This game is very good, how we can see them in our computer, but the sprites scare us. We’ve only just realized that the sprites in this game are made with CGI, and the faces scare scare the heck out of us. We know this isnt your latest game, but we’re asking you to update the sprites so theyre less scary to look at. Anyway, we hope youll make more games because they are entertaining. Byeee.
We love this game but we keep getting to like the 5th generation and then it glitches. Our villagers will be nursing and then the time never goes down but our villagers age and die. We just wanna finish the game.
We wanted a bigger population, so we bought it for $1.99. Bad idea! Cause of course Id have to start over, which wouldnt be so bad. We gotten pretty far in the lite game so we knew what to do. But EVERY TIME, we close out of the game, it would WIPE our progress and would have us START ALL OVER AGAIN!!! We’ve restarted our game 4 times in the past 2 days!! We love the idea of the game, but its not worth it if it losses all of our progress and makes us restart EVERY TIME we close game!!!!! Think you can fix it???

The game UI is terrible. First time we try it since the review were positive. Who writes these? Terrible. Stay away from it.

Awesome! How do you get past the red heathens though?
One more earthquake and our last three heathens will be believers!! We love this game and will probably play again. We wish there was more we could do with the tech points, cause after you buy all of the knowledge there is nothing left but to buy clothes, and that’s not all that exciting to do. The heathen child is a pain in the butt, but once you turn him you’ll be satisfied… Relieved!! The puzzles were easy only three of them them made us think real hard on how to solve them. This game only took four days to solve, kinda wish it was longer, but it was fun, aggravating and at times easy. We read a lot of reviews complaining about the heathens and it’s true they are a pain, but if they weren’t there you all would be complaining that the games was too easy!! You just can’t satisfy some people. The glitch. With the master builder ( purple mask by the river) still glitches… Took us three times to get him not to tells port away. We finally just hit him with the speed found him and then put him at the challenge spot, it worked. Have fun with the game!!!!
We love this series of games and was happy to find VV5 had been ported to the iOS. We suggest that newbies to the VV world search online for walkthroughs which can give you some basic strategy for staying alive in the early days. Most are organized so that real spoilers are buried at the end of the walkthrough.
We’re a huge fan of VV and have played each game. The last couple of games were a little slow for us but VV 5 has made up for that! This game will keep you busy. We love the new concept for this game. Really neat! Buy this app! So worth it!
To never run out of noni, you place the bee power. It regenerates the noni.
We love this game because you don’t have to buy anything extra. No stupid gems, coins, or diamonds. Fun little adventure.
Umm… We brought this game on our sister’s iPad but then when we tried to download it on our iPhone 4 it says we have to rebuy it? Please help! We really enjoyed the lite version of this game and we want the full on experience !
One of the glitches is when you try to win against the builder heathen. When you use the time warp power and then place the villager right on the contest place, it warps you to another place.
We like the new concepts that has been added to this version we been trying the free version and it persuaded us to buy the full version it is fun. An advice to those that have issue on food build the food bin. It is part of the tutorial. There are walkthroughs to help on issue try them out. Kids are great distraction for your gathering needs. Great job LDW Team!
We love the new concepts! We would definitely recommend it. A tip for first time Virtual Villagers players: Don’t use walkthroughs unless you absolutely have to. We did a couple VV games back and it really ruined it for us. Take your time, too, as you can’t finish it overnight. Definitely worth $4! We found a bug, we think. Our population is 38, and our villagers still haven’t had a girl! The only girls in our village are the heathens that we converted and the girls from the original five villagers. All the children are boys! Fix this and it’s five stars for sure, but our people will die unnecessarily if this isn’t fixed. Update: we finally had a girl! We literally had at least 15 boys, so we thought it was a glitch.
Well done last day at work folks. This is the best virtual villagers game yet. The first one was amazing and the others went down from there! But this is truly awesome! Definitely ***** stars.
What do we do for food after the Noni runs out?
The kids only pick collectives up because they aren’t busy with their chores and kids notice more things. Also you must take down the totems to be able to get to the food. This is the whole point of the game. It’s mean to be fun to discover new things about it. Btw loved it!
By far the best in the virtual villagers saga, but we dont know how to collect food. Help?
You should be able to bring back the dead in the mausoleum and grant youth to corpses so they don’t die right away once u bring them back again other then that love the game.
We just want like 1 update at least like in app purchases for tech for people who really struggle just anything u think will make the game better.
This is an amazing app! It’s especially fun to take care of your villagers like they’re your own children. The puzzles can be challenging, (especially the blocking totem), but it’s incredibly satisfying to complete them. Even if you have completed all of the puzzles and trophies, the game does not get boring. Right now we have at least 25 cute kids running arson in our village. We’re not sure why people are saying that you can only have 50 villagers in your village. We have 90 villagers, and we got a notification that we cannot get any more (I am using our iPad) To get a larger population, you must fully research all the categories in the tech shop.
We have been waiting for the fifth one! This is the best game we played. Sometimes we get problems with puzzles, but it’s still good.
We played it on the computer when we were very very little and now we can play on our iPad! We love the game but we think it would be better if you could zoom in and out.
What is the whole dried up lake thing about? Can’t seem to crack that one nor the trashed campsite thing. Help us please guys and ladies.

Yes, a new plot with more challenges than previous chapters, but that’s what makes it so addicting! With persistence and observation, you will figure out the puzzles. Same as the other chapters is tech points that unlock more abilities. Hint: Spoiler alert!!! If you’re stuck trying to build a fire……………………………….. The very dry grass is near the small brown spot on the grass by the lab. It’s hard to find by the usual scanning.
How do we get to dismantle the knowing totem bcuz our people keep running from the scary heathens.

And this game is no exception, would give 5 stars but our nursing mothers never stop nursing and we have to rely on random event children or conversions for kids. Thought it was because we didn’t have enough huts but no. We build huts love shack ect but to no avail. Great other then that.
Heathens are always in the way! We hate scary heathens ! We can’t get noni cause of them ! Kids are helpful for picking up mushrooms and relics but adults should be able to pick up things to . When we try to get wood , noni , or anything else we get chased away ! We hate those heathens soooooooo much ! We kill all our people when they can’t get food because of the heathen ! Can we even talk to the heathen leader ? We want to talk to him . Explain the truth ! Convert more heathens ! Do we have that ability ? Other than the heathens the game is great !
We loved the game but it had a glitch because it had two of every heathen! At the end of the game After we completed all of the puzzles we still had a chief, a purple masked farmer and scientist! The filthy encampment is supposed to clean itself up at the end of the game but it didn’t cause we still had heathens!
This game needs to have a max population higher than 90 if the challenge is to get 100 there shouldn’t be a max population. We just finished the game and this is the only thing that bugged us.
We enjoy all the versions enough that we bought them all. We need more housing. Is there any way of getting more houses to build? Tutorial is all well and good, no answers to questions forthcoming, therefore 4 stars.
We really like it, it is addictive! But some people say something about the mommy heathen which never appeared in our game. After read some comments about the mommy heathen we think im not done yet …. Thats why we gave 4 stars, because at the end after we completed the 16 puzzles the game didnt say, you completed it or something… Now im thinking if we delete it or wait for the mommy heathen.
Does this one have in-app purchases? If it does where are they? The first one had in-app purchases and they were inexpensive and really helpful, so if they’re aren’t any Last Day Of Work should make some!
We have the lightning power but can’t get the scary red heathens away for anything so our ppl just run away. Please help.
We were doing just fine for two days, but RIGHT after we completed the Blocking Totem, our game restarted from scratch!! What! This is not in the least bit fair!! Please fix this. :((
There is a glitch with the god power that makes people faster when we tell him or her to beat the master builder or do anything he teleports on the other side of the map just fix that and how it glitchs from when we turn it off then turn it back on.
U should really work on getting tech points easier. Seriously. And nursing babies should really just take half an hour. Other than that, its pretty good. Better than the 1st four.
Its a good game except for that our ppl don’t age and our mothers nurse forever…. They Lose 2 stars for that.
It will not give us more than 1500 tech points! How can we advance in the game without them? Please fix.
This "version" should have the heathen mother bonus puzzle & How can we have a population of 100 when our MAX is 90 and all Heathens are converted.
