We absolutely love this game, is such a great copy of real tennis however we have a couple great suggestions for us to like it even better and for people to enjoy it more. Our first suggestion is adding a challenge circle or square so you can challenge the balls and see a clear view of the ball. We always do volleys and it says its out and we dont see it out so a challenge circle or square would just make it so good. We also play tennis champs which has challenge and its so good but the game is not as good as this one. We would also add a speech thing where it reads the score for you and tells you Mr/Mrs. Is challenging the call, the ball was called in. These are our suggestions and we think that if you do this, people are gonna love it a lot more. Thanks ! Ill keep playing and keep winning to get some wins !!!
Winning or losing points is not based on your opponent but rather if the controls do not respond or send you in a circle resulting in your feet not being set. Or when the buttons dont respond or worse you cant move – no consistency here. Losing to an opponent is ok. Losing to inconsistent game controls and response stinks.

We dont like how the ugly guy when we press on his ugly FACE we start a game. When we lose he roast us, when we win he feels jealous like oh, a broken string, we need to get that fixed to be better. Or something like that. When we train a girls teaches us how to hit a ball and hit the ball to balloons. How WILL THROWING BALLS TO HIT BALLOONS WILL HELP OUR IMPROVEMENTS!!!!! THIS GAME IS ABSOLUTELY DOG WATER!!!!!! No offense.
We found there was a bug when we competed the opponent after 40 times, and then our rank rised to 408 other than 41, very typical.
For those of you saying that Theron Tenniel is hard to beat, youre wrong. His ability is good but its useless if you dont hit to his forehand. All you have to do is keep hitting to his backhand. We think that other than that, its a great game, however we would love it if you could create your own player.
We are a big tennis fan and love the game, we just wish it were popular and there were more updates. We think this game could easily go big if the graphics and game itself were improved and expanded on, also if there were a second version or huge marketing, then the multiplayer would make sense and could be expanded on. Overall, love this game, but want more in everything.
We have been playing this game since the iPhone 7, its really the only good tennis game for mobile. We desperately hope there is a patch to fix the resolution on iPhone 14 pro.

This app needs updated. We have iPhone 11 Pro. When we open it, we see the welcome page, we hear the sound, thats about it. No place to click to play or to see the settings.

VirtuaTennis is amazing Im not joking it has great headlines it lets u pick how many tiebreaks u want and thats 1 of the fun things aboutright now Im in 2 place out of tons of other players. This is a better Tennis game than any we found on consolehands down. You have to pay attention to where your feet are and what shot your trying for. While paying attention to your opponent and what they are trying to do and how they are setting up. That part feels solid. To us where it lacks is there is no FatigueI can volley Tenniel back and forth for a ten minute volley, all the while hes running the distance of the court back and fourth. Nothing No fatiguethat ignores one of the fundamentals of the sport. We still beat him every time, but it seems rediculous. Our other gripe is LET ME SAVE MID MATCH! If we got to volley Tenniel for 5minuets at a time, making the match an hour and a halfcant we at least get a save?.. Kind of Great, kind of a miss.
For the most part we do like playing this. The tournament choices, graphics and sound. And level of competition even your rank all get thumbs up from us. What gets the thumbs down from us is only we can make mistakes while our opponent is always perfect – never faults, balls are always in bounds and tennis is not like that at all. So as good or bad as you might be the opponent youre playing never makes a mistake so to some degree youve already lost. We have played others where the opponent can double fault or shoot out and we enjoy those much more, with them youre at least on equal footing, with this one you are not.
Best competitive game we’ve played in a while. Unfortunately we havent been able to upload it and play it for weeks!!!!!!! Disappointed. Need a refund. You ruined our nostalgic days.

We love playing virtua tennis and to have a version we can play on the go is just amazing! But without the iconic characters of the arcade versions and their console ports, its hard for us to even enjoy this game. We mainly play as Rafael nadal and to have virtua tennis without him is just unbearable. Mark croper is an okay substitute but we need nadal to even enjoy virtua tennis. Overall, 3 stars is the maximum we can give because its virtua tennis on mobile, not perfect, but its at least it exists.
This app will not even function at all without an internet connection. STATE THAT UP FRONT! It is unacceptable for any app to pile on data and steal space free of charge on our devices with no option to clear cache because you are too remiss to think of that or too corrupt to allow it. And redesign your convoluted app icon. Keep it simple and iconic. — re: developer response, upon purchase will more data be added to the app size?
Dual shock controller iOS 15 iPhone 13 mini, cannot move using the dpad. It works fine on more recent games. The android version of this app also works fine with controllers. Please update. We wont play games with touch screen controls.
An ad every few seconds is absurd. Not to mention the design looks like its from 2000.
Sadly, the game, she is a cheat. We dont mind working our way up to more and more difficult opponents and losing to them along the way, but when the game intentionally hobbles you in a match, well thats no longer fun. Its too much time invested to suddenly have the game turn on you. We would gladly give this game a 4.5 if it wasnt for that piece of lousy game mechanics. You think so little of us, Sega. Shame on you.
Thanks Developer for making us a Tennis Champs Player. The game is very Awesome, we like it a lot, but we need an update in: 1) More players to beat 2) More stadium for the championship. There was a hitch here or there but nothing too bad. Great overall experience especially since the virus, a lot of us tennis players are forced to sit indoors and do exercises in the meantime, but we think everyone should at this time focus on the tactical and strategic components of tennis until the virus is contained. There is no better place to practice match scenarios and simulations than on this game. Its free if you are cool with the ads, but youll see this is what us players and coaches need at a time like this. Thanks SEGA -Tennis community.

This game is awesome and we really enjoy it but maybe you could add a challenge button to challenge the umpires call.
We really like playing tennis games but we hope there will be another game but we can customize our play skin, look , what he or she wear, rackets we love the game really hope you make a another one soon just dont put any of the ads in the game cause then the game will crash or we have to pause mid match to hear the sound affects.
