Ive had this game for years, the update has caused it to freeze and you have to restart the whole game.
This game is completely rigged so you cannot pass hard levels, sometimes regular levels too. You get the wrong colored balls consistently and often several in a row. Other problems are customer service is nonexistent, they rarely get back to in a timely matter if at all. Most of the time you get messages about send them a screenshot of the problem. Not sure how we would manage that after the fact. Most of the time they are AI generated responses that dont help at all. The final thing is power ups and bonuses, you never get them. The beginning of the game bonuses they do give you a couple but we have been playing for years and dont think we have ever gotten any of the in game special shots even once. Finally the monthly pass or whatever its called is too expensive, yes they dropped it from twenty to ten but thats still too much. We do like the game but it needs some work and better customer support.
Its quite fun blowing off steam.
We used to play this game on our computer all the time when we were a kid so this game definitely brings back memories.
It was fun at first and we were enjoying it. The levels were getting more difficult and it needs to be toned down. It makes the experience frustrating and no longer fun. Im deleting this app and no longer bothering with it anymore.
Overall this is a fun, engaging and challenging bubble shooter game. In the later levels, it gets ruined by a so-called Clear Bonus, which gives you a smidgeon of extra energy or whatever and then shoots out far too many marbles to the point where youre frantic to survive. Literally punishing you for doing well. It has us very close to deleting.
When you hit the leaves or other things outside the game track, no way to find out what they do. When it gets impossible to beat, we just delete and download it again. Saves a lot of money.
We messaged them over a week ago the first time. The auto reply said they strive to respond in 24 hours but have not heard back. We were supposed to receive 2 hours of free play time and other rewards. It just happened again with a different event and Im fed up. These games profit off of our data and our eyes on ads, but cant even bother to make good on their in game promises.
Great game and incredible graphics! We are hooked from day one.
This game is fun to play. As you level up it gets more challenging. We recommend for everyone who likes a challenge. Its not boring.
Game is fun up until its impossible to pass a level because the level is rigged for failure. The line doesnt slow down when its in danger of failing and theres not enough time to gather enough energy to get a power up. Theres also no way to get powerups without buying. If youre lucky, you might get it randomly. Not worth saving to use if youre going to fail the level any way.
What is the point of these? Im not making any progress level wise. The level changes if you lose a few times.
Game is very good, but the ads are ridiculous, have to x out of them multiple times, usually resulting in freezing the game and you losing the free life or free gift.
The last update allowed an insane amount of adds for the Royal Match game.and the adds are very long, repetitive, and in your face. You can click the x and it simply starts another Royal Match commercial. What part of no is so confusing? If we only have 10 minutes to play the game, we spend half the time clicking the x on Royal Match adds. We will never ever download Royal Match out of pure spite. Come on developers- really.
We have played this game for a while and we love it even though sometimes it takes weeks or days to complete a level. Its obvious the game is rigged against the player, but we can live with that. It makes us even more proud of a finished level. However, lately the free second chance doesnt work. It is rare that we use it. We feel like its cheating. But, occasionally, when Ive played for days, we know Im being cheated, and Im so close, we use the free extra time. But now, we spend our time waiting on the commercial to finish only to be met with a screen thats says LOADING This doesnt end no matter how long we wait. So again, youve overcome the game, the game working against you, you use a help, but the help never comes. Again, we love this game, but Im almost finished.
The game offers rewards if you watch videos. At least half the time you watch the video and then when its time for reward. No reward.
It can be addictive to try and beat hard levels but we dont understand why the lives are so limited.
Loved this game at first. Even spent real money. But easy to blow thru your gold and way too expensive to keep buying. There should be a way to earn money or have a meter that fills up. Looking for a similar game that isnt so expensive to play.
Im reading thru so many reviews and see more bad than good. We love this game! Ive had it for a few years now. We have beat the whole game, so we hope there are more levels. We do kind of like the old shooter better, but we have adapted. We also miss making our garden and have conquered that as well. We have done all this without spending any money. We also do miss the mini games that give you the chance to win extra lives and powers. On the old version you could go back to previous levels. We had started that at one point to try to get 3 stars on all the levels. Bottom line is Im addicted. Bring on new levels and challenges.
We love playing this game but now we can not play it on our iPad. It opens it for like 2 seconds then the app closes.
It is a very entertaining game but it has too many notifications when you open it. Beside the events makes you invest more than you receive as a prizes.
We used to LOVE this game. We were handsomely rewarded for watching their ads and for minimal spending. Now, not only does the game crash randomly and at the most inconvenient times, the rewards are cheap and usually timed. It is not our go-to game any more. We miss the good old days when we could collect boosters by playing daily to use on the hardest levels. No longer a stress reliever, but rather a stress creator.
We are so sick of the double line levels . They are not fun. Make hard levels that dont have those . Its made us want to stop playing this game.
It opened when first downloaded on to our iPad.had to close it for the night came back too it it flashed like it was going to open and nothing.
Our ap only works once then we have to delete and reinstall. We love the game but this is driving us crazy.
Ive played this game for a few years and have always loved it. However, with all of the latest updates, it seems they intentionally try to slow down winning. Sometimes the marble shooter wont shoot sporadically when we tap it, and also lately, when Im close to winning, the app suddenlyglitches and shuts down. The life is lost. Would like to see this fixed, but will be trying other marble games for comparison.
Great game but the amount of times we have to uninstall the app because it keeps giving us a black screen and then crashes and wont start. Is ridiculous. Outside of that constant bug the game is great. Fix it please.
We are addicted to this game, in spite of the dramatic changes that have occurred. We do have a complaint regarding second chance free games. Three out of four times the game freezes and we are unable to return to try our luck. Its very frustrating especially when close to winning.
We really used to enjoy this game. Graphics are great and we loved the challenges for the most part. But we dont want to be stuck on the same board for weeks at a time, and thats what it seems with the hard boards lately. We have even spent a bit of our own money on this game, but will no longer do it and have gone as far as to delete it from our phone. The reason being, we dont like games that cheat and we have been noticing it in little ways recently that is more obvious than usual. Some examples – we will get the three or more balls in a row and they wont disappear causing us to lose. We will have a certain color of ball to shoot and that color isnt on the board but it will keep giving us that color ball. When we earn certain timed power ups to help us, the balls speed up ever so slightly for the duration of the power up. And those are just a few things. We dont want to play a game that is purposely unfair and its disappointing.
We deleted this game a long time ago because it seemed like a money pit. There are levels the developers have in the game that they know cant be passed without power-ups or costly coins to finally beat it. Ive had balls freeze or not come out the shooter. Ive hit the rewind ball only for the ball chain to be swallowed up anyway. It was challenging and fun at first but once you find yourself on the same level for over a weekyou know that the only game being won is by the developers. Time to delete again.
We used 6 gold to play on after losing a level, but when the game took our gold it went back to the level and the marbles hadnt receded at all and we couldnt shoot at all or do anything within the level. The marbles just slowly proceeded until they all disappeared and the level ended telling us we failed. We would have beat the level if it werent for the glitch. The game stole our gold and then didnt work at all. Now we have to keep playing this level after using our rewind and play on and using up our gold. Thats not right.
With this newest update, we dont get the extra turns or the extra tokens after watching the video. It has been frustrating and loss of time. We are working on an iPad with the newest update. We have played this game for a long time and enjoy all the challenges.
We like the game itself and have been playing it for over a year (perhaps more). Ive stuck with it through many updates, and to be honest, we are disappointed every time a new update is released. They all seem to eat away at our favorite features of the game. Most recently, they removed the ability to go back to previous levels and replay them to earn more stars. Once that happened, we started to lose interest. Now you can ONLY move forward and never play a previous level to challenge yourself. While we didnt like that, we still kept playing. But the most annoying thing is that the pop up window to use coins to continue a level once it ends is at exactly the place where we accidentally tap on it at the end of every unsuccessful game. We have wasted numerous coins extending games that we didnt want to extend. We would suggest to the developers to add a confirm purchase pop up after clicking on that first purchase window so that we can cancel out of that transaction. We dont want to waste any more coins.
Ive played this game for awhile but it takes a very long time for new levels to be released and Im stuck playing Master Levels ( which are just the really hard ones that Ive already beat). We have so many boosters that we hate to delete it but probably will after the next new release so we can use them up and move on.
The latest update appears to have removed the ability to go back to earlier levels that you have already passed. This was one of the things we loved about this game versus other apps is that we dont have to get stuck on a hard level we cant pass – we can play other levels instead. Ill be removing the app now. The previous update changed the way the balls looked and they were harder on the eyes to tell what color they were if they were any kind of special ball (like ice, etc) – to know what color they were underneath. Also agree with the other comment about there being so many pop-ups before you get to play. It had been a great game but the latest updates have made it not worth it for us.
You guys addressed som of the visual issues with a previous release and additions of mini games like the color sort was nice. With this latest update, where did all the levels go?!? Some levels are challenging and you can get stuck. Playing the same level over and over again can be frustrating and boring. Its nice to be able to go back and play earlier levels.
Just want to say we Love this game!! Have been playing for a while and have really enjoyed it. After one of the the big updates we noticed that we get the color sort and flower patch bonus areas a lot. We really miss the the cave of drangonflies, the other one that was 3 levels, and the area to grow the animal. Will they be coming back.
It really does, but it is challenging! We even got stuck on a level for hours! You will until you figure out the best strategy. We played for 2 days, about 90 minutes each day before we figured it out. Fun and challenging game. Makes you focus! Got to be quick.
Viola Quest is a game that seems familiar to us. We do like playing this game sometimes. Its a good one.
Too many long ads that you have to close out the game to end. No x to clear off.
Too many adds in the playing field. Looks like you could do the adds some other way as to not interfere with playing the game.
While we enjoy the game we have had difficulty in acquiring friends to play. With the 2 friends we have, we never receive the lives they gift us. Why didnt you give unlimited lives during this pandemic? That would have been big of you! Why are some levels so hard to pass? Would be great to let you pass the level after 100 tries! And where is the score? Can you please put it on the board for encouragement.
The whole coin thing is a complete scam.
We love this game! We just dont know the benefit if the purple potion and we have a lot of it, not too clear on the meaning of all the boosters too.
We like it and play it a lot. But so many pop up offers its annoying.
This game doesnt want u to advance and sets you up to buy in app purchases. We hit the back arrow so many times and it will not reverse the marbles . This games seems impossible to beat. Once u get to a certain point u cannot advance, its no longer fun and we were fan of the original Zuma game and was hopeful it was going to be similar. Plus the in app purchases are to expensive , sorry but not buying into this , we dont understand the high ratings , they have to be bots.
We love da game but its not a relaxing game. When u shoot da marbles it changes color before it land on da color u shooting,another thing is da time go faster den da marbles going around if not da marbles gos faster wen u have to shoot dem like 5 to 6 times before it disappears dats y we dont like to buy lives.
We used to enjoy playing this game as a mental escape and simple distraction. There are constant glitches, like when matching the balls, the game doesnt respond and keeps adding more balls to the chain. Frequently the reverse and special balls dont work. There have been several other random issues. Outside of the continuous glitches, the game has become so difficult above level 500 that we no longer enjoy the game. Its more annoying and stressful than fun.
Constantly crashes and never able to go back to main menu or levels to play.
Every once in a while a tie should go to us the player but without fail, it goes to the game. We still played it. But in the last week the game is riddled with glitches. It freezes. When you interrupt the snaking balls, they all use to stop rolling for a few seconds but now the first parts keeps going. Worst of all, the balls wont shoot. We are tapping like crazy and the frog wont let go of the ball. We have no choice but to go from 5 stars down to 1..and delete if we cant get around the glitch. Update 8/31/23 Two desperados are listening! Thanks for updating the app and addressing the glitches.
