We really do like this game we started with small packs with the deals the. Spent 40.00 bucks to upgrade and they game us some free stuff, but we did purchase the game pass for 9.99 but it only last 15 days and we feel like you can never get to the end unless you spend more to get lightning to play more. You will need to spend a lot of money one this game.
Dont download this game. $80.00 dollars for a ship!?!?
Reducing the amount of gold obtainable by purchasing a pack with 200 gems by over 1/3 of what it used to buy you cant be seen as anything other than a cash grab to make gold more scarce. Not only that but gold and the gems you use to level up your planes amongst other items were all drastically reduced in availability when trying to grind for them in the levels without paying leaving a player forced with either grinding for hours, days, and even weeks or forking up $$ to get it through the shop. Dont get us wrong – if they were to check our account, we are in the top ten power of all players and we guarantee at very least the top ten of their players in how much real world $$ has been spent on their game. We dont even want to think about it, but we know if they look it up they can see how much they will be losing. We have no problem paying for a game that does it right – not for devs that come out with an update that literally provides no content other than to rebalance the payouts of the in game currency. We have let both of our monthly vip cards lapse and will not be spending another dime on the game. Way to provide updates that try to squeeze whatever you can from your already high paying players.
Dont get us wrong we love the game played it for years but since they have changed the last upgrade and made some minor improvements including removing a lot of good things now youre gonna have to spend a ton of money on it once again big business is thinking about the money not the players this is why we give it a one star dont waste your time people on this game!!!
This game is very pretty and fun. We were very into it and had planned to grind away and complete it, however, the latest update is a very clear cash grab and shift of priorities for the devs. Levels we used to clear easily as part of our daily grind are now much harder and sometimes unbeatable with the same equipment we had pre-update. Even after a few upgrades the same levels are still very difficult. It seems as though they have buffed all the enemies. Also, there used to be a few optional ads, but now ads are EVERYWHERE and unavoidable to complete daily tasks. Also, they have increased the amount of energy it takes for every mode forcing you to buy energy to play or spend gems. We cant in good conscience recommend this game as the devs took a good, solid game and turned it into a blatant cash grab. We were willing to overlook the little issues (unintelligible descriptions in the game, lack of help resources, botched English translations, etc.) but now its just too much. Ill be deleting the game once they stop giving extra energy in the daily mailbox. Too bad.
We love the game but is there any easier way we could get new planes without paying real money?
So the wishing bottle area has been stuck at 300% for two months now. Its chances are set to increase 100% each time you open a guaranteed epic and you dont receive your selected item. We’ve opened it five times now and the chances havent changed. Otherwise fun game, thank you It happened again today. Still stuck at 300%. We’ve been screen shooting video for a month and a half in case anybody wants to see.

Really cool game. Smooth gameplay, graphics, and sound. Plenty of challenges and ways to get coins, hand, upgrades, etc. One complaint though is the power ups selection. This game offers random power ups as you collect gems for defeating enemies during waves/rounds. Some power ups are quite useful – vital even – for advancing through chapters, while others, not so much. Some of these vital ones are wingman assistance, blade light, and reflection shield. We’ve noticed that when on a stage that hasnt been completed, the random power ups become a lot less random, insofar as; the aforementioned power ups almost never show up. This forces one to have to either, level up and upgrade the fighter (at least three times, or more), or purchase new fighters, upgraded, etc. This does not happen on stages that have already been completed. As a matter of fact: it seems as though the most useful ones randomly pop up on previously defeated stages in excess. For example: Im on stage 15, and rarely, if ever see at least one of the power ups mentioned (and there are more), but they seem to appear at almost every opportunity on all the previously completed ones. It doesnt completely ruin the game for us, yet it is rather frustrating. One WILL NOT advance through the latter stages without getting a new fighter with as many upgrades as possible AND good combinations of power ups… In other words… The power ups provided intermittently throughout the stages are paramount… If you want get far in the game. Still great game overall. The graphics, gameplay, and challenge are quite enough to get one addicted, as we’ve become!
We like shmups. We don’t like shmups on mobile very much, though. Going from PC (or console) and an arcade stick to a small phone screen and ones fingy isn’t especially fun. Some mobile shmups are alright and this is one of them. The presentation is nice; while the backgrounds are repetitive with no real set pieces, they look clean and pleasant. Ship design is pleasing, overall, as are the effects and the character designs. Gameplay is also quite fun! As a plain shmup, it does a lot of things correctly. The speed feels right for a mobile game. The bullet patterns range from bog standard to rather interesting. Enemy design is pretty cool, too, with lots of variation in both appearance and attacks. The RPG elements are also very fun. We like being able to equip our ship and to grow and progress. Pausing gameplay every few seconds to level up is annoying; I’d much rather that be done between missions. While there are many shmup fans who would say that the inclusion of this type of progression isn’t especially shmuppy, it’s still nice. The problem is monetization. We would love, love, love to see a game like this without all the mobile nonsense. We realize this game was made by a studio of real developers who have real financial needs, but in general we have a distaste for all the ads, the various and confusing currencies, screen after screen of game passes and dailies and login bonuses that seem to be mostly meant to confuse rather than help. Especially when you lose and the game teases you by letting you try out one of the better (and more expensive) ships, it starts to feel a bit manipulative. And while we haven’t played for an especially long time, we don’t see a way to earn bigger and better ships in a reasonable amount of time without paying. So the core gameplay is good if you like STGs, but the monetization is nightmarish. You’ll never get that cool ship without forking over some money.

We’ve invested in this game and we’ve earned the right to our review/opinion of this game. This game is one big NERFGASM! Also please dont bother to challenge us to provide specifics because we have done so in the previous reviews that you have so conveniently taken down. Thank you! 8/17/21 22:37 PAY TO WIN NERFING!!! So we’ve reached chapter 32 wave 14 and cannot go any further and in spite of having the Star Devourer @ 90 with other equipment that is very much upgraded. Interestingly not only cannot we not go any further in Chapter 32 but we are also having difficulties from Chapters 26 to 32. Capter 26 was a previous sticking point and we had to do a lot of upgrading and playing(grinding) to get resources to finally pass it. That means that the equipment that we used to pass it has been upgraded several times and yet with the same equipment at higher power levels when we play from Chapter 26 to 32 its like we have nothing. We call that unfair game playNERFING.
We absolutely love this game, this game saves your time by you keep purchasing their time limited daily, weekly, and monthly packages. So we were able to catch those old free to play or small whales who played for 1 year in less than 2 months. Now they are adding exclusive very powerful equipment that you can only acquire from the battle pass, and you have to keep buy every 2 weeks when it resets to upgrade its tier. Also they just added a bunch of new items you can only acquire from chests that you can open with keys included in packages or using in-app currencies that you buy with cash. We see lots of players complain in their FB page, group, and discord, but we disagree with this just like this game’s developers. Because this game has a daily PVP event, and we can absolutely crush everyone with our wallet. We don’t have skills, but we can feel myself like a king in this game by spending about $3,000 a month. You may download and try, but be ready to get crushed by p2w players that are waiting you to join PVP. You may say you will skip, but you can’t avoid since this is the only source where you can acquire certain equipment parts and shards. The only complain that we have is cheaters. There are absolutely full of cheaters, and players have to report one by one on discord and FB group page to ask devs to remove them. No matter how much we P2W, we can’t beat cheaters because they instantly get best equips in day 1 every update. Imagine we spent $100,000, and lose to $0 spent cheaters in this Pay To Win game. Do device ban on cheaters, otherwise, we see they comeback with new acc with very similar nickname.
First of all, really well done game. Our two issues are this: 1) Im not able to finish the 7 day login period because the button wont function. Sure, it registers that its been pressed, but after that the function just stops. 2) Only being able one event stage once per day. We guess it comes with the rewards you get, but say if we want to focus on getting specific items(and not spending ungodly amounts of gems at the supermarket) we have to wait a while.

We really enjoy this game. Tons of updates and special weapons to work to obtain. Always something new. Thank you for fixing the bug that would cause the app to crash. It only happened when certain ads played (the ones with ad choices at the bottom). But the problem has been fixed with your latest update. Great job!

When blade light guard is equipped on the skill tree. It does not work in game. Patch it.
We wouldve given 5 stars because we absolutely love this game! When Im bored and the challenges! Did we mention the graphics are AMAZING there is no game in this app comparable to WinWing!!!!! Im upset because we’ve emailed the company and yet to get a response we’ve spent 100.00s of dollars on this game only to be started back at nothing after the update.

There hasn’t been any new content since chapter 12-15. Just reskins. Upgraded equipment is all we got and even that needs more tuning to feel more rewarding. No new talents, no new enemies, no new abilities, no new events, no new planes outside of an absurdly overpriced paid one and that leaves an update that is about as lackluster as you can get. This game is a grindfest like any other pay to win app game. It was great when it started but as a day 1 player it’s been nothing but downhill since. A proper shmup has a sense of accomplishment. Now they just throw insurmountable unreactable bullets at you with little regard to pattern or consistency. The waves are covered in healbots and the only way to progress is to hit the rng lottery and get recovery with reflectionshield. Avoid this game.

Great game! Fun! Challenging for sure! Our only complaint with this and just about every other game on the Appstore is it with give you a free power up but you have to watch an advertisement to get it! Then its not FREE! Our time is with money! Maybe if we all quit watching them? We dont know? There has to be a better way!
Wats is this green aura and what does it do?
After the recent update, the ability to play our own music while the app is open is gone.. Along with half the appeal. This game WAS our go to for play breaks throughout the day. Upgradeable items and merging options kept us coming back, but now we have to listen to the game music.. There are other clones of this game to choose from we suppose..
This game is fun and challenging. Devs might not like this but we’ve spent $0 and have advanced through the levels. Configuring your fighter with different weapons and accessories is the key. You can pay to play if you want but this is also a game that you can play a few times per day and it stays fun if you experiment and are willing to learn the nuances. The game would be prefect 5* but needs a better explanation/index of weapons and aspects.
Its a great game, dont get us wrong. But we are NOT paying $10, $20, or even $30 for a PLANE. Those are WAAAAY OVERPRICED. Like seriously. Thats way too much for something not worth it.
Since you dont allow your paying customers to contact you, this is the only way we are able to ask you a question. Can you please stop rigging this game? We know you will say you dont do that, but the evidence is overwhelming proving that you do. We’ve been on level 15 for over a week now, and havent made any progress. We have the strongest plane, and have upgraded it to 51. Since starting level 15, we’ve upgraded it 11 times, and it hasnt made the slightest impact what so ever. We’ve upgraded all our other equipment many many times as well, and once again it hasnt made the slightest difference in being able to beat this level. Why make a game if you dont want your customers to advance in it? All Im asking for is fair play, and we really shouldnt be having to ask the owners of this game for that. In previous levels, youve made sure that we’ve played those levels 40, 50, 60 times, and this level we’ve doubled those attempts. Or do we have to purchase one of your ridiculously expensive planes for $50 just in order to advance?!? Thats just absurd. This game has potential to be really awesome, but you continue to try making it a Pay2Play type game which only discourages people from wanting to play it.
You cant listen to your own music while playing And you quickly hit a wall in game where you basically have to spend more money than anything in the shop is worth to advance in the game.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME! This game is designed so that you can only play 4 – 8 times in a 24hr period AND youre going to pay A LOT to do so. For some reason, they allow you to pay an unlimited amount of money to buy planes and upgrades weapons, but there is no amount of money that will get you more than 35 minutes of game play time per day. Makes absolutely no sense to buy a game that wont let you play it as much as you want. Ridiculous devs.
Easy to play with just the right amount difficulty, and cool mechanics.
Once we got the yellow, green, blue, and red drones we were like INFINITY DRONES!!! But when we looked further up the levels we said oh because there was no purple drone. So here is our suggestion for the power of the purple drone by itself… Reducing damage or slowing the bad planes down or slow time, but with them all together…. Insta kill all enemies on screen. But it has to be unlocked in the space like level. Just think about it. Wouldnt it be awesome EDIT: we forgot an orange drone that would be unlocked before the purple drone.
Bought one thing charged us twice we want our refund but every time we go to tech support nothing pulls up other then this fun game just annoyed.
This is an ok time killer but NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT to report any issues. This is a pay to win game but not worth investigating in. We have a freeze up issue and cannot advance and no way to report the issue. Found a support link here but we speak and read English and everything is in squiggles talk. Been playing for a few weeks now, and the slow build from one shot kills to extremely frustrating is what keeps us trying! One thing we do not understand is the difference between Bladelight Guard and Shocking Bladelight? Guard doesnt seem to anything at all, while Shocking Bladelight is incredibly useful. Any explanation would be grand, thanks. Still a great game, both visually and challenging.
Its weird they added some new stuff but took away some cool Stuff like the equipment remodel but overall good game.

We dont know what to say. Its so addictive and fun! We have no complaints whatsoever. The graphics are great and the drones that you can collect self aim. One thing though, one time we mashed two drones together and got a weapon. Still, the weapon we got seemed overpowered, so thats good. And thats all folks!!!
