We love the game. However, two weeks ago it shut us out. Said we have completed all the levels, more to come. When are more coming ? Its been two weeks. Ive already missed two tournaments !! Frustrating.
There is a scam ad running supposedly for LL bean. Dont buy from the 90% off or the everything for $6 sale. They are an overseas scam group. You will not get anything but a headache.
Im very disappointed that you have allowed ads from games that make abuse of any creature seem normal or ok!! And especially disappointed with those that have mistreatment of humans or show them in terrible situations that cant be remedied. Im talking about Solitaire Ocean, Solitaire 3D Fish, Solitaire Story & even the Royal Match game & spin offs. Im truly over these ads & having to look away from them. We have our sound turned off on the game too, but several ads do not respect that, including some of these. Remember that one person writing about this is representative of how thousands of people feel. We want to see these kinds of ads removed & our sound preference being honored!! We have played your game for quite a few years now & really enjoy it, except for the choice of ads & sound issues. But if these things are not addressed appropriately, we may have to quit using your app, though we would miss it.
We finally had to give up on this game. We like the game play. Each level takes about 20 seconds with some up to a minute. So after 20 seconds of game play you have 30-60 seconds of ads. To make it even worse, it is the same ad over and over. Yes we know we could subscribe to get rid of ads. We play other games with ads and we can clearly say no one else wastes 60% of your time on ads. Just knowing their thought process is so skewed prevents us from subscribing. One good work around is to turn off WiFi it stops most of the ads.
Hi we luv tis game! But Im really sad that som ppl hate tis just bc of ads like really its just ads and there is not even a lot of ads like they obviously need to add ads duh and plz stop being mean. But the amazing things are that there is something called a daily challenge and thats were u get to play it everyday and there is bunch of LEVELS!!!!! And the more and more levels u play it gets harder for an example if ur on level 1 its pretty easy but if ur on level like level 1,000 its hard! But its a great game tyyyy for the game.
Wish we could see completed puzzle after solving it. It just vanishes and no way of retrieving it. Love the game play.
Love the game once you figure out how to play with the stars. The ads are getting ridiculous. They last 60 (+) seconds. You have to X out 3 different screens of their ad. Getting super annoying. Been playing a few years but ads are out of control.
This game is clearly not curated by English speakers. Words are accepted on a purely and infuriating arbitrary way. Literally tens of hundreds of perfectly legitimate English words are not accepted or recognized. If you like anger and stress this is a good game for you.
We started playing word calm a year ago and we really glad we did ! At the age we are at, we are starting to learn harder words like extraordinary, this game helps to build up our vocabulary and get to the harder words. It really is a peaceful game, it doesnt need internet to play. There are ads but the ads are worth it. We already got 3 games from the ads. And they help you get extra coins for free ! We hope that everyone who plays this game or will play, have as much fun as we are on this fantastic game that we are.

Why do you take the crowns away when the new season starts. We lost 2 crowns. We maxed out the crown scale and then you took them away.
Ive written about this before but nothing has changed. The tournament is ruined by bots. Once again, a player named Mike A is running away with this weekends tournament. Ive lost to Mike A multiple times, yet his profile never shows any tournament wins. Very strange. Its because hes not real. It takes all the fun out of the tournament. Whats the point of playing if you have no chance to win? There is no point.
Love the game. 75 star level on the daily challenge would be great.
It is really great and we like to play it, but it bugs out sometimes. We would recommend it!Thats simple.
We absolutely love this app. We are completely addicted to it. What Im having a hard time understanding is when you are in a tournament, some of the players are able to go from 0 to 400 within like 5 minutes! We do not understand how this is possible?? It almost sounds like an AI is playing this!! We dont get it!! We really wish that you would separate and make two different tournaments! There are some people who spend their entire lives on this app and DONT belong with people who are just enjoying it! These People monopolize the tournaments and dont give others a chance to win!! This really irritates us!! While these People have nothing better to do than to stay up all night trying to beat others for one lousy point!! It really ruins the game for us!! Other people have a freaking right to win too. Get a freaking LIFE.
We enjoy doing the word puzzles but when theres a 2-3 minute ad after almost every round and its always the same ads it gets boring and old and and turns us off from playing. Im tired of constant marketing. Even if it were every few rounds be so much better.

Too many ads and they are extremely long. You dont have the option to click out if, it makes you watch them over and over and over! Also the ads are not truthful ads. They are lying about losing weight using AI to fake you out thinking its Dr Iz, Kelly Clarkson and the people from Shark Tank! That should be illegal to advertise false ads.
The game we love it. The ads not so much. They keep messing it the continuous game action. They either freeze it or some other stupid things happen, like black screen that wont allow ya to return to game.
This is really a great game except two things. Sometimes we see a word that doesnt sound right. So we look it up on Google and it says its not a word. Also it doesnt always have all the words that ARE in there. So we go to the Bonus Word section and click on the bar that says report missing words and type in the word. Then we try that same word but it doesnt do anything. Everything else is just fine but those two things. Hope this will help you all with the game! A lot of real words are not recognized on this game. Some words they say are words arent. We wonder if this is a foreign owned company. The ads gets more frequent and longer, the longer you play. Im ready to delete after a week.
We really like this game except when they use words that havent been spoken in recent centuries. The title is Word Calm, not Word Frustration. How many people know the word demesne? Even our iPad keeps trying to correct it.
We love this game but it freezes up on us.
Twice in the last few days we've opened Word Calm and immediately been sent to some scammy webpage in safari. We paid for no ads but we guess that doesn't matter anymore because they've already spent the money? It'll be a shame if another app's been bought by scammers.

Please stop making your game accessible to bots. Right now, after 24 hours of the tournament, someone is over 10,000. We can tell you that the only way to reach that amount after a day is to play continuously for 24 hours. This player is clearly not real. Its also funny that when we start playing, it starts playing.
We enjoy playing the daily challenge each evening. However, every time we click on the daily gift it says Ive already received the reward and the next reward will be in 19+ hours! We only play once a day and maybe, if we keep clicking on it, get the daily gift once or twice a week. Also, why stop the rewards at 50 stars on the daily challenge? Why not add 75? It would be more incentive to play the daily challenge in the later part of the month.
If you do to many ads for coinsit will take all of your coins.
Every time we play this game and we hear the music 1 time then it glitches or something.
The best thing about this game is we dont have to pay for ANYTHING, whereas most of the other games in the App Store you have to pay! :( But this game is the best ! Thank you creators and take care :).
We look forward to playing in the tournament every week. So far this week, it is not coming up on the app. The tourney on our wifes phone started on time, but not on our phone. How can this be resolved.

Word calm is not calming. Far too many ads disrupt play. Its also a knockoff of WordScapes which is much better (also has too many ads, but not as many as this).
Ive been a long time player of this game and would play at least a few rounds a day. The ads have continued to get longer and more intrusive to gameplay. Weekly tournaments are played (you have no choice) and you can usually spend a little time over your weekend to get in the top 3. We caught this game cheating. We were up 400 points in a tournament and decided to play one more round before taking a break. After the round was finished we did a quick score check and all of the sudden we were down over 400 points. There is no way someone scored over 800 points in less than a minute. Not only did we immediately delete this game but we have decided to boycott this developer.
Come try it best word game out there it works your brain.
Honestly we used to think these games were a lost cause but this one is so relaxing there are a few ads but barely and the puzzles are fun 4 kids. Parent Note: ads are safe and mostly other word games or puzzle games there arent inappropriate ads so this is perfect for kids.

The ad for Temu would not close: then Google asked for feedback and we answered we had seen the ad many times. They thanked us for our feedback and locked us out of the app in the middle of a tournament we were winning. Nothing we can do including shutting off our iPad gets us off the page. Any help out there.
After being diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury due to a military helo crash, we are always looking for ways to keep our brain working. Not only does this game help us, the calming music it such a bonus. Thank you.
Been playing this game for a long time. Like the tournaments. However, we were in first place with a lead of over 400. We go back in 20 min after the game is over to collect our winning points and we were in second place. There is NO WAY anyone can score over 400 points in 30 minutes. WTH?? Our daughter always tells us we are playing against boys and now we believe her.
We would like to see more challenging games and higher levels for pointsl like playing against other players in a challenge game.
As you get higher up in the game it stops giving you credit for real words and only recognizes the words in the puzzle. Very frustrating when you put words in like head, real, lard and heard and it shakes indicating that there is no such word. Love the game so far, but it appears the longer you play it, they just make it harder and harder to get extra points or three stars. Frustrating.
At age 70 we do everything we can to keep our brain active. This is a game that you must think before you spell the words. Its not too hard and not too easy. Love, love, love this word game.
Love this super relaxing, fun, yet challenging game. There are a lot of ads if you want free hints or extra coins but you dont have to watch them if you dont care about that sort of stuff just decline them. The ads between levels can be shortened to 10-15sec if you look for the > symbol in the upper left corner of your screen it will show up after 10 sec let you shorten it, plus you can always purchase the no ads feature if you so desire we just would rather watch a few short ads than pay for our games but thats our personal preference. Either way the choice is yours so enjoy & game on.

This is not a bad game, relatively enjoyable and able to keep our mind active. But there are way too many ads and it is very slow between games. Sometimes screen does not progress for several minutes. Very frustrating.
Im surprised how tough some of these are! We feel accomplished when we get that last word!Lol.
