You pay to not get adverts and in order to get points you have to sit through countless adverts. AVOID. We have paid for no adverts. To earn coins you have to watch the adverts for other games to get coins. There is no option to opt out. We have deleted the game because you falsely advertise.
We have played many different types of word games, and this is the best one by far! We use word games for therapeutic purposes as we have had a couple of strokes. We use the games to help keep our brain as sharp and functional as possible due to the constant decline of our brain function. Thank you so very much for your efforts, developers!
We had enjoyed playing this game; we’ve played over 600 levels. The only annoyance is a feature called, Whack-A-Mole. However, the developer gave a quick response & we’ve been assured this is a limited time feature.
We used to really enjoy this game, but now they started playing Ads in the MIDDLE OF THE GAME so now we are deleting this app. The Ads after each game are quite ENOUGH, but now interrupting our game is completely unacceptable to us! Buh-bye!

Game was fun and relaxing. Until they started inserting ad breaks! Then we found myself trying to rush through a puzzle before an ad started to play. Because an ad break, brakes your concentration. We quit playing woody cross.
Used to be a good game to make you think. Now it makes you wait. Way too many ads. Going to dump it.
We had enjoyed playing this game; we’ve played over 600 levels. But, they added a truly annoying feature called, Whack-A-Mole. Its completely distracting & ruins the game. There appears to be no way to turn it off & the contact us feature doesnt really contact anyone or address this issue. Im very annoyed that we paid to remove ads since we no longer enjoy the game. Disappointing.
Too soon to write an honest review.
We really love this game, as a previous reviewer said, it is an honest game. You can watch ads to get free coins as well as purchase same. The puzzles are challenging even at the earlier level, where we are now. We are trying to build our coins up for the more difficult levels for which we are sure we will need them. There is one thing we noticed, though, that you need to fix, and that is on the leaderboard when you go to input your player name, no matter what name we use, the response comes up use an appropriate name. At first we thought it was just us until we looked down and saw almost every single player with just a generic player, name and number. It would be nice if you could fix this so that we could actually have names attached to the leader board. (Now we cant even get back into the name slot.) Again, thanks for developing such a terrific game. RedDawn.
Just love the simplicity of this game.
We were a little disappointed that the game was not like the advertisement. On the advertisement the game asks you questions and then you have to decide which word is spelled correctly. The actual game doesnt. It is just like every other word game.
We’ve enjoyed the game itself. However, theres an ad that took over 5 minutes and constant attempts, to remove. As we hit the X it kept bringing the same ad up. Very frustrating.
Game keeps freezing up. No fun if you can’t play!
We like how they introduce you to the game, but why all the bad ways. Like for instance: they had a sentence and you would find the word on top, that word would go into the puzzle. Its the same kind of game we usually play. We want something different.
Very bloated with ads. After each game you have several minutes of ads.
When (if ever) will levels above 6000 be available.
Very relaxing. No timer rushing you. We recommend it to any one who wants a game that helps unwind them.
This is fun so far, have just started playing it, and it really makes you think of different words you could put in. It helps with memory also. We like it.
We have been playing this for a year and while we do like it we are not have about the game constantly wiping progress off. Whats with this?
Just started today to not work. Woody Cross corrupted again today. Was around level 1600. Since this is second time, we think Ill give up, much as we really like the App starting at level 1 for third time isnt appetizing. If there was a way to specify the starting level at re-install time, that would make things tolerable. Not sure if the new App release today updated our device and corrupted itself.
The game is shown with getting clues, but when you open the app its like all the rest. No clues whatsoever. If your going to push your game, be honest as to how its played.

This is a perfect game to pass time. It definitely helps to unwind and clear your mind. There are some ads but not an ignorant amount.
As soon as you can save up some credit so that you dont have to watch videos every 3 seconds – then it will crash so that you lose all your saved up credits and re-load the game to start from scratch.
Love the game However the last six days the game has frozen every time we click on the daily puzzle or the other buttons. Hope you can get it fixed.
We really enjoy the game. We randomly play it. A lot of different quests. Daily or weekly. Highly recommend. We paid for the no ads version. Game gives you a reasonable amount of free coins during play.

When you try to get credits to help you guess the word after 3 tries it freezes and then tells you its not available right now. Very frustrating to have this happening. Fleas fix.

We downloaded this game from an add we were shown, this this game is absolutely nothing like the advertisements it puts out.
This game has been frozen for a week now turning the app off and turning back on arent working uninstalling and reinstalling arent working either.

The advert for this in our other game had it in the display sideways. However, playing it directly we find there is no way to rotate it. We will be deleting it even though it is a good game as our iPad has a keyboard so it is not convenient to turn it. Besides, that is where the power plug is so it is doubly inconvenient.
= Work 1 round of a puzzle. Tap on every window for 3-5 minutes or put it down for 10 minutes BECAUSE YOU’VE SEEN THIS AD 50 TIMES AND IT WONT LET YOU JUST TAP OUT OF IT! If we need to do all of this for a single short game that we cant even finish/win without buying a booster, Im better off with a deck of cards! Real cards arent programmed to tease us with an impossible to win game. It doesnt force us to watch ad after ad. MosT of all it never makes us pay to win!
