish you would switch things back.
This used to be fun but the graphics change in this new update makes this game unplayable.

We love this game & have been playing it for years but the latest update is disturbing to the eyes. The new design of the balls are too fancy & everything almost look the same.
We have been playing this game for years and we love it! But we hate that portrait mode is now locked, makes it a little annoying as we were so used to playing it the other way for years. We also wish more levels could be dropped at once. Once they release, we finish them in just a few days and then we have to wait a month or so til new ones come out. We even tried to find another game but none we’ve tried are as fun for us as this one.
It was a fun game but after the recent update the marble colors changed from bright to pale and some patterns were added on marbles so its really hard to see if its a regular marble or a magic one.. We stopped playing it.
While this game had some flaws before unnecessarily difficult levels as you progress, repeated pop ups for events and sales, and the difficulty of earning boosters and power ups to get through impossible levels. These things were tolerable as the game was fun and visually pleasing. While we are not a fan of the new look, its a bit kiddish, we are starting to get used to it. The real problem is the new look of the marbles, specifically the special marbles. They all look too similar it makes it challenging, as you shoot a marble thinking it matches and will break something up, and it doesnt and then surprise surprise, after a few of those you lose the level. We’ve been on the same level since the update came out. Super frustrating. They made everything crisper and easy to read, yet they made the marbles, especially frozen and special, more difficult to differentiate. If you cant differentiate each marble, you are bound to fail. Please fix the new marble look.
The newest update is horrible – background and marble color changes make it hard to distinguish. As well as the ice capped marbles – extremely hard to tell how much ice is on them. Bring back the old version!
It actually makes us not want to play anymore please go back this new update is so hideous. Half of why we played this game was cuz of the satisfying aesthetic.
This game just got a big update and change to the graphics. While the interface is a bit smoother, the appearance of the balls makes gameplay impossible. (Especially compared to the previous look). We cant tell which balls are covered in ice and the bonus balls (ones with rewind/stop/slow) are incredibly hard to distinguish. Currently at level 2800-something, but dont think Ill be playing this anymore. What a shame.
Was a great game before they changed it. Trash now. Will be deleting unless restoring previous version is an option.
We’ve been playing this game for a while but with the new changes you cant earn some of the special items anymore you have to pay for them. Several levels are so hard you have to have these special items to win. Unfortunately Im going to be deleting the game as its no longer fun when you get stuck on a level for weeks and the only way to beat it is to spend money.

We just opened the app today and it looks so different when you get into a level. We loved the old design and it changed the ball throwing logistics. Please change it back.
With the new update, the graphics are terrible. You cant tell what the colors are and which ones are covered in ice. We had no idea what the dragonfly balls were. Go back to the original graphics please.
